Today i received a message from bwscisms saying "on your request signature has been changed in your sbi account, if not requested contact home branch"
But i haven't requested for any signature change. Please let me know why this has happened and what needs to be done?
I hereby request for immediate action on this incident and let me know if my account is secure

    Sir,
    I am an 86 year old man. I neither received debit card on my s/b a/c no. ([protected]) [protected] nor i used in my whole life, and nor am able to use in this age. My bank account is credited re.147.50 annually, since last two years. I am requesting repeatedly my bank branch manager (31542) jodhpur khanda falsa, to credit again re.295/= and stop further deduction of atmcard amc. Bank replies to call on customer care ot block the card, but i have not the card no. As i have not received the card.
    Please stop wrongfully deduction of atmcard amc charges and credit wrong deduction of re.295/= with payable intrest.

      My name is jay parekh and i hold a simply save card of sbi bank, on sunday i visited vasai west outlet of big bazaar where i met the sales person named sandeep of sbi he told that you are eligible for pre approved fbb upgraded card and the previous card would be closed and he told that i will receive calls from mumbai team first to confirm about the application and then from delhi head office i received a call today from delhi team and a stupid lady is telling that change your address and yours mothers name in the previous card only then we can upgrade your card, what kind of stupidity is that, should i change my mothers name to get a card? I want immediate call back from sbi in this matter

          Dear sir
          A refund of 999 rupees was successfully processed on 28 december 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.
          I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken
          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund reference number[protected]

            I have an outstanding on my sbi card for which i was promised emi option if i pay 10000 first. I paid 11325.00 and asked to split rest in emi. Later they told me i can not get that option and need to pay minimum bal every month. I sd i can only pay in emi as we mutually agreed for. Now i am getting threats over call that they will harm md and my family. I am afraid for my life now.

              Respected sir/madam

              I am anaveerappa s/o veeranna kaldibashetty, resident of kalaburagi district, i tried to book a 3ac ticket in tatkal on 15th january 2020 from solapur to yashavantapur but delayed by the bank payment not booked. Amount 1075/- debited from the account, they said refunded within 3-4 days but still not. I attached the irctc failed booked transaction pic and my online sbi transaction pdf please help me to get my amount. Thank you, team, for supporting.

She said that I don't have the right to do and suggest to visit the branch now I have seen my account its credited anyhow thanks to your team.

                  Respected sir,

                  On the date of 23 january 2020 the state bank of India branch Rishikesh Uttarakhand recovered rupees 1, 65, 000/- from my account number of pension. The CPPC dehli & SBI Rishikesh did not send me any kind of infromation and notice about the recovery pension.
                  I requested to you sir please check the matter and send me the information about how the bank cut my amount without any information and notice. I need money at the present time for my treatment.

                    Sir,

                    I have paid my credit card bill amount of 12150/- using sbicard.com. Please find the payment details below.
                    But SBI team missed, this transaction in next month statement and started putting late fee, Fin Charges and IGST every month till january.

                    I have raised a query with them regarding to revert late fee, Fin and IGST charges. They had reverted the partial amount but not full amount.
                    Kindly requesting your help to get full amount revert.

                    I was shock and worried after seeing this incident and never paid fee lately untill this incident happened.

                    Please find the attachment and help me to get full refund for all FIN chanrges & IGST.

                      There has been an unauthorized issue of my fastag to a person because of which I'm unable to apply for a new fastag. The response is not proper from SBI Fastag customer care and there has been no response for the emails sent.

                      Please note I'm the first and only owner of the vehicle, so we want to cancel the wrong issue to a third person and enable us to issue a new one.

                        I was holding sbi card no[protected].
                        On my last communication with you i mentioned that, i never wanted a card with charge.
                        I have not used it and i am told it is closed.
                        I disputed this payment of annual fees and subsequent addition of late payment and interest as i never said yes to usage of this card.
                        Subsequently i received two sms from your office on 30/12/2019 17:47 stating reversal of charges levied.
                        Sr#[protected] for rs 600
                        Sr#[protected] for rs 706.90
                        After seeing this i was relaxed, but there is again a reminder for payment with additional interest.
                        Can you look into this on merit?
                        As told you last i am a sr. Citizen and you are unnecessarily bothering me at this age.
                        I am really hurt by this attitude from state bank towards sr. Citizens

                            The state bank of India is making cheats with middle class people by making financial inclusion ( FI ) charges of 17 rs on every transaction after completing 5 transactions. This charge is totally hidden neither mentioned anywhere nor told in terms and conditions. In this way, they also stopping people to switch for online transaction. Only 4 or 5 times people can transact in a month. I request to the consumer forum of India to take action against the bank and end this injustice. I knew about these charges when i opened my passbook statement. ( Which i have attested below ).

                              I have been trying for my sb account transfer from 30th-dec and till not have no clue what is happening. Nobody from sbi seems to be responding. I have posted all the documents needed for transfer along with the account transfer form. There is no confirmation as to if they have even received the post, when will the account be transferred etc. Most of the numbers given in sbi site dont work or nobody picks up the call. To my surprise, even the "grievances redressal cell" calls are not picked by any. What is the point in giving such number in the website, when they do not even want to pick up the call?? Even the mail-ids they have given are for name sake. Nobody even responds to mails. I wrote a mail to sbm245, chamarajpet, agmcustomer. [protected]@sbi.co.in and the only reply i got to this was asking which branch did i post the documents to. Which omnly shows that they have not even read my mail properly. I had clearly mentioned the branch details. There is no contact number for me to call up and not feasible for me to travel to home branch, which is 300kms from where i stay now. The local branch is not even willing to talk. The manager at local branch - bhadravati is like "do we have to teach you everything?" which means they expect us to get the account transferred without the help of bank? Digital india is nit just customers switching to digital means of transactions its also service provider switching to digital means. Wonder if someone from sbi even looks at this. Nodal office numbers are of no use too. Nobody picks up calls on that number. What kind of customer service is given by sbi?

