Dear sir,
This is to inform you that the victim savita devi verma d/o ayodhya prashad verma, village - chowdhariyapur, post & thana - sandi, district - hardoi, pin-241403, whose state bank of india’s bank account is [protected], which is handle by your branch sbi sandi, hardoi.
On date 22nd february 2019, total money rs. 20056.64 had been illegally withdrawn in three consecutive transaction rs. 10023.60, rs. 10023.60, & rs. 9.44 respectively, from the victim account’s. As per information provided by sbi bank manager sandi, hardoi, all those transaction has been done from atm cash 90531 + ybl lajpat nagar new delhi. Snapshot of bank's computer has been attached below.
Whereas a new chip based atm card had been issued to the victim, recently, which is used by self only. No any kind of transaction had been done by self or by any her relative’s on 22nd february 2019, even then how anyone can withdraw money from her account without her permission. How? Kindly take rapid action and investigate the cctv footage of that atm, from where this illegal transaction has been done.
I registered my complain to sbi customer care toll free number, and get registered complain number for transaction is[protected]/14505600/000, ticket no - [protected].
This is to inform you that there is no any fault of victim in illegal transaction. So you are requested to take justice consistent action against theft and return victim’s money back into her account. I’ll be highly obliged to you.
