Sir, i have been a credit card holder of sbi card (No.[protected] for past 5 years. I had taken loan on my credit many time and repaid it on time.in the past i have never defaulted in payment of my emi. But during the past several months i have been not able to service my loan emi. I am in deep financial difficulty. I told that i would settle the account. But the recovery people miss aarti is harassing me and telling that she would call all my relatives and friends and would send agents to their house to collect my dues. She is also telling that she would also sent people to my office and complaint to my boss. I told her that i would settle my account as soon as i am able to arrange funds.

Mai kai baar ese bina baat ke paise katwa chuka hu ab nhi bhut hua ye sb mujhe mere paise jo kate hai abhi tak vaapas dila dijiye bs request hai aapse.

      I am ANUPAMKUMAR MANEKLAL BHATT . MY Customer No [protected] saving Ac.No.[protected].
      I had a Senior Citizen Saving Scheme (SCSS) No.[protected] with Tarapur State Bank Branch code SBIN0060450. I got I renewed It on 1ST March 2021.
      Another SCSS account No is also renewed on17th March 2021.
      My Complaint is that both the accounts have been renewed on the maturity date but SCSS INTEREST From Renewal date to 31st March 2021 has not credited in my saving account. Interest for SCSC is normally credited quartely on 31th .
      Please, You are requested to look in to the matter and credite interest in my saving account..

        charging the fine for non submission of rc copy

        I have purchased tuv 300 so i took car loan of rs. 8 lac from sbi mohali phase vii be. On this loan i am paying emi of rs. 13000. At the time of loan procedure, i have not been informed by loan manager about submission of rc book to the bank. And now they have charged fine of rs. 5900 for not submitting rc book. During last 6 months i have not received any intimation mail /sms or call from bank regarding the same and suddenly they charged...

        Dear team,

        Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

          I am holding an account [protected] with SBI. But recently my balance is kept on hold and now showing 00. Also my account is showing lien amount of Rs 865042/-. How without any prior notice my account has been hold and for what this much lien it is showing even i have no pendings with SBI. Please look into and arrange to resolve the same.

              I transferred money to My Father's SBI Account in January successfully via Phone Banking. But now in February and March I can't transfer Amount because of Absence the option Generate OTP during Phone Banking. Against this I talked to more than Five SBI Customer Care Executives but All are Helpless They really don't know anything about State Bank of India that's why I am really frustrating with STATE BANK OF INDIA and also with SBI'S CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES & I really know this problem is existing with with all STATE BANK OF INDIA'S CUSTOMERS. I really want to know when this problem would be resolved?

                  Today I visited to my nearest sbi bank for cash depositing through depositing machine but unfortunately some of my notes was in a bad condition (like it got colour ) so machine didn't accept it and I told the bank manager to exchange my notes but her behaviour was like I came to rob the bank and she's shouting at me in front of everyone am a customer not her husband or servent so kindly please take action against her from the concern department.

                      I got a call from this number : [protected] named Vijayalakshmi vijayakumari today ( 8th March'2019) at 17.37 to my registered mobile number: [protected] stating, please share your OTP for verification of your debit card. New card has been dispatched., to confirm that, we require your OTP. Based on this 4 times transaction of Rs.19, 999 ( In the name of Digital India- P), Rs.9, 999 ( www.Ola cabs com) two times and Rs.19, 999 ( Citrus pay spicesafar) totalling Rs.59, 996. These transactions are made by using my Debit card ending with 8496 through on-line transaction. Please check and revert back the transaction quickly and help me in this regard.

                        I went to open account under Sukanya Samruddhi Yojana at SBI Vadgaon branch. The concerned person refused to open the account. I requested to branch manager, but she also told they cannot allow to open the account this branch. Branch manage to me tto visit another SBI branch or any other bank.
                        SBI website clearly mentions that SSY account can be opened in any branch. Since this branch is near to my residence and it is convenient to operate the account, I want to open SSY account here.
                        Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                        Still I have not received any response on this complaint.

                        I am very concern about peoples are finding difficulties for getting benefits of the government policies. This was not expected by branch of SBI which has a network in each and every corner of India. SBI website clearly mentions that SSY account can be opened in any branch. Why there is resistance from bank to open such account. I hope your team will look in to this matter and allow us and every citizen who wants to open an account.

