    We have transfer rs. 30, 000 by online neft on 11/11/2019, transaction no: sbin[protected] while transferring wrong account number was given. All other details were correct. Correct account was: [protected] name: rajendra baban borate bank of india ifsc: bkid0000502 instate amount credited to his account held in hadapsar pune branch of bio it went to account number [protected] in ludhiana. How can neft transfer goes on simply bank account number without confirming all other details

    Yesterday nov28, 2019 12pm i have given customer cheque still they amount doesn't credit my account, but they have charge every transactions even 100rs, i contact the branch so many times but they didn't proper response..please fix that and do the needful

      I am vinod pachpor got a credit card in 2018 by some agent in nagpur. Lots of time i got from recovery agent for recovery and one promise me to settle account and asked me to pay 8000 but next month i got call from some one else n told me that the account is not settled that is why after that i refused to pay my amount due to misguided me n interest increasing very fast n stop using the card.
      But yesterday i got call from recovery agent from this no. [protected] he just using all my facebook information n giving me warning n abussing me if i will not pay we will called to your boss n asked him to terminate you with different tone exposed you on facebook in your area and calling me cantinue must be more than 20 time n giving me waring it will not be good if you not pay your due we can do that we will # by hook or crook i don't know who hire this type of people i tolerate everything but then he cross is line and called to my father n abused him giving falls call they your son default waghwille company money giving him false information n abusing him again n warning him, it can not be tolerat it's too much abusing it's not your right your agent first beg for to take credit card n then abuse who gave you the right to abuse any one i want stric action against that agent n company other wise i will go to court. The agent name be punkaj gupta.

        There was a refund of Rs.2099 from Amzon.Refund was initiated by 25 November 2019 (BOP REF no. given by amazon[protected] but refunded amount has not been credited in my bank account and there is no clue about money.Earlier it was said that money will be credited within 5 business days but its more than that.I request to trace my money and credit in my account.

          Dear sir

          A refund of 950 rupees was successfully processed on 25 oct 2019 to my account by amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

          I have called the state bank of india customer service but not get any help.

          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and reference number is[protected]

          Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

              Based on the email from sbi cards regarding necessary action from their end, to deactivate my card and prevent misuse of fraudulent transaction in my card no.[protected], sbi's nodal officer has responded back stating that the sbi card ending with xxxxxxxxxxxxxx67 is inactive for usage and as on date. And the same would be updated in cibil records also. But on viewing my cibil credit score, i find no necessary action has been initiated by cibil in removing the fraudulent entries, which has inturn brought down my cibil score drastically

              Please remove this wrongly levying fraudulent charges levied my sbi card no.[protected] which was not in use for the past several years and thus your fraudulent charges has put me in a jeopardy and tarnished my reputation in bringing down my credit score drastically

                    Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, rs.295/- and rs.885/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort.                     I do not have loan or emi on the account sbi [protected] ... but amount debited from my account rupees 295 +1555 both amounts were debited with in 2 days gap...please take note of the complaint and solve my issue immediately... as early as possible resolve the issue .                       A refund of 51, 999 rupees was successfully processed on 29 october 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                        I have sbi credit card, i paid total due amount still they are charging me financial charges before i take the sbi credit card sales team said i need to pay
                        Financial charges if i don't pay the minimum due.
                        Bu t i have been charged even i pay more the minimum due and customer care people are giving me an unmatching response.

                        I paid the total bill four days before the due date but still, they charged me. Please see the attached screen. Salespeople tell the customer something and customer care people tell the customer something else.

                              I had requested to close my card on 26th feb 2018, through mail and phone call because they had charged unauthorised insurance charge on card, that time they told that charges cannot be reversed but we will close card and if you pay insurance it will be closed. So i paid and destroyed card, after one year in 2019 they charged again insurance and now again threatening to pay.

                              I have not been using the card since 2018 and still they are pressuring me to pay insurance saying i have authorised it, which is totally wrong

                              Please help me to sort this issue and stop the card people to send messages and emails for payment see conversion attached

                              This is disgusting your person calls me last month and send me mail that the card is cancelled and charges will be reversed and now your are sending me mail that charges cannot be reversed. First of all nobody gave me call for consent of this charges.

                              Give me call record of this consent give to you by me

                              I have been requesting to cancell card since 2018, and that time also you had charged insurance more over i dont have this enewed card also you can check that in your records i have not activated or used it

                              I am not going to pay single money for this is going since one year please see mails attached for reference

                              State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              I have received a message form the bank stating that,

                              Your A/C XXXXX174110 has a debit by transfer of Rs 200.00 on 06/12/19. Avl Bal Rs 14, 642.57.

                              But, I haven't transferred the amount. The amount was deducted for no reason. Please help me on knowing the reason and get the amount back.

                                Hi,
                                I am sankarsan bhattacharya from burdwan, west bengal. Recently, i received sbi-bpcl card (Card no-[protected]). While advertising the card the sbi representative, mr. Nabakumar communicated me about 2 major benefits of the card regarding fuel purchase. They are, reword point benefit and the wave off fuel surcharge of 1%. The first bill has generated today and it includes 1.8% of extra charge on petrol purchase. Initially mr. Nabakumar repeatedly assured me that those extra charges would be wave-off in bill. Now, he is not receiving his phone. I raised the matter to the customer care of sbi. They are saying that i have to pay the extra charge anyway. The wave off benefit on fuel purchase is still mentioned in the sbi website.
                                I have taken this card to get both benefits, reword point and surcharge wave off. I have to pay rs. 499+gst for these benefits yearly. Now if there is no fuel surcharge wave off then why should i pay the full amount? Besides, mr. Nabakumar assured me that, i can redeem my reword points in any bpcl petrol pump of burdwan. I went to all bpcl petrol pumps in my town (Burdwan, west bengal) and none of them have this facility.
                                As you can notice, i am not getting almost any benefit through this card and now i have been forced to pay this amount. Please look into the matter and do the needful as this is a matter of credibility.

                                    I yash soni opened a saving account in jaipur rajasthan branch code no. 31029 on date 13 aug. 2019 till today i have not received my atm card. When i visit in bank, mr. Om praksh meena told me.. I already sent, please check in post office, and post office told go to bank. I visit approx. 10 to 12 time in bank as well as post office. Today also visit bank again they asking for 350 rupees for delivery charges for atm..

But i hereby declare that in this bank branch self service passbook printing machine is damage for a several months but bank official are not taking any steps to repair this machine.                                         I have taken a home loan from sbi for that i had given my sbi saving account no for debiting the loan emi. The bank official said for first month put the amount directly in loan account as first month autodebit does not work. I did the same. Now i see there is 296 deducted as bank tried to cut the emi. This is unethical and if this is the case why bank official told me to deposit it in my loan account
