Yesterday night they updated that RS 89.87 also ATM OR SMS CHARGES.

I think SBI tally they year end accounts, with normal people.

      This is to inform you that today i had received a call from delhi from sbi call centre and the said that my outstanding is 1lakhs 15 thousand but from the kolkata sbi collection department i had made a settlement already with 60000 out of which i had already given 27 thousand rupees and my remaining balance is 33 thousand, this case went to delhi and the used slang languages in my store, office as well as regional office and they had threaten me that they will mail my company ceo. Kindly give this case to kolkata collection department and extend my time for atleast six months for the pending 27 thousand and please tell them not to call in my office again... So please look into this matter on high priority

        It is very terrible that sbi team are not able to resolve my issue. After trying six months to solve my issue, i have close my account and open a new account on same cif but the problem is not solved and otp receiving on phone number ending with 3059 for atm transection. It show the standard of technical team working in a well knowm bank sbi. Shame on you sbi..

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I have one SBI a/c [protected], one ATM-***1088 debit card was issued, my mobile number successfully registered for the a/c by home branch, I got all SMS alert while withdrawing money from ATMs and making online transaction using net banking (I got OTP for netbanking also). But I was not getting OTP on my registered mobile number for online ecommerce transaction using DEBIT CARD, otp is receiving on another mobile number ending with [protected]. I Tried at branch and SBI helplines also but NO help.

        I have already visited more than 10 times to branch regarding this issue and they tried many times to sort out my problem but they were not able to resolve at their end. My branch team also report this issue to service desk mumbai but mumbai head office team were not able to solve my issue. So request you to please sort my problem at your end.

          I preeti assudani have registered my self online on rrb, my registration number is [protected] and paid the form fees through merchant. Onlinesbi and again there i needed to pay modification amount of rs. 100 through the same onlinesbi, i have done this but i am not getting the page where i can modify my mistake for which i have made the second time payment through this merchant. Onlinesbi. Kindly do the needful as soon as earliest as possible.

            I have a savings account in state bank of india, kalimpong branch, kalimpong. On 29th march 2019, around 2 pm, multiple suspicious transactions have been completed against my account with multiple transactions (As rs. 79, rs.799). I have not received any otp (One time password) also to authenticate the transaction. Below is the sms which i got.

            'thank you for using your sbi debit card 4021 for a purchase worth rs.799 on pos 99999999. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]'

            So, i request sbi bank to refund the same amount and credit back to my savings account.

              I booked tatkal ticket from irctc but my transaction is failed... Money deducted from my account.. Did not received money
              When i contacted irctc they told me to contact the razorpay... Then i check my refund status on razorpay... It is showing money is transferred to the bank account but the money has not been refunded to my bank account.. Plz solve my problem

                Hi, half of my money has been deducted from sbi account of mine. Unnecessary deduction of more than 150 rs. Every 15-30 days in name of othpg. Its ridiculous. I feel like i have been robbed real slow. I am a student so working part time is my only option and half of my money sbi has stolen and have been doing since a long time. And also i dont get any sms when money has been deduced, but they cut sms charges from my account every month.
                I am ready to go to any length possible cause actually they have deduced more than they should, that too every 15 days. Till now i guess sbi has taken more than enough money as various useless charges where i didnt even do any transaction.

                  I'm working in VSSC Thumba. Today for making a new PPF account I went to SBI Thumba branch. When I reached there I was happy as there were no queue at the counter. I approached an employee named Athulya Mohan who was sitting in the counter. She was over phone. I thought that I would wait for sometime till the call was over.I also knocked subtley on the glass pane so she could notice me. Instead she took no notice of me but went on talking over the phone.I waited for almost 15 minutes .still she didn't notice me . Then finally her talking over the phone was over. I handed over the online form to her and my Id copies. I then asked her whether u could process it fast. Instead of keeping waited me over 20 minutes she told me to come tomorrow. I don't know why SBI appoint such employees .

                    I, Nazrin Khatoon account holder in sbi bank, stated on dated 25 march my account has been debited by total amount of inr 8069 without otp through my bank account.

                    This was an un-authorised transaction in the name of "google*proxima beta". The bank account is in my custody and i have never share my credentials to anyone.

                    Request you take immediate action on the above fraud transaction to get back the refund urgently.

                    Please take this up on priority.

                      I had tried two times to debit a amount of Rs.1000/- in SBI ATM at Bharathiyar street, Karaikal. Both transactions were failed. But, my account was debited two times to an amount of Rs.1000/- respectively. Whereas, only Rs.1000/- was reversed to my account, another Rs.1000/- was not reversed till date. Hence, do the needful.

