I yash soni opened a saving account in jaipur rajasthan branch code no. 31029 on date 13 aug. 2019 till today i have not received my atm card. When i visit in bank, mr. Om praksh meena told me.. I already sent, please check in post office, and post office told go to bank. I visit approx. 10 to 12 time in bank as well as post office. Today also visit bank again they asking for 350 rupees for delivery charges for atm..

      I have taken a home loan from sbi for that i had given my sbi saving account no for debiting the loan emi. The bank official said for first month put the amount directly in loan account as first month autodebit does not work. I did the same. Now i see there is 296 deducted as bank tried to cut the emi. This is unethical and if this is the case why bank official told me to deposit it in my loan account

        Dear sir,
        I purchased watch on amazon of 1749rs but watch have poor quality because of that i return watch to amazon and refund of 1649rs also send by amazon but that refund is not collected in my account. For conformation they give me referance number #[protected].
        I have called the state bank of india coustemer service and give details many time including the unique transation referance number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem no action is being taken. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.
        Kindly i request to you for process my complaint quickely

          My name is partha dey and i had ordered tomce poco f1 compitable smart fitness band 3 of rs. 999.00 in amazon on 04/11/2019 and after 13/11/2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 13/11/2019 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.           A/C no. Is [protected] account holder name is kartik chaudhary, a refund from Amazon has to come and it's been 15 days the amount is not credited into the account. Amazon has given the reference for refund made by them which is 798577 but still the amount is not credited

            My account has been debited with 295 rs twice on 23/11/2019, for what reason it happened so. I have no emi at that time period and my emi has been debited on time in the month of november, i want the reason for this amount deduction. My contact no.[protected].
            Today in my another sbi account again 295 rs has been debited... Is there any reason behind this

              Dear sir Plz convert my outstanding balance on emi because i am able to pay 5000 per month because of emergency occured in my family (paying high medical expenses because of my father and mother got injured and admitted in hospital). I have also send mails to your officers in this regard but no action is taken by them.
              I have never missed payment before but at this situation i cannot handle the large bill amount due to medical bills.
              Therefore requesting you to plz help me.

                I had paid minimum balance of credit card on 03 Nov for the billing month of October but they had charged me RS:1689/-, but I had paid full amount for the billing next month i.e. Nov on or before 23 Nov then they had again charged me in December month RS:874/-why is it so I didn't understand if customer is paying a minimum balance then why they had charged me.
                kindly please do needfull as soon as possible they had charged money around 2663/- for both month.
                And I am requesting to cancel this credit card, the entire conversation was regarding SBI BPCL credit card of no: [protected]...

                  It is intimated that Sir I purchased 2 items from amazon with online payment but i cancelled the order next day. They refunded me my amount but didn't receive till date in my account. I called in the amazon customer care but they told me to call on your bank customer care . I called to sbi care but they said tha we don't receive any amount.So i requested to you please take suitable action against it. I am facing the harassment.

                    I am rahul and want to write about my credit card bill payment. My credit card number [protected]. Actually i am unable to pay bill bcs i lost my job 3 months back. And my parents are unable to support me. Me and my wife are living in somebody’s house. We dont have money to pay the bills we ask money from friends and relatives for survival. I am unemployed and it’s difficult for me to pay the bills. Its a humble request i want to settle the debt as soon as possible as i want that i pay something and get outof this hassle. Please acknowledge my request for settlement.

                    Amazon has successfully processed refund for amount 757.10 on[protected] with reference Id 362379 ..Already 7 days has gone but my money is not showing in my account..please sir/man help me..sbi customer service is telling they can't help me.

                      My account is debited with the name of othpg google*future tech with rs 8100 without any message
                      I never use card online and never share card details to anybody

                      At 12:52 PM today, my SBI bank account was debited 1427 INR without my permission. The money has been transferred to "INVESTMENT INTERMEDI". How can SBI transfer money from my account without my permission? I need answers and my money back ASAP.

                        My mother and sister receives the pension of my father.
                        My mother is admitted in a hospital so i went to submit her life certificate other years another sbi branch accepted the form of my sister without asking for a proof of her life.
                        This manager' sanjeev singh' repeatedly asked what proof your mom is alive he was calling 10 employees to attack me.
                        I felt extremely harassed.
                        We expect empathy from the public officers. They can't be attacking our emotions. Im just a 18 year old. Doctors sign was important in the life certificate i had no idea about.. He instead of explaining me properly kept on being rude which lead to me walking out of the bank on his face.
                        Sbi other branch did accept a scanned copy of my sister's life certificate since she was not here but this branch harassed me in this case as well. Scanned copies are allowed if the sign is verified he simply saw me a child and harassed me.
                        Please take some action towards him morover he told.. Sometimes we favour you but then you make a practice.. Why will a manager do favours? Rules are rules. Who asked him to be favourable.. If he does something for 2-3 years back to back customer will find it right. If one branch is accepting the life certificate of my sister by talking to her over phone or video calling her how can the other branch of the same bank ask my sick mom to be present in front of him who is admitted 200kms away.
                        Please do take some actions.
                        These are simple examples of harassment and hypocrisy.

                          On 30/11/2019.. I have done a 500 rs transaction... At the merchant end they have shown me that the transaction was failed but the money got deducted from my bank. The merchant said the money will come back to my account as the transaction was failed at their end. I never got the refund back. The merchant details are shown as wasteland entertainment.

                            My account got automatically debited for Rs. 2000 and I received message saying "Your A/C XXXXX031241 has a debit by transfer of Rs 2, 000.00 on 04/12/19.". I have not done any transaction at this time. Also when I checked the entry on mobile app, its showing DEBIT SWOO. Please help me to get my money back.

                                  Last 1.5 years I have face big problems due to accidents I am use sbi card more than 5 years . I have pay payments timely but last 1.5 year I have not able to pay fully amt due to heavy losses in accidents. I have seen my Statement and find sbi charged me every months big financial charge and others charge. I have pay minimum amt every month . I have not able due to poor financial position this big financial charges so pl reverse all financial changes debit to last 18 months

                                    Paid Fees of 44700 on 04 june 2019 through Master Atm card, and the fees i paid charged back on 22 june 2019 but till 6 months sbi is not reflecting the paid money to my bank account.

                                      Sir,
                                      I had returned a product of amazon on 13th november and had received a note of refund initiated as well as issued from amazon but still money has not been credited in my bank account. I have received a reference number from amazon which is :[protected]
                                      So according to amazon the problem is with the bank process. I am attaching the refund initiated message of amazon with this. Please do look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                        I am anshita not using any sbi card and never applied for the card so many times. But in my cibil report it shows almost 12 times. Details are given below. And because of this there is a problem in approval of my loan. Credit company request to remove all these queries from your end to process further. I am getting to much of trouble because of the same. You are requested to clear the same asap.
