मान्यवर निवेदन है कि प्रार्थी जयप्रकाश पुत्र श्रीबिन्ध्याचल निवासी ग्राम - भदरखी, पोस्ट - पचौरी, जिला - गोरखपुर का स्थायी निवासी है। प्रार्थी भारतीय स्टेट बैंक - सहजनवाँ से गोल्ड बाण्ड (2016)में खरीद रखा है तथा कुछ बिषम परिस्थितियों के कारण उस पर लोन लेना चाह है। बैंक के मैनेजर रोहित अरोड़ा ( मो.न. [protected]) और फील्ड आफिसर फै़जान (मो.न. [protected]) चार महीने से मुझे दौड़ा कर कर परेशान कर रहे हैं।मुझसे 15 दिन पहले ऋणपत्र पर हस्ताक्षर तथा निकासी फार्म पर भी हस्ताक्षर करा लिए लेकिन अभी तक भुगतान नहीं किया गया।
आप श्रीमान से अनुरोध है कि दोनो लापरवाह एवं गैरजिम्मेदार कर्मचारियो़ के साथ उचित कार्यवाही करें।

    I send to money to someone from google pay via transaction id cicagkcizknvvq on dated[protected], software show message payment attempt failed but amount of rs. 501 deducted from my account. Software also show a message amount deducted will be refund in 3-5 business days but amount not refund yet. I tried many times on custmor care to know about this payment but no one pick my phone.

    Sir,

    Earlier I have complaint regarding refund of amount deducted from my account but not sent to other party by Google pay. It is almost 20 days and still i am waiting for my money. 4 days earlier software shows refund may take up to 3 working days to be reflected in your account. Again i would like to inform you that still i did not receive my amount therefore you are requested to refund amount in my account as soon as possible.

      Recently i went to a nearby sbi atm to withdraw some amount from my sbi account. But instead of money, i got a receipt saying :

      Txn no 2684
      Response code 078
      Savings
      Acxount stopped.

      Even after visitng the fountain chowk branch, my problem was not solved. They are giving vague answer do this or that but not helping me properly.

        I am mahanthi partha sarathi operating a sb account in beeramguda, hyderabad branch with account number: [protected]. It was around 16:30 p. M. I tried to make a deposit of 43, 000/- as on date 30.11.2018 (86*rs.500/- denomination) in cdm (Sbiit, banjara hills road number 12). I made the deposit with my atm card. As soon as the money went inside inserted and after a few seconds while the cash counting is taking place it displayed "time exceeded and contact nearest branch".

        I was shocked and after a few seconds i made ' balance enquiry" but the amount did not get credited into my account. I immediately given complaint to the cash manager at sbi banjara hills road number 12,

        From november 30th i am keep on following the branch but nobody is taking seriously on it

                Dear team,

                I did a transaction from sbi online to know my cibil score. There is an option\service in sbi online known as "know your cibil score", i had availed the service on 14th nov 2018. I was charged an amount of rs.440 but i am deeply disappointed to inform you that my account was debited with the amount but the service was not provided to me, not the rs.440 which was charged was refunded.

                I checked with sbi customer care but they are not providing any proper response. If they are charging an amount as service charge then the service should be given else the amount should be refunded, they are not doing either of it.

                As i have now explained the issue. Kindly help me in getting my cibil report or refund the amount of rs.440.

                  4 (four) No. of fraudulent Transactions by using my debit card aggregating Rs.49, 996/-
                  A/C No. [protected].with State Bank of India Silchar Branch. Name:- Shashwati Biswas.

                  I like to draw your kind attention to the fact that on 10/12/2018 at about 4-48 pm, I received 4/5 nos of SMS in my mobile no., sending OTP relating online purchases through various vendors by using my ATM debit card particulars. The amounts were Rs.19, 999/-, Rs.9, 999/-, Rs.9, 999/-, and Rs.9, 999/-. Having understood that these were fraudulent attempt by some fraudster, I immediately rushed to an ATM counter to check the balance. I found that the said amounts were already debited to my account. I therefore contacted the SBI helpline and have lodged the complaint about this and blocked the ATM card. The Complaint ticket No is [protected]. I further lodged FIR with Silchar Police station vide FIR no. 4205/18.
                  Under the circumstance, I request you to kindly initiate necessary investigation at your level best and recover the amount at the earliest.

                    On 10th dec 2018 cash deposited in sbi atm deposit machine, amount rs 500 not credited, the time is by 10.30 pm so next day morning i written a letter and given complaint regarding that in same bank next door, there they told carelessely we check and tel, i asked when there they told whenever the machine got full then only we will tel u carelessely told, but money urgently need, so pls help me

                      Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort.                         Kharadi Magarpatta branch, staff as well as Assistant Manager behaves rudely with the bank customers, no information is given on any counter and there is no enquiry counter. This was my third time experience with this branch, nobody is ready to listen any problems of the consumer as if the bank doesn't need any customer, now l feel that customers has been headache for the staff.

                          Internet banking provided by SBI. However I am unable to transfer funds from my SBI savings account to sharekhan for buying equity and trading.
                          This savings account is linked to sharekhan and I am able to login in SBI anywhere personal through ID and password given by Bank. However when I try to transfer funds from bank then window of net banking displayed and after giving correct username and password I m Failed to login. A snapshot is attached

                                Complaint description : with reference to your website email, it is intimated that e ppo no.[protected] suffix 0100 has been generate by this office and will be mailed to your paying branch cppc/record office shortly.

                                So, here i wants to know what the bank doing. Till here my pension is not started. I have visited to allahabad pcda office and delhi office too.. They said your pension will soon. After few weeks i called to delhi chandni chawk office to know my pension status but no one is picking up the calls.
                                Sir, kindly take this complain seriously..

I want to just come on topic my problem is that i went for transaction to pnb csp to withdrawal money through aeps system but unfortunately my transacton was not successful so there for bank staff did not gave me my money on that time they told me your money has reversed to your account within this week. But still i am waiting to get my own money to get back in my account no... But still i did not get my money so plz kindly help to get out from this problem.                                     Hg loan obtained from rr dist br hyderabad. Loan cleared in apr 2018. Despite of several complaints, reminders bank is not releasing my original documents. I am unable to send my daughter for higher studies at abroad since unable to mortgage the documents in another bank for obtaining the funds. I have sent my complaints to customer complaint cell thrice, gm customer twice of no use. Pl look into this matter and solve the problem at the earliest.

                                      The last transaction from my account is a rs 399/- recharge. The transaction that i did was to be done on a different number, hence i want to cancel it and want the refund.

                                      I have tried all ways i could before writing it here. Neither jio, nor sbi is helping me. When contacted, both are asking me to contact the other.
                                      In conversation with jio, the complaint was listened by three people of their hierarchy. The last one was their manager. Even she was not ready to provide me a satisfactory response. At the end, the call got hung-up and then disconnected. Please resolve this issue asap.

                                      The incident date is 11th december 2018. And it was done on [protected].

                                        I ordered a product on 25 oct 2018 from amazon and used my sbi card for online payment. That product was not delivered and amazon provided me refund. I have not received refund amount 1431 rs in my card. I contacted amazon and they informed me to contact sbi bank cx service as refund already been given by amazon. Sbi cx service do not have any information about charge dispute. I contacted amazon back and they informed me to raise this charge dispute request to sbi again.
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have refund issus and am suffering from last 45 days.
                                        please I requested to you refund my amount
