My husband (Sh roshan lal kapoor, retired employee of sbi) was expired on 7.10.2018. Till date in spite of submitting all the document twice, not revived pension till date. Kindly look in to the same urgently. Details are:

I have fastag card with number [protected] vehicle no. Hr06z7271. Actually we have already gharonda toll palaza pass. I travelled in my car hr06z7271 yesterday, 07.03.2013 from panipat to karnal road road. I crossed gharonda toll plaza by[protected]:57:20 it deduct rs. 120 and[protected]:42:52 deduct rs. 50 again but we have already pass for this toll palaza.

Kindly refund the extra charges recovery to my fastag account...

I have visited nearest atm in shashtri nagar on 01/03/2019.

Where, i have tried to withdraw 7000 from my saving account.

However, i received an sms stating 7000 has been debited from the account, but the atm machine was stuck. I waited for nearly 15mins but no response.

I have done imps of rs 180000/_ from our hdfc bank account to sbi account vide ref no:[protected] in order to clear a cheque issued from sbi account. Hdfc account shows debit of rs 1, 80, 000/_ from the ac but not credited to sbi account with reason as timed out. I'm not able to use my debit card on any other banks ATM machine. This is happening since last month and is very inconvenience to use .the service is also very slow as we get our salary deposited today afternoon but I still didn't receive any msg and my account is showing insufficient balance .i tried calling customer care number but they also didn't replied even after 7 minutes the call get disconnected .kindly reply n resolve...

I have an account in state bank of India. 7 Mar 2018, i got a message stating
"on your request signature has been changed if not requested contact your home branch, however i haven't requested for signature changing."

What is the reason behind getting this message. Please clear the reason, in case like these my account is not secure.

Is this a fraud ? Signature change needs person physically go and submit...

On 4.3.2019 i made withdrawl of 10000 from sbi atm but no cash was dispensed and the money was debited from my account. I tried to make several complaints to the sbi toll free number but they are hopeless and not giving any response saying that there are technical problems. State bank of india is also not resolving the problem. Where should i go now? They are telling to make a call in toll free but the toll free number is never being received....

I have an account in sbi in which it has been taken when i was studying. Now i completed my education and i want to transfer the branch account from rec campus, rourkela branch to hyderabad, doordarshan road branch. The account has been transferred but the cif no has not been changed. Due to this i cannot change the address in the doordarshan branch. So please transfer my cif number as early as possible.

I had a sbi credit card which was lost 2 year ago now status of my card is showing not active but still they are charging me in the name of outstanding bill amount and i have never done a single transaction by this card after that i paid rs 2583 on 20 feb 2019 and i did complaint on customer care and they said that they will waived of my rest of amount till 27 feb 2019 but they did. So i am not going to pay and single amount for this card...

Dear sir/ mam,

This is to inform your bank about an unauthorized transaction that took place on 26th feb 2019 from my account number 36xxxxxx820. The amount deducted was rs.551. I haven't made any transaction of the same amount on that day or earlier. This is a clear case of fraud.
I have also raised an online complain. But, there was no response from sbi's end. The ticket number of the registered complaint is [protected].br...

I would like to inform you that i had made a transaction of rupees 3000 from paytm atm at kargi chawk dehradoon on 5 march 2019.
Unfortunately i don't get any money from atm machine but my amount is deducted from my account.
Customer care are not responding.

On 23.01.2019 at 9:47 am, i made a transfer of 10000 through sbi anywhere app via upi mode, but transaction was not successful and amount got debited from my account. Please make the problem resolve as soon as possible.
