Form my account without any message without use ATM card my bank amout lost from my account at yesterday 8000rs. I got the information when i want to debit the money from atm i got the message u have insufficient fund the i check the statement then i know the problem.
Plzzz resolve that

When i got the statement reciept then i know. I have not got any type of message about these transfer.

Please map my Aadhaar linking status to npci server.Please enable me to receive Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) benefits .For lpg subsidy please link my lpg id to my above bank account.I have given many forms for mapping to npci server but they said Aadhaar is already linked.Please accept my request.

      I have worked in employees provident fund organization for thirty six years and retired as assistant provident fund commissioner during the month of may 2018. My ppo number is tn/cbe/5336.
      At the time of retirement i have enrolled as a pensioner in sbi and linked my email address along with my mobile phone number. From the month of june 2018 i am receiving my monthly pension. Whereas i have not received any e mail from cppc for the confirmation of pension from june 2018 onwards.
      Even though my pension has been credited in my account i have not received any e mail from cppc towards the confirmation. My mail id: [protected]@gmail.com
      Please take necessary action.

        Sir i have made an imps transaction for rs.50000/- on 21.09.2018 (From my account with central bank of india) to one of the current account with rajastan marudhara grameena bank, karavali in udaipur dist rajastan (Ifsc sbin0rrmrgb) and i got the msg transaction approved. Till today amount is not credited to party's account.
        I took up with our bank authorities who contacted their head office imps wing who inturn verified that amount is credit to state bank of india and lying there since grameena bank imps is not registered with them. Again approached central bank and in turn to their cbs team and imps team and they have obtained information from npci that said grameena bank nbin number of rmgb (8331) bank is not updated in their database with sbi due to which they have routed the transaction in trail mail to sbi and adviced to recall the funds from sbi. Again central bank impsvb have requested sbi vide their mail to [protected]@techmahindra.com and also requested sbi to reverse the same amount to central bank through cr adjustment mail dated 29.11.2018. Till today sbi have neither credited the amount to rmgb or reversed to central bank of india to credit back to my account. It is also informed that the said amount with sbi is credited to wrong beneficiery account [protected] instead of correct beneficiary account [protected] to whom it should be credited.
        My imps transaction ref no.[protected] transaction dt.21.09.2018 rs.50000/- kindly look into the matter and help in reversing the entry and get me back my money.

          I have purchased some products from the amazon on EMI on 10th & 11th October 2018. The orders were cancelled (partly & total respectively), the amount also refunded by Amazon to my card account, the details are furnished below:

          1) Transaction made on Amazon on 10.10.2018:
          Transaction Amount: Rs. 13508.53
          Order was partially cancelled. Refund received from Amazon (after deduction promotional discount) Rs. 4633.46 & Rs. 1220.41 on 11.10.2018 and Rs. 489.21, Rs. 703.07 & Rs. 1781.30 on 25.10.2018.

          2) Transaction made on Amazon on 11.10.2018:
          Transaction Amount: Rs. 5734.65
          Order was totally cancelled. Refund received from Amazon (after deduction promotional discount) Rs. 3521.19 on 23.10.2018 and Rs. 1216.15 on 26.10.2018.

          However, it is noted in by bill dated 11.11.2018, amount ` 13508.53 & ` 5734.65 both are being converted to EMI in totality. The following shall be noted in this regard:
          • For the transaction dated 10.10.2018 (total amount ` 13508.53), the refund amounts shall be deducted from the principle amount ` 13508.53, before converting it to EMI payment mode. Thus the principle amount to be converted to EMI payment mode shall be [13508.53-(4633.46+1220.41+489.21+703.07+1781.30)], i.e. `4681.08.
          In this regard, please also note that total ` 13508.53 amount already been paid by me in the previous bill.

          • For the transaction dated 11.10.2018 (total amount ` 5734.65), the total amount EMI shall be cancelled, as the total order has been cancelled and the amount has been refunded by Amazon after adjusting the promotional amount given during purchase. The difference amount ` 997.31 (i.e. [5734.65 – (3521.19+1216.15)]) shall be billed to me in totality.

