I requested for checkbook it did not come in my address and directly went to sbi in touch gomti nagar branch lucknow uttar pradesh and than i received a call from the branch that they are having my checkbook please come and collect so i went and collected after some time they deducted first checkbook charge of rs.118 from my account.
I need refund of my money and strict action against them.

    I have asked to fill a credit card form in 2010 and also asked for a fd account number. I haven't received any card during that time on this fd. Later they said i cant get credit card on tax savings fd. So i have gave them a new fd# and credit card has been allotted which i used till 2016. My tax saving fd was matured on 2013 and i tried to close but sbi branch says its been locked for credit card, but how come a lock on tax saving fd?. Right now i am not holding any sbi card but still this fd is locked and its completed 2 maturity period of 10 years. Still no one taking ownership to close this lock and release my fd.

      I have a savings account in state bank of india, temple branch, kukatpally. On 10th march 2019, multiple suspicious transactions has been completed against my account and debited around rs. 7120/- with multiple transactions (As rs. 79, rs. 249, rs. 449, rs.99). I have not received any otp (One time password) also to authenticate the transaction. Below is the sms which i got.

      Thank you for using your sbi debit card 4021 for a purchase worth rs.449 on pos 99999999 at google*proxima beta txn#[protected]. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]

      I have raised a complaint in cyber crime police station and submitted the complaint copy in that bank and in google play website as well.

      The bank manager is saying that you have registered your card details in google play which causes you the debit transaction. But i haven't used my card details in google play for any purchase and not even shared my debit card details like (Card number, name on the card, expiry date, cvv) etc details to any body. Being a software professional and educated person, i know all the precautions to take care to avoid these kind of fraud transactions. Even the card is with me while these suspicious transaction had happened.

      Also, when i check the online statement and transactions posted in passbook there is a mismatch. All the transactions were not posted in the passbook and there is a mismatch in the available amount also when compared.

      I have below question in my mind and none is answering in bank.
      1) without otp confirmation, how the transaction has happened.
      2) i don't see any orders purchase history in my google play account. Then how the transaction are showing as google*proxima
      3) why there is a data mismatch in online statement and passbook posting. Why the data inconsistent.
      4) what extra precautions should i take care to avoid for repeating these kind of suspicious transaction.

      As this is online media, i am not sharing bank account number, card number, expiry date, cvv, ifsc code, online statement, passbook printed transaction etc details here.

      So, i request sbi bank to refund the same amount and credit back to my savings account.

      Also, can someone guide me on what is the exact process to get the refund.

      I am going through the exact same issue. Says that my card was used for Rs499 at at99999999
      I am facing the same issue right now. can u tell me whether u r problem is resolved or not? and if yes how did u identify that fraud?
      I am going through the exact problem.
      Can you please check that.

      If you connect your bank account to your Google play store (Gmail) . And if you by chance used to pay for something using play store like me . Just check your Gmail and logged in info in security if you found someone else logged in on your Gmail account change your Gmail password . It helped me in my case.

      Today I experiencrd the same deducting Rs.499.00 by my SBI debit card at 99999999. But withput otp how the amount has been deducted! Was it done by any fraudster?

          I was using phone pe in month of feb 2019 am do 3 transaction to transfer money is rs 3500, 3500, 3500 but this transactions is goes fail due to technical issues. At that time money is debited from my account and then after 10 days bank returned me amount of only two transactions. One transaction money is pending on bank. Utr no[protected],[protected],[protected] so i request you sir pls return back my money.

            I have made my account as autosweep few months ago, but from past 2 months my money didn't get autosweep and no explanation given to me by branch manager and their employees.
            Till today there is nobody who can explain why the credited money was not autoswept and who is responsible for the no payment of my interest which i was supposed to get by this autosweep fd.
            Branch employees behaviour is quite unbearable and they are absolutely irresponsible for my concern.

            I want my interest against money which was kept under my saving account and didn't get to fd till today due to bank's or branch's mistake.

            Please help me to resolve this issue asap.

              I'm an army veteran lt col chum bahadur k c with my sbi an acct [protected] as it is a dsp acct. I availed home loan under this acct but the interest rate is 10.3 which is common to all customers. Also my card is a gold card which is supposed to be a diamond one. Kindly resolve the issue and oblige.

              As per mou signed by the sbi and the army, army personnel and pensioners are entitled certain facilities as mentioned above which are in force till date but i've been denied of all these services and levied excess interest on home loan for the last eight years. It may kindly be revised and excess amount levied or recovered be refunded to me at the earliest.

On 15th march 2019 i have transferred the amount of rs. 15000/- to the beneficiary maheswari of central bank of india sivagiri branch jewel loan account no. [protected]. The above amount was not credited to the beneficiary account. But in my account the amount was debited. The status of the above said imps transaction reference no. Imps[protected] is pending. So kindly reverse the above said amount to my savings account number. [protected].

