Bank as charged penalty of 2900rs as non submission of vehicle rc document on 05/05/2019 but i have submitted the hard copy of document to sbi mg road branch where i signed loan document. But may be document was missed out again bank not contacted me or not intimated to re-submit the documents & not given time. Soon after also i submitted rc documents to mail id manjula b s manjula. [protected]@sbi.co.in & shared in whatsapp to mrs. Jalajakshi madam on [protected].

Kindly i request to remove the penalty charges on my loan account [protected]. Which is not my mistake.

    I have given two cheques for clearing to ppf account in the names of v. Indhumathi & kaushik rajaraman on 29/04/2019 wide cheque no :000160 & 161 for rs.50000 each from karur vysa bank. The amount was debited in my kvb account 30/04/2019 (Account statement for same is enclosed). Till yesterday evening the amount was not credited in the corresponding ppf account. This was immediately communicated to i branch manager and registered the compliant. Further the branch manager replied that it will be credited immediately. Today when i verifying the same through net banking found that amount credited on 02/05/2019 instead of 30/04/2019. I immediately called the branch manager and enquired this. He replied that amount reached our account 30/04/2019 after 7pm (After bank closing hours). Since this a cts cheque how it will be accounted on 02/05/2019. The manager told that this our regular procedure and not possible to account on 30/04/2019. Further i told the manager that i am going to escalate to matter to your agm-customer care. He replied that you go and tell to anybody no problem for me. We feel that in the branch manager level valuable customer can not be treated in "rough & tough manner." further it is noticed that in the recent days branch staffs /managers behaving like this in the varatharajapuram branch is continuing. Request to enquire the matter and provide solution for our problem.

      Refund from amazon for amount rs 2248.00 has been processed on 26th dec. 2018. Refund is 712449. The refund reference number is[protected] and this amount is not credited in my account till now. Conversation with amazon regarding this from my gmail account is attached. This amount is a part of my another credit card transaction. Reference "debit card sbipg pu [protected] amazon mumbai" of amount rs. 2248/-. Remaining amount has been settled.

      Please see a pending refund and follow the path back to amazon payment processor to locate the refund under charge dispute as 'refund not processed'.

      I have also filed a complaint with sbi (Cms) with ticket no. 1-[protected]

        Dear sbi,

        My sbi card number: [protected]

        I am an loyal customer to sbi few months ago and due to some personal loss and financial trouble i am unable to pay my credit card dues on time. Still i have paid more than what i have used and still im paying and willing to pay all the dues without any compromise in short time.

        Since i was forced by many collection agents and through many harassment calls to settle the credit card by settlement mode, i didnt accept this offer because it will affect my credit score in future and a loss for sbi also.

        I am willing to settle all my dues of rs.63000 in a very short period of time (My credit limit used was rs.35000).

        One of the collection agent came to my house last week and behaved la a gundas and treated me like a slave for collecting the dues. I managed that situation somehow and sent him back saying this week i will pay my dues.

        Meanwhile that same collection agent went to head office and reached my finance department head and hr manager and complained about my credit card dues and tortured them to call me and settle the dues. Seriously i don't know your collection agents will behave like this.

        My finance head and hr manager called and warned me about this situation because your collection agent was making a big issue at head office.

        Now my job is at risk because my company takes this kind of issues as a disgrace to company and disturbing the company brand value.

        As a sbi card customer i am paying my minimum dues now and then. Due to very huge personal financial loss i was unable to pay all the dues in the past. Im arranging the cash to clear the current outstanding dues in single payment in near future.

        But the mental torture by harassing calls and now directly coming to office and threatening my company management and making my job at risk is not fair. I want an immeidate action against the particular collection agent and i don't want this to happen.

        If this continues and in case if i loose job i will file case in consumer court and claim the losses caused to me from sbi and its collection agents.

            Dear sir,

            Sub: - complaint against sbi credit cards

            I had sbi credit cards no:- [protected].

            This is to inform you that i was using card. No. ([protected]).

            And when my outstanding balance was 35000/- which i was not able to pay due my job lost in cross cutting hence i requested for the settlement 3 months back after calling sbi customer care.

            A person came from collection team and deal done for 20.000 in which i have paid 17000/- remain 3000/- amount need to pay only. But in march i have paid 4000 extra for settlement letter, but till dare i have no recieved any mail from you. Regarding i was following with the same guy to give settlement letter. But he was not replying over the call or whatsap.