          You are requested to look into the matter and send me the corrected bill (for this billing cycle, i.e. 11.10.18 to 10.11.2018) for my payment purpose. I am looking forward for a prompt reply & solution from your end.

            Hi this is pandiarajan and i have a fastag with mobile no. [protected]. I was allowed to recharge for rs.3000 and when i hit the road, the toll said my tag is blacklisted. When called customer service, they said i have not updated my kyc and so, the account is blacklisted. I have update the kyc a year back and i am not sure why i have to update it again. I was never notified to update kyc ever. It is unfair to suspend an account without intimation but still allowing to recharge! This is stealing money. Customer service could not do anything but ask to talk to agent! I thought customer service provide all the service regarding kyc! How come they outsource it to agents but no centralized place to resolve issues regarding this. I am stuck in a toll for last 1 hour unable to move forward because fastag and sbi does not have the infrastructure to resolve issues!

              Dear sir

              A refund of 649 rupees was successfully processed on 15 november 2018 to my account. (Refund reference #[protected] amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                I availed education loan of 3.5 lacs for the course period of 2013-17 and started repayment and paid almost full amount to the bank three months ago.
                They didn't inform me about this scheme during my course period as well as when i'm paying.
                Now, i came to know about the scheme and i'm eligible in all aspects.

                        Each month sbi childangi branch (Ifsc sbin0006581) is deducting some arbitrary money as od charge even though i pay the interest on 1st of each month. Last month (30/11/2018) they deducted rs 394 mentioning "od pnl intt". Bank manager is unable to answer my query. Please refund the amount that was wrongly deducted for last few months.

                          I have made a transaction on FLIPKART amount 1510 INR on dated
                          24.10.2018, as they reverse back the amount sucessfully to my
                          sbi a/c debit card and give me a ARN no 74332748298829715833985, and
                          ask me to contact my bank, the amount is stil not reflected
                          account, i have contact multiple times to paytm, they gave me every
                          time the ARN number and ask me to contact customer srvices
                          To Trace the amount, please help me out of this, credit my account
                          may be the transaction is pendin please clear this
                          1510 is a big amount, i am really dissappointed, help me with the concern !

                            Closed my current account and bank recovered closing account charges of 1180, accounts is 7 year old, and as per sbi rules they charges nil for closing if a customer is one year old, my acc no is[protected] in name of shreeji apparels, and they took 6 hours to close a account, visited branch at 11 oclock and account closed at 5.15 with atleast 4-5 rounds to bank for formalities, firstly were not closing and saying their is no procedure of closing, after that closed account with total charges of 649 non maintainence of account and 1180 for bank account closing charges

                              on 2 november 2018 i have done 4000 rs withdrawal from atm .but unfortunately cash not received from atm but cash has debited from my account . i have subitted the complint in sbi since no progress of my account please look in my account, matter and solve as possible as.

                                  I have made a multiple transaction on September and October which cost 2, 96, 000 rupees. Before due date i.e. 08/11/2018 i have paid 2, 38, 000 after 4 days i.e. 13/11/2018 i have paid remaining amount 58, 000 also.                                   I shriram medical enterprises prop. minakshi n wani, an account holder in sbi, vivekanand nagar branch, wish to draw your attention toward the debit of an amount of rs.28300 on 30th nov 2018 as per the account statement details. It can be seen that there is no transaction done by me.this is an auto generated trasnsaction An application regarding the same has already been submitted to this branch on dt.3rd dec 2018.but there has been no positive response till now . When i complaint at sbi branch they says we can not do anything.After 13 days till i can not received my money.

                                      Even if monthly average balance is more than 100000 during the month of november 2018 extra charges are deducted for atm transactions. Account no. - [protected]. During november 2018 extra charges has been deducted thrice @ rs 23.60 per trasaction. My card no.[protected]. Bank branch sbi sendhatira, bhadrak, odisha [code-09822). Please resolve quickly.
