Dear sir/madam, i have lodged following complaint at sbi, jharpokharia branch but nobody is paying any head to my grievance. You are requested to kindly look into it, if possible please help me in getting my hard earned money of rs 10000 (Ten thausand) from sbi. I would like to inform you that i had made a transactions of rs 10000 each from sbi rcms campus, baripada atm on dated 12- sept.-2018. Unfortunately i got only withdrawal sleep of rs 10000 (Ten thausand) from atm but rs 10000 was debited from my account. I have already made a written complain to my home branch manager (Sbi jharpokharia, mbj, odisha) regarding the same. But nothing is still being done till date. While i repeated contacted to jharpokharia branch till now this rs 10000 have not credited my account. So its my humble request to you to look forwarded in this matter with your great concern. Also i would like to request sbi management to look seriously in these type of human faults. So please try to solved my problem as soon as posible. I may be saved from mentally harassment.

    I received sms from sbi that new atm card is dispatched on 26 november 2018 and a tracking number was provided. While tracking that in speed post tracking website it was showing this consignment details doesn't exist and then i contacted sbi customer care service but they are not registering any complaint regarding this. So i request u to pls look into this matter and i also contacted india post but they are saying the information provided by sbi is wrong. My sbi a/c no -[protected]

      Dear sir / mam,
      I am very pleasure to say that u follow a structure banking system. But i have too complaints regarding the same. I have today visited ur doranda sbi branch, ranchi. For settling my account i have to wait for hours till my token no. Came. And when it happen yours staff said that the bank is going to close so come in hurry irrespective of token no. Is this system u r following than what the use of token. Ur staff is very punctual they are not contributing single extra minute for customer needs.
      My only question to concerned authorities is that i[censored] have planned that. After a fixed time u will not contribute to us. Than why to give token to us till very last min. I only request or advise u too stop giving token to customer 1 hour before the close of day work. As this would be beneficial for us and ur staff so they can handle the customer with ease and priority. I hope the concerned authorities will take an immediate action asap. And reply me with responsible solution.

        Dear sir,

        Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unnecessarily the amount is debited which we don't know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

            It is being stated by cppc, kolkata of sbi that my defence pension was wrongly overpaid by them for. An amount of rs. 813, 000/- without giving any details of how such amount was paid excess and over what period of time such excess payment was made. And that too a gross payment and thereafter they recovered income tax there on as per slab rate of that financial year while giving net credit to my account.
            But intitially they started recovery of rs15000/- p. M from my pension and net proceeds was credited to my sb account w. E. F sept 2016.
            Thereafter, on 21st july 18 they recovered from my savings bank account without any intimation which was accumulated for a special purposes. And in similar way on 21st november again recovered rs 1 lacs from my savings account without any intimation.
            There is no sign to give tax relief for over recovery of income tax on overpayment of pension as stated by them by way of reducing such amount of recovery from gross pension as if the excess pension was paid in advance which complied with section 16 of income tax act.

Since i lost my mobile i want to change my mobile no.in internet banking for recieving otp. Ref no for changing mobile no is um[protected] and my irata ref no is [protected]. I entered the 10 digit no in atm but it says time out. I tried it in 3 atms and for 8 times since past 1 month. But till now my number hasn't changed. Please change my number. I cant want to visit my branch as i live in noida. If its not possible to give support in internet banking, please let me know, so that i can choose another bank.

                  Its seen that 1805 Rs has been debited from my account by the name of investment intermediaries please help me to recover the same as we belong to very poor family & are depend upon the finance company for buying small things like mobile washing machine and which we pay in instalments so we need to keep

                    Totally worst bank i need to close my account from sbi.For interstate transaction its deducting huge amount sbi is totally thefting there costumer. I don't like this banking. for atm transacton as well as for other transaction. I don't want this type of bank accounts.i don't want to explain it any more if you can able to understand you just give me good service that's all.

