Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

Dear sir

A refund of 93&93rupees was successfully processed on 31 august, 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also filled dispute form of state bank of india nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund on 31/08/2019

    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

        My name is harsh thakur. And i had order mufubu 55litter beg of rs 1384 is on 23/09/2019 and after 29/09/2019 i return this order due to personal reason. And on 05/10/2019 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still disn’t get the money. Amazon sent the refernce number 666338 and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india dose’t have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint its very urgent.

        Hello sir
        I got a call from sbi
        Bt i think that was a fake call.
        He is asking for atm no, exp date etc
        And at the end he is asking for otp
        Bt i didnt gave him otp.
        He is asking that they send money from upi.
        Fake call no -[protected]
        Please give me refund as well as soon

If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. At that time, they will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

            Sir on dt 7.8.2019 in my sbi ac [protected] debit rs 99934.00 in five txn. I complaint in branch.. Or sbi care and submit fir. Pls conway my problem. Bank no otp send me or i no any digital txn this account to days. Bank customer care no help my to block my account i requested many time but care officers ask any questions and time pass. So in this time my many transfer third-party.
            Pls help me

              A refund of 1499 rupees was successfully processed on 11th august 2019 to my account by amazon (Ref number-417636). But i have not received the refund till now. (Account name-chanchalben p prajapati)

              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                I m order a product on amazon on 2nd sep the order has been canceled but the refund rs 998 amazon says they refunded on 6sep but this amount not reflect my account still now.. Amazon also send me ref number for the refund that is[protected]. The bank cusyomer care and my branch not helping me regarding this refund... And amazon says that they refund the refund... Pls help in this matter.

                  My name is siyaram soni and i had ordered 1199 of rs. Amount optimum nutrition whey protein in amazon on 24-aug-2019 and after 1-sept-2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 6-sept-2019
                  Amazon initiated the amount to my upi id/bank account but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected]
                  And told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india bank doesn't have such policy. So

                    A refund of rupees 873 has been processed by amazon and it should be in my bank account but it haven't credited yet.
                    The refund got initiated from amazon.in for more than 10 days earlier

                    Please check the refund as it has been confirmed by the amazon

                    The refunded amount are of my savings

                    Yes the company gave me the refund reference number as to contact to the bank customer care no to check why the refund has not been processed yet.                       I had ordered prrish earpods from amazon on aug 4th from my account.. I received it on aug 9, but charging cable is missing, so i asked for refund.. Refund is accepted but money is not refunded to my account.. I contacted amazon customer for 4times but no use.. Please verify it..

                            I have purchase a mobile from amazon. But the mobile was defective and I returned the mobile to Amazon. A Refund of Rs 20999.00 was initiated by Amazon on 28 Aug 19 and Refund reference number was provided by them. But the same was not credited in my account till now. I have called so many times to SBI customer care, but no fruitful reply was received. You are requested to check the refund status and credit the amount at the earliest please.

                              I have orderd 2 back cases from amazon and i have cancelled one case i got 384 rupees they gave me refund reference number #[protected]
                              And other case issue is i have returned one pouch and i got 506 rupees they gave me refund reference number 565352 it's been 20 days and i haven't got my refund yet when i call to amazon. They are saying that i have to contact bank customer care i hvad tried that also they are saying that you have to visit branch and need to complain and i have gone to bank also they are saying we are not responsible for amazon issue

I also filled the details like my card number cvv number etc.. They said you will received 2 otp then get confirmation message.. But my account has debited rs. 50000 & rs. 20000 at the time of otp arrived respectively.. Please consider my problem and give a solution
