Tried to book e ticket from irctc app on 25 feb19 from pune to allahabad through sbi atm card, payment made successfully but ticket process interrupted saying (By pop up) booking not allowed at 2345 hrs. Amount 1740 debited from bank account by transaction no: othpg[protected]one 97 communications l. Awaited for auto refund but till today refund not received.

    Dear sir

    A refund of 750 rupees was successfully processed on 21 february 2019 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

      Sub: transfer of cif no.

      Dear sir/madam,

      Its been around 2 years since i have transfeerd my sbi a/c from muzaffarpur (Branch code:138) to benipatti branch (Branch code:10772).
      But till now the cif no. Has not been transferred to my new branch 10772. I have tried many times to contact the muzaffarpur branch through email/phone but no response. Last month on 22 feb 2019 i visited the city/ branch perticularly for that purpose and than realized, they have mistakenly transferrd the cif no. To wrong branch 10722. Than as per the bank officer guideline, i submitted an application and got the assurence that it wil get transferred within 2 working days. But till now it has not been received to my branch 10772.

      Can you please help me out. I am not living in muzaffarpur city now, so its difficult for me to visit the branch.
      Please transfer my cif to 10772

              I have been running pillar to post for an us education loan. I have a max gain account with sbi kothnur dinne bangalore branch. As i did not get any information from the branch about education loan, i went to retail asset center as basavanagudi. Here i was given the phone number of one mr. Srihari of gyan dhan, an outsourcing agency. Mr. Srihari has been talking in terms of someone from delhi calling me and raising an online case file. This has not happened for more than 10 days. Punjab national bank reps are calling to do a home loan balance transfer so that they can give my daughter education loan.

                Sir on 08 mar 19 from boi atm bhanwat chauraha mainpuri. I used my sbi atm for withdrawal of rs 3000 but i did not received the same amount. I tried to withdraw the same again but the same not received. I checked my statement and found that rs 3000/- deducted and not credited till date. You are requested to verify the same and credit rs3000 as soon as possible.

                  I am ph. Rebika devi bearing acc no [protected] and my branch is gc crpf chilloda road, gandhinagar.
                  I withdraw my money on date 08/03/2019
                  And the amount is 8500 from sbi kakching branch, atm manipur, opposite kakching police station and my money was deducted from my acc and not coming out from the atm and i ask the enquiry section to the kakching branch and they said it will come after 24 hours but still i am not getting my money and i need it urgent
                  So with due respect, regard and honour please look after my problem please solve it as soon as possible

                    I got a message on 5th 1:45pm saying a transaction was made for 200usd. And repetely i got details on transaction, where i have blocked the card. Now sbi wants me to pay the amount where i have'nt made any transaction for usd 2000. I havn't made or shared my otp, why i have to pay. After blocking i tried to call creditcard customer care no but it says to call through register mobile no, where iam calling them through my register no. I travelled to 3 to 4 banks but they havn't responded properly and want me to call sbi customer care, where again its saying to call through register mobile no.
                    They also send me a new card, where i clearly told them i need clarification on my complaints but they have send me a new card. Today they are saying to pay the amount which i havn't did.

                      Sir, i have been a credit card holder of sbi card (No.[protected] for past 5 years. I had taken loan on my credit many time and repaid it on time.in the past i have never defaulted in payment of my emi. But during the past several months i have been not able to service my loan emi. I am in deep financial difficulty. I told that i would settle the account. But the recovery people miss aarti is harassing me and telling that she would call all my relatives and friends and would send agents to their house to collect my dues. She is also telling that she would also sent people to my office and complaint to my boss. I told her that i would settle my account as soon as i am able to arrange funds.

                          I am ANUPAMKUMAR MANEKLAL BHATT . MY Customer No [protected] saving Ac.No.[protected].
                          I had a Senior Citizen Saving Scheme (SCSS) No.[protected] with Tarapur State Bank Branch code SBIN0060450. I got I renewed It on 1ST March 2021.
                          Another SCSS account No is also renewed on17th March 2021.
                          My Complaint is that both the accounts have been renewed on the maturity date but SCSS INTEREST From Renewal date to 31st March 2021 has not credited in my saving account. Interest for SCSC is normally credited quartely on 31th .
                          Please, You are requested to look in to the matter and credite interest in my saving account..

                            I have purchased tuv 300 so i took car loan of rs. 8 lac from sbi mohali phase vii be. On this loan i am paying emi of rs. 13000. At the time of loan procedure, i have not been informed by loan manager about submission of rc book to the bank. And now they have charged fine of rs. 5900 for not submitting rc book. During last 6 months i have not received any intimation mail /sms or call from bank regarding the same and suddenly they charged...

                            Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

How without any prior notice my account has been hold and for what this much lien it is showing even i have no pendings with SBI. Please look into and arrange to resolve the same.

                                  I transferred money to My Father's SBI Account in January successfully via Phone Banking. But now in February and March I can't transfer Amount because of Absence the option Generate OTP during Phone Banking. Against this I talked to more than Five SBI Customer Care Executives but All are Helpless They really don't know anything about State Bank of India that's why I am really frustrating with STATE BANK OF INDIA and also with SBI'S CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES & I really know this problem is existing with with all STATE BANK OF INDIA'S CUSTOMERS. I really want to know when this problem would be resolved?

                                      Today I visited to my nearest sbi bank for cash depositing through depositing machine but unfortunately some of my notes was in a bad condition (like it got colour ) so machine didn't accept it and I told the bank manager to exchange my notes but her behaviour was like I came to rob the bank and she's shouting at me in front of everyone am a customer not her husband or servent so kindly please take action against her from the concern department.
