I could not pay my sbi card bill due to financial crunch. Now i am willing to pay it, so i had a word with sbi officials numerous times to convert it to an emi. But they did not do it. They asked me to get it settled to the total pending amount and i agreed to that. I told them that i would not be able pay it in one go and to give me monthly payment option. But despite of having these conversation and my all humble requests they started calling me and family members from different cell phone numbers and threatening us to send people at their places.
Had it been the case of fraud i wouldnt be accepting their calls. But here i am willing to pay and i initiated the conversation so i can clear it off as soon as possible. What do you think? Should i commit suicide because of your threat calls? No one is willing to help, just threats on me and my family.

    My sbi savings account no is [protected] standing at belur math branch.

    My cesc electric bill payment mode is ecs linked to this account number. Due to unknown reason the bank has been cancelling it for consecutive 3 months. I made online complaint only to be informed to meet the bank branch. When i met them they suggested only to resubmit it again. Proper cause unknown.

    I made transaction on[protected] by sbi net banking . i did a recharge of rs 399 on my airtel mobile no [protected]. amount debited but i did not receive recharge in mobile. now nobody is here to resolve my complaind. please check and reply. my mobile no is [protected]. bank account no is [protected].
    My name is ricky arvindbhai parmar its a lomg time i hold my account with sbi and my account was debited twice in investment intermediate wahy should i do how do i get my refund back i maintain my account very well if my issue is not solved i will close my account with sbi
    Sir, dated 30/01/2019 I have deposited 500×16 but only 5500/- only credit account of [protected] at Ranaghat corner 1st, Nadia, west Bengal. Rs 2500/- not credit.
    So, pl verify and balance rupees credits my account.

But card not delivered to me. And the sbi cradit card collection department called me time to time regarding payment which is approx rs. 5500. So i m requesting to your department plz.         This is to inform you that, i, t k chellappan nair, holding an account with sbi, had closed my sb a/c at kumbanad branch on 28th november 2018 and had also requested mr. Nidheesh kumar (Phone no - [protected]), who's the credit card incharge, to cancel my credit card, which was within the free usage period. He assured us that he would do so and accordingly he noted down the card numder in his diary.

        I was under the impression that the said credit card has been cancelled, when, surprisingly, on 27th january 2019, i received a message from the bank stating that ₹588/- has been auto debited. Again, on 30th january 2019, i received a message that the said amount (₹588) via auto debit has been bounced due to insufficient funds.

        Now, from the past few days, i am repeatedly getting calls from the customer service agents asking me the preferred language to talk (Either english or malayalam) and to pay the above mentioned amount. Meanwhile, on 2nd february, we went to sbi kumbanad branch to meet mr. Nidheesh kumar, in order to enqiure about the cancellation of the card, but couldn't find him at his cabin. On enquiring about his whereabouts, we got his number from one of the staff at the workplace, and spoke to him. He assured us that he had applied for the cancellation of the card and that he would do it again if needed, and asked us that if further any calls come up simply tell them that the card has been cancelled. Moreover, i again received a call yesterday claiming that an amount of ₹1500/- is due and has to be paid. As i have never used the card and had asked the person concerned to cancel the card, i am constantly being harassed getting calls at the peak hours.

        Being a senior citizen aged 70 years old and undergoing medical treatment its very disturbing. I humbly request the concerned authority to look into the matter and solve the issue as soon aspossibe. For any further details you can contact the undersigned.

          Amount is deducted from my account but not credited to beneficiary's account.
          I called customer care of sbi but no one is responding.

            With due respet i state that i am a regular customer of sbi naraingarh branch whose code is 614. My salary is also deposited in this bank. Sir yesterday i brake my fdr due to need of money but a person sitting on counter no.4 is so rude that he donot want to pay the amount in rs.500notes or rs 2000 notes. He said we have no currency, we have only 100 rs. Notes.
            Also the system in the bank is too slow that all the peoples are disappointed by the behavior of bank employees. Printers of the bank are not working huge lines are there to print the passbooks. So my request is this to you is please visit the bank situatednaraingarh in working hours and see the drama. Sir want to talk also about loan department of this bank there is so much harresment that no one want to take loan from this bank. Please chack this also.

              I have submitted a request to open an ssy account with sbi almost a month ago and i don't see it being opens yet. Can you please help it's really getting me frusted now every time i call or reach out to bank they say it's pending verification.                 This was my bad/worse experience with sbi services.
                On 4 of jan 2019 i went to sbi bank and bank manager "goraul - branch" convinced me sbi life policy.. Proposal no-1kna778758
                I agreed with his said and gave him cheque of 50k on that same day but when i came back home i got call from conformation team about my proposal.
                He explain me about this proposal policy. It was different then my acceptance so i dined on that same call for this proposal policy.
                Next day i went to branch and complain about it same and gave him application too. Bank manager said no need to worry amount will be refunded with for 15 working days.
                I waited for 15 working days and again went to branch for information, they said with-in this week it will be refunded, i waited again.. But at the end of week i called up customer care and they register complain and said you will get call from sbi life head office.. Complain no:[protected].
                Yes i got call after 28 hour and he told me you have not initiated for payment so the payment is not cleared so i will process now but now it's been more then 4 days for that initiation and still payment is not made.
                So now this is my complain for the refund and also for that interest of 1 month which sbi life has held my fund with them.
                Because if we are late sbi made us pay fine and fee. Then why should't sbi pay compensation for delay in service tat.

