मेरे द्वारा दिनांक 29 अक्टूबर 2018 को दो आहरण क्रमश 10000 एवं 15000 रूपये के किये गये थे जिसका एटीएम HFBD[protected] एवं Txn 1358 एवं S1NC[protected] भानियांवाला ऋषिकेश जिला देहरादून से किया गया था। परन्तु राशि नहीं मिली व जबकि खाते से काट दी गई। अनेक बार कस्टमर केयर पर शिकायत दर्ज करवाने की कोशिस की गई परन्त सफल नहीं हुई । आपसे निवेदन है कि कृपया उक्त राशि को वापस मेरे खाते में जमा करने की कृपा करें।

    I hereby bring to your notice that at 11.30 AM on dated 3/10/2018 at Narsingarh's Distt Damoh Mycem ATM was unable to complete my transaction thrice. Twice the transaction was being reversed, but on the third transaction the amount was being debited from my amount and I didn't receive the cash & neither cash was reversed in my account.As per sbi customercare advice I had updated my passbook from SBI Narsingarh branch, The transaction no is missing & only cash withdrawal is being shown. I have complained about that but bank Manager is neither able to answer it and nor taking any action regarding it. The bank has refused to reverse the transtation amount(Rs 10000/-)

      I am Rahul Kumar, I applied new sbi Chip base debit card through online on 05.09.2018. Till date as the same has not reached to me, I contacted sbi customer care& as per their information I tried to track my card with id no.(protected) at India post service and found that the same returned back to your custody may be due to error adress stated by bank.

      Now my humble request to you that please resend my card as per my office or residential address which is convenient for you.

        I have been using bhim sbi pay app and made the transaction of rs 2500 on 28/04/2018 in favour o[censored]tkarsh Shukla, account number [protected] IFSC CORP0000529. Transaction timed out and i raised the dispute but still the dispute status is open and no action has been taken.

        My linked account number is[protected], IFSC CNRB0000346 and customer reference number is[protected].

        Kindly do the needful and settle the dispute.

            This mail is with reference to the sbi final settlement requested dated 26th oct 2018, settlement request tracer no.[protected]

            My name is aditya m. And i hold a sbi credit card (Card no. 4335 xxxx xxxx 9686) and i have asked for a final settlement for the above mentioned credit card.

            Subsequently one of your official (Ms. Deepika) approached me and arranged for a final settlement.

            I was asked to pay a sum of rs. 16000/- towards the minimum amount and i paid it too. Sbi banker had said that please pay the minimum amount and no one will call you regarding this then we will meet in next meeting regarding this.

            Now the issue is recovery agents are asking me to pay more rs. 33000/- asap.

            In this week one of the collection agent came at my home and he asked for payment. From the date of agent came at my home i have received many call from sbi team.

            One of the agent (Ms. Deepika) said that we can settle your card. But first pay an amount of rs. 16000/- which i have paid.

            Now again the agent are coming at my house and forcing me to pay an amount of rs. 33000/-

            Please look into the final settlement,

            Kindly do the needful so that this issue is rectified and so that i can settle my dues without any problem.

                Dear sir,
                Dear sir i am rahul kumar i’m working in another bank and posted at chennai and due to some reason my internet banking password is lost and i am unable to open it. So i lodged a request for resetting up internet banking profile password.
                I have taken printout and signed it and mailed it to the siwan branch mail id but it is very regretful to say that they have not reset it yet.

                Please do something so that i can operate my account again

                  I am already close sbi credit card issued to me seven (7) months ago after calling customer care and at present i am not using any sbi credit card since 7 to 8 months. But a sum of rs. 588/- deducted from my account, reasons not known to me. Already i have calling customer care minimum ten times regarding above and they assured me that it was a fault of them. Request refund my amount rs. 588/- at the earliest into my account as this is a fault of sbi credit card company.

                  I am not using any SBI credit card. However Rs 562 has been deducted from my account today without any intimation. Request check and refund my money at the earliest please.
                  Failed pos transaction while shopping using my atm cum debit card. But the amount was deducted from my account. The amount was Rs. 2000.

                    I have been using sbi cc for a long time... One fine day i have received a message stating my card was upgraded & same was dispatched after a couple of days have got tracking details as well, unfortunately i have relocated to new address hence delivery was denied by the courier partner & asked to connect with shipper (Sbi) and my cards were returned back to origin on 24th sep.

                    Immediately i have requested for address change in the database through online by providing necessary documents & same got updated on 10th oct.

