Getting repeated abusive and threatening calls from SBI recovery team to my sister regarding father's debt. Father is no longer in contact with the family, but she is being threatened daily. This is against the RBI norms. This is totally cross violation of privacy by calling any one and threatening who are not at all linked with your cards / loans etc and the SBI should compensate for my mental torture and loss of business hours.

    I am unable to reach SBI credit card customer care regarding my transactions
    I wanna know from 15th Oct 2019 to Nov 5th 2019 because I add to increase limit 8000 after I added them it increased as 9800 but now show 1800 only I didn't any use Upto now but I didn't find in transaction in history
    21th November about at 12 O'clock Through my account i paid 100 rupees online by upi on ssc.Org and bebit 100 rupees from my account ([protected]) but not paid on ssc application form pls sovle my problem thank u
    Miss behavior and denying to help customer and harashments of customers

      I have an account in sbi bank pj extension branch davangere karnataka. Acc no is [[protected]]
      Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saving transferred to investment intermedi acc no is [[protected]] and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

        I had returned my amazon order of rs 499 and a refund was issued against this order on 31st oct, 2019. It should have been reflected in my account till 4th nov, 2019 but it has still not been issued. I am contacting the bank and amazon ever since and the amazon is saying the fault is at bank's end.
        Kindly look into the matter and provide the solution as soon as possible.

        हमारे SBBJ Bank मैं हमने 2 से 3 बार ATM का फॉर्म भार के बैंक मे जमा करा दिया हमारी वहां पर कोई भी नहीं सुनता इसलिए आपसे request है कि हमारी जल्दी से जल्दी ATM देने कस्ट करे...

        और हमारी बैंक मे कोई भी नहीं सुनता है और कहते हैं कि फॉर्म भार के जाओ आपके पास ATM आ जाएगा...

          Iam order aproduct on 29/09/19... And cancelled my product on that day.. Because of cost is too high comparing to selling in shops market... And the amount should not be refund till now.. I call to the amazon customer care about refund they told me there is no problem with this.. And issue is from sbi bank... And send them reference number they have it check the transaction..

            I went to the nearest branch in mumbai to get myself a new card and i was told to get it done from home branch. Why can't they handle this internally via posts or something? Otherwise it's a matter of minutes to at least take the form. This is also a long pending request as this card has been out o[censored]se for a year so may be it's getting declined.
            Please reissue a new atm debit card asap. I have also emailed as per home branch (Nagpur) prior instructions.

                I have already filed a complaint but there is no progress. On nov 22, i went to atm booth and try to withdra cash of ₹1000 but when the transaction was going the machine power goes off and did not dispense any cash but it was debited from my account. So please look in to this matter at the earliest and kindly recredit my cash because i am college student and i am in need of this money for some college work.

                  Sir,

                  1. My vehicle no is ma3ewb22sjd462476 (I. E. Tn-67 bx 9311). A sum of rs 70/- has been debited from my fastag account on 06 jan 2019 at pudur pandiyapuram vide transaction id no[protected][protected].

                  2. But an amount of rs 315/- has been additionally debited from my fasttag account on 11 jan 2019 against adjustment at pudur pandiyapuram on 06 jan 2019 vide transaction id no[protected][protected] cbd[protected].

                  3. Copy of screenshot of the said transaction is attached for your reference.

                  4. On the day (I. E. 06 jan 2019), i was used defence identity card at toll free of pudur pandiyapuram. Also, toll free is exempted for defence person.

                  5. The same was informed to customers care of sbi fastag through email and telephonecally many times. No response has been received from customer care.

