Subject: Not got Credit of PPF amount for 2017-18 and Interest there on for Account No [protected]-1

REF :- OUR PPF Account No [protected]-1 - Purvi Dimplekumar Shah
SUB : Non-Receipt of Credit of PPF cheque and Interest thereon for 2017-18 and 2018-19
With Reference to above, We would like to bring to your kind notice that We are dealing with SBI Bank since last many years, having Saving Bank Account, FDs with SBI Memnagar and SBI Adalaj branch and doing almost all banking activities with SBI Bank. We are also having our other family members PPF account with the same ellisbridge branch.
We are also having our PPF Accounts with SBI since last many years but with regret, We would like to bring to your kind notice the treatment/the service which we have got for our above PPF Account is very very below Par, below SBI standards and it gives impression of some small co-operative bank which raises its hand from the issues.
Let me now bring to your notice facts of the case, which is self-explanatory :-
1) We are having Purvi Dimplekumar Shah - PPF account with SBI - Ellisbridge Branch since 1997.
2) Having our address /PAN/ all the details registered with you
3) we have issued cheque no 535691 from HDFCBANK in favour of SBI-PPF account on 1/4/2017 of Rs 150000/- (onelakh Fifty thousand only), which is debited to our HDFCBANK account no [protected] on 4th April, 2017. It means money credited to SBI-PPF account and still it is till now with SBI PPF account only.
4) Thenafter when we were finalising our income tax Return, it is observed that SBI Ellisbridge branch has neither given us credit of Rs 150000/- which is debited in our bank account in April 2017, nor given us interest credit of the same amount till date. In addition to above, April 2018, PPF of Rs 150000/- has also not been credited to our PPF Account which is already debited to us again in April 2018.
We are failed to understand :-
1) Why SBI has not intimated us ? Why no letter ? Why no timely actions ? What process or system are they following ?
2) Why they were enjoying our 150000/- in their suspense account ? What about our interest on it ? How can they enjoy our money and not bother to update or intimate us ?
3) Is their any reconciliation or audit at SBI to review such suspense credit ? Where client is debited, SBI is credited but client has not got any credit in their PPF account ?
4) Why No control or system - Why then again not intimated in April 2018 and accepted our cheque, debited to our bank account but not credited in the month of April 2018 but given credit just now in July 2018 when we have raised ?
Now the issues are :-
1) we have already filed income tax return and already claimed PPF deduction of Rs 150000/-, if it is not given to us, then we have to incurr loss of 50000/- of tax and interest on it because of SBI negligence of service, no seriousness of such payment
2) Interest on Rs 150000/- from April 2017 onwards
3) Interest on Rs 150000/- from April 2018 to 16/7/2018
We have already visited branch no of times, Sent our person no of times, Purvi Shah has visited it and met manager Rizvi but nothing has happened till date. Now even Rizvi madam is also transferred to other branch. Branch is without manager and people under her are not bothered about clients or bank duty .
In view of the above, you are requested to look into the same immediately and credit us with our above request else we have to address the issues to respective authorities of SBI, Auditors /Consumer Court etc.
