Dear sir/madam

As per rbi guidelines all online users has to register their credit card/ debit card for online purchases. I use sbi atm cum debit card for most online purchases. The online website of sbi www.onlinesbi.com has a link for verified by visa link, which are meant for registering the atm cum debit card (As there is a different site for registering a credit card).

However this link which directs you to https://acs.onlinesbi.com/sbi/enrollment/enroll_welcome.jsp which offers state bank of india 3d-secure services. This however requires you to register. However the registration page does not take you anyware

I have trying with ie8, firefox, chrome, opera ad other browsers, but the same error of page not found emerges. Even I have been asked by local branch to contact on https://retail.onlinesbi.com/retail/login.htp but that site is also not working

This is pure incompetence on the part of sbi in maintaining e-services through their portals. Mails to sbi there is no response or solution. Its useless to phone the toll free number given in the site as some always answers these calls from the call centers. Please register these complaints so that sbi can inform and give much better services to its customers.

If sbi officials are not giving a solution, I will be forced to take this matter to the obdisman/ court legally for a compensation for the loss i have got due to the loss of my time.

Note : another great fun is that the banking ombudsman complaint lodge web link is also not working. I feel like am top of the world. Thank you rbi and sbi for this international service.

    I have taken New car LOAN in Seethammdhara Visakhapatnam which was referred by JAYABHERI MOTORS, Visakhapatnam . The SBI executive was made the agreement in CAR showroom itself in Oct-2017 & Loan account no[protected] . Since then my EMI Rs:9575/- was running smoothly. Without notice charges are imposing for non-submission of R.C copy which I was not aware. Every month EMI reminder SMS use to receive from bank. But this type of SMS or any notice was not received. I’m completely shocked with SBI services at this time when we are heading towards digitisation SBI is doing this fraudulent step and unethical, unprofessional service. Requested kindly reverse the non-submission of R.C. charges of for two time each was Rs. 2950/ total of 5900/-.

      Fraud transaction by sbidrcard x8369 used for rs2832.00 on05apr19 at018622 txn#351599. Total amount deducted inr 2832 was made on sbi debit card xxxxxxxxx8369 is made without my knowledge and permission. It was made without any otp and debit card pin transaction. Just the message was received on my registered mobile no [protected]. Kindly check what has happened and pls return the amount at the earliest in case if any other other information is required pls reach me on.

          I am account holder in sbi account. I have transferred an amount of rs. 10000 on 1st april 2019. I had to transfer money to citi bank ccount holder. But by mistake i entered the account number of hdfc bank and the ifsc code of citi bank. The amount has been debited from my account instantly. But not recieved in reciever account. Its 4 days to go and bank is not helping me regading this. I talked to customer care of sbi but they denied to provide any kind of assistance.. They said that do whatever u want to do but we r not gonna help you. I didn't expect that kind of response from customer care.
          Kindly help me. As i already submitted an application regarding this in my home branch. But still there is no response from bank side too.

                Dear team,

                Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                  In spite of all out standing billing amount of my sbi credit card no [protected] a sum of rupees 2138.65 as on statement dated 16 dec 2018 and payment due on 05 jan 2019 has been completely paid. Out of which the payment of amazon bill amt rs 12, 475.65 has not been cleared still date although i have already paid. Moreover, it is seen that the double emi amount is also deducting in monthly statement with interest.

                  I have tried many times to contact in the sbi credit card customer care no [protected], mentioned in the bill, however, no good response/attention given. Please instruct to sbi for consolidation and rectify the statement to avoid double payment.

                    i wanted to close my account thats why i raise a request as the same
                    some time later a call back and he said that i[censored] want to close ur accont u have to pay by google pay.i paid 6787+2500 on the a/c [protected] at AIRP 0000001
                    but it is fraud as the HDB shows it not their account.

                      Kindly inform you that i have many accounts in sbi ahmedabad stock ex. Branch but it's closed and merg in polyte. Branch my mother ac already more than 6 years in bank it's minimum balance not requirement but last 4+ cut mbc so why i was in branch visit with my mother and give application about all details she not hold chq. Book, debit card but still debited charges so what i do as per rbi guidelines senior citizen ac. Turn to zero balance automatic but still you all taking charges why??? Not chq. Boo not debit card zero balance ac so why debited charges.

                      I have complain against all your staff sbi rbi, consumer court, national consumer, all if not recd. Reply or all amount credit in ac within 2 days i have to compail in 420, 134 act. Police station

                        I had ordered a pink long dress worth rs 860 on 31st march, but the product delivered was blue short kurta of extreamly low quality and cheap., and not even worth the price i had paid. Even the product exchange or refund tab is not available on website. The phone number is also wrong and no one replies to the email also.
                        I need my money back as this is not acceptable.

                            As you updated your apps, sbi must update management of staff. The inadequate counters you have in the branches and staff don't have respect to their customers, the manners to talk with senior citizens is third class the way you treat them in a line. Staff do there personal work at the time of work. Sbi must look to this complain and take some action. As i know sbi i think they will ignore my complain but still i will fight for this. Sbi don't value their customer as they have lot of customer. The every think is developing in india but the indian banks are still at the same place.

                                  Sir, on 30 mar 19 i got a msg from sbi that ur debit card ending with *8589 used for rs799.00. This unauthorized transactions have made 20 times n one transaction of rs420 made in the name of google proxima beta without addressing to me. Please refund my money. I mailed to branch sbi naval base, incs complex, scindia junction, visakhapatnam. They didn't give me clarity about it. Said lodged fir. What can be done sir please guide me

                                    I had visited SBI Nakeldanga branch to open an account for my Son already 2 weeks have passed but I have received no information about my account opening.
                                    The staff who took the documents told me it will happen on its own sweet time as they have more than 200 account to open.
                                    I again visited today the same thing was told to me that your account will open when it needs to be open now please do not waste my time.

                                    I requested the bank manager to open the account as soon as they could he told me it will be done as soon as possible but to my concern who's account will he open as soon as possible as he didn't take any details from me

                                        My Husband account was debited Rs. 799, 799, 1, 420, 79, 79, 79 .This 7 transactions fraud and done through google proxima beta. This all transactions are International .Hence no OTP generated as it is not required . In such transfer only card data is necessary . It is sure that my husband's card detail were stolen and used for this unauthorized transactions . It is happened due to security loophole in SBI cyber framework. Customer card details are definitely hacked through SBI server. It is really big embarrassment for SBI . SBI still struggling to keep customer critical information and money securely . as its biggest bank of India it is really matter of concern. All money and account are at risk as SBI failed to deliver secure banking framework. It is national threat.
