Reminder 11

Dear sir,

I am having ac no [protected] at gurgaon ssi branch at gurgaon. As per pass book statement on 1st mar 18 twice 94.40 has been wrongly deducted from my account. The application already submitted to branch (Copy attached).

5 times i have personally visited the branch spending my valuable time energy and petrol expenses. Till date the reversal of amount is not done.

Branch manager say it will be done by deputy manager and deputy manager say it will be done by branch manager. Both are not available simultaneously in the branch due to some reason or other. Customer is being footballed for none of my fault.

Kindly ensure the reversal of wrongly deducted rs. 94.40 twice.

Is there any responsible person in bank who can acknowledge and resolve the issue?

I have sent 11 reminders to the banking staff at following mailid with no resolution:-

    I have received refund amount from amazon but still i have not received the amount in my account. I have visited the home branch too, but they are failed to resolve it, i have contacted amazon customer care and sbi help desk but they failed to resolve the issue. Actually it is more than 10 days. From amazon they are sure about the refund and even i got the transaction id from amazon. Now sbi have to take a initiate the refund.
    The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 823122.

      Sir, it is to say that i have submitted my original ppo to sbi inderapuram, ghaziabad branch and it is forwarded for necessary action please on 29.9.2018 to your office as per pension adalat case from meerut, up and by letter no. Or/cca/pen adalat/2018-19. But not yet been taken action at your end, if taken please let me inform, so that i can ask the matter to expedite it. My revision of pension under purview of78.2% da merger as applicable to ida pensioner w. E. F. 10.06.2013. Is pending due to non-avalability of my pension details at cca bhubaneswar.
      Kindly expedite the matter as early as possible. Thanking you.

        My account in the name of g himanshu maintaining saving bank account in sbi anandbagh branch malkajgiri hyderabad-500047 vide account no [protected] had registered a complaint with said branch manager of fraudulent withdrawal of money from my account on 09/01/18. Had a balance of rs 289764 as on 08/01/18 and suddenly my said account was debited without my knowledge and balance in my account has become rs 216069.71/- on 09/01/18. So immediately called branch manager over the phone and informed him on the issue. Subsequently written statement was also submitted to him and got the acknowledged from bank (Copy enclosed)
        Thereafter several visits have been made and met branch manager, on his assurance the amount shall be credited as the fraudulent has been caught and case has been registered we continued to follow with him. Thereafter while giving him reminder letter recently he refused to accept the same.
        Stating that case is with court and raised his hand on providing credit to my said account by reversing the fraudulent withdrawal amount.

        In view of the am registering this complaint with consumer forum for scaling up this issue at a appropriate forum and punishing bankers for this delayed credit and unnecessary harassment for so many months

          My card is not is being delivered to me. You are sending via blue dart they are dirty people and do not deliver at my office address. They do not call me also simply they return it. I am not able to use my card. My goal is lacking behind as well as ii am paying the rental without using the card. Kindly cancel my card and return my rental.

Kuch issue ke karan maine o cancel kar diya to unhone mujhe refund iniciate kr diya but bank ki tachnical issue ke karan o ni aa paya or bank customer care ko call kr rha hu to o charge disput file krne k liy mna kr rhe h or bank ki traf se mujhe koi help ni mil rhi h.               Please be informed that the EMI for the loan account with IDBI is paid through ECS.
              There are more that sufficient funds in my parent account with SBI NIGDI BRANCH, to pay for EMI.
              However this month, the ECS Recovery was not honored.

              You are requested to look into the matter and appraise the reason for failure of ECS RECOVERY

                    Dear sir

                    Tilll to date, pension paid to me including 7 cpc arrears (Rs. 1, 98, 183/-) works out to rs. 7, 93, 988/-. Now in text 4 months (Pension for the period from nov. 18 to feb. 19 @ rs. 75, 810/-p. M. Works out to rs. 3, 03, 240/-. Hence total estimated pension for 2018-19 works out to rs. 10, 97, 228/-. But i do not know how in pension slip gross pension is shown as rs. 12, 82, 270/-.

                    Income tax on estimated annual pension of rs. 10, 97, 228/- taking into consideration deduction u/s 80 c (Rs. 1, 50, 000/) & standard deduction (Rs. 40, 000/-) works out to be rs. 91, 446/- & education cess rs. 3657/-, total tax rs. 95103/-.