                  6. Please take necessary action for refund of wrongly debited amount rs 385/- (70/- +315/-) at the earliest.

                    Sir, my revised basic pension as per 7th cpc is 24500/- as per ssa-pr[protected].
                    I have received my arrear on[protected]. But my request is about revised family pension as per ssa no. Pr[protected]. Date: 21 march 2018.in that my original basic pension is 24500 ₹ w. E. F: 01/jan/2016. Which i have not received. Last month's pension i received was 18199 ₹ only.                       Yesterday on 01.12.2019 I had on process to book a ticket from my IRCTC Account but most unfortunately booking remains pending and after connecting customer care I came to know though the sum of rupees 727.70 has been deducted from bank account, it has not been posted to IRCTC. Even after waiting for a long interval problem has not been solved. State Bank Main Branch Jalpaiguri has sent me the confirmation message of the said amount to be credited.                         उपरोक्त तीनो शिकायतों को Financial Services (Banking डिवीज़न) में दर्ज कराइ थी सभी के निस्तारण गौर से देखे जाये की शिकायत प्रणाली का किस तरह से मजाक उड़ाया जा रहा है की निस्तारण में कुछ भी लिख दिया जाये वो मान्य है और शिकायत बंद कर दी जाती है
                        सभी का फ़र्ज़ी निस्तारण कर दिए गया निस्तारण भी उन्ही से कराया गया जो इस शिकायत में लिप्त है । उन्होंने निस्तारण में लिख दिया गया की प्रार्थी ने स्वयं खाता बंद कराया जबकि इस बात की ही शिकायत की थी प्रार्थी का खाता बैंक कर्मचारीओं ने जानबूझ कर बंद कर क्योकि प्रार्थी ने अपने किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड की लिमिट बढ़ाने के लिए कहा था जिसके लिए प्रार्थी से बैंक कर्मचारी ने २०००० रुपये की मांग की गई थी जिसको प्रार्थी ने देने से मन कर दिआ इसलिए प्रर्थी के साथ ऐसा घिनौना बर्ताव किआ गया शिकायत के सभी फ़र्ज़ी निस्तारण में जिस वाउचर पे प्रार्थी के हस्ताक्षर की बात की जा रही है वो प्रार्थी ने बचे हुए सेष पैसे जमा करने के लिए भरा था उसपे ही बैंक के कर्मचारी ने अपनी हैंडराइटिंग में कुछ भी लिख दिआ और खता बंद कर दिआ प्रर्थी को वो वाउचर भी दिखाया प्रार्थी ने स्वयं अपनी आँखों से देखा की उसपे बाद में किसी ने कुछ लिखा है प्रार्थी को अगर खता बंद कराना होता तो प्रार्थी खुद लिखता क्योकि प्रार्थी अनपढ़ नहीं है ।
                        इसकी निष्पक्ष जांच कराई जाये। प्रार्थी ने खेती करने के लिए साहूकारों से कर्जा लेकर अपनी खेती करनी पड़ रही है जिससे प्रार्थी की आर्थिक और मानसिक स्थति काफी ख़राब है । प्रार्थी की पिछली शिकायत निम्नलिखित है।
                        प्रार्थी की पिछली शिकायत का निस्तारण जो की मजाक उड़ाया गया इस शिकायत पोर्टल का उन सभी का निस्तारण कॉपी संलग्न है ।
                        प्रार्थी का खता दोबारा चालू किया जाये अथवा प्रार्थी बैंक के मैनेजर के ऊपर धोखाधड़ी और ४२० करने का मुकदमा दायर करेगा और सारे निस्तारण मीडिया व सोशल मीडिया पर देगा जिससे बैंक की छवि ख़राब होगी ।

                        प्रार्थी की पिछली शिकायत निन्मलिखित है ।
                        प्रार्थी राजेश सिंह पुत्र शिवपाल सिंह जिसका किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड लोन भारतीय स्टेट बैंक शाखा खुटार IFSC कोड SBIN0011185 में सकुशल चल रहा था जिसका खाता संख्या [protected] है । प्रार्थी हर साल समय पे अपना लोन का भुगतान करता था और नयी फसल लगाने के लिए फिर निकाल लेता था ।लेकिन कुछ महीने पहले प्रार्थी को अपनी फसल लगानी थी तो प्रार्थी अपना पैसा निकालने बैंक गया । वहाँ बैंक में बताया गाय की अभी फील्ड ऑफिसर नहीं है तो पैसा नहीं निकल पायेगा अगले हफ्ते आने को बोला गया प्रार्थी कुछ दिन बाद फिर बैंक गया तो पता चला की फील्ड ऑफिसर का तबादला हो गया है । नए फील्ड ऑफिसर आएंगे तो वही बताएँगे तो अगले हफ्ते आने को बोला ।प्रार्थी १६-जुलाई २०१९ को फिर बैंक गया तो नए फील्ड ऑफिसर ने बताया की आपका लोन खाता तो फ़रबरी 2019 में बंद कर दिए गया है ।प्रार्थी ने जानने की कोशिश की तो बताया गया की प्रार्थी के कहने पर ही बैंक मैनेजर ने प्रार्थी का खता बंद किआ है ।जबकि ये सरासर झूठा आरोप है प्रार्थी ने कभी खाता बंद कराने की बात बोलना तो दूर सपने में भी नहीं सोचा था ।प्रार्थी ने जब ऐसा बोला तो प्रार्थी को बैंक मैनेजर ने एक जमापार्ची दिखाई जो उन्होंने खुद अपनी ही राइटिंग में लिखी थी जिसपे प्रार्थी के हस्ताक्षर थे। जोकि प्रर्थी ने अपने लोन खाते में पैसे जमा करने के लिए भरी थी ।लेकिन उसपे बैंक मैनेजर द्वारा स्वयं ही लिख दिए गया की प्रर्थी का खाता बंद कर दिए जाये । वैसे बैंक में छोटे से छोटे काम के लिए एप्लीकेशन ली जाती है लेकिन प्रार्थी का खाता बिना एप्लीकेशन दिए ही बैंक ने अपनी मनमर्जी से बंद कर दिया गया । ताकि प्रार्थी परेशान हो और अपनी नयी लोन फाइल जल्दी कराने के लिए १०% कंमीशन व दलाली बैंक कर्मचारिओं को दे जैसा की आजकल बैंक में लोन के नाम पर दलाली की जा रही है ।उच्च अधिकारी इसकी जांच खुफ़िआ ढंग से कर सकते हैं । प्रार्थी काफी परेशान है प्रार्थी के पास फसल लगाने के लिए पैसा नहीं जो कुछ भी जमापूंजी है वो प्रार्थी के पिता के इलाज में लग जाता है । प्रार्थी को खेती करने के लिए जिस लोन की आस ही वो इन दलालो की वजह से ख़त्म हो गई ।प्रर्थी का लोन जल्द से जल्द चालू करवाने की कृपा करे । और इस घिनौने कार्य में लिप्त बैंक कर्मचारिओं के खिलाफ सख्त कार्यवाही की जाये । और बैंक में लोन पास कराने के नाम पर दलाली पे अंकुश लगाया जाये । आपकी महान कृपा होगी ।