                          Hai today I got a call from number [protected] and she was asking for card details and otp to transfer pay back points to my number. I scolded her because bank never asks for otp. I called her from another number and she accepted that it was a fake call and she was very confident. Please take action...I am aware of this because my room mate had lost 40000 recently and he complained about the same to cyber crime branch but no use ...!! He is paying n emi now...!! Just writing...hoping that you will help.

                            Sir, with addition information to above complain is, transaction made by Phonepe mobile app, still its showing transaction pending in app but debt in my account and not credited to Narayan account. so help me to resolve the problem which is happen with phonepe app.

                                I have fastag card with number [protected] vehicle no. Hr06z7271. Actually we have already gharonda toll palaza pass. I travelled in my car hr06z7271 yesterday, 07.03.2013 from panipat to karnal road road. I crossed gharonda toll plaza by[protected]:57:20 it deduct rs. 120 and[protected]:42:52 deduct rs. 50 again but we have already pass for this toll palaza.

                                Kindly refund the extra charges recovery to my fastag account early.

                                  Respected sir/medium on dated 21 feb 2019 i received a call from a man named harshad kumar and he said me that i can earn 22500 in 9 days by working from home.. He was send his email id on my no. And then i registered with them by providing adhaar card details photo and signature.. After that i received a agreement on my mail id and in the agreement it was mentioned that if i dont work or leave the job in between or if i dont complete the work with 90% accuracy then i have to pay penalty of 4700 to the company.. So after reading all the terms and condition i started my work. After 9 days when i checked my report then send it fail and send me new mail.
                                  They generate fake qc report and then threaten the employee for the money.. I also verified their agreement by my lawyer and he said that the agreement is fake
                                  Dear concern,

                                  This intimation letter informs you that fo technology has field a case under the section of 73-74-75 of indian contract act 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on the agreement that if you have not succeeded on your job or not completed then you have to pay the penalty amount.

                                  Section 73. Imposes a duty on the party seeking damages to mitigate its loss,
                                  Section 74. Compensation for breach of contract where penalty stipulated for when a contract has been broken,
                                  Section 75. Party rightfully rescinding contract, entitled to compensation a person who rightfully rescinds a contract is entitled to consideration for any damage which he has sustained through the non-fulfillment of the contract.

                                  So as you are not full fill the agreement rule, so that the company has take the help of legal proceeds for his compensation. So pay the amount as per agreement, so pay the amount as soon as possible to close your file, if the case being filed against you then you have in big loss of money for the legal procedure.

                                  I have paid it. Now they are asking that your contract is 11 months and if you want to closed it the you have yo paid 14000 more or 4700 every months.
                                  Sbi bank also help to these persons for opening of new account.

                                  But after few days i searched on google about the company and found many complaints about that company... They generate fake qc report and then threaten the employee for the money.. I also verified their agreement by my lawyer and he said that the agreement is fake... Please help me sir.. Or they will call and threat me also
                                  Please help. So many people's struggle like fraudness. Ola help me sir

                                    I have visited nearest atm in shashtri nagar on 01/03/2019.

                                    Where, i have tried to withdraw 7000 from my saving account.

                                    However, i received an sms stating 7000 has been debited from the account, but the atm machine was stuck. I waited for nearly 15mins but no response.

                                    So i have visited the branch and asked the sbi executive. They informed my that the money will be credited back in 24hours into my account.

                                    I am still awaiting i haven’t received any credit message or money is not yet credited to my account.

                                    I have also tried calling customer service team two times since the issue happened. But i am not getting satisfactory answer.

                                    Customer support team on call told me again and again that there is system issue going on so we cannot take complaint. I will need to wait for 7days.

                                    I am really not happy with this response that i have received from the call support team.

                                      I have done imps of rs 180000/_ from our hdfc bank account to sbi account vide ref no:[protected] in order to clear a cheque issued from sbi account. Hdfc account shows debit of rs 1, 80, 000/_ from the ac but not credited to sbi account with reason as timed out. Pl credit rs 180000 immediately to our sbi account in order to maintain the balance and clear cheque issued