            I have total pay the 31000 rs including my reversal.

            I am receiving calls for the outstanding payment every time.

            Request you to please do the needful. And settle the issue.

              On Saturday 27/04/2019 I use my Atmto withdraw Rs.20000 at my home branch's Atm machine (S.B.I.AD.B.Bahraich), this amount did not out from machine but deducted from my account, not returned till now...

                Given below is the summary of communication done with sbi nodal officer.

                Even after clearing my o/s dues in 2012, i am being harassed for the dues with interest and late payment penalty.

                For two years after making the payment there was no call from their side for any o/s. Suddenly after 2 years i started receiving calls and messages.

                I have replied to them umpteen no of times and explained to them that there is no o/s. But none of the calling person or the mails written to the nodal officer are able to understand and are forcing me to make the payment.

                Every time a new person calls up or a new officer replies to my mail.

                Now it has reached such a point that it has become a mental harassement.

                As a last resort i am contacting you to kindly help me in the matter.

                Request you to please go thru the below mail content written to the nodal officer. This is just, only one of all the mails written to them.

                Note : honestly this people are harassing and forcing me and i am fed up and has turned in to mental harassment replying and explaining to them.

                Kindly help me in clearing the issue as this is effecting my credit scores too.

                However am surprised to note that my no is not reachable as mentioned. I used to receive regular followup calls for the o/s amount from your side on the same no.

                Let me reiterate once again that i have always replied to the calls received from your side and explained them the whole past history and informed them that there is some error somewhere and that payment against the cc has already been done in 2012 itself.

                I may have received umpteen no of calls from your side and every time a new person used to call up and i used to patiently explained them the whole history, but they some how were not able to either understand and help me in closing the case. They just kept on calling and then when they were not able to give me proper explanation would disconnect the phone.

                I have had a tremendous mental torture every time i received their call but still i replied to each and query raised by them and then they would just disconnect the phone. It always seemed that they were just following up to extract the money from me. They were least interested in closing the issue.

                So ultimately i had to write this mail to you hoping that you would understand and close the case. But here too it seems the same.

                I am ready to reply to any call from you or am also ready to speak on the nos given by you provided you clear that there is no o/s to be received from me.
                I would like a promise from you that after speaking the case will be closed. I will not be paying any money that you say is o/s, as i had already cleared my o/s dues in 2012.
                After which i had not received any communication from your side for any o/s for 2 years or else the same would have been closed at that time.
                Today we are talking on it in the year 2019.

                I again repeat there is some mistake on your side while accounting. For proof you can check your records which confirms that o/s against the card has been paid in 2012.

                Once again i request you to close the case and stop harassing me for any o/s or else unwillingly i will have to approach the consumer forum and explain them that you are harassing me and not closing the case and that the payment has already been done from my side in 2012, which is reflecting in your records.

                Awaiting a closure resolution from your side at the earliest.

                Dear Sir/Mam,

                SBI is still pressing me to make payments. I have already cleared my payments in 2012.

                They are harassing and forcing me to make payments.

                After 2 years of clearing my payments I started receiving their messages and Phone calls to clear the O/s amount
                of 6290.00

                I still dont understand that If i have cleared my O/s in 2012 then why should I make any further payments?

                Kindly help.

                In brief... to 20 april 2019 money was return by amazone rs.325 vide transation ID 353968 to me name - basant kumar rai sbi ac. no. [protected] via atm card no. [protected]...until has not become in my account...
                I had done three transation of 1000/- on 13/04/19. All failed two transation refund but one transation not refund till now by sbi

                  I had opened a savings bank account in chikoti gardens branch of begumpet (20299) on 16/04/19. Even after three weeks i am not able to transfer or withdraw any funds from my account. The message i am receiving is: cif not scrutinised by lcpc.
                  Kindly look into this as i have to urgently withdraw funds & transfer funds from my account.

                    Money deducted from my account was 2000 rs. I have not used my atm for any withdrawl. Sbi says that amount had been withdrawed by atm. I haven't received any message of deduction. When i went to bank for enquiry they are not helping either. They just says that the amount has been withdraw using atm. This transction or fraud has been done on 12th march, 2019. They are not helping and not providing any type of support to get the money back. When i asked them to check footage or tell the atm branch they say that this is not their case.

