1) on[protected], i tried to recharge my mobile for amount of rs. 266.25 using my debit card by sbi-rewards app as i always do.
2) transaction no.[protected] is shown in my savings account passbook alongside debit of rs. 266.25.
3) but sbi rewards app showed 'transaction failure' and mobile was not recharged even though the amount was debited from savings account.

    Respected sir/madam,
    Recently i had done an online transaction (I. E., on 13/10/18) on amazon in order to purchase some electronic items using my sbi debit card (Number [protected]). After i had received an otp for completing the transaction i entered it but i had received a message from amazon saying "revise payment: your payment for the product has failed. To avoid order cancellation revise payment within 24 hours". So i again tried for the second time but even after it i received the same message as before, this time i had cancelled the order and i got a message from amazon that my order has been cancelled. The next day, i received a message from sbi saying that "hold for inr 7, 320.59 created in your ac [protected] on 14/10/18". Even the next day when my salary and the refund from amazon credited to my account the same message was received saying "hold for inr 7, 320.59 created in your ac [protected] on 15/10/18". When i checked my account summary in the sbionline website i can see my available balance as rs 6, 836.13 and lien amount as 14, 641.18 instead of available balance as 21, 504.31.
    So, i am requesting your to kindly solve this issue by the removing the hold on my account so, i can access my balance as early as possible.

      As i have requested aadhar seeding form from sbi branch, they don't know about aadhar seeding form. And they are not providing it to customer, they just gives answer as we don't know about aadhar seeding only we have aadhar linking form. But as per npci circular no. : npci/2017-18/nach/circular no. 268, bank must provide aadhar seeding form to customer and also on website there is no e-form available on sbi website.
      My branch details are as follow:

        Hi team,

        I start using sbi card since last one month and facing the challenge against wrong communication.

        I got a call for sbi 2 month back for credit card and i denied completely but they convinced me explained the offer. And also told me that annual fee will be adjusted with gift vouchers which are the same cost. However, my first bill has generated and there was the charged for an annual fee and i requested to customer care but they are helpless.

        I am using many cc but that kind of behaviour of customer care team faced the first time.

        If they have told me that annual fee will be adjusted against vouchers so now why they are not fulfilling the words.

          I devesh borban placed an order of mini rugby bluetooth speaker on 27th sept. Which has been return for wrong address. From bhopal my product has been sent return to seller due to wrong address but my money placed on the date of my booking. And refund has been initiated from amazon on 5th oct. But that refund is not came to my account. (My reference no is 298046). Sir please help me.

            I have raised a complaint against premium deduction amount rs 3, 528 ticket no. [protected] on sep 28th but still no action has been taken from bank branch kompally and racpc secunderabad.

            Sending so many mails and no one is responding for action and revert back the amount which they deducted from account.
            I strictly said i don't want that premium or policy and they did not asked me before initiate it with out my notification the have initiated and telling the all have in background.

            Please requesting to revert the amount back into account

                The amount of rs.800 has been debited from my account after showing the transaction declined at max hospital shalimar bagh for purchasing the medicine. The max hospital denies having received the same. I got the message from bank for debit of amount. I had also taken statement of account which shows the said amount debited from my account. Kindly look into matter. As per guidelines of rbi it is bank duty to see the transaction done through debit card

                            I visited the ATM branch name Bhagwandas Darbhanga Tran. no.                                 1. Amazon Order[protected] For Rs, 580 on 13.10.2018 Failed and amount not yet credited in account.
                                2. Card swiped at medical store on[protected] for Rs.286-Amounted debited but payment had failed
                                The mail for failed payment has been sent by amazon whereas sms for the amount deducted has been sent on mobile no for both the transactions. I have waited for more than 24 hrs for auto retrival of the fund but the same has not been made.Please help me get my amount credited in Bank Ac.

                                I would like you to inform that I have received Rs 580/- in my bank account post payment declination. However for amount deducted for swipping the Debit card at Centre for Sight Rs.536 (Rs 268 deducted Twice on 13.10.2018 as evident from the Mini statement as attached for your reference) has still not been refunded.
                                Kindly help resolve the matter.