                    Approached sbi for re-dispatch of the card to my new address & agent has taken my request & processed it, a couple of days later i was informed that my card was dispatched (12th oct) but delivery never happened, tried tracking awb & i was astonished by the service of sbi... My card was dispatched to my old address itself, reached cs & complained about the same & requested to transfer my call to tl.
                    However, tl tried to portray that i was wrong... Informing that the supporting documents submitted for address change are not valid, have questioned him if that was the case why it was approved & got updated in the database for which he does not have an answer... Argued with me that document submitted was not on our list, have guided him to their own site "sbi card-kyc" and made him understood.

                    Finally, he agreed that it was a miss from sbi & apologized for the delay and requested me to allow some time for closing this and shared a delivery eta as 18th oct.

                    Delivery never happened as promised, contacted back cs to know my status but the agent is unaware & requested me to allow some time & shared an revised eta as 31st oct.

                    Today morning i have contacted cs to know the status, guy has transferred my call to "feedback ivr" immediately upon acknowledging my query... Have received a call (Lady) from ivr team & apologized for previous interaction and continued the call upon hearing my concern she has requested me to wait for more 7 days to get the cards as those were returned back by the courier team.

                    Below is the scripted message that i have heard for 5 times:

                    "have taken your complaint & mail was sent to the concerned team".
                    - is this team active???

                    My issue would have been closed very easily... If they have mailed/communicated their courier partner to deliver the consignment at my new address but they failed to do.

                    It was clearly evident here sbi is least bothered about cx experience & there is no cx obsession at all.

                    Our great pm says "one country... One bank" but at the ground, this is how cx is being treated & with no security (How the card was dispatched to a different address?).

                    If we fail to clear payments on time... We are being charged (Penalty).

                    I demand compensation for the loss that has happened to me.

I was processing the payment with freecharge (Rs. 410) and zerodha (Rs. 300) company on saturday, 13/10/2018.                             Hi,

                            I have checked your reply which is bot more than a fraud and cheating.
                            When i had opened my account that was 0 balance. It remained 0 zero balance for 2 years and how come it got converted to 200 min balance automatically. And you started deducting money on the name of fine and all cheatings.

                            I saw many forums where people mentioned this trick of sbi fraud to make money. You even deducted money from poor old people.

                            In future i would be adding all those complaint and filing legal law suite against dasuya branch.

                            Your kind managed jasvir singh failed to pick my call.

                            Now, as my second level of escalation i am forwarding this complaint to rbi senior authorities.

                            Next escalation will be filing legal suite in dasuya session court.

                            Try to resolve this here because i dont want to waste our both parties time.

                            Fyi i have all the proofs when i got this account opened and the booklet clearly says its zero balance maintain account.

                            Here, i would request you to kindly-

                            1. Refund my money which was deducted as the reason of mab
                            2. Make the settlement in my insurance policy to make the 2017 instalment deductions and make waive off any late payment/penalties.

                              Dear sir

                              A refund of 2199 rupees was successfully processed with in 19-23 october 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                              kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                My self lokman hossain, i am one of the vistim of fraud sbi debit card transactions. Suddenly i got a massage that rs.4000 has been debited from my account on pos purchase of google. I did not do such a things.
                                The massage is -
                                Thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx5367 for a purchase worth rs4000.0 on pos [protected] at google *ashpshkmr txn#[protected]. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]

                                I blocked my debit card, but i did not get the money back. Please kindly help me to get my mone back.

I have been provided with the facility of online banking with the access level "VIEW ONLY". repeatedly I tried to upgrade my access level but failed. one complain was registered on 02.10.2018 (online complaint ID [protected]) which was closed after advising me to visit the branch to upgrade the access level. On 15.10.2018 I visited the branch and as per direction of the dealing officer I submitted a written request for upgrading my access level giving full detail alongwith requisite documents. But, even after lapse of about two weeks the my problem was not not resolved. I am not in a position to visit branch as I am on outstation duty (Defence services). My regular salary is credited to my ibid account and I am in need o[censored]sing online banking with full transaction facility. Please check the issue unless I will be compelled to quite the services of SBI.

                                      I had applied for a SBI Credit Card in 2012. I did not receive the card nor did i activate it. But when I checked the CIBIL report it is showing an overdue credit card with SBI for rs 6501. When i approached the SBI Card walkin helpdesk, they said i have to pay the due to close the card. What is the way forward, how do i close the card that is not activated without paying the illogical overdue charges
