Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

Dear sir

A refund of 549 rupees was successfully processed on 14 december, 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund yet.

I have called the state bank of india customer service with all the details many times including the unique refund reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

Kindly go through the issue, refund reference number is "[protected]" locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment process to locate the refund.

    Dear sir,

    Sub: - complaint against sbi credit cards regarding unnecessary addition of over limit fees.

    Sir,

    I am sbi credit card holder. Card no. Is [protected]

    Sir my oct 2019 sbi credit card statements balance was inr 38578/-. I paid inr 20, 000/- before due date.

    In statement of nov.2019 they added over limit fees of rs. 2148/- and 386 /-, as i have already paid minimum amount and 20, 000 rupees before last due date and my maximum due amount is only 38578/- they added over limit fees.

    Kindly instruct them to reverse all the unnecessary fees, they always add extra charges without calculation and without understanding value of money for common people and hence making trouble to credit card holders.

    Kindly do the needful, i shall be thankful to you for this.

      First of all the croma agent said me that if you take a tata card according to your cbil you will get credit up to 5lacks rupees. Also he said that there are no hidden charges and no annual fees. There were 100s of questions asked by the customer service people before dispatching the card. And finally 1 and half month before they dispatched card with credit limit rs. 10000 only in which i was not at all interested with.
      Ok i have had never ever used the card even then i have received first statement with 499 rs annual fee with additional gst charges which i have paid. Now i have received new statement with details as mc money pmt unknow
      Rs 600 what the hell is this. This is totally fraud and for unknown amount in bill the customer service said that this amount is not liable for dispute what the hell is this

        I did not apply for sbi credit card but i am getting a call from [protected] that my card is approved and ready for dispatch, is this possible where without applying online or physically can any one get a credit card.

        I am getting this call from last couple of months and every time i am saying that i did not apply and i dont need a credit card this they call me and said they are not responsible we are dispatching credit card.

          I already have a sbi card ending 5091. I have not applied for any more sbi card. But sbi card section regularly calling me for document verification for an irctc sbi platinum card (Credit limit 500000, five lakh). It is a fraud case. Sbi card should take quick action to cancel the application no[protected]. If not i have to complain in cyber crime branch of wb police against sbi card. Pls take necessary action and oblige me.

            My name is santosh kharga and i had cancelled my two orders of rs 3474 tripole walker 65 rucksack and indian riders lightweight travel hiking rucksack 50l due to personal reason and on 16/12/2019 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
            706158 & 512651 and told me to fill charge dispute form but sbi costumer service representative became helpless on this. So
            Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

              My name is akansha jay parekh and i hold a credit card with sbi bank, actually i made a payment for my outstanding bill on 13 dec 2019 and the amount was 10465 rs, and then again i paid on 22 dec 2019 the same amount thinking that i haven't paid the bill so when i called the contact center of sbi they told that the second payment would be refunded once it reflects in their system or else i can call them and request for a refund so i called today on 25 dec 2019 and spoke with a rude lady called neha and explained her everything, she is telling that there is no negative balance in the card hence ahe cannot refund, she is so stupid that after seeing 2 payments for the same bill also she is telling that there is no negative balance so after that i told her that i want to spea with her manager she kept me on hold for 5 min and then disconnected the call. What kind of customer service is this and if the customer pays twice by mistake should he forget his money i want strict action against this

                  Today 24 dec 2019, a fraud transaction took place from my account in my sbi current account through paytm by calling me from these two ph no.
                  [protected] and [protected].. And this fraud has been took place with help of app quick support... Its my humble request to take an action against these and help me to take my money back.. Waiting for postive response from your side.

                    Dear team,

                    Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                      Hi all,

                      Please avoid sbi credit cards.
                      They unnecessary charge huge amount as "fin charge on retail" in-spite of making payment on time.
                      This is not first time they are charging, from past 3 to 5 months regularly they are charging it.
                      I am finding very difficult to settle my bills every month.

                      I am hoping the issue to be resolved else sbi will loss there customer too early.

                      These charges has been levied on my card without any reason.
                      Please resolves these matter otherwise you will loose your customer base.

                        I have been charged for non submission of rc book around 11000 rs, i never been informed by loan agent or never received email from branch for rc book submission request.
                        I don't think that was our fault,
                        I requested branch breach candy - sbi but they said i have to pay these charges,
                        Please help to get it addressed & waive off immediately for non submission of rc book

                            I had received a credit card from sbicard of type "prime" but was offered "simplysave" over phone call.
                            Executive details are: name [mr abhishek] contact no. [[protected]]. He informed that we do raise a request for what we offer on call but from back-end it gets changed based upon customer profile.

                            After mentioning that i need to block it, he has disconnected the call.

                              When i select the account for home loan i got the below message. Please let me know how to get the provisional interest certificate to use for tax declaration.

                                  Why is being cutted my money from my account a sum of rupees 2336? Last few months my emi is not failed so why my money is being debited??? I had not done any transactions on that day and i do not know what swoo is about. Request you to kindly look into this matter and help refund the debited amount.

                                    A refund of 2298 rupees was successfully processed on 24/11/2019 to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                      In one week almost more than 50 rs got deducted from my account.in last transaction i just paid 44 rs for zomato and 18 got deducted for online transaction that too only one transaction money got deducted and for every single transaction money was deducted i stopped using this account then. What was the use of this account if that much money is deducting for one transaction

                                      I recharged my fasttag using upi I'd for 2000 funds has been deducted from my account but in fasttag account it shows confirmation awaited. No proper response from customer care. Absolutely pathetic service I need refund or credit immediately. I have attached screenshot with transaction I'd showing kindly revert me at [protected]

                                      I have been charged finance charges even after making payments on time and before due date my whole balance amout was paid i have been trying to contact customee care no response. And have not been peovided any response.
                                      I have regular transactor on the card if my problem isnt solved i might have to think of shifting to some other companies card
