Kindly i prayer to you loan adjustment from security deposits or i m going to bank ombudsman.

        This is to inform, i mitul patel one of the sbi customer from amalsad, gujarat request you to take serious note on one issue occured during loan payment which had taken from sbi bank (Branch code-011033/ifsc code sbin0011033). Sir i had given rc book copy well in advance then also my 20000 plus money got deducted due to penalty and for this i hd inform branch manager for this issue many times then also not a satiafactory solution, from past 5-6 months i m going at bank for refund but not getting a satisfactory response. As i had submitted all documents then also my money has been deducted, for this had inform prior to branch manager also but no serios action has been taken for refund or other things. Please take serious consideration for this complain

          Regarding failed transaction through Paytm...I've contacted the Paytm team...they suggested me to raise a complaint to notify the bank..I've sent a screenshot of the UPI reference number...hope you will respond as as possible..I've reached you through SBI email but didn't get any response at all...kindly check the issue with the email system you are providing .thank you..

                  car loan emi not deducted for my account

                  I have a car loan with SBI and EMI is deducting from my CITIBANK account since last 3 years. For the month of (OCT & NOV 2018), EMI didn't get deducted from the CITI account and I'm repeatedly getting messages to regularize my loan account. My loan account is in SBI Sector 16, Noida branch which is located in Central Auto market. Could you please look into the issue?

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I have noticed on 25.09.2018 through my netbanking that sbi port branch has deducted rs. 11, 800 for four months from my account in lieu of non-submission of rc book to the bank authority which is totally false.in december 2017, the vehicle loan was approved against my application and in that month itself, we produced the rc book, insurance copy, licence copy, road tax to the-then dy. Manager mr. Mrinal das. He got transferred after a few months and perhaps the loan documents with necessary records have not been handed over to the next officer properly. As a result, sbi authority has started deduction of rs.2950.00 every month from may 2018 to aug 2018 (Total rs. 11800.00) without my knowledge. The new manager called me in sept 2018 and immediately i forwarded all the necessary documents to the sbi again and also informed that i already submitted all the requisite documents to the previous bank manager. I appealed to refund the deducted money as i was not at fault on 25.09.2018 and lodged a complaint also vide ticket no. Vl[protected] dt. 27.09.2018. But till date, i have not got the money back even after repeated follow ups. My vehicle loan account no. Is[protected].

                  Kindly look into the matter of such unfair deductions.

                      Since last 6 months, i am receiving sms alerts to my mobile number whenever there is a transaction happens on a specific account which doesn't belong to me. One of such sms alert is given below.

                      Rs 3000 withdrawn from a/c xx 4528 on 26/11/18 at syb atm a1303001. Txn#[protected]. Avl bal rs 1447.88. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]

                      I want to know on whose name the account is and why i am receiving those alerts.

                          1. Refer records letter no 4187119/sr/sp (Ppo) dated 14 aug 2018 which is sent to you with original ppo no [protected] dated 06 aug 2018.

                          2. Even after three and half months, i am yet to receive my pension, gratuity and commutation amount, which was supposed to be deposited of my paying branch sbi, shaktifarm, us nagar (Uttarakhand).
                          My repated enquires at my sbi branch about the receipt of my pension and above amount, have standard reply please lialise to cpc new delhi.

                          3.in view of the above please do needful to credit my pension, gratuity and commutation amount to my sbi account at sbi, shaktifarm, it is long time delay already.

                            I took an educational loan of 1.72lac in 2009 and paid 30k interest during moratorium period till 2013.

                            The bank after this called me to bank and re calculated the emi and started the ecs. The duration of emi was from aug 2013 to sug 2018. I paid all EMIs but now the bank is asking to pay 1.72 lac because they calculated the wrong EMI.

                            They accepted their mistake but are not willing to fix it and are threatening a recovery. I reached to RBI ombudsmen but they copy pasted what the bank had earlier said and provided me no relief.

                            The EMI that I have been paying for the last 4.7 years were created by the bank and not by me. The ECS letter clearly states that a fixed EMI of ₹3, 110 has to be paid by me for repaying the loan. If the bank is asking me to pay the EMI for a fixed amount of time to repay the loan, then that's end of story. When the EMI was being fixed, the bank had all the documents and statements necessary to reduce/increase the EMI for the purpose of recovering the loan from me. After having knowledge of all the facts and numbers, when the bank sets the EMI and asks you to repay the loan, there's no question of paying anything apart from that.

                            If anything were missing or was unpaid, then the EMI should have been adjusted accordingly in 2013 itself. If the bank is not including those charges in the EMI then it's not my fault. Moreover, as every EMI includes interest, principle and all the previous charges that were not paid by the borrower, it indicates that nothing apart from the EMI has to be paid. This is also mentioned in the ECS letter.