                      A refund of 444 rupee was successfully processed on 27th april 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account through refund reference number by now, but i have not received the refund till now. I have called the sbi customer service but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken kindly go through the charge dispute emails locate rhe pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund

                            I've closed my sbi loan account on 29/05/3019 and bank had given noc as well. But ecs requested from my savings account from different bank where i didn't keep the emi amount as i know i have closed account already. Since ecs returned with no sufficient balance my saving account charged me inr 413.

                            It was so bad that they are unnecessary detecting money from my account.
                            Kindly take necessary action that what sbi is unable to stop ecs as part of loan closure process.

                              On 5-may-2019, i paid some amount in exchange for flight tickets for my travel. I paid via google pay (Which is linked to my sbi account) to the fraudster's paytm account. I did not get my flight tickets booked and was scammed. Couldn't reach him through phone or messages. I have the details regarding my transaction as well as his paytm details. Request you to refund my payment back to my account

                                Hi, i had purchased i10 sports, hundai in dec'18 and taken a loan of 5.7 lakhs from sbi jyothinagar, karimnagar, telangana-505001 and i'm paying 12, 040 rs loan emi towards my carloan and not missed last date during the last 6 months tenure. At the time of loan procedure, i have not been informed by loan manager (Srinivas) about submission of rc book to the bank. And now they have charged fine of rs. 2500 +gst for not submitting rc book. During last 6 months i have not received any intimation mail /sms or call from bank regarding the same and suddenly today i. E 06-may-2019 charged the amount.

                                In last 6 months i have visited bank couple of times about emi tenure change but neither of your staff has informed me about rc book submission nor i have received any formal notice regarding the same. My car was registered very soon after purchase and i was having rc book. If i would have been aware about submission or any of your staff would have asked me about the same, then why i would have avoided the submission. You people send regular alerts regarding emi payment but no sms/ e-mail regarding failure of rc book submission?

                                And i would like to bring your notice that, the manager of the branch has shared total wrong information about type of loan. He mentioned it was floating rate interest 9.2 % based on my cibil. After once i submitted all the docs he changed roi to 9.75 and told me that to this will come down next month to 9.2 since this is floating rate. After few days when i verified online it showing as fixed and the same when i asked to manager, he told me that i never told you like this. Is this way mangers are giving loans to customers?

                                Now please look into these issue seriously and refund my amount. Also my account got frozen and now i can't do any transactions because of this negligence from bank end.

                                Please let me know if any additional details required.

                                  I have applied for sbi credit card (Appl no[protected]. On the basis of my present hdfc credit card with a limit of 1.80 lakh and cibil score which is above 850 they asked me to submit my address poof, id proof (Pan) and a recent passport size photograph. The agent picked up my documents. After one working day i received an sms from sbi card you have successfully submitted you application for sbi card. Pls give us 11 working days to process your application. After two days i got a call from calcutta and they verified my home and office address. The next day i got another call from sbi card verification team and they also verified my details. Then after 3days i got the call from sbi card verification team and they said to me that it is the final verification call and verified my details and told me that i will receive my card within 10 working days. Now its been 20 days and the status showing as we regret to inform you that your sbi card application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time. Without a valid reason for the disapproval.

                                    Added a beneficiary as:
                                    Sunita saxena - baroda rajasthan kshetriya gramin bank, rawatbhata branch, acc no: [protected]
                                    From sbi online banking on 13th april but entered different ifsc code (Barb0rawatb), due to the mismatch of ifsc, fund of 50, 000 got transferred into some other's account of another bank (Bank of baroda - bhuvneshwar branch).
                                    I visited my bank branch, i. E
                                    State bank of india, kalyani nagar, pune, maharashtra, 411006
                                    I asked that how the beneficiary got added with different credentials, as its not possible to have same name, sir name, account number in some different bank.
                                    They replied that "name" is not checked while adding beneficiary. They also replied that they don't know in which bank it got transferred.
                                    My concern is that the beneficiary must not have added with mismatch of ifsc.
                                    I have given them in written with every detail and proof but its been a month i haven't got my money back.

                                      My sbi credit card has been expired since april 2017 as more than 2 years and not using it since then. Still credit card annual fee during the year 2018 and 2019 has been charged for rs 588.82 on 5th july 2018 and 4th april 2019 respectively. My question is if my credit card is not valid after march 2017 and not used it then why this amount (588.82+588.82 total rs 1777.64 is charged on me?
                                      This is unauthorized and fraud done by sbi. Please refund my amount.
