As per your letter reference no.[protected] of sbi card, it is informed that the amount is paid to amazon.com on 9th october 2018 as transaction dispute was closed. But when i approached amazon.com for delivery of order by enclosing your copy, they informed that they refunded to sbi card issuer and told me to approach you for further details.

Hence, kindly provide me the details of payment transaction reference number or code so as to enable me to submit to amazon.com for their further verification in order to deliver the order to me.

    Respected Sir/ Madam,

    I stay in PG in Marathahali, Bangalore. I am here for searching a job.

    Yesterday I was in my PG I got a call from this number[protected] a person for job offer claiming that she was from TCS. She asked me some HR questions and told me that I got selected and I can come down to the office on 26 feb 2019 for the certificate verification. After that she said she will transfer the call to her senior person for bank account verification and transferred the call to that person and he asked me all my card details like my card number, cvv and balance I have in my card. I gave him the details and after that I got an OTP to my number of deduction of 2000 rupees. I asked him why is the OTP needed to which he said that for the verification process he had to deduct the money for more than one time. I gave him the OTP all the times. Totally I got six messages, four messages for deduction of 2000 rupees and one for 500 rupees, so a total of 10500 rupees was deducted from my account. After that he asked me another card number for refunding the amount, I gave him the other card details and again he send an OTP to that number this time I did not share the OTP with him. He said that I had to share the OTP with him for the refunding process.
    Till now I have neither received any money back nor any call letter for the job from him. I called him multiple time he told me that he can not refund the money untill I share the OTP to him. He said his name is Abhimanyu Sachdeva and he is staying in Electronic city, Phase -2, Bangalore.

    I have attached all the bank messages and emails and the phone call records.

    I request you to please look into this matter and help me out.

      I have done transaction in 21.02.2019 in which i have withdrawn Rs.10000 from my account named as Shaini Bhattacharjee, ATM card no-459115XXXXXX6044, ATM ID-DBBK[protected].

      In this regard we are here to inform you that when i have withdrawn Rs.10000 the atm machine got power failed and i dint received the money but the money deducted from my balance and still now the said amount was not received in my account.

        My name is muralikrishna boppana.i had made a transaction on 10 Feb 2019 time 8.30 pm paid to our creditor payment Rs.1, 00, 000/- through phonePe app the money got deducted from my account ([protected]:IFSC code:SBIN0006830) but transaction failed (Screen shot attached)and it's been 11 days but I did not received my refund back, Further, I have filed complaint(this is my phonepe complaint no:43293456, transaction I'd:P1902102030505912926262 and UTR no:[protected] .I have also attached the screenshot of the transaction and bank statement.kindly provide me with my refund.I don't know what to do.This is afake company and cheating on the loyal customers.They are stealing money from us. I had calls them daily 5 to 6 times them through app more than 15 times but not satisfied reply is provided from the company.They are doing it on a big scale and stealing money from everyone

However the full amount of loan has been repaid to the branch. Still lien amount of Rs. 15000 is not removed as on date.             We have redeemed our entire holding in SBI Magnum Contra Fund bearing Folio No. :[protected] as on 11th Feb. 2019 but even after SBI Mf is denying to credit our redemption amount even after submitting our change of Bank Request. You are requested to note that on 11th Feb. 2019. We have redeem the amount with the same signature . we have given for change in bank. So how can they reject the transaction saying signature differed. So on urgent basis you are requested to look info the matter.

                When i try to fill aiims exam undergraduate (Mbbs) but payment failed due to some issues i don't know but i pay 1500 inr for filling aiims exam ug form online and my payment not goes to aiims they write payment unsuccessful due and money deducted from my account of 1500 from (Pnb debit card) pnb debit and not return and gave tracking id cpn8125986 when i complained to branch they said i can't do anything. So pls how can get our deducted money.

                  Housing loan was taken from state bank of india, andua branch (7099). Loans are fully cleared and closed. Loan accounts are-[protected] & [protected] for one lac & three lac. After closure of my house buildng loan they are not returning my original title deed kept as mortgage of housing loan. Two months over after my complaint to them. Till today no response from the branch.

                    Bolta hai bhar khulwa lo sumer jo private dealer hai.