                  A refund of 163 rupees was successfully processed on 26 january 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                  I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                  I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                  Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                    On 20 january 2019 at 8:29 pm, i tried to transfer 900 rs from phone pe app from my sbi account to my axis bank account (Internal transfer). But due to technical error, it gets transaction failed. Utr:[protected]. Now in my passbook, it shows me that 900 rs gets deducted and i did complain to phone pe support. And they told me to complain here, so please take my complain very seriously it's more than 10 days now and i haven't got 900 rs refund. I want you to resolve this issue within 1-2 days.

                        Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.222/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                          Respected sir/mam,
                          I am Mamta Chauhan who's salary account is in SBI. I opened an RD of 15000rs per month for one year. They kept deducting the amount for 11 months and on the 12th month they stopped deducting the money and closed my RD then they transferred all the RD's money to my saving account without giving any information and without any interest and they deducted the amount 631rs and 861rs on 3-7-2017 without any transaction of mine I even contacted and met the branch manager of Shobhagpur Udaipur twice but he didn't gave a satisfactory answer and ignored my problem so i request you to please solve my problem your quick response will be highly appreciated.                               Home amount amount of Rs. 4, 29, 000 sanctioned and disbursed on 02/2009 recoverable in 119 EMI @5697. Amount already recovered 120 EMI @ 5800/- wef 19/5/2009 to 10/01/2019 from SBI savings account. But in complete statement showing recovery of 115 EMI missing the amount credited on 10/7/2009, 10/11/2009, 10/09/2011, 10/08/2014 and 10/4/2018 and still showing outstanding 33, 427/- despite fully recovery of all EMI. The amount recovered already reflected in SBI savings bank pass book but the loan paid by the branch showing different.

                                  A friend sent me a sum of ₹250 via UPI on 25/1/9.
                                  It got debited from her account and got credited to my Account (SBI).

                                  But moments later it got reversed, and the transaction details of the reversal came with the same UPI Transaction ID of that transaction which with which the money was credited to my account.
                                  The transaction details regarding this transaction is:
                                  TO TRANSFER UPI/REV/[protected]

                                  The person who sent me the money did not get that money reversed to her account. Nor did I get it back.

                                  After contacting SBI via Helpline, they asked me to mail the issue at support.[protected]@sbi.co.in.

                                  I sent them emails repeatedly for 5 days twice in a day. But they did not reply nor did they help me out.
                                  After that, they are not even lodging my complaint against this matter and are trying not to involve themselves into it by saying that they cannot check the details of any UPI Transaction via the Transaction ID.

                                  Please help me by guiding me on what to do in order to get my money back.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I am an account holder of the State Bank of India and I have also two Sukanya samridi Accounts of my two daughters in SBI. I am working at NMDC Steel Plant, Nagarnar (CG).But I am very sorry to inform you that today 04.02.2019 when I go to the nearest SBI bank, Nagarnar for updating of the sukanya passbook at the ATM counter book printing machine. One book was successfully printed but another book (A/C No.- [protected] ) passbook was not printed. Then I go to the bank and complain my problem at the counter No-1 and said that please check the account why the passbook was not printing. At that time the bank peon who was standing near the counter suddenly misbehave with me (shouted to me and talking with rudely). He told that we don’t check your passbook here. Then I ask why? Then he told that talk with the branch manager.

                                    I honestly don’t know if I have somehow done something wrong or if he was having a bad day but this is not a way to treat clients and customers and I strongly protest it. I hope you will take notice of this misfortune.

                                    I hope you will take care of this matter and I or anyone won’t have to face the same problem again.

                                      Please call me on [protected] to discuss the mis-selling for sbi credit card by providing false promises. I received call from your 3rd party cc (Intelenet) advisor zoya. I have all the messages available on watsapp. I was promised that the annual fee will be waved and credit limit will be as compared to my standard chartered card. I need the card cancelled as i have not even activated the card. I am not going to pay the annual fee and want my card cancelled. Even in verification call i have raised concern.
                                      State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I have do a transaction but it was fail but My ballance 3799 is debited ...pls refund my ballance...

                                        On 1st of february a number of transactions have been done from my debit card without asking for a pin. No my card has not been stolen, it is with me and i haven't done any such transaction.
                                        All the transactions have a common thing which is pos [protected]. All the transaction messages i receive have this pos number followed by google *meme. I do not have any paid subscriptions on google and the card is not even added in google for payments.
                                        I have blocked my card but i need to know about these fraudulent transactions and also ask for a refund amount as it is clearly a security breach at the bank's side.
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        While doing transactions I do not receive high security password.Inspite of receiving messages from SBI round the clock at the same phone.
                                        Customer care representative do not receive the phone. And if they receive, it is only to say contact your branch.

                                        POS I guess means Point of Sale, generally it's the machine that can only be used by waving or swiping the card on the machine, check if there is an Addon card on your account on sbicard website, SBI is the worst bank I have ever seen, but this thing is absurd.

                                        In case you get the card reissued don't send image of your card to anyone or don't lend it to anyone, Credit cards do not require PIN security, Card Number + CVV is enough, but the best thing is, in case you have fraudulent transactions on your card, you can report it to the authority and the police, your money will be returned after a fair investigation.
