I got a call from [protected] who is saying that he is a sbi employee, and asking me that sbi is going to block my atm card because i haven't using it since from a long time, so he asking about my atm card details, so i gave him my atm card no. Or valid date of card, than he is asking me for secret no. Of my atm card, only after hearing that i cut the call, i didn't gave him the secret no. Of my atm card, but now i'm little worried about that he knows my atm card no. Or it's valid date so i'm worried about any fraud. So help me with this thing, because i don't want any loss

    Sir I have applied my atm card one month before in my home branch they said your atm card will be manufactured in 7 days and still it is not coming so I called customer care of sbi they said that the application of my atm card is not found in their data base. They are saying that I should apply one more time in the bank to avail my atm card

      Hello, i had taken a home loan from sbi bazar branch bargarh odisha, and they currently charged an interest rate @ 9.1% but if you see the category they offer new home loan @ 7.15 they how they charged 9.1 % from me.
      As i was converted my home loan to link to mclr and for that i paid charges also then why they charged the higher interest from me. When i contact the relationship manager about this they said its the right interest rate.

        I purchase pubg uc for rs 799 on 4 april 2019
        My money got debited from my account but it showed that purchase has failed. I didn't receive my uc not did i got any refund. Please either give me uc in pubg mobile or refund my money.
        The transaction reference is igaikvsvlo.
        I contacted in game customer support but haven't got a reply.
        I also mailed pubg support and didn't get a reply.
        Please solve the problem asap.

          Dear sir

          A refund of 900 rupees was successfully processed on 10th march 2020 to my account on amazone online retail india. Refund reference #[protected]. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

          I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

          Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

          Without any reason today 4 April 2020 my account has been debited with rs 590 without my permission and title is Investment Intermedi. What is this and why you had debited my money. Refund my money otherwise I'll complain to RBI for your mistake.

            As this is online media, i am not sharing bank account number, card number, expiry date, cvv, ifsc code, online statement, passbook printed transaction etc details here.

            So, i request sbi bank to refund the same amount and credit back to my savings account.

            Also, can someone guide me on what is the exact process to get the refund.

            I diposit 2000 in cash diposit mechine on 2/ 4/2020 . But my acount not credited the amount.
            Am sbi account holder [protected] jayaprakash from puduvherry, yesterday night around 8.45 pm Rs 25000 being debited from my account. While happenening i blocked my card and internet banking, also raised complaint to customer care but due to technical reason complaint not registered so am raising ..
            Yesterday 21/5/21 around 8.30 recieved message that for kyc authorisation link this link, once i opened internet page came after opening otp came but i didnt enter.A phone call came and if you didnt complete you will be charged n account will be blocked. I told will sort out with bank manager n cut the line. Then Rs 10000, again 10000 and 5000 being debited thro imps, i blocked my netbanking and Atm card. Raised complaint in customer support but not registered due to technical n told me to complaint in this mail .kindly do the needful and revert money debited. Tnq

            Since this unauthorized transaction has happened kindly do the needful at most earlier to revert my debited money .
            There was some unauthorized method to change my beneficiary.
            So, when the next time, on 14th September, I sent money, expecting to be sent to my beneficiary. It went to their account. It was a huge amount of money.

            I usually get NEFT transactions alerts and receipts on my email. I didn't get one on that day, and I have gotten it before and since that day.
            Moreover, there were a lot of nonsensical messages from my phone, which I didn't send to spam/fraudulent numbers. These messages looked nonsensical to me but must have communicated some private information.

            Can somebody please help me on how to retrieve my money bank?
            My money was debited from SBI Bank and should have gone to a BOB account.

He also withdraw other account without their permission. And his behaviour is also bad. If you to know why he debited his behaviour is also bad and he treat that he can arrested you by police. And he treat that he also case to police that me robbery from bank. What can i do

Transaction was successful and money deducted from my bank account but not on nlcil website, it was showing transaction failed.                             I have an account in sbi, they had deducted rs.295/- in april2020 on 2nd of the month and march 2020 4th day as si failure charges 38976288.

                            Why they are deducting like this with the name of si failure charges, but from my side there is no standard instruction given to the bank i called sbi i didn't get good response.

I have been facing huge trouble for 3 years.in three years i deposited mobile number registration form so many times in sbi sarthebari branch to register my mobile number in my account.                                   I had one RD account which was matured on 1st March, 2020. The RD amount credited in my Savings account after giving a formal declaration to Bank.But suddenly RS. 295 deducted from my savings account without informing me and the reason it shows like 'SI failure charges. I want to return the amount to be credited in my Savings account.Kindly help to get the same.

                                    please look into it as i will not be responsible for any mismanagement.

                                    I dont have any account with SBI. But still some transaction messages like above are coming to me. on my mobile number [protected]. Please investigate why irrelevant account transaction SMS are sent to me?

[protected] said that calling from sbi credit card sbi credit card section to redeem the reward point she ask me to submit your dob to redeem the reward points. I resist to give otp & cvv but the lady insist for it by different way.

                                      But rs.10, 000.00 spent on my credit card. It is very clear that it is fraud transaction. Kindly hold the transaction. Please help me out of this
