My name is Kuldeep Kumar Gautam and I had ordered J S GLOBAL BassHeads 225 Special Edition in-Ear Headphones with Mic (Blue) of RS.460 in Amazon on 17 August 2019 and after 23 August 2019 I returned this order because wrong product was delivered. And on 23 August 2019
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 605147 and told me to fill charge dispute form but SBI doesn't have such policy. So
please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

    Dear sir,
    I beg to state that i am binod kumar sinha, a handicapped person, designated at head quarter, bharat coking coal limited (Bccl) having salary account no [protected] at state bank of india, pbb branch, bank more, dhanbad.

    This is as i was transferred on irrelevant grounds like threatening, etc and that too at a place where basic facilities like washroom and water facilities are not available there. This was done by the officials of bccl in order to put me in trap because had i joined the office where basic facilities are not present, and it's a common thing that within 8 hours of work, one might feel a need for going to washroom and on going the officials might have made a charge on me of not being present in the office and might have held me up with several kinds of action. Moreover the distance of washroom from the samadhan kendr, where i have been asked by the officials to report is about 300 meters. All these things like transfer, etc were done because i saw some note sheet in which the price at which the services/items has been purchased by our organisation was much higher that the real price and i complained the matter to chairman cum director and chief vigilance officer of bccl. As a result of all these i am not receiving my monthly salary from 7-8 months.

    So, because of all these, i have filed a case in the hon'ble court of law and the hearing of same was done on 7th august 2019. Now the problem is that, i am unable to pay the emis of the personal loan taken by me from my bank. Since, i was not able to pay, i gave a written application to the branch manager of my bank on 31st may 2019 mentioning my problem and also agreeing that i would pay the interest and late fine. Moreover i have mentioned the same account in the records of the bccl which cannot be changed unless and until i provide them noc (No objection certificate from the present bank in which my salary in being credited). So, in future all the funds like provident fund, graduity, etc would be credited in the same account itself and hence there isn’t any kind of fear to bank for loosing their capital. Moreover, higher the time i would take, more the profit the bank would be generating from interests and late fine. I informed the same thing through the same application but instead of supporting the person fighting against corruption, the bank blocked the funds of my guarantor because of which my guarantor is also facing trouble without providing me any information/legal notice mentioning that such action would be taken. So, in order to not make my guarantor face much trouble, i somehow managed to paid rs.24, 000 only as said by bank that the hold of my guarantor would be released after crediting this amount. But, soon after few days the hold was again put in the account of my guarantor because of which he and his family members are also facing great trouble. Moreover, employees of sbi (One of whose name i was told as shri adhir), pbb branch comes at my residence and their behaviour lead us to mental stress.

    Therefore i request you to make the bank support me in the fight against corruption and remove the hold of my guarantor’s account and since hearing has been done on 7th aug 2019, soon the order of the court will also arrive and i will be paying the total dues along with interest.

      This is regarding an unauthorized transaction made with my debit card of inr 553

      I didn't use card online and never share card details to anybody
      Please give me a solution
      I have compliant to my bank but they have not gave my any satisfaction answer so i request please provide me a solution

        Hi,
        Recently 3 months ago i failed to make. A payment on my sbi card due to financial crisis i was not able to meet the payment agreement, the collection agents started threatning me and my family members using abusive language, giving fakse information and releasing my oersonal details.

        I tried to come to an payment arrangements untill i could pay in full, they took 7700 inr from me promising a payment arrangement and then when i made the payment denied the promise, they call my family members juat after they talk to me just to give out my information and for harrassment,

        I dont know complaining here would make a difference but still if anyone is looking into this then please stop this harrassment practice and try to work with the member, cause no one is willing to risk their lives for such issue atleast a little support. Is needed, they delete their own conversation so that they dont get caught.

        The bank is unnecessary charging SI charge on my Recurring Deposit (RD) account even though I am having sufficient balance on my saving account. Again recently the bank have deducted Rs 295 as SI FAILURE CHARGE

                  Due to severe financial crisis i am not able to pay the amount. Please allow me to settle the amount by waiving interest and other penal charges also adjust my minimum payment towards the dues. I am in huge debt and facing harrasment from many financial organizations and had came into depression. This is due to some fraud done by a person named ajay jain r/o -3/18 model town phase 3 delhi who has evaded from his house after doing serious frauds with me and other people. I have left with no house, even my wife and daughter had left me and filed for a divorce. Please understand my situation and allow me to settle the account.

                  This is from SBI Garthikere. We had sent a cheque for collection through courier to Bangalore number being THL592284. But it is undelivered. We are following up at Professional courier Thirthalli Br for past 4 days but there is no proper response. Please let us know the status whether it is delivered or not.

