I had requested to close my card on 26th feb 2018, through mail and phone call because they had charged unauthorised insurance charge on card, that time they told that charges cannot be reversed but we will close card and if you pay insurance it will be closed. So i paid and destroyed card, after one year in 2019 they charged again insurance and now again threatening to pay.
I have not been using the card since 2018 and still they are pressuring me to pay insurance saying i have authorised it, which is totally wrong
Please help me to sort this issue and stop the card people to send messages and emails for payment see conversion attached

Yesterday nov28, 2019 12pm i have given customer cheque still they amount doesn't credit my account, but they have charge every transactions even 100rs, i contact the branch so many times but they didn't proper response..please fix that and do the needful
