    Dear sir,
    A refund of 299 rupees was successfully processes on 27 august 2019 into my account. This amount successfully have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

    I have called the state bank of india customer care service many times withe refund reference number but noboday replied or resolved my problem. No action is being taken.

    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed my refund.

    Please locate my amount and slove my problems

      After order i cansal my order and amazon has transfer my refund to bank but my bank does not transfer refund in my account. Amazon give me refund reference number #[protected]

        My name is aanad, 2days before i got a sbi fake call. They told me to increase my card limit and they said you will received one iv call please answer that.. I also filled the details like my card number cvv number etc.. They said you will received 2 otp then get confirmation message.. But my account has debited rs. 50000 & rs. 20000 at the time of otp arrived respectively.. Please consider my problem and give a solution

          Dear sir

          A refund of 1645.00 rupees was successfully processed on 1st september 2019 to my account by amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

          I have called the state bank of india customer service but did not get any help.

          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and reference number is #[protected].

          Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

            I have a saving account in state bank of india, trauwala branch, paonta sahib. On 7th sep 2019, multiple suspicious transactions has been completed against my account and debited around rs. 801+45/- with three transactions (As rs.1 first, rs.399, rs.399 about rs.45 i have no information). I have not received any otp (One time password) also to authenticate the transaction. Below is the sms which i got.

            Sbidrcard x3436 used for rs399.00 on06sep19 at99999999 txn#* if not done by u fwd this sms to [protected] or call[protected] to block ur card. (Here due to security reasons i secure transaction i'd of that particular transaction)
            I block my card after that.
            But i need to know without sharing any otp or any important information like (Card no, cvv no, pin no) how such type of transaction is happen.
            Plese tell me which type of mistake done by me so that i can prevent my self in future.
            And aslo plese give me information about refund of my money.

              मैने हितेश एग्रो की c. C. लिमिट के लिए sbi morseem branch (009064) मे गारंटी दी थी । वो emi नही भर रहा है, मैने बैंक मैनेजर के साथ उसके घर जाकर उसकी सारी property और उस व्यक्ति से मिलवा दिया। अब जो भी एक्शन लेनी है उसके खिलाफ ली जाये । और मेरा खाता unhold करने की कृपा करावे।

                  Ordered a prestige platina frypan for rs 1399 on 6th august 2019 and returned it on 19th august 2019 due to some problems. The amount was successfully processed by amazon. It has been 18days but the amount is not credited in my bank account. The amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now but i have not received the refund till now.                     In my debit card august 5th 2019, yesterday night 8pm, in amazon purchase product 1247ruppes i got otp in sbi bank after that transaction is 405 method error, but my account is dedicted to 1247 rupees, in my product is not successful but my balance cuts 1247 rupees, immediately could you please return my amount otherwise i complained sbi organization through rbi compliant management system, and also i have complained amazon organization also. Till now sbi bank there is no message dedicted 1247 rupees but cutting my account 1247 rupees. Am i trust sbi bank or not say the reason. Iam seriously opposed to sbi bank. Recently rbi fine to sbi bank, again same process repeated, and iam also compliant in amazon organization.

Ppo in respect of said indl already fwd to cppc, amravati circle by pcda, allahabad and the same has confirmed by our representation of this office.                         I have send an email on your id: cms. [protected]@rbi.org.in on 28.8.2019 regarding the subject matter.
                        I would like to inform that state bank of india closed by capital gain account without encashing my tdr in that account. Its more than a month that i am chasing the bank, but to date no action to recover my money with interest has been taken by them.

                          I have a sbi credit card due to some financially issue i am unable to pay outstanding for 4 month. On mar 19 i have made a settlement agreement on the card for 1.10lac for 6inst. I have paid 5 inst. For last inst i have ask them for hardcopy of settlement letter & collect the cash. Now they are saying that it is null & avoid as non payment. Which is there fault right.

                          Please let me know what are my option i can still pay them last inst. Due to job i stay out f station & my family stay at howrah.

                              I've received a payment from Google Adsense of $163 on 22nd August 2019. However, I've not received the payment. When contacted, SBI agents told me the problem is MT 103. When I contacted Google Adsense support, they gave the UTR and told me that SBI rejected the MT 103.

                              How can I solve this issue? No one in the brach can explain what's happening and how to fix it. I've always received the payment but this is the first time that happened to me.

                              Any help to resolve the issue would be appreciated. If needed, I can forward the MT199 (UTR) code to any SBI personal here.

                                    I haven taken loan for purchase of new car from sbi from february 2017. Since march 2017, i have been paying my monthly installment of 7979 without any delay till date. But now i am planning to close my car loan. When i checked my loan account summary details, i saw that sbi had charged me an amount of 5900 on 5th june 2018 towards non submission of rc copy. I was never informed by my bank executive during the time of loan approval that i had to submit the rc copy. Neither i received any mail/ sms alert from the bank for the submission of rc copy. Since an amount of 7979 is regularly debited from my account, i was not informed about the same.

                                    Now it seems to be that even after regularly paying the emis without any delay, they have imposed such a huge fine of 5900 on me without any proper intimation. Hence you are requested to reverse the charges towards the non submission of rc copy.

                                      I have made 2 no. Transaction of rs. 1300/- each for diesel filling in my car on 02/09/2019. But these transactions failed and i paid rs. 1300/- by cash on that time. But surprisingly, rs. 1300/- deducted 2 times from my account. One time the reversal of rs. 1300/- credited in my account on same day. But 2nd payment of rs1300 /- is still pending. Kindly reverse my payment of rs 1300/- in my account.