                    Sir i bought a ro filter 550/-rs. 7/07/2019 but any reason i return it by courier service. Amazon return my return pay on 23/7/2019. Refence no. Of its transaction is[protected]. But the balance not reflect in my account. I complained for it transaction many time but nothing reaction taken. I complained for it last time. Give solution for it.                       I would like to get two information from you.
                      1. When I applied for a sbi credit card, the photo and statement of the axis neo credit card was taken from me for two months and it was also said that the total credit limit of the sbi will be given more than Axis. The credit limit of my axis is one Lakh fifty one thousand then I get only twenty thousand from Sbi Credit Card.
                      And
                      2. I know when applying and during verification, this card's charge is rs.499 and Gst but why do I have to repeatedly pressure for rs.1799 where I have clearly stated that I do not need these. By making sure exactly how much of my annual charge is very good.

Till date bank didn't send us the noc. Now the msg is coming that some amount is pending till yet. And the card is not blocked.

                          I ordered one product in amazon on 16th august and i payed total amount through my debit card and due to some reasons i cancelled my product. Amazon returned my product to the seller. Amazon initiated my amount on 21st august and the reference number is 952414 and they informed that amount will be reflected in your account with in 3 to 5 working days but till now my amount not added in my account.

                            A refund of599 rupees was successfully processed on 17th aug 2019 to my account by amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                            I have called the state bank of india customer service but not get any help.

                            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and reference number is 796404

                            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                I purchased a product on amazon by a seller named wsstore amounting of 1189 and the seller claims to have processed my refund on 2019/07/29 but upto this date of 2019/08/31 i haven't received any refund. I tried to file dispute charge on visiting bank but they are asking for transaction id and a lot more information which iam not provided with, the seller only gave me reference no for transaction which is[protected] but the bank says it won't work. Neither the seller or amazon nor the bank is talking action which is causing me problem to get my refund back. On similar to this case i purchased a product on amazon by a seller called aspire collection on 2018/11/30 amounting 452.41 and even after months to this date of 2018/08/31 i haven't received any refund and their reference transaction code no which is 359157 is not accepted by the bank.
                                The sbi customer care don't receive my calls, cut on receiving or talk hastily. I'm in need of serious help if you guys can help me i would be really thankful.

                                  • i applied for an sbi card vide application no.[protected] in july 2019
                                  • on 15.08.2019, i was informed by email as well as by sms that my application was approved and a card was issued in my name and the same was sent to my address.
                                  • on 16.08.2019, the courier company’s online status showed "no such consignee at the given address" that means i do not live at the given address where the card was sent
                                  • i reported the matter vide interaction id:1-[protected] to the [protected]@sbicard.com to prevent any fraudulent transaction using the card without my knowledge
                                  • on 20.08.2019 i was informed by sbicard by email that the card was sent to a wrong address and not to the address that is mentioned in my aadhar and voter card
                                  • on 21.08.2019, i reported the matter vide interaction id:1-[protected] to the [protected]@sbicard.com to prevent any fraudulent transaction using the card without my knowledge
                                  • on 25.08.2019 at 17:10, an sms from sbi card informed that the undelivered card vide ref# ev[protected] has been returned back to sbi custody
                                  • on 29.08.2019 once again i reported the matter vide interaction id:1-[protected] to the [protected]@sbicard.com to prevent any fraudulent transaction using the card without my knowledge
                                  • on 29.08.2019, on my request the undelivered card was blocked by sbi to prevent any fraudulent transaction
                                  • on 30.08.2019 at 17:24 hours, i received an sms from sbi card that the blocked card was used to pay one “cpp assistance service p” for rs 1699.00 but the payment was declined by sbicard.
                                  • on 30.08.2019, i reported the whole matter to [protected]@sbicard.com and sought protection from any fraudulent transaction in my name without my knowledge

                                  How could the card that is in sbi’s custody was used to pay someone?

                                  For information: i never had seen the blocked card, have no knowledge about the pin and the card number except the last 4 digit.

                                    I ordered two items from amazon on 14th august. Due to flood i cancelled the order. Amount rs 875 deducted from my account. My refund amount not receieved within these periods. I contact the bank branch but they are not responding. I am stuck with problem. Amazon provided with a refund id and refund reference number. My refund reference number is - 159523. Please take necessary measures. Please deposit my refund money in my account.
                                    So kindly i am requesting to reflect my refund money

                                      I undersigned shri jayakumar s ghanti having account in your bank my a/c no [protected], i given chq no 118218 rs 500000/- dated 27.06.2018 to the principal snmc and hospital medical collage bagalkot. As per my passbook cheq cleared and debit to my account, but collage account officer told cheq is not cleared and not credit to collage account.