                            This EMI was being deducted for approx 5 straight years and I received letters from the bank whenever I defaulted on any installment. Apart from installment default letter, I never received any communication from the bank about any unpaid interest or the EMI was not set to ₹3, 870. So when I don't receive any communication regarding the same, this means that the bank respects the EMI that was set in 2013 and thus EMI mentioned in ECS letter is valid. This also means that the bank knows that there's nothing pending from the borrower except the EMI. If the bank is setting up the EMI for the purpose of the repaying the loan, then there's nothing a borrower has to do. He just has to pay the EMI for the time mentioned and the loan account will close after the last EMI.

                            I had been paying my EMI (47 Paid till date) and all this while the bank had full knowledge of my loan account. It was only on March 16 2018, the bank came to knew about this huge sum that was pending in my loan account. If I hadn't went to the branch to pre pay my loan, the bank wouldn't have noticed this issue, my loan account would have been converted to an NPA and I would be facing legal action for no fault of mine.

                            That being said, my honest liability to the bank is just the installments and the penalty for the one's that I missed (6). There's no question of readjusting the EMI as I've been paying them per the bank's wish and not out of my will. I'm a hard working and law abiding Indian and I'm truly thankful to S.B.I for assisting me in my studies.

                              I applied online SBI Card last year in nov-2017, but from SBI my verification will be completed in feb-2018. Suddenly in one day in june-2018 Fake Call I recd,
                              the Convesation Is, that they are from SBI yours Outstanding is pending since last 3 months of Rs.72000/- i asked him to check your detail properly that i haven't recd any SBI card Till Yet..
                              they told me to check and call you after.

                              Then after 2 months one person came to my house for recover a amount from me. I tell Him the Same that i can't receive any card till yet they also told me to clear the dues otherwise you have to come in CIBIL
                              he assured me to give me some days to check the detail.

                              At last now on dated-22/11/2018 i recd a fake call from this no.[protected] your card has been despatched very soon and delivered to you with in 7-10 days, they want to confirming the detail of my verfication process again, they asked my another bank credit card deatil with CVV no. for check card limit and issuing me SBI card Limit on the basis Of them, after that i recd a OTP after 3 days, sudenly they called me again on dtd-26/11/2018 and want to share the OTP . I told him why i share my OTP with you this is not a verification pin this Is my OTP. they Assured me that this is your gift vouchers which was returned back you in SBI card Limit.

                              After disconect, I called on Same no.[protected], they gone bussy and after that switch off.. then i recd a msg that my paytm was declined

                                I have requested to change my mobile number from Indian number to Singapore number in the first week of Nov at Dombivli west branch.

                                However still no response.

                                The lady taking care of this told me it would be done within a week.

                                I am trying to call them, nobody picks up the call. If at all they pick up, they would say the concerned person is on lunch. I mean seriously at 11 AM?

                                Nobody responded to my mail. Pathetic disgusting, I don't have any worst words to describe your service. I feel so ashamed that it is representing India at the International level.

                                  I had applied for the debit card from SBI Mahad branch (402301) to my present address at Gurgaon (122002). I had received a message from the bank that card is dispatched on 8th Nov. But haven't received yet. now the speed post tracker shows that card is delivered to SYSCON Corporation Private Limited at Mumbai. I had called SBI customer care a few days ago, they told me to contact India Port, and when I called India post they told to call SBI branch again.
                                  There was an error message displaying on speed post tracking portal, 2 -3 days ago and now it is showing consignment is delivered to Mumbai and Iten was returned because of delivery attempt unclaimed by me. But I have neither received anything nor received any call from speed post. So how can they say that item is unclaimed. I am attaching Speedpost tracking history with speed post tracking number with this complaint. Please help me out as both SBI and India post are not taking responsibility for the item.

                                    Sir my pan akxpk3289r i have settled credit card in the year 2008 but still showing negative in my cibil accounts please remove all the 3 cards negative accounts and do the needful and also request send the details by email thanks i also have the same problem with hdfc credit card and indus ind bank credit card please let me know by same email and if there is fees i will pay
                                    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I have made payment to amazon seller via state bank debit card of Rs.999/-.
                                    Then i returned that order and claim for refund, according to amazon they have processed refund process but till date it does not reflect in my bank account so i request you to please help me out of this.

                                    I m SBI account holder. Every time i credit money in my account they deduced 295₹ for investment intermedii.!! I also talk with bank employee about that but they don’t give me any reason.!!! Plz look that matter and refound my money

                                    I deposited HDFC DD in SBI, Kakinda engineering college campus, JNTU, on 8th Nov, 2018. But, the money not yet deposited till today. Kindly consider and solve this issue.

                                      I have not received subsidy of Rs 466.5 on my refill delivered on 08 Nov 18.
                                      Checked with IOC subsidy sent to bank.
                                      I have received my past subsidy so there is not problem with my account seeding.

                                      I use the Google pay service so I can do a some transaction and sbi get charges on it.
                                      I have recharged Rs.149/- on 9.11.2018 but an amount of RS, 149/- has been deducted from my account without my consent, so it is my humbly request before your honour not to deduct any money without my consent.
