Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

Dear sir

A refund of 51, 999 rupees was successfully processed on 29 october 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

    I have sbi credit card, i paid total due amount still they are charging me financial charges before i take the sbi credit card sales team said i need to pay
    Financial charges if i don't pay the minimum due.
    Bu t i have been charged even i pay more the minimum due and customer care people are giving me an unmatching response.

    I paid the total bill four days before the due date but still, they charged me. Please see the attached screen. Salespeople tell the customer something and customer care people tell the customer something else.

      Today at 06:21 am, i got this message "your a/c xxxxx367339 debited inr 295.00 on 09/12/19 - transferred to investment intermedi. Avl balance inr 2, 091.62" what kind of transaction is this. Already there was a little amount in my savings account now the sbi is doing this. And this action explicitly shows that the bank is stealing money.

        It's been ten days of my complaint but i didn't get money back yet. Please consider my complaint and help me in getting my money back in my account as soon as possible.
        I complaint about jiophone on 27 november 19 and about another jiophone on 30 november 19.

        I provided all information about both jiophone like
        Order number and the transaction i'd of getting refund by amazon.

          I had requested to close my card on 26th feb 2018, through mail and phone call because they had charged unauthorised insurance charge on card, that time they told that charges cannot be reversed but we will close card and if you pay insurance it will be closed. So i paid and destroyed card, after one year in 2019 they charged again insurance and now again threatening to pay.

          I have not been using the card since 2018 and still they are pressuring me to pay insurance saying i have authorised it, which is totally wrong

          Please help me to sort this issue and stop the card people to send messages and emails for payment see conversion attached

          Although as requested, we have cancelled your card. Thus, we would request you to destroy the card (S) in your possession. We would also request you to scratch the cvv number mentioned on your card. The cvv number is a 3-digit unique security code indicated at the back of sbi credit card 16 digit number.
          Kindly ignore, in case you have already destroyed the card (S) in your possession.

          This is disgusting your person calls me last month and send me mail that the card is cancelled and charges will be reversed and now your are sending me mail that charges cannot be reversed. First of all nobody gave me call for consent of this charges.

          I have been requesting to cancell card since 2018, and that time also you had charged insurance more over i dont have this enewed card also you can check that in your records i have not activated or used it

          I am not going to pay single money for this is going since one year please see mails attached for reference

          But, I haven't transferred the amount. The amount was deducted for no reason. Please help me on knowing the reason and get the amount back.

            Hi,
            I am sankarsan bhattacharya from burdwan, west bengal. Recently, i received sbi-bpcl card (Card no-[protected]). While advertising the card the sbi representative, mr. Nabakumar communicated me about 2 major benefits of the card regarding fuel purchase. They are, reword point benefit and the wave off fuel surcharge of 1%. The first bill has generated today and it includes 1.8% of extra charge on petrol purchase. Initially mr. Nabakumar repeatedly assured me that those extra charges would be wave-off in bill. Now, he is not receiving his phone. I raised the matter to the customer care of sbi. They are saying that i have to pay the extra charge anyway. The wave off benefit on fuel purchase is still mentioned in the sbi website.
            I have taken this card to get both benefits, reword point and surcharge wave off. I have to pay rs. 499+gst for these benefits yearly. Now if there is no fuel surcharge wave off then why should i pay the full amount? Besides, mr. Nabakumar assured me that, i can redeem my reword points in any bpcl petrol pump of burdwan. I went to all bpcl petrol pumps in my town (Burdwan, west bengal) and none of them have this facility.
            As you can notice, i am not getting almost any benefit through this card and now i have been forced to pay this amount. Please look into the matter and do the needful as this is a matter of credibility.

                I yash soni opened a saving account in jaipur rajasthan branch code no. 31029 on date 13 aug. 2019 till today i have not received my atm card. When i visit in bank, mr. Om praksh meena told me.. I already sent, please check in post office, and post office told go to bank. I visit approx. 10 to 12 time in bank as well as post office. Today also visit bank again they asking for 350 rupees for delivery charges for atm..

