    Dear sir

    Two refunds of rs.230 and rs.230 was successfully processed on[protected] and[protected] respectively to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund yet.

    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also the state bank of india branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action has been taken yet.

    I confirmed with amazon and they had successfully processed the refund.

    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

        Dear sir,

        Iam an existing customer of sbi credit card and i utilize the limit, where as i am paying every month minimum due and i was raised request for to convert my total outstanding to emi. Yesterday i received a call from pradeep (Sbi recovery) and his number is [protected].in conversation he started using abusing words which i have never heard in my life and he started threatening.
        This kind of behaviour and arrassment from a agent is disturbing my personal and professional space.
        Please do help me and if possible convert outstanding in to emi.

          My name is sunny samson.. I have taken tv from reliance digitals with bajaj finserv loan and i given my sbi account details to bajaj finserv agent. Then i got loan and i paid 4950/- as down payment.. And every month my emi is 1467 and 267 is for 13 month. They said me that we will deduct amount on every month of 2nd...
          1. Before deducting date the have charged me for in sufficient balance charge 295+295.. Two time by the name of investment intermedi.. After cutting the charges with out intimating me.. Then they sent messages about loan.. Total i lost is 295*4= 1180/-

          No company employee and govt employ will get salary on 29 th of the month except feb month..
          As a small scale employ my salary will only get on 1st.. This bajaj and bank as looting us by the charges.. 3000 minimum balance is more difficult for a small employer...
          So take action on this issue sir

            I borrowed a home loan of 25lakhs from sbi ramachandrapuram hyderabad Branch code is 10689 on march 2018 under pmay-clss scheme. However, its been long back since then but there is no update from bank side on the current status of my pmay application, no subsidy has been disbursed yet. They are not even in a position to share assessment number of my pmay application, they said it has not been shared with them by the government. So they are helpless on this.

              With out any notice sbi bank sagarpar branch, (Branch code 012353) deduct 3500 rs from my account. I went to the branch and talk to them, even i spoke to branch manager. The answer is always same that is we will se, we are trying but last 16 days i am running to branch no setisfectory answer. Not even they are taking any cerrective step. I am tired to run. At the moment i just want permanent solution.. I really don't understand why do i need to run to get my own money back..? Please take a quick action..

                I am sorry to say this that the worst banking services i have ever delt with is sbi.

                No responsibility and value for the customer at the branches.
                No one takes the initiation and responsibility at the bank branches.
                The website is third graded and dosen't even work properly.
                No proper atm cash maintenance in the atm's

                I am very disappointed the way the bank is functioning and the way it is serving the public.

                  Paytm has refunded rs. 1785.01 in my saving account no [protected] at sbi lalbaug, vadodara on 24 december 2018. However this amount has yet not been credited to my account. Details are :

                  I again contacted paytm who sent me details once again showing that amount has been sent to bank, and i am attaching their aquirer bank revert snapshot, which suggests that sbi has replied to them that amount has been transferred to my account on 28 dec 2018 which actually has not been done

                    This is to inform you that the victim savita devi verma d/o ayodhya prashad verma, village - chowdhariyapur, post & thana - sandi, district - hardoi, pin-241403, whose state bank of india’s bank account is [protected], which is handle by your branch sbi sandi, hardoi.

                    On date 22nd february 2019, total money rs. 20056.64 had been illegally withdrawn in three consecutive transaction rs. 10023.60, rs. 10023.60, & rs. 9.44 respectively, from the victim account’s. As per information provided by sbi bank manager sandi, hardoi, all those transaction has been done from atm cash 90531 + ybl lajpat nagar new delhi. Snapshot of bank's computer has been attached below.

                    Whereas a new chip based atm card had been issued to the victim, recently, which is used by self only. No any kind of transaction had been done by self or by any her relative’s on 22nd february 2019, even then how anyone can withdraw money from her account without her permission. How? Kindly take rapid action and investigate the cctv footage of that atm, from where this illegal transaction has been done.

                    I registered my complain to sbi customer care toll free number, and get registered complain number for transaction is[protected]/14505600/000, ticket no - [protected].

                    This is to inform you that there is no any fault of victim in illegal transaction. So you are requested to take justice consistent action against theft and return victim’s money back into her account. I’ll be highly obliged to you.

                    No any action has been taken by State Bank Of India. What is guarantee, that they will return my money in to my account.
                    I widrowl cash from Sbi atm 20000.but I get only 18000. My account was debited with 20000.
                    My debit card was used in a transaction that I didn't do. I complained at customer care. They blocked the card and said we'll take 90 days to resolve this issue. I wonder who takes 90 days to resolve such a major issue. Banks are meant for banking and transactions. If they cannot resolve this major security breach quickly then who can.

                      I did transaction from my sbi card on 22nd feb. Amount of rs. 10, 000/- was deducted from my account while transferring it to shiridi sai baba devasthanam trust but the transaction was failed.

                      Please resolve this issue immediately.

                        I made payment through bhim app to irctc for booking ticket dated on 14th feb 2019, payment was successful bt ticket was not booked.                           Though my account balance was meeting the requirements of the minimum balance of ₹3000 and i haven't done any transactions recently yet they are sucking out money from people for unnecessary reasons, looks like even keeping money on the trusted bank like sbi isn't safe these days. They are the legal dacoits, disappointing sbi. I want reason on what basis they have deducted such a huge amount. Also i couldn't find the message where they have deducted rs 12, 2times in a month from me surprisingly. Had it enough this is too much.

                            I am having a account in hdfc and I have used sbi atm in indore (scheme 78).i have made two transaction on 20th Feb. One is 10000/- and other is 5000/- but I have got 10000/-. The second transaction money which was 5000/- rupee stuck in atm because of electricity failure. I have already informed my bank (hdfc) also but I havn't received the money back. Pl look into the matter and resolve so that I can get my money back.

                                    Hi,
                                    I am dayal i was doing a recharge of 149, "transaction id[protected]" on my prepaid number through bhim all process is properly done but when the payment page appear i load all details of my card and click on submit button then it loaded and amount is, deducted from from my account but the transaction was unsuccessful. And my account no is [protected] and my account name is dayal singh and my account is in state bank of india.
                                    It my humble request that you take action on this request.
                                    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I paid rs649 for an order using my debit card. After returning the product due to some reason my refund was initiated by Amazon but has not been processed by the bank yet . The refund reference number provided by Amazon is - 756850
                                    I called the sbi custom care and was not attended nicely, my refund is of INR 649.

                                      Sir i made payment through sbi card for aiims form. But due to internet issue in payment money was debited from account but the form shows incomplete payment.
                                      And when i try it again it says "a payment request already placed for same reference no. So your request cannot be processed."

                                      Sir, please reply soon and send me solution as soon as possible as seats of area are filling very fast and there are limited seats available.

                                        As per your letter reference no.[protected] of sbi card, it is informed that the amount is paid to amazon.com on 9th october 2018 as transaction dispute was closed. But when i approached amazon.com for delivery of order by enclosing your copy, they informed that they refunded to sbi card issuer and told me to approach you for further details.

                                        Hence, kindly provide me the details of payment transaction reference number or code so as to enable me to submit to amazon.com for their further verification in order to deliver the order to me.

                                        Sir in my account 206 is cutted. I didn't do any transfer it shows that. It is happen on 26 feb as I has minimum balance but mab will cut 20 rupee Or 30 but 206 is massive amount please kindly help me sir.