                                  Sub: 1. Improper maintenance of our MOD accounts.
                                  2. Amount not automatically transferred to our SB A/c with you, from MOD A/c whenever we want money transaction
                                  3. Repeated SMSs sent to us for not maintaining minimum balance when we have lakhs of rupees in our MOD A/c

                                  Ref: Our joint SB A/c [protected] with you.
                                  From 12/10/2018 6:30 PM onwards we are not able to do money transaction beyond our SB A/c balance for the second time merely within a month's time. The reason given for this was inadequate balance. Usually that excess amount gets automatically transferred to SB A/c from MOD A/c. When we checked our account details by netbanking, MOD A/c showed zero balance. As 13/10/2018 was second Saturday the earliest we could report to Bank is today morning i.e. 15/10/2018. There your officials checked our MOD A/c and said the balance is around Rs.2, 50, 000/-. We are highly disappointed and saddened by this denial of the basic service by the bank by not allowing our own deposited money be transacted. This is a very major and unbelievable mistake and irregularity from the part that too of the leading national bank. There is something seriously wrong in the system of the bank. Today again we had to arrange the extra cash and deposit in our SB A/c so that we can do money transaction.
                                  Earlier to this same thing happened on 16th September, 2018. By checking on netbanking, account details showed more than 3 lakhs of rupees in our MOD A/c. Immediately we reported this to your bank on next day. It took nearly a week for the bank to rectify the fault. At that time also we had to arrange extra cash to deposit in our SB A/c for the obvious reason.
                                  Thirdly around a couple of months ago, we started getting repeated SMSs mentioning that there was no minimum balance in our SB A/c that had to be maintained. When we had more than 3 lakhs of rupees in our MOD A/c, how can this happen? We approached the special officer in your bank. He reassured that it won't happen in future and if the amount gets deducted it will be reversed. Luckily since then we haven’t received such warnings. PTO -2-
                                  These problems should be viewed exceptionally very very seriously by the concerned authorities to see that such problems do not recur and avoid troubling other customers with similar problems.
                                  We earnestly request you to kindly immediately arrange to fix the problems and stop troubling us any more. But mind you, if it repeats next time we will be left with no option other than claiming for the compensation not only for the possible loss in money but also a huge some for causing repeated unnecessary stress, mental agony and waste of our productive time running around in settling the matter.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    Myself Subhransu Sekhar Nayak, account holder in your SBI-Jajpur Road, Odidha branch (01820) with Account No:[protected] had done an ATM transaction of Rs.7000.00 at "Danagadi" Jajpur, Odisha but may be due to link problem, the transaction was failed and no cash was dispensed. A term "Time Out" was shown on the screen at the end. After that three times Rs.23.60 each (total Rs.70.80) was deducted from my account during next three transactions by just showing 'Registered Mobile" on the screen". When I checked my account on the next day, I found Rs. 7000 along with Rs.70.80 was deducted from my account and not yet refunded. Attached an account statement of last 10 days in PDF format for your necessary reference.

                                    Please do the need full action to refund all amount.

                                      I have transferred Rs. 5540 from my SBI account no. [protected] on dated 10th Sept. 2018 (ref. no. IHI5438714) via IMPS to Bank of Maharashtra account no. [protected]. Got the message for successful transaction however the amount is not credited to beneficiary account. The amount is debited from my account & also it is not reversed in my account.
                                      Beneficiary has shared the bank statement wherein there is no credit entry. I gave these bank statements to SBI bank (CBD Belapur & Thane branch) & lodged complaints. But no reply.
                                      Lodged many complaints online & offline with SBI. Visited main branch (SBI, Konkan Bhavan, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai). No positive reply. Resolution of online complaint is that money is credited in beneficiary account which is not true.
                                      Beneficiary is behind me to repay the amount.
                                      If needed I will share with you bank statements of both the banks.
                                      Kindly help to resolve it.
