An amount of inr 1000/- is getting debited from my sbi account in the name of "investment intermedi" in a gap of 2-3 months. I have two loans against my two household items from bajaj and i precisely know the amount. But the messages do not mention anything about bajaj. Also i do no have any investment. I am really frustrated now. Please help me. It is really hard for a lower middle class with 4 member in the house.

    Dear Sir,
    Refund from Amazon for an amount of Rs. 999/- has been processed on 21.05.2019. Authorisation code for the refund is 213186. The refund is not credited in my account till now. Conversation with amazon regarding this from my gmail account is attached. The transaction was made with my SBI debit card for an amount of Rs. 1998/-. The remaining amount has been settled.
    Please see a pending refund and follow the path back to amazon payment processor to locate the refund under charge dispute as 'refund not processed'.
    I have also filed a complaint with sbi, Vikas Bhavan, but they refused to accept it.

          I am 86 years old and have been requesting my SBI branch in Janakpuri, New Delhi for Form 16A for the financial year 20118-19. Every-time I go, I get same reply, not received till now. I asked them to send on my email which they refused. The branch manager does not respond to calls. I wonder if the official mobile is given for customers or for personal use?

          I asked my son to visit the branch today and after a heated discussion they gave form 16A which does not tally with the interest certificate issued by the bank nor the form 26AS.

          I have sent mail to the email id given on the TDS certificate and also informed the bank manager about the discrepancy.

          I have lodged a complaint with the customer care also who in their auto reply mail acknowledgement, mention they will revert back in 48 hours. No response from them.

          SBI web site promise to call if sent SMS "UNHAPPY" on a number mentioned. SMS sent but no call or any revert received.

          I requested the bank manger for higher authority contact details so I can escalate the matter to get the form 16A corrected which at the first instance not getting. She does not respond to my request.

          All numbers indicated on the website, only ring but no one picks the call. There is a contact number mentioned on Form 16A, which I have called more than a dozen times, bell rings but no response. I have send a request on the email address mentioned on the Form 16A, No response again.

          Can anyone help, whom in SBI, should I contact to get my issue resolved?

            My name is anshul dehariya and i had ordered (Product) no[protected] of rs.490.00 amount (Zebronics 450 w power supply smps) in amazon on (12-jun-2019) and after (20-jun-2019) i returned this order due to personal reason. And on (24-jun-2019 refund initiated)
            Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (Refund reference #[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but sbi bank doesn't have such policy. So
            Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. You can enter it if you want better chances of recovery}

              My name is babulal verma and i had recharged my number by using amazon pay and the transction failed 4 times the money debited from amazon pay was refunded instantly, but the remaining amount debited from my phonepay upi used for mobile recharge in amazon pay was not refunded.               Amazon initiated the amount to my account but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference numbers
              [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So

                Sir I m having account no [protected] ifsc code sbin0010629, maintain account in your bank from 2011 . I m using bhim app for transitions, on 03 jun I transferred 9900 rupee to my friend account name krishnveer singh having account in pnb but money is not credited in his account but deducted from my account, I raise online complaint through bhim app complaints no277675, 275652, 277803, 283885 and sbi cms complaint id no [protected].sir I required my money urgently, but I could not get it till now, sbi and bhi apps taken more than 2 weeks but my problem is not resoled, I request you to look into this mattet

                  refunding of amount transferred to investment intermedi

                  Dear team,

                  Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know....

                  This is to bring to your kind note that in sept 2018, i got a sms and a call from dy. Manager, sbi, port branch, haldia to submit the copy of rc book and other documents for my car which are required against my car loan. The car loan was disbursed in dec 2017 and in that very month, i deposited all the required documents including copy of rc book, tax, insurance etc. To the concerned manager, sbi, port branch. However, as requested by him, i again submitted all the documents to the new dy. Manager (Who has been transferred recently). I also brought my car to show him. But it was observed that by that time, total rs. 11800.00 (Rupees eleven thousand and eight hundred only) has already been deducted.

                  Since i got no call or sms before that day to re-submit the documents, there was no opportunity to deposit / handover the documents before that. I have also visited that branch no. Of times to resolve the issue but all in vain! I have also sent two letters expressing my grievances on the above. The same are attached herewith.

                  Sir, kindly look into the same.

                    I have received an message from bw-scisms dated 24 june 2019 at 16:04. It says, "your a/c ×××××××××× has a debit by transfer of rs. 885." having checked with sbi bank branch no. 3966, i have received the details of the transaction. The transaction description states it's towards "diflkrent". I haven't authorised such an tranfer. Make sure the amount is credited back to my account failing which i will be taking legal action. Kindly acknowledge.

                          I received sms from sbi bank today that rs -500
                          Deduced from my debit card for any insurance.
                          I dont even know about that company and that type o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card is really a criminal act. And who the hell are you to care about me.
                          I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this. Please deactivate and refund my money asap.

                              Yesterday I got a call from no [protected],[protected] on which person told me he is from sbi branch navi Mumbai and asked me about my personal call details and did fraud with me of rs 17500. After the incident I received the continuously message from the bank for the transaction of amount rs 1500, 8000, and again 8000. I have received the message like this that you have spent the sum of rs with paytm and my available credit limit goes down again and again . After the whole incident I immediately call to sbi customer care services to block my card and to report the incident happened to me and also report in paytm but they just giving me suggestion and say that they will take necessary steps against the incident happened to me . I want Strict steps must be taken against the cyber crime happened to me, Now I am completely heart broken after this incident and not able to anything what I feel this time. I hope you will necessary steps against the incident and try to resolve it as early as possible. My credit card no 5172 xxxx xxxx 5774. kindly do the needful.

Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort.                                     On 10 jan 2019, i made a transaction using sbi anywhere upi, a sum of 1000 rs. sent to the beneficiary and amount was debited and the beneficiary was not credited yet. I visited the branch regarding this issue they told "I cant do anything" she called to someone and checked my account she raised a complaint too but she "the branch" too couldn't help me.                                       Address: D,301-sarnath chs, near poddar school,upper govind nagar, malad(east)., Mumbai malad (east), Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400097.

                                      I have forwarded 3mails on 06/06/2019, 10/06/2019 & 17/06/2019 in reference to the above mentioned matter to sbi, shanties park branch, mira road, thane having mail i'd [protected]@sbi.co.in, the copies also forwarded to [protected]@sbi.co.in which are not yet attended yet. I have also informed to contact on my contact number available in the account number. I also requested to give a confirmation letter for available balance in the account to enable me to get returned charges & penalty charges to be waived.

                                      Kindly look into this matter urgently inform accordingly at the earliest.
