Hello sir,

I received a call from +[protected] stating that they are calling from atm card department and they will be blocking my atm card. I questioned them to state the card i am using, to which they replied sbi. I asked them to state the branch and they replied "we are calling from sbi main branch mumbai, bandra, thane, kurla." having known the fraudulent call, they started hurling abuses for over a minute.

Kindly let me know if there's anything to be done at my end.

My balance is deducted.when I show statement deducted amount is not shown.kindly inform why money is dected.2 days ago my balance is dected but it again credited in my account.only RS 475 against RS 600.

    Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

      Hi,

      Transaction of amount 18900 got failed and making me to pay. We are following up on that from last 4 months. There is no actions from sbi and not even bothering to close the issue.

      We are few clarifications on the issue. For any email, only reply is a default template.

      Attached all the required documents and email threads.

      Please resolve the issue asap, other wise cancel my card and take this as my request to cancel it.

      I like the clarify one thing, i wont pay any extra amount.

      Sir, on dt10/10/2018 I had used my ATM bearing no[protected] for withdrawal of Rs 100000, at Charbatia Choudwar but unfortunately the amount was not dispersed but the said amount was deducted from my balance pliz consider to refound it.

        I went to buy a shower gel @ value mart hyderabad on 13/10/18 but when i tried to pay through pos transaction, the pos machine was taking too much time and at last it shown card decline. After that i asked the accountant to try once more and he said me to try. At the second time is was same problem. Then i went to nearby sbi atm and withdrawn my amount. I paid cash to the accountant. After that when i came out from mall, i got three massages related to money withdraw and it shown all the three transactions were successful. Then i contact to the mall authority and they ask me to wait for 2 or 3 days. I got back my second pos txn (Txn id[protected] amount (599.00) on 15/10/18, but first txn amount (Txn id:[protected] i hav not got yet. When i further contacted to the mall authority they asked me to contact my home branch but i am from kolkata. To me it's impossible to go my home branch at this time, and i know they will say to come personally. Any suggestion if i get back the amount... Please.

        Dr for IRCTC Rs 1755.49 ticket not booked, deducted on 13.10. 2018. Till not received the refund.
        Hi, I tried depositing 10000 rs in my sbi account on 15th october at SBI bhusaval. I got an acknowledgement from the concerned SBI branch and assured it will be credited within 24hrs. As of now there is no update. Please look into this.

            Hi,
            I lost my sbi ru-pay debit card on 2015 december last week. Then after i visited to my home branch and applied to reissue new debit card blocking lost atm card.
            Bank stuff assured me that i would receive new debit card within 15days.
            After waiting few months i applied again 2nd time visiting my home branch.
            This time also i haven't received new debit card, and visited bank to get the status of application, they said you are not eligible to get new debit card since you are holding pradhan mantri jan dhan yojna (Pmjdy) savings bank a/c.
            Again, i applied for new atm card on 06/09/2018 and till now there is no update. Why i am not getting new debit card and where is the exact issue. Here is my account details.

              I have my savings account in sbi technopark trivendrum kerala. I created it during my training period in company. As i am not a resident of kerala i applied for account closure through mail on bank email id. As per commited by bank manager during account opening.
              But they are not responding to mail.
              Also the land line number they have provided at site is not giving response even no one is peaking the phone.
              In internet banking the account is showing inoperative. I have some amount in this account.
              Its been difficult for me to go kerala for this situation. I have raised the concern at online sbi customer service but even they have closed the complaint without any resolution.

                Some person called as credit card agent from sbi. Trying to get our details about our personal details like pin, credit card. He told that your uncle has get credit loan and not paid yet as amount of 2 lakhs hence you pay the amount and brawling to us to get more personal details. Please help us to avoid such fake calls and fraud managers. I will provide that phone no i got [protected]. It happened in 20.10.2018.

                  My savings account was debited rs 10000 without any authorization. I did not do any transaction neither any otp was received. This transaction was done on 16th october 2018 having following details -

                        I went to sbi atm at governor pet, gopal reddy street near jaihind talkies. There was no cash. Again i went to near by syndicate bank atm opposite to post office. I tried to withdraw cash 1000. But the error message displayed in the atm. The transaction happened on 5.9.2018.. At 9.15 pm. But the reversal credit not yet done.. I complained to the toll free number of sbi. They told that the transaction has gone to error and will be reversed shortly. Till date the amount was not returned
                        Bank atm service need to be improved..

                            I had no outstanding in my sbi credit card, but i made a payment mistakenly to my sbi card instead of scb card. I raised a complain to the customer care and the guy asked me to send a letter along with pan card copy, i did upload the same in their portal as he guided. Received a sms as the same will be resolve within 17th oct 2018, but not. I received a call on 19th oct 2018 and asked me to send the letter with attested pan card copy again.
                            It seems that sbi is using my 1 lakh rupee for lending it to other without paying me interest?
                            This is kind of cheating genuine customers. This is like making the genuine customer go wrong. I want my money back immediately.

                              Sir i have applied atm card, 4 month has passed but my atm not delivered to me till now. After enquiry from customer care they give me tracking id eb[protected]in.in tracking it shows that it was delivered to syscom corporation mumbai on 12/09/2018. There is nor a single call or delivery is attempted my card and consignment no. I have made more than 8 visits since a month to sbi kollam kadappakada branch but they are giving me stupid answer that you may apply another atm or wait. I am very frustrated from all these things. Please resend it and mail me the tracking id to this address.

                                  Amount has been deducted from sbi account (10000) while adding amount to paytm but as i can see the current status on paytm, that transaction has been failed.
                                  I didn't get that amount back in my account.

                                  I tried to reach out to sbi customer multiple time, even reach out to sbi branch but still not getting the amount back. (It's more than 4 days now)

                                  Can i get my money back asap?

                                  This is pathetic service, i would say.

                                      On 13th oct 2018 i was swap my debit card 3times with rs2900/-in a mall but it was declained then after i withdraw my cash paid to mall. On 14th oct my a/c get lien mark of rs8700/-on 15th the lien amount doubled r's 17400/-one lien removed after complained at branch. Still 8700/- showing lien. I have urgent requirement of money. Kindly check and remove lien as soon as possible. Other else the complain going forward to aumbuds man desk at rbi.
                                      One more thing kindly repair your customer care calling structure. Not a single day my call was connect to your executive. It's very funny to see a big brand with chief customers support.
