I had requested sbi branch manager, sbi modal town ghaziabad to exclude mediac allowances of rs 1000/= from my pension so as to aplly for cghd (New) wide my application dated 23.1.2019 but i have not got any response from them and so i could noy apply for new cghs cadrs.

It is requested that medical allowance may kindly be deducted/ excluded from my pension immediately and i may be informed accordingly on my address - iiird h 141, nehru nagar rakesh marg ghziabad 201001 up so that i may apply for new cghs plastic card to avail medical facilities. On 11 mar 2019 I used Bhavnagar district bank arm for withdrawal of Rs.8000 but due to some technical issue cash is not deapense but 8000 debited from my saving account no [protected], SBI Jesar branch. Till date debited 8000 Rs is not deposit back to my sbi saving account
[protected]. Account holder Name Sureshbhai Bhikhabhai Ulava.

    I went to the sbi atm for withdraw the money, but when i enter my atm pin and amount of rs. 2, 500/-, it was showing on processing and it was showing fir 2_5 minutes and the slip was came out from the atm mentioning that "unable to process" and the cash was not withdrawn and the same amount also debited from my account. And still the amount is not credited in my account.

      Hi all,

      I had am atm card from sbi which had an validity till 2034. Immediately the sbi sent the new card chip based and asked to activate it. I had activated since there is specific period to active it.. But in the month of march my account has been deducted with 2 atm maintenance charge. New card was not necessary for me and not needed too for this financial year 2018-19. Even though i havent used the new card for whole fincial year 2018-19 ithey deducted the amount of rs206.50 for new card and rs 147.50 for old card as atm card chargess. Which the hell they need to send the new card and put some charges for actiavting?? I think this is an open looting process by sbi and the respective branch's.. I am having account in sbi nandini layout branch bangalore my mobile no is [protected].. Please credit the amt rs206.5. If they loot 20.6.5 from one person there will be hell out of amount can be collected from all over the india...

        Sbi credit card recovery agents are calling all my family, friends and relatives. They are abusing them and telling everyone that your name has been given as a reference. They are calling my father at least 40-50 times a day. They are also calling my father's friends. My family are really depressed and feels they have made an mockery in the society. Harrasing everyone is not the way to recover money.

          I am facing the activation problem of new atm card provided to me. While activating the atm online through net banking, i got a message "the transaction dated 19-mar-19 through card has been declined due to 150-blocked (Txn tried on our atm) card. Please contact branch." please resolve this issue and revert me on my email or on my rmn. I have my account in chandivali branch (Ifsc code 11752). Why i am not able to activate my debit card through online banking.

            On date 18/03/2019 9000 rs was transferred to aisect ltd bc settle account without my knowledge and also not getting response from the bank officers when asking why it was transferred?
            Bank officials keep on saying to come after two three days from last week whenever i am going there. My account number is - [protected].

                Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                      My name is deepak kumar singh and my acount is in ims bhu varanasi branch.on 5th of february i have made a transaction through irctc by my atm card of rs 3055. .payment was successful but transaction was failed.it has been more than one month but i have not got my refund. Irctc has sent me email that they have refunded my amount but it has not been credited in my acount by my card issuing bank.they have given me refund rrn number.

                      I have tried a lot to lodge complaint through customer care but they are not accepting my complain

                        Refund from amazon for amount rs 2999.00 has been processed on 10 march 2019. Refund refrence code for the refund is IGAFPBBHM2 The refund is not credited in my account till now. Conversation with amazon regarding this from my gmail account is attached. This amount is a part of my debit card transaction reference "debit card sbipg pu[protected]amazon mumbai" of amount rs. 2999/-. Remaining amount has been settled.

                        Please see a pending refund and follow the path back to amazon payment processor to locate the refund under charge dispute as 'refund not processed'.

                          Dear sir

                          A refund of 1570 rupees was successfully processed on 27 Feb. 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                          I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund on

                          kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                            Sir,
                            I have been using my SBI Credit Card No [protected], which is, at present in a blocked state and unused since last 2 years. There was an overdue of more than 35000, I have, regularly been paying the best of amount available with me, and I am still surprised how the amount is increasing, inspite of my regular payment.

                            Anyway, the situation is that, at this moment, I have no job and also there is insufficient fund available in my bank a/c. The person from your Nagpur Collection Agency is regularly calling me in a threatening way and saying - do whatever you want, but pay us the amount. We don't know whether you are on the job or off-job". The person also came at my residence and even call me on Sunday (which is I think not acceptable as per the RBI Guidelines), They came at my residence in my absence and create unnecessary scene in front of my wife and daughter.

                            This is absolutely irritating, unprofessional and unacceptable.

                            I even don't able to understand that I have almost paid 24, 000 /- in last one year, but still the outstanding amount does not decreased, but to extent of my surprise, it is being increasing day by day.

                            Please note that the Card is in permanent block status and not been in use since last 24 month, or even more than that.

                            SBI Credit Card or the concerned authorities should pay attention on the issue, particularly the abrupt behavior of your so called executive

                              I got a call from [protected] saying for card renewal. Then, I gave card number information also, valid through. Then I got a doubt when he asked me OTP. 6 /7 times he called. now I got a OTP for 5000 deduction. That guy kept on calling me 7 times for OTP so that he can extract 5000 from me. I want him to get arrested as he has done fraud case. I request to trace the number and make sure that this person is arrested. If needed, I will forward SMS too

                                    Even though i was not interested on the sbi credit card, because of irritation from the agent in the big bazar, i was forced to get fbb sbi style up credit card and during the process he informed me that, there is no annual fees or any charges on this card. So i was not opened the card from the envelop and even not activated it.

                                    But every month i am receiving credit card due payment statement. Since i was busy with my personal problem, i was not able to look at the statement. After 5 months, when i just activated the card and logged in to the account, it was big shock to me to see that there is a outstanding due of rs. 4213.56/- in your credit card.

                                    I tried contacting all the customer care number and not able to connect. This is a worst service i had seen in my life. Even i was not able to cancel the card.

                                    Why should i pay 4, 000 bugs without using it. Please take necessary actions against it. It is a big fraud bank.

                                        Aq[protected]in is the alphanumeric code which is given in respect of my debit card.
                                        My sbi branch don't have any record for my newly alloted card. M facing many problems in doing business with atm machine.
                                        When i went to my branch they are showing very unprofessional behaviour they are treating us like we don't have any value in their eyes.
                                        Referring me from one counter to another and in the last those people said make another application for new atm card.
                                        I hereby ask you to compensate me for this trouble in which i am in for longer than 6 months.
                                        I went to this branch for more than 20 times for asking the same question "when will my new atm card will arrive to me?".
                                        So please consider this as personal complaint and take appropriate action in this respect.
