Respected sir, i customer of sbi cgo complex lodhi road new delhi. My account no is [protected]. Sir i didnt made any transcation at atm, however my account is deducted an amount is 29000/-on 10/12/18 when atm and pin is safe with me. I call to sbi customer care and block my card as well as lodge a complain ticket no is -[protected]. I approch to my home branch and informed this matter to manager he told give an application with your account statement and wait for some days. Than sir i lodge an fir on usmanpur ps as well as cyber cell new delhi. Some documents is attached for your kind refrence. Kindly do the needful as it is my hard earned money. Thanks and regards.

    Dear sir

    A refund of 280+170+170 (=620) rupees was successfully processed on 19 november 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

    I have called the state bank of india customer service and the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

    Kindly go through and locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

      My debit card pin is disabled by you. My name is manisha p dhopatkar. Debit card no. 5103xxxxxx816727. I have activated my new debit card pin successfully, on 04/12/2018. It was disabled by you. I have tried to generate new pin aaain on 11/12/2018, at 16.57 hrs. It was mentioned that one time pin will be received on my registered mobile number, within 24 hrs. Till now as on 12/12/2018, at 22.15 hrs, i have not received any one time pin, on my registered mobile number. Please do needful at the earliest. Otherwise i will close my savings bank account with you.

From there I receive call because I was left iit due to completion of my studies. I told them to send on my permanent address which is jaipur raj.The new address is changed in sbi jaipur record also. pl send my address as under mohit kumar meena, 81, milap nagar, opp. sanghi farm house, tonk road, jaipur rajasthan 302018. .With immediate expedition.         Pl provide my new chipenabled atm. Old atm valid only upto 31st dec 2018. Originally address was correct ie jaipur rajasthan but during iit study in punjab new ac opened there and jaipur ac address also wrongly changed. Now I contacted bank and rectify address. Pl send atm on my jaipur address earliest. Thanks.

          Dear sir

          A refund of Rs.4998/- rupees was successfully processed on 23 November 2018 to my account by AMAZON. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

          I have called the State Bank of India customer service and also contacted the home branch of State Bank of India physically with all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

          Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

            Sir, its regarding closure of loan od account. I hv a savings account in SF road branch siliguri, W.B branch code 04789. I was sanctioned Rs 40000/- loan through internet banking. Presently i have cleared the outstanding loan amount and requested the branch for closure of the loan account through Mail as i am a defence employee and posted out of siliguri. I have sent the mail on sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in on 29 Nov and 05 Dec 18 but till now bank has not responded to the mail and not close my OD loan account, my friend also visited the branch and shared the details with the bank person but still no response. Bank phone is also not responding.plz look into the matter,

                I have returned a product which i ordered from flipkart. But i didn't get the refund related to that order. Flipkart customer care said that they had completed their refund procedure and this issue is about the bank. Moreover they gave me a bank reference no. Regarding that order and said talk to bank customer care. I talked to the bank customer care many times but i didn't get any result. Please help me out regarding this issue as soon as possible. It's already been 15 days. I am attaching here the reference no. Which flipkart has been provided to me.

                  I have done a transaction with sbi debit card on[protected] worth 1713 rupees on pos [protected] at india post txn#274947. The money got debited from my account but it didn't received by the postal life insurance site https://pli.indiapost.gov.in. my account number 2013*01. My contact [protected]. Please resolve this issue immediately and credit that amount as early as possible.

                      I have submitted requisition form at my nearest sbi branch requesting issue of subsequent atm debit card by second week of november 2018. My existing atm debit card automatically blocked due to old version. There is no new version chip. I have resubmit requesting form at my nearest sbi bank on 05 dec 2018. But still not getting any message regarding this atm card. I have facing too much difficulties for drawing / withdrawal of money from atm. Request for dispatching atm card as early as possible so that i can tackle my financial problems. Thanks.

                          I send to money to someone from google pay via transaction id cicagkcizknvvq on dated[protected], software show message payment attempt failed but amount of rs. 501 deducted from my account. Software also show a message amount deducted will be refund in 3-5 business days but amount not refund yet. I tried many times on custmor care to know about this payment but no one pick my phone.

                          Earlier I have complaint regarding refund of amount deducted from my account but not sent to other party by Google pay. It is almost 20 days and still i am waiting for my money. 4 days earlier software shows refund may take up to 3 working days to be reflected in your account. Again i would like to inform you that still i did not receive my amount therefore you are requested to refund amount in my account as soon as possible.

                            Recently i went to a nearby sbi atm to withdraw some amount from my sbi account. But instead of money, i got a receipt saying :

                            Response code 078
                            Savings
                            Acxount stopped.

                            Even after visitng the fountain chowk branch, my problem was not solved. They are giving vague answer do this or that but not helping me properly.

                              I am mahanthi partha sarathi operating a sb account in beeramguda, hyderabad branch with account number: [protected]. It was around 16:30 p. M. I tried to make a deposit of 43, 000/- as on date 30.11.2018 (86*rs.500/- denomination) in cdm (Sbiit, banjara hills road number 12). I made the deposit with my atm card. As soon as the money went inside inserted and after a few seconds while the cash counting is taking place it displayed "time exceeded and contact nearest branch".

                              I was shocked and after a few seconds i made ' balance enquiry" but the amount did not get credited into my account. I immediately given complaint to the cash manager at sbi banjara hills road number 12,

                              From november 30th i am keep on following the branch but nobody is taking seriously on it

                                      Dear team,

                                      I did a transaction from sbi online to know my cibil score. There is an option\service in sbi online known as "know your cibil score", i had availed the service on 14th nov 2018. I was charged an amount of rs.440 but i am deeply disappointed to inform you that my account was debited with the amount but the service was not provided to me, not the rs.440 which was charged was refunded.

                                      I checked with sbi customer care but they are not providing any proper response. If they are charging an amount as service charge then the service should be given else the amount should be refunded, they are not doing either of it.

                                      As i have now explained the issue. Kindly help me in getting my cibil report or refund the amount of rs.440.