                  I had withdraw rupees 10000/- from sbi atm s1b[protected] at sbi rupa on 02 mar 2019 vide transaction no 6567 but the cash was dispensed and the atm machine window show system denied. Daily i am calling in[protected], [protected] & [protected] but the customer care rep / official is not taking complaint and giving registering it. After completion of 02 weeks amount is not yet credited in my account.

                    My irctc waiting list ticket (Pnr no. [protected]) (Transaction id: [protected]) 2nd ac mahamana express from gaziabad to jaunpur city was cancelled by irctc on 22-oct-2016 due to ticket not confirmed and amount of rs. 3250 (Settlement id: ig0cnnybqo9) was supposed to be credited in my sbi bank account: [protected] by 25-oct-2016. The amount is not received yet in my account till date.

                      I had gone through a fraud transaction on 4th of march, i came to know about this fraud on 11th because sbi link was not working. I came to know my atm card was blocked on 8th without any information, whrn i called customer care they couldnt give any details on 8th. When i had print the passbook i saw my account has transaction of many fake id's by google. I called customer care to lodge complain they said they dont have any information of 4th march transaction. Then i had gone to my branch and lodged complain but they are not willing to give me back the money rather telling i should have complaint before. First of all when i called sbi customer care they dont have any information to take complains so who is responsible? Sbi is very insequre.
                      I lodged a complain on cyber cell too. They said u dont have any negativeness from your side.
                      Now me being a student is facing severe problem.
                      Its a request please take strick action against this matter

                      I haven't shared any OTP.My phone was with me and i didnt recieved any Sms regarding these transactions.
                      My last transaction was of 1000 rs withdran from Atm on 1st of march on 8th i had gone to withdraw cash my card was blcked then on passbook upgradation i got to know about these transactions and my balance was 9550 and all my money had gone without any information.Sir i will be highly pleased i[censored] can solve my concern.

                        On the 8th march 2019, I tried to buy a bike worth 58k on paytm by using my father's SBI debit card but that transaction failed but 50k was suddenly debited from the account and that amount was neither transferred to paytm or showroom nor did that amount got reflected in my father's acccount.
                        When I contacted Paytm as well as SBI, both of them raised their hands and blamed each other.
                        The paytm customer service executive asked me to contact SBI saying that they didn't receive the amount and later when I called SBI customer service executive she denied to refund saying that paytm is third party wallet and hence she cannot refund the amount and told me call paytm once again and this cycle has been going on continuously...
                        I hope this tussle ends soon and I will get my money...

                          A customer should be well educated of the facts that the otp wont be sent in any international transaction on his/her domestic card... recently there was on authorised transaction and the disputed amount i was asked to pay by the customer care team as the merchant submitted fake invoice. neither i am using any of their service nor they are responding to my requests. please resolve this issue unless i will have to take help of the proper court of law for the customer harassment.

                              We had taken a term loan and availed cash credit from the hebbal branch in mysore, the loan and the credit facilities paid off in full and letter of closure obtained from bank, but they are not providing any information on whether our company is off the cibil list and giving reasons that it is automatically system generated. I hereby request you to register this complaint against the bank. We cannot approach anyone for another round for expansion.

                                Sbi card deducted cpp charges rs. 2049/- dated : 11.10.2018

                                This deduction is automatically made

                                I raised a complaint as on dated: 14.02.2019, i am late to complaint because i am not known about this.

                                As on 13.02.2019 sbi card reverse amount in sbi card rs. 1024.50/- i. E half amount. They said this is our policy that if you deactivate cpp after 1 month then only half amount will reverse.

                                I want full reversal of my amount because they said we will refund your amount

                                  On[protected] from 1.01 pm to 1.10pm 73 transactions were made without authorisation on my sbi platinum card ending with 3874, amounting to a total amount of around rs.16, 000/-.

                                  The transaction were made by some account called google*meme.
                                  The transaction only stopped after i called customer care and blocked my card.

                                  Kindly do the needful.

                                    I'm very much criticism by bank working, i want strict actions as fast as you can do.
                                    The problem is my bank home branch debit my insurance amount without my permission from my saving account the important thing is i haven't connected by auto debit and they do without my authorization. Because of the my business a/c pay cheque was bounce and reputation in from of my business person get down by this silly thing. Now the situation is i got loss of the qualitative business deal and he is canceled my deal because of this cheque bounce which was very serious matter for me, i am humbly requesting you please take stick action it and call me on my cell phone and info. Me again [protected] it's my personal contact number.

                                      Received a call from [protected] this no. Stating my atm is blocked. Upon asking bank name first he said he can't disclose bank and later he said he is calling from sbi. Since i have no account in this particular bank i got to know its a fake call and hung up warning him not to call again. Also he said some disgusting things when he was caught. These guys are fooling a lot of people as assuming from background voices.
                                      Kindly tack it asap and save people from being trapped into there scam.