                              It was a struggle of more than one month to get the account transferred. Only wish this was handled properly by the home branch and the branch where the application was given, instead of involving nodal officer/Grievances Redressal Cell or the consumercomplaints.in

                              Now that the account is transferred, the same ill treatment and rude behavior of the branch officials continue at Bhadravati branch(IFSC code: SBIN0011335)

                              Today when we went to bhadravati branch, bank officials were not ready to co-operate with us in anyway. Even withdrawing the cash was a struggle. We keep our money at bank, not for bank people to own it and stop it from withdrawing when we want. Initially they denied to give the cash saying the signature dint match. I have had similar experiences in other banks, when they feel the signature doesn't match, they ask us to sign couple of more times infront of them, ask for ID proof and once they are convinced its the account holder who is withdrawing the money, they give us the cash. But wonder why SBI is so rude. They directly denied to give us the money. When asked what to do now, they said "we are not going to tell what to do". Seriously?? Isn't it part of their work to help their customers? After couple of arguments, they gave the cash.
                              We had already registered for internet banking and only a form had to be filled up at the branch to enable it. I was not even given that form nor was I told what to do. They were not even ready to listen what we were saying regarding internet banking registration. It was very very rude behavior of the bank employee.

                              And finally, we asked bout ATM card, they said they would send it in 15 days or a months time. I am surprised it takes so much time to get the ATM card.
                              So basically the funda is, open an account in SBI. put your money there and its stuck there. because they will not give you ATM, they will deny to give cash saying the signature doesn't match and they will not even enable internet banking for you. While the private banks have been so polite and co-operative dealing with customers, SBI still thinks its not their headache to deal with customers. Basically they dont want to do anything but get the salary.

                              Anyways, all said and done, I want to know what needs to be done next. I can not under go this kind of mental stress and tension everytime I have to goto the branch for whatever reason. Is there anything from this mail that gets conveyed to the branch? Will there be any action taken against bank employees for being so rude and for ill-treating us and not helping us with required info? I guess they are not aware of RTI. They have to realize and understand that every customer has right to get answers to whatever question he/she has related to his/her account.

                              I will also write to RBI and post the complete incident. This can not go on everytime I visit the branch. I am also thinking of filing an harassment case against the bhadravati branch. This truly was a mental harassment for us for last one month, not being able to draw money, account not being transferred and when finally it was done, I was denied the cash.

                              I would be interested in knowing if any action will be taken against this branch. And would be happy to see a smooth transaction next time I visit the branch.

                              I got my loan transferred from pnb housing to sbi recently, now all of a sudden I see a charge named ' debit adjustment - property insurance' of 38, 250. What is this? I already have an insurance on property from sbi life insurance. This is cheating, I am not informed about any such charges. Please help.

                              This is to inform that I have returned the things that I have ordered from Amazon and Amazon has processed the refund of 1499 rupees on[protected] but I haven't received the amount in my account. The refund reference number is : 101599. Please let me know the refund status and awaiting that the refund will be processed to my account by the bank.

                                It was 3 months that i haven't received my refund yet. I have ordered my products on september and till haven't received refund. It was very unhappy thing about bank. I have contacted the amazon.in about my refund issue. They have cleared that the process from it was completed. There was a technical problem with the bank. So please make the unsolved process as fast as possible.

                                I opend the current account in SBI-Banjara hills Branch, But still they are not providing UsedId- and Pasword because of techincal problem in their system, since approximately 20 days.

                                  Sbi card agents calling my family n friends n telling them that u owe x amount and that they will issue legal notice. My cousin got the call that sbi agents reached them and said that i owe 91k to them and that i have mentioned his name in references which is totally false.

                                  Few minutes later my wife got the call from the lady talked abusively with my wife while she was in her office. She actually shouted at her.

                                  How can they disclose my financial details to anyone? How can they harass us.

                                  I made a transaction using phone pay but it got deducted. Amount is 4500.it did not go to the reciever. Now sbi is not giving form of raising chargrback.what I have to do. I asked to phone pay and sbi both. But both denied. And sbi refused to give me chargeback form

                                    I am using sbi credit card since 2 / 3 years but this time my card was upgraded from simply save to prime card and executive told me that my old card will work 60 days or till i will not use new card but my old card blocked from next day after talking abt upgradation and 23 was the due date but my card was blocked so i was not able to make payment of due amt as i was not aware about the fact that where i should make payment then i got new card on 26 th so i did all payment also rbi says there is three days grace period in credit card from due date if someone misses due date and there will not be any finance or late fee charges but sbi card is not following the norms of rbi they are not reversing me finance charges approximate 5871 rupees so kindly enlighten them about rules and tell them to reverse my charges

                                    They called me and i told her to just hold a moment then she disconnected the call
                                    Head 1300 / - has been charged in the name of insurance from our account without any notice. While we did not demand any such facility from the bank. We do not want the facility of insurance, so we have a humble request from you to refund the excess charge of Rs 1300 / - from our account to our account.

But i have done some mistakes in entering my degree year.in ug instead of 2017 i have entered 2016 & also in pg i have entered 2018 but the real year is 2019.