                          Hon'ble governor,
                          In one of my service case in supreme court, the supreme court ordered npcil, that if they want to come in appeal than they will have to deposit rs.20 lakhs with the registry of rajasthan high court, jodhpur. Later on the hon, ble supreme court ordered that this money to be deposited in nationalised bank in fixed deposit for six months and to be renewed till further order. The s. T. D. R. Was made in sbi, special branch, jodhpur for rs.20 lakhs dated 21/12/2010, in the name of registrar, rhc, jodhpur. On 09 january, 2018, the hon, ble supreme court has decided the case and order"we direct the said amount along with accrued interest be released in favour of the employee concerned, on proper identification by the registry of the high court of rajasthan". The court has not said to deduct any money, as the employee will be liable to pay tax etc. After the money is credited to his account. The sbi, high court branch jodhpur, has paid me total rupees 3282138/- on 20/03/2018. And tds of rs.1, 28, 214 was deducted.
                          Till today the bank is unable to provide me tds certificate nor it is reflected in my 26 as and therefore i am unable to file my i. T. Reurns. As per the rule, if i do not file my income tax returns by 31 december 2018, i will be liable to pay penalty for non of my fault. Because of fault of sbi, i could not file my it returns, so what ever the penalty is there, it should be born by sbi. Now also the last date of filing it returns for the fy 17-18 is 31 march 2019 and after this i can not claim the refund and again putting me in great loss. I got this small amount through hon'ble supreme court after struggling for 25 years and sbi is putting me in losses by not functioning properly and harassing senior citizens. Do we citizens have to go again and again to the hon'ble supreme court for gross negligience by the staff and there is no agency in our country to take action on them?
                          The sbi has made wrong enteries in my 26 as also, in fy 17-18, they have shown that they have paid me interest and deducted tds @ 20 percent. How they can deduct tds @ 20 when pan was with them this is absolutely wrong, they have not paid me any interest for which they have deducted the tds and is reflected in 26 as, it is the mistake or ignorence of sbi, for all this sbi is responsible. It is requested that my 26 as may be corrected and correct tds certificate for deduction of rs. 1, 28, 214 may be given and also shown in my 26 as and if the income tax penalty for not filing it return is levied on me than it may be refunded to me and interest i lost by not getting tds back in time may be born by sbi. I have requested every one in sbi, branch manager, chief manager (Taxation), sbi grievence cell, but nothing is working. I must have written 50 e - mails to various authorities in sbi but all in waste. It is requested that the sbi may kindly be directed to rectify the mistake and give correct tds certificate and which should be correctly reflected in my 26 as.
                          It is most honourably requested that the chairman sbi may be asked to make an enquiry in the case and those who are responsible for not working sincerely may be examplenary penalised and intimation given to your high office.

                            I am regret to inform you that despite of several reminders and frequent visit to the branch, being more than one month, no action has been taken by the bank. They sent uncompleted application to your competent authority. It seems that sbi officers (Jnu, old campus branch, new delhi) are not sincere about their customer and not giving any attention to problems of the account holders. After frequent visit to the branch, has not completed the documents. I do know of rbi guidelines in this matter.
                            Please do the needful at urgent basis as it is the valued money of the only earning member in the family.

I could see in the statement stating transaction of 799 and 420 on name of google proxima beta. Received the following message. Thank you for using your sbi debit card xxxxxx for a purchase worth rs799.0 on pos [protected] at google *proxima beta txn# xxxxx. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]. Have recieved same message for another transaction of rs. 420. I can provide transaction ids for the same. Kindly look into it and refund my money.

                                  I m having already one credit card of SBI fbb. But I got a call from one of executive he said tata card offer u have n u will get 100000 limit but I got 10000limit n my fbb cards limit decreased n u guys are charging me for 499 annual n joining fee.
                                  I don't want this card n I should not get charged. I need strict action against this fraud.

I travelled in my car hr06z7271 yesterday, 07.03.2013 from panipat to karnal road road. I crossed gharonda toll plaza by[protected]:57:20 it deduct rs. 120 and[protected]:42:52 deduct rs. 50 again but we have already pass for this toll palaza.

                                    Kindly refund the extra charges recovery to my fastag account early.

                                      Hi already paid the first bill on 28 feb 2019 but not yet received voucher. What is the issue. Is that big deal for sbi to provide the voucher which is committed by you or your executive at the time of approval. Kindly have a look in this matter coz i heard some people saying the faced the same issue and sbi doing fraud with customer. So open your eyes and solve this issue...

                                      As per the account statement issued for the period[protected] to[protected], you have debited our account no[protected] an exorbitant amount of rs. 14, 996.0 for transfer of insurance amount (Ref. Cheque no, transfer to [protected]sbi general insurance) dated 18th, oct, 2018.
                                      In this connection i would like to inform that the amount debited is not only exorbitant, but un-reasonable and unjustified.
                                      You are, as such requested kindly to to relook into the matter and charge the genuine amount for the transaction.

                                      I returned an order to amazon and got transaction processed by them it was not credited into my account. I charge Dispute but they did not do anything.I visited sbi home branch but they blatantly refused to help stating that they cannot do anything.
