Website: Non withdrawal of rs 10,000/-& amount deducted

Sir on dt. 07 jan 2019 a have a hdfc bank card & swiped at sbi atm for 10, 000/- withdrawl, atm hanged & i neither got money nor any slip or message.
After 2-3 minutes i left the atm, after some time i got sms of withdrawal. I rushed to atm again & enquired with guard. He said no money dispensed.
Now since 76 days i'm wandering between both the banks & sbi is befooling me saying
1. Transaction was successful.
2. Video clip is not available.
Please help what to do.

    I transferred money to my father's sbi account in january successfully via phone banking. But now in february and march i can't transfer amount because of absence the option generate otp during phone banking. Against this i talked to more than five sbi customer care executives but all are helpless they really don't know anything about state bank of india that's why i am really frustrating with state bank of india and also with sbi's customer care services & i really know this problem is existing with with all state bank of india's customers. I really want to know when this problem would be resolved? Sbi is really frustrating to each and every customer.

      I have got new debit card in jan 2019 in replacement of old one as per rbi requirement. I have activated the new card and blocked the old card immediately. The amc charges of rs.147.50 for the year 2017-18 for the old card debited in my account on 22-2-18 itself. But on[protected] the amc charges are debited twice in account i. E for old and new card. This is duplicate charge debited in my account and requires refund

        Hi this is k. Vinay kumar
        I am an sbi account holder, i see that 295 rupees being debited to investment intermedi not one or twice but nearly 8times in 2days. This is not the 1st time. It happened a lot of times before. This is so bad that, once almost for 6 to 7 days everyday they used to debit 295 rs.
        U cannot take our money like this. This fraud. Atleast without our permission or an intimation. What kind of charges are these i don't understand. And please help me get my money back. Don't fool us with such non-sensible charges. I want my money

          I have availed home loan from sbi on 31st dec 2017 and emi started from 24th jan 2018.
          On scrutiny of my salary account it is noticed that emi amt debited through ecs credited to my sbi loan account after 2days (Sometimes after 4 days also)
          My query is why it not credited immediately on the same day.
          Also interest rates revised not intimated to me as earlier wrongly into [protected]@ 10% instead of9% which was refunded by sbi after follow up.
          Pl help as we can transfer emi through online trf and amt will be credited on same day.

                I, dipankar mondal, sbi account holder (A/c no. [protected]) have recharged my videocon dth account[protected] by an amount of rs.180 on 06/03/2019 through online sbi personal banking. Unfortunately transaction was failed, but the amount was not refund to my account till date.

                  Myself mohammed sajeed from hyderabad.
                  I have been taken consumer durable loan from capital first and bajaj finance.
                  I have been foreclose the both loan accounts by paying full amount as they requested for closed.
                  After that continuously amount deducting from my account by showing that charges received rs 295 since 1 and half year.
                  When i went to take the details.
                  So the finance companies are saying we are not deducting and they replaies bank deducting the charges. Then i went to my home branch to talk with manager on this issue. He has taken the statement and replay me the same we are not deducting finance companies deducting.

                    My father shri baldev chandna had expired on 10 august 2018. Information was given to state bank of india, shakur basti branch, delhi 110034 on 23 september 2018 alongwith death certificate. His account number with sbi branch is [protected] where he was receiving his pension also. Nomination form with supporting documents have already been given to the bank. Till date the bank has not transferred the amount to the nominee account. I have visited branch several times and they tell me that confirmation of pension recovery amount is awaited. The bank statement of my father reflects pension recovery amount debited on 21 feb 2019. Please help for early settlement.

                      1. Registered contact no. linked with credit card was changed with another one without my consent.
                      2. Due to this some fraud transactions was happened with my credit card by Paytm and Amazon pay on 16th January 2019 as per bank.

                      I came to know about all this when i got a call from SBI Gurugram office that, some multiple paytm transaction initiated through your credit card, so is it you or someone else, i asked him to block transaction as well as card as it was not me, then the person confirm me the mobile no. which was also not mine . So i ask him further procedure to log a complaint, he suggested to call helpline number.
                      After this i called SBI card customer helpline and i told him the above scenario, i again confirmed that the card is blocked or not and what transactions are happened till now . The executive confirmed that no transaction is happened till now and card is also blocked. I also ask him to log a complaint for the same. This was all happened in January .

                      After all this in march some of recovery agents came and said that all of your credit limit is used which is 1.66 Lakh . I told him the whole scenario, but they are keep calling and asking for money .
                      So i want bank to investigate how the contact no. was changed without any of my consent and just refund all the transactions happened

                        Charges of 100 debited with caption diff of surcharge, diff etc. What the hell are these charges this is first time and why as I regularly use my debit card for payments and net banking sometimes so how can u charge me 100 rupees to how far is it fair and what actually this charges are

                          I have made a payment of Rs. 3776 on 24th Nov 2018 on Jabong via PayZapp UPI linked to my SBI account. The amount was successfully refunded by Jabong on 30th Nov 2018 with ARN no.[protected] and ARN no. 74799208328002181642018 by PayZapp. I have contacted Jabong numerous times to get the answer contact your bank each time. I have also contacted my bank multiple times but they have no idea about ARN no. and they are unable to help me out. Please help me out in getting my refund as it has been almost 4 months now.

                                Sub: charge dispute "refund not processed"

                                Dear sir,
                                A refund of 1999 rupees was successfully proceed on 1Mar. 2019 to my account.This amount should not be credit to my SBI account till now.
                                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken.

                                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully refund the amount.

                                kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                  I have only one atm card. But sbi deducted 2 amc charges for atm card. When checked online, then came to know that they have deducted 206/- for the card which im not holding.

                                  When tried to call customer care, first thing it take more than 25 min to connect, and once it connects, the customer care executive disconnects the call before speaking to us.

                                  One of the worst bank and worst customer service.

                                      Why they are deducting rs 12 every month. They have deducted rs 12 thrice from my bank account from febraury, 2019 to march, 2019 and yesterday they have deducted rs 206.50 from my bank account. They are not even specifying the reason for money deduction while sending sms. They are cheating the customers.in janurary, 2019 they had deducted rs 196 from my bank account and in febraury they had deducted rs 12 twice from my bank account. It seems that nowadays keeping money in bank also is no longer remain safe. I want them to give a reason for money deduction while sending sms.

                                      On 09/03/2019, I have an account with Bagha Jatin Ganguly Bagan Branch with SBI but the account was debited of Rs.20000/-from my account bearing no. [protected] but not dispensed till now. Please sort out the same and credit the amount as earlyas possible.

                                        Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.