                      I Have saving account in SBI I had taken home loan in May 2017 in last 4 month I have facing problem of EMI deduction it is not deduct on time I had complaint to branch manager but no one responded and home loan department head is most careless person he don't care anything about customer finally I thinking about to transfer my home loan to ICICI bank and salary account also

                        I am drawing pension from sbi kunimedu vide ppo no a 304/04 in sb a/c no [protected]. I am a senior citizen aged 87 years. My pension for the month of sep 2018 was rs.25908 where as for the month of oct 2018 and nov 2018 was reduced as follows.

                        Oct 2018 rs. 19937.00
                        Nov 2018 rs 21041.00
                        Kindly arrange to credit the balance amount for each month at the earliest. If not credited please inform me the reasons for less credit

                          I ordered something online and paid ₹8837 on 19th on november but due to some reasons i had to return the order for which i paid ₹8837 by my debit card online. I was given a refund reference code on 24th november and was told that i'll get my refund in my account within 2-4 days. Refund was processed on 24th november but i didn't get any refund till now. So i want to complain about a refund which is not granted to me in my account with refund reference code 856555 and a refund amount of ₹8837. Refund was processed on 24/11/18.

                            I am Manoj Thawani surrendered the credit card in 2007 vide card no_[protected] but unfortunately I have been receiving notices from Lawyers regarding outstanding payments. Initially I communicated with the banks but no response was given.
                            I am willing to settle the same provided I am supplied documented evidence for same as my outstanding although I am 100% confident that I will not be provided any proof for same

                              Sir, my Defence pension account SBI Nagari no [protected].
                              However no security required for my son student loan the manager SBI Nagari is kept the student loan in my above said pension account and harasing me without grant my pension loan since july 2018, Request take action on my complaint and solve the issue most urgently due to critical financial problems.

                              I request to To Chairman sbi for implement the GOI MOF Letter NO F10/21/1G/2011-IR Dated 23/28 july 2011 to CGM HR SBI CORPORATE Mumbai and as per the MOF asked the sbi reply for their above letter grant SBI Clerk post to my son D SENDHILKUMAR most urgently and solve the critical financial problems at my home.

                              Sir; the chairman sbi also harassing me since 2011 also my repeated requests as per goi mof letter no f 10/21/1g/2011-ir date 23/28 july 2011 to the cgm hr sbi corporate mumbai and as per the mof asked the sbi reply to mof for the mof letter, by not grant sbi clerk post to my son d sendhil kumar or by not give chairman sbi decission on the issue since july 2011.

                              Sbi nagari granted the student loan to my son d sendhil kumar, for the study which has no job opportunity to my son. However no security required for my son student loan the manager sbi nagari kept the student loan in my defence pension account sbi nagari no [protected] by which the manager sbi nagari harassing me by not grant pension loan to me since july 2018.

                              Because my family have been suffering critical financial problems since the year 2011. The above complaints may be solved at the earliest and save my family.

                                  I have performed a card transaction with a restaurant in Kharagpur. In the middle of the transaction there was some network error and later the vendor told me that the transaction is failed so i had to pay him cash. Later the amount was debited from my account. When I asked the vendor he told me that he did not get any money credited in to his account but it is clearly showing in my account statement that the amount is debited from my account.

                                    I have redeem my 4550 point which i have earn from utilisation of my credit card for issue of myantra e-voucher of rs.1000.00 one (1) no through on line (As per term & condition of sbi card) on dt[protected] vide transaction no.[protected] code no. Vg 0125, but uptill now i have not yet receive any e-voucher of e code no. Accordingly i have made a complain thr. H. Line & they have, sbi (Cms) team has been registered my complain vide their tyicket no. [protected] dt[protected]. But i have not yet receive any ansure. Pl help me about this matter.

                                      My name prakash navnath gade.
                                      On on 28 november 2018 someone withdrawn cash from atm in new delhi at 9:21 a. M. Unauthorisely without my permission from my bank account. I had never shaired my account details with anyone. I have make complaint in sbi, but bank not taking action and not refunding money to me according to rbi rules.
                                      Bank manager of branch not co-operating.
                                      In this case bank telling go to police station and police says go to bank. When we said bank manager according to rbi rules bank should have to refund money to customer within 10 days of completing but bank manager and bank officers saying they don't know about this about this rbi rules and guidelines. They just avoiding me.
                                      Please help.
