Respected sir/madam,
Recently i had done an online transaction (I. E., on 13/10/18) on amazon in order to purchase some electronic items using my sbi debit card (Number [protected]). After i had received an otp for completing the transaction i entered it but i had received a message from amazon saying "revise payment: your payment for the product has failed. To avoid order cancellation revise payment within 24 hours". So i again tried for the second time but even after it i received the same message as before, this time i had cancelled the order and i got a message from amazon that my order has been cancelled. The next day, i received a message from sbi saying that "hold for inr 7, 320.59 created in your ac [protected] on 14/10/18". Even the next day when my salary and the refund from amazon credited to my account the same message was received saying "hold for inr 7, 320.59 created in your ac [protected] on 15/10/18". When i checked my account summary in the sbionline website i can see my available balance as rs 6, 836.13 and lien amount as 14, 641.18 instead of available balance as 21, 504.31.
So, i am requesting your to kindly solve this issue by the removing the hold on my account so, i can access my balance as early as possible.