                      Though, a person who took home loan from same branch and in same

                        My father has defaulted on his credit card due to some financial problems. The collection agents called my father, and spoke very rudely to him. He has high bp and got very aggravated by their behaviour after which he didn't receive a few of their calls. Then they collected my number from somewhere and called me.
                        I assured them that we will pay it back as soon as possible. We paid back as much as we could (Outstanding amount paid) over three days but they still keep calling and say that we have no intention to pay. I'm not a co-applicant but the collection agents are calling me and my father continuously and speaking improperly.
                        They crossed the line when they called my office staff and revealed my private information regarding my father's loans to them to ruin my reputation at my workplace. I have read your collection policies and i've learned that they have no right to do that as i'm not a co-applicant.
                        I want this matter investigated and strict action to be taken on those collection agents, whose calls i've recorded for proof. One of them who had the worst behaviour said that his name is om saxena.

                              Dear sir / madam

                              This is in refrence to my pension debit card at sbi account ambernath branch

                              I have withdrawn rs 10, 000/- on the 28th dec from the above account for which i got the cash from the atm, after this transaction i again wanted to remove rs 10, 000/- for which the atm showed a message that it was sucessful but cash not received transaction details for both - 83622

                              Hence i just left it, later after a week i updated my passbook wherin i got to know that on the 28th jan there was a 02 transaction shown as rs 10, 000 /- withdrawn twice from the account which is not so as, as explained above.

                              I immediately spoke to the sbi callcenter mr azmal and lodge a complain on the 9th jan 19 complain no [protected], mr azmal informed me saying that the complain will be actioned within 7working days

                              Again on the 18th jan i spoke to the call center mr chetan informed us that from the above issue the money has not yet reversed

                              Mr chetan from the call center has adviced me to go to the branch and speak to the bank as the complain from the call center has been closed and the supportings of this transaction has been sent to the bank

                              On 19th jan i went to bank to check about the above issue, wherein they have asked me to give a written complain on the same, the written complain was submitted to the bank on the 21st jan 2019

                              Kindly intervene on the above issue and get the amount of rs 10, 000/-credited back to my account at the earliest. Please note this is my pension account and i am dependent on it... Please help

                                I rajeshwari modh account holder in sbi, sir my account was debited 68 times continuously in the name of google* me me *help and got deducted money from my account without authorisation during the midnight of 23 feb and 24 feb 2019. I am also blaming bank which system is not right. Why the system didn't find it suspicious because of continuous debits that too unauthorised. How can my account be debited without my card being physically used. I never share otp or password to any person. Sir please help to refund my money.

                                  After repetitive call torture of sbi guys to take the free credit card i agreed to take one. After that i didn't even use or activate that card for 2 months. Still the calls started coming saying the balance is due. So i created the amount and paid interest amount and never used the card. Now again they are calling me again and again saying there is a due amount of around 5000 to be paid. Why should i pay so much for not even using that card even once. To cancel the card it says account balance should be zero then only you can cancel the account. This is how sbi makes money? Initially irritate customers saying its a free card please take it and then simply charge for each and everything and then make money out of it? I do not want to pay a single penny. I want my card to be cancelled.

                                    Rs 206 has been debited from my sbi account bhalukpong branch on 24/02/2019 at 6:1am with no any reason. I want reason on what basis it got deduct from my account.                                       I had completely paid outstanding amount and i request for closure if credit card and issue of noc certificate, i can't continue the card as such, please cancel the card, i had spent nearly 200000 since 1 year by taking my pf amount also, i was having credit limit of 111000 and got suddenly reduced to 29000, i am very much upset about such issue, thanking u sir

                                        There was a transfer of ₹500 to my account i tried to transfer it to my paytm wallet didnt happen stated insufficient funds, i tried 5-7 times everytine insufficient funds, in the end i was not able to transfer the money to my wallet so i checked mini statement turns out every time i tried to transfer the money to paytm there was a deduction of ₹23.60? For what you people deducted? Now i just recieved another msg stating debited for ₹137.58 - remaining balance ₹131.14! I have not used a single rupee out of ₹500 and sbi have deducted ₹368.86 for unknown reasons - who gave this guys right to deduct money for using my debit card? I want ny hard earned money back