But i hereby declare that in this bank branch self service passbook printing machine is damage for a several months but bank official are not taking any steps to repair this machine.                     I have taken a home loan from sbi for that i had given my sbi saving account no for debiting the loan emi. The bank official said for first month put the amount directly in loan account as first month autodebit does not work. I did the same. Now i see there is 296 deducted as bank tried to cut the emi. This is unethical and if this is the case why bank official told me to deposit it in my loan account

                      I purchased watch on amazon of 1749rs but watch have poor quality because of that i return watch to amazon and refund of 1649rs also send by amazon but that refund is not collected in my account. For conformation they give me referance number #[protected].
                      I have called the state bank of india coustemer service and give details many time including the unique transation referance number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem no action is being taken. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                        My name is partha dey and i had ordered tomce poco f1 compitable smart fitness band 3 of rs. 999.00 in amazon on 04/11/2019 and after 13/11/2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 13/11/2019 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.                             Dear sir Plz convert my outstanding balance on emi because i am able to pay 5000 per month because of emergency occured in my family (paying high medical expenses because of my father and mother got injured and admitted in hospital).                               I had paid minimum balance of credit card on 03 Nov for the billing month of October but they had charged me RS:1689/-, but I had paid full amount for the billing next month i.e. Nov on or before 23 Nov then they had again charged me in December month RS:874/-why is it so I didn't understand if customer is paying a minimum balance then why they had charged me.
                              kindly please do needfull as soon as possible they had charged money around 2663/- for both month.

                                It is intimated that Sir I purchased 2 items from amazon with online payment but i cancelled the order next day. They refunded me my amount but didn't receive till date in my account. I called in the amazon customer care but they told me to call on your bank customer care . I called to sbi care but they said tha we don't receive any amount.So i requested to you please take suitable action against it. I am facing the harassment.

                                  I am rahul and want to write about my credit card bill payment. My credit card number [protected]. Actually i am unable to pay bill bcs i lost my job 3 months back. And my parents are unable to support me. Me and my wife are living in somebody’s house. We dont have money to pay the bills we ask money from friends and relatives for survival. I am unemployed and it’s difficult for me to pay the bills. Its a humble request i want to settle the debt as soon as possible as i want that i pay something and get outof this hassle. Please acknowledge my request for settlement.

                                      My mother and sister receives the pension of my father.
                                      My mother is admitted in a hospital so i went to submit her life certificate other years another sbi branch accepted the form of my sister without asking for a proof of her life.
                                      This manager' sanjeev singh' repeatedly asked what proof your mom is alive he was calling 10 employees to attack me.
                                      I felt extremely harassed.
                                      We expect empathy from the public officers. They can't be attacking our emotions. Im just a 18 year old. Doctors sign was important in the life certificate i had no idea about.. He instead of explaining me properly kept on being rude which lead to me walking out of the bank on his face.
                                      Sbi other branch did accept a scanned copy of my sister's life certificate since she was not here but this branch harassed me in this case as well. Scanned copies are allowed if the sign is verified he simply saw me a child and harassed me.
                                      Please take some action towards him morover he told.. Sometimes we favour you but then you make a practice.. Why will a manager do favours? Rules are rules. Who asked him to be favourable.. If he does something for 2-3 years back to back customer will find it right. If one branch is accepting the life certificate of my sister by talking to her over phone or video calling her how can the other branch of the same bank ask my sick mom to be present in front of him who is admitted 200kms away.
                                      Please do take some actions.
                                      These are simple examples of harassment and hypocrisy.

                                        On 30/11/2019.. I have done a 500 rs transaction... At the merchant end they have shown me that the transaction was failed but the money got deducted from my bank. The merchant said the money will come back to my account as the transaction was failed at their end. I never got the refund back. The merchant details are shown as wasteland entertainment.

                                        I am not able to use my SBI debit card since around from last 2-3 months to get facility at ATM stations.

                                        Whenever I go to ATM, SBI Debit card showing Invalid card.