                          Dear team,
                          I abhishek kumar (Mob no[protected] have an issue regarding savings account fraud.
                          Actually i have a personal loan through cashe and i wanted to foreclose that account. Regarding this i contacted cashe customer care (Mobile no got from google) which were [protected] and [protected].
                          They provide me a link of forecloser option and i follwed all the steps.
                          After some i got messages that my axis account is debited by 32300/- and sbi account debited from 8000 & 400.
                          After so many calls they assure me to return my money but i didn't get any amount.
                          After contacted paytm cybercell i found some details as:-

                            Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

                            Dear sir
                            A debit amount of inr 3599.10 was successfully processed on 30th september 2019 from my account to amazon account and the same amount in three parts (Inr 989.10 + inr 989.10 +inr 1620.90) had been refunded by amazon to my amount on 4th october 2019. But i received only inr 2610.0 (Inr 989.10 + inr 1620.90) on 4th october 2019, remaining of inr 989.10 have credited in my account yet.
                            I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed to customer care and visited my home branch with all the details but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken
                            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund on 4th october 2019.
                            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                              We have made payment for our property tax of rs 6365/- to vadodara municiple coroporation, gujarat by using phonepe app which is linked with my sbi account (Ac no[protected]

                              Our phonepe app detail is as below:-

                              Registered mobile no - [protected]
                              Transaction id - p1910051248329086583898
                              Utr[protected]
                              Rs - 6365/- dtd 5/10/2019.
                              Complaint ticket no[protected] and[protected]At phonepe)

                              Since this transaction was not realized in time, we need to pay this property tax in cash. Receipt of this is attached herewith in trailing email.

                              One trailing email is from it department of vadodara municiple corporation, revealing single cash payment only. They state that they did not find any other payment of property tax for particular census number. (Census no[protected]-020), except we paid in cash. (Receipt attached)

                              Another trailing email is from phonepe support. Which reveals the payment was rejected by vadodara municiple corporation and now amount is being in possession of sbi. Detail of payment is detailed in trailing email.

                              So request you to please check the status of rs 6365/- and do needful in this regards as this is the matter of 5/10/19.

                                A refund of 14398 rupees was successfully processed on 22 november 2019 txn no 245066, to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                  Dear team,

                                  Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because an amount of rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unnecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                                    Hello,

                                    I was holding sbi credit cards but unfortunately it was lost somewhere i immediate raised the compilation to sbi call center and informed to close its with immediate effect for all future use. Sbi blocked the my cards subsequently i have paid all outstanding on card. It was not in use but still sbi is asking me to pay yearly charges. I called up to call center a number of time and raise the compilation but sbi still insisting to me to pay yearly charges with interest for which i am not using the card than why sbi is asking me to pay. Kindly help out me

                                      My rd accounts is matured on 22th nov 2019 (Last instalment date 01.10.2019). But on 03.11.2019, rs.- 295.00x2=690.00 si failure charges are deducted from my account in this month. I don't understand why as i have the sufficient balance in my account. Kindly look into the matter and credit deducted amount in my account.

                                        sbi simply save credit card fraud with atm cash withdrawal charges

                                        Dear official,
                                        Sbi team has provoked me to take card with fraud offers and causing me to lose 590 rs as the atm withdrawl charges.
                                        Their officials never talked about withdrawl charges instead they are provoking me to take the card and do cash withdrawl to get 100 rs cash back. So i did it and myself charged for the amount of 590rs.
