Hi Dear Mam/Sir,
I am Shalini, an SBI savings Bank Account holder, made a payment of Rs.1598 towards online bus tickets through goibibo on 8/Mar/2019. The online transaction failed due to a technical error on the website following which I have received SMS and emails from goibibo stating the amount has not been received by them and contact the bank in case the amount is deducted. I have lost my money and refund did not happen in last 6days . Pls look Into this. Pls see the screenshots attached below.