                    Till to-date the tds of rs. 97, 856/- has been deducted from my pension & which is excess by rs. 2420/-.

                    It is requested that (1) excess amount deducted may please be refunded to me & (2) details of 7 cpc arrears paid in april 2018 may also be provided to me at the earliest.

                    May i kindly request you to look into the matter urgently, & do the needful.

                      My car loan account is wrongly charged with "non submission of rc copy" for the month of september & october 2018. The charges were already paid in july 2018 post which it was again levied in august 2018 after contacting the branch it was reversed and assured that it wont happen again. But i was surprised to see my statement in september and october again levied with the same charges.

                          Dear sir

                          A refund of 799 rupees was successfully processed on 17 october 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                          I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                          Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                          I have received user password, but not received user name in r/o my.sbi account ac no.[protected], sbi code.05592 kailashahar, unokuti, tripura. Plz cpnvey anyway. Or suggest me how can I get new user name but without visiting Bank.

                            In view of debiting charges monthly in spite of having required monthly minimum balance of rs 3000+ in all mod s linked to the sbs pl keep only sb a/c active and do not repeat do not transfer any amount to mod s without our written permission with immediate effect. Also please transfer amounts held in mod s linked to these sb accounts right now.

                            The bank manager shall be held responsible, if he again debits monthly minimum charges. Unless the minimum thresh hld of rs 3000/- average falls below after transferring all amounts geld in all mod s.

                            We are also concerned about poo customer service in the branch recently and the same case to the senior citizen too.

If this continued, i have to takeup the isssue to the consumer court/ bo hyd.

                            Therefore i demand for immediate reversal of the said amount which is against banking laws. And pl confirm by return mail.

                            Hope, it will be done without ref. To bo hyd.

                              Reference is to my complaint/ticket no. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], all made during september 12 and 13, 2018.

                              Issue: through these complaints it was apprised to the bank that an amount inr 27, 882/-, has been withdrawn without my consent. All payments were made abroad. To my surprise all these withdrawal were made without otp, even after directions for rbi to the banks in india.

                              Bank, new shimla branch (4122) ensured to resolve my issue within 45 days. On oct. 30, 2018 bank has called up and told me that all were successful transactions and it was my fault. The message from bank states that the issue is resolved.

                              At this point, i have only one option to approach through your medium and help me get my money bank. The bank may please be asked to revert my amount at the earliest please or explain the matter in written that makes me responsible for these withdrawal.

                                मेरे द्वारा दिनांक 29 अक्टूबर 2018 को दो आहरण क्रमश 10000 एवं 15000 रूपये के किये गये थे जिसका एटीएम HFBD[protected] एवं Txn 1358 एवं S1NC[protected] भानियांवाला ऋषिकेश जिला देहरादून से किया गया था। परन्तु राशि नहीं मिली व जबकि खाते से काट दी गई। अनेक बार कस्टमर केयर पर शिकायत दर्ज करवाने की कोशिस की गई परन्त सफल नहीं हुई । आपसे निवेदन है कि कृपया उक्त राशि को वापस मेरे खाते में जमा करने की कृपा करें।

                                  I hereby bring to your notice that at 11.30 AM on dated 3/10/2018 at Narsingarh's Distt Damoh Mycem ATM was unable to complete my transaction thrice. Twice the transaction was being reversed, but on the third transaction the amount was being debited from my amount and I didn't receive the cash & neither cash was reversed in my account.As per sbi customercare advice I had updated my passbook from SBI Narsingarh branch, The transaction no is missing & only cash withdrawal is being shown. I have complained about that but bank Manager is neither able to answer it and nor taking any action regarding it. The bank has refused to reverse the transtation amount(Rs 10000/-)

                                    I am Rahul Kumar, I applied new sbi Chip base debit card through online on 05.09.2018. Till date as the same has not reached to me, I contacted sbi customer care& as per their information I tried to track my card with id no.(protected) at India post service and found that the same returned back to your custody may be due to error adress stated by bank.

                                    Now my humble request to you that please resend my card as per my office or residential address which is convenient for you.

Transaction timed out and i raised the dispute but still the dispute status is open and no action has been taken.

                                      Kindly do the needful and settle the dispute.
