      My name is neha. I made payment of 400 rs for my registration from hdfc netbanking for d. El. Ed u. P on 20 may 2018. Transaction was successful. And the transaction reference no. Is [protected]. Fee was deducted from my account. But i couldn't been able to print my journal no. And without that no. Iam not being able to print my application form. So i need journal no. For this transaction.

      I ALSO FACED THE SAME ISSUE WITH YESTERDAY TRANSACTION. COULD NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET JOURNAL NO. ADDING A PHOTO OF THAT.

        Hi, on 20th may i made an imps transaction for paying visa fee. I got a message saying transaction timed out. The amount has been debited from my account. I spoke to sbi customer care on 21st when i was informed that i needed to wait till 21st may midnight to check and see if the money would be refunded or transaction completed.
        I called back today on 22nd may and i am informed that i need to wait for another 2-3 days for lodging the complaint.
        They have the worst service ever. No one cares about the pain the normal customer goes through while always ready to lend and sing and dance to the tunes of the likes of vijay mallya and nirav modi but harassing the common man.
        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        When I am debiting my money From ATM The ATM gives a Receipt with a message that the ATM usage limits exceeds. The number of Transaction no. is 1524 and the ATM ID is s10g[protected].
        So kindly please look on to my issue and reply me as soon as possible.

            I have applied for issue of new cheque book in sbi branch. It is been 6 working days since i applied, but there is no response from the branch.in the website, it is given that it takes 3 working days for dispatch of cheque book. They have not issued the cheque book so far. They are not telling the status and if posted, tracking number of courier. Does any bank take more than 3 working days for issue of cheque book. Please clarify.

            I have requested for nonpersonalized cheque book, but they are saying that it will be delivered by post. Please clarify, what to do to get cheque book immediately at the branch.

              I, Shri Aniruddha Kundu is an employee of Accountant General (A&E), West Bengal, No.2, Govt Place West, Treasury Buildings, Kolkata-700001. My date of retirement on superannuation is 30.11.2018.
              For the purpose of getting my retirement benefits and for drawing monthly pension, I have opened one Savings Bank Account (Joint) at State Bank of India, Munshirhat Branch (IFS Code SBIN0013111, BSR Code 0013111), Vill- Shankarhati, P.O. Munshirhat, P.S.-Jagatballavpur, Dist. Howrah, West Bengal, PIN-711410, which is within 1 KM from my residence.
              At the time of filling up pension forms through on-line from my office, I am not able to complete the bank details portion, as the screen shows “NO RECORD FOUND”.
              It is, therefore, requested to update the Bank details of Munshirhat Branch bearing IFS Code SBIN0013111 and BSR Code 0013111 in the system, so that I can complete the pension form through on-line without any difficulty.

                Subject: Charge dispute "Refund never processed"

                Dear sir

                A refund of 499 rupees was successfully processed on 10/05/2018 to my account by amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                  In Chennai, to-day, I had a hell of time as almost 8 sbi atms are not working and hence I am unable to withdraw amount.The first ATM opp to Sivan Temple
                  second one near Valluvarkottam( if the ATM centre is not in use) close it with suitable board as I had to wait for more than one hour, as the msg comes as Transaction is in process. Third one is Tirumurthi Nagar where 4 atms have been provided and all the four ATMs are not working. Fourt, I went to Gopalap[uram SBI ATM centre wherealso more than 4 atms are available. However the shutter was closed and nobody gives reason.

                    i have account in SBI bank at Kot-ise-khan, distt moga, punjab under name Dharam singh my account number is [protected]. i appiled my wife'sstudy visa for Australia but she got refusal and so her university refund her 12.5 lakh fee in my account also university gave me reciept for that refund that i am going to attach with it, from last 2 months i am visiting regularly to bank they always say it shows in bank but they did not get refund i requested them to give in written so i can show to university but they mentioned that are not sure about it just assuming please i borrowed money on high interest can do someting

                      SBI offered some concession in interest while closing the education loan account, and my parent accepted the offer without knowing the consequences and closed the account accordingly. But now the seriousness in accepting the offer is faced by me only when the cibil report is taken. Understanding the reputational loss, which is reflected in the CIBIL,  my father approached your Alappuzha manager and requested him to accept the written off amount and issue a letter stating that the party remitted full amount of loan arrears and make necessary correction in the cibil report subsequently.  But he informed orally that there is no such mechanism in SBI and he cannot do anything and cannot modify the CIBIL remarks “loan written off”. I humbly request you to inform whether I can remit back the amount waived by SBI while closing my educational loan account and give a letter stating that the account is closed without any compromise after accepting the written off amount in the account and make necessary correction subsequently in the CIBIL site. When I enquired the fact with other Banks, there exist such a mechanism in other banks.
                      Kindly resolve my complaint at the earliest, or else I may be forced to take up the matter with higher authorities for getting justice to me.

