Greetings of the day,
I am anuj shrivastava, from jabalpur and my complaint is against sbi credit card.
After series of mails to and from them but not getting a satisfactory reply this mail.
They are not replying to my direct complain and repeating the same irrelevant reply again n again.
My complaintis as follows :
On 6th june night around 12.00 am, i was booking a flight ticket from yaatra.com using sbi credit card as mode of payment. It was an international flight ticket i was booking and at that time the fare was rs.72948 when my card was blocked for the same transaction. I called sbi credit card customer care at[protected] immediately and there was a recorded message that your call center operates from 8am to 8pm. As my card was blocked and there was nothing i could do i had to wait till next morning at 8.00am and got my card de activated and booked the same flight ticket. Now the fare had gone up by rs.8127. Both these figures can be matched as the transaction which was blocked was for rs.72948 for yaatra.com and today morning i did same transaction for rs.81075 from yaatra.com so my humble request is kindly give me a credit for 8127 as i was made to pay the extra amount for no fault on mine.
They have accepted in their mails that their was no call from their executive when the card was blocked as well as auto generated message for unblocking the card. As its a deficiency in service from their side i should not suffer.
