Updated by manikantsharma On date 09/05/2018, I used my SBI Debit card to add money in paytm wallet of amount Rs. 1, 000/- but due to some network problem my fund was not added in wallet and amount of
Rs.1, 000/- was deducted from my account and it show transaction successful, the amount got deducted from my account and I got a message
stating that “Thank you for using your SBI Debit card XXXX for a
purchase worth Rs.1, 000 on POS00006264 at Paytm IN, txn #[protected]
while there is no transaction history show in my paytm (pending/completed)
I registered a complaint in SBI office and my complaint status is

Your Complaint has been routed to Branch:ATM SWITCH CENTRE for immediate
redressal.
Complaint Status/Resolution : Under Process )
And the amount has not been refunded to my account please Help me .