                        महोदय ब्रांच उमरन मैं मैनेजर महोदय एवं कैसर महोदय सभी कस्टमर को सही से सर्विस नहीं दे पाते हैं और जो भी बैंक्स की मूलभूत सुविधाएं हैं पहुंचा नहीं पाते इसके पहले जो भी ब्रांच मैनेजर थे कहते थे बहुत ही अच्छे थे इनके सारी सुविधाएं बहुत अच्छी थी यह कस्टमर को डांट कर के भगा देते हैं हम समस्त ग्रामवासी क्षेत्रवासी नगरवासी व्यापारी गण रीजनल मैनेजर इलाहाबाद को कई बार कंप्लेन किया लेकिन कोई भी सुनवाई नहीं हुई है लोग बताते हैं कि उनकी पूरी फैमिली भारतीय स्टेट बैंक में जॉब करती है कुछ भी नहीं हो पायेगा जितना जिसको जो करना हो कर ले जो मैनेजर को करना है वही करेंगे महोदय जांच करके उचित कार्यवाही करें हम साधारण व्यापारियों को ग्राहकों को उपभोक्ताओं को किसी भी प्रकार की क्षति ना पहुंचाई जाए इनको यहां से हटा करके कहीं बाहर कर दिया जाए कोई अच्छा सा नया ब्रांच मैनेजर हमारे उमरन 16710 में भेजने की कृपा करें महान कृपा होगी धन्यवाद

Unrecognised transactions occurred on 14/04/2018 and 16/04/2018 amounting to rs7113/- by some company named google *octro inc through my debit card. No otp was sent for confirmation of transaction. Directly message was received regarding deductions from my account. No proper response given by local branch.. Kindly look into the matter and refund the deducted amount...

                              Sub: Unauthorised online transactions - partial resolution.
                              On 14/04/2018 there have been 22 unauthorised online transactions using the particulars of our SBI debit card No.[protected]. Of these 12 unauthorised transactions each for Rs.249/- have been resolved. Still 3 transactions for Rs.499/- each and 6 transactions for Rs.150/- each and one transaction for Rs249/- (total Rs.2646/-) remain unresolved. And on[protected], 51 unauthorised online transactions for Rs.29 each (total of Rs.1479) have taken place and remain unresolved. Thereby we are still at a loss of Rs.4125/- from our savings bank account maintained in State Bank of India, Purasawalkam branch, Chennai 600007.. May we request you, sirs, to look into these fraudulent transactions and retrieve the amount (Rs.4125) we have lost.

Unrecognised transactions occurred on 26/04/2018 amounting to rs7949/- by some company named google *octro inc through my debit card. No otp was sent for confirmation of transaction. Directly message was received regarding deductions from my account. Sbi customer care couldn't help and no proper response given by local branch and was told to contact crime branch. Crime branch official told verbally that the company is out of reach and told me to again contact local branch. Kindly look into the matter and refund the deducted amount. Thanks.

                                    I was trying to recharge mtnl mobile no. [protected] online on 14th may at 23:43 hrs.. An amount of rs. 261.50 has been deducted from my sbi debit card no. [protected] a/c no. [protected], but mobile recharge failed.
                                    Kindly check and refund rs. 261.50.

                                      I am trying to generate my atm pin from last 7 days almost by sms, by going atm watever options are available. But not from any of them i am getting an otp on my registered phone no. I went to my home brunch, i call sbi customer care but none of them help me out. From brunch from customer care everyday they are doing something in the system and telling me to just check and the result come same. Both of them are saying some technical problem so my question is am i responsible for that??? So sbi doesn't have solution for this, i am feeling like we are still in the 1960. So now as per my point of view to this drama doesn't have any ending at all. Shame on you sbi.

                                        I m not getting log subcidy from dec.2017 i close my previous bank acc. I want to get subcidy in my another bank account, but i found on npci mapping it show inactive status while my adhar no. Is already submitted to my new bank account.
                                        I m facing this problem from dec.2017 and my subcidy is hold due to this inactive status. Why take more time to link adhar no. With npci while bank manager is alrady link adhara to npci.
