My transaction is not successful in my account from Amazon.in that i order product from Amazon and return that product, when i call Amazon customer service they say my refund is done you can cantact bank, about transaction and give transaction id is[protected]. When i call sbi customer care service he say he can't check transaction id he don't have any facilities to check transactions id.

An unauthorized transaction of 16800 is done from my account on[protected] with transection message of "othpg 494961 google aloads pte ltd[protected]". Even i did not get any otp for that. I am surprised what kind of service that sbi provide. Please return my money back as i have not done this transaction otherwise i will have to transfer my account from sbi to other bank.

I am pensioner of indian army from sept 2008.
But after submission of life certificate from 2-3 years i am not receiving my pension timely. Sir this is not problem of submission jeevan praman because i have received sms of successfully submission of jeevan praman. Then there is problem of processing this certificate in between my bank and cppc mumbai so please do some needful and advice me...

I returned a product on 28 december to myntra they initiate my refund on 28 december and told me to wait till 7 january but i don't get my refund yet i called them they told me that they successfully transferred my refund and gave me a reference number regarding regarding this please help me out in this matter i want my money back. This is the second time money from my sbi account is deducted without any otp or message.
Today on 7th jan
1558 rs. From sbi savings account got deducted without any otp
I didn't even made a single transaction in whole day yet they deducted money

The two transactions worth rs. 779 each were made today without me knowing about that

I returned a product to myntra they initiate my refund on 28 december 2019 and told me to wait for 7-10 days...10 days are completed i call to myntra they said that they initiate my refund on 28 december and transaction is sucessfull and they provide me the reference number regarding this refund the reference number is [protected] but i did not get my refund... Rs 100 debited in my account.message showing in statement as "fi txn @ csp outlet". As i don't why this is deducted therefore i raised the complaint. Even i didn't get any message regarding this deduction on my mobile phone.
