Unrecognised transactions occurred on 14/04/2018 and 16/04/2018 amounting to rs7113/- by some company named google *octro inc through my debit card. No otp was sent for confirmation of transaction. Directly message was received regarding deductions from my account. No proper response given by local branch.. Kindly look into the matter and refund the deducted amount...

Sub: Unauthorised online transactions - partial resolution.
On 14/04/2018 there have been 22 unauthorised online transactions using the particulars of our SBI debit card No.[protected]. Of these 12 unauthorised transactions each for Rs.249/- have been resolved. Still 3 transactions for Rs.499/- each and 6 transactions for Rs.150/- each and one transaction for Rs249/- (total Rs.2646/-) remain unresolved. And on[protected], 51 unauthorised online transactions for Rs.29 each (total of Rs.1479) have taken place and remain unresolved. Thereby we are still at a loss of Rs.4125/- from our savings bank account maintained in State Bank of India, Purasawalkam branch, Chennai 600007.. May we request you, sirs, to look into these fraudulent transactions and retrieve the amount (Rs.4125) we have lost.

Hello, today i deposited Rs 4000 at first through cdm in hyderabad and then deposited an amount of 2500 and 500 respectively. I got the information regarding the deposit of last two amounts. But in my balance 4000 amount is not shown being deposited. Kindly look into this matter.

    My account number [protected] sbi aurangabad juna mondha branch. Unrecognised transactions occurred on 26/04/2018 amounting to rs7949/- by some company named google *octro inc through my debit card. No otp was sent for confirmation of transaction. Directly message was received regarding deductions from my account. Sbi customer care couldn't help and no proper response given by local branch and was told to contact crime branch. Crime branch official told verbally that the company is out of reach and told me to again contact local branch. Kindly look into the matter and refund the deducted amount. Thanks.

          I am trying to generate my atm pin from last 7 days almost by sms, by going atm watever options are available. But not from any of them i am getting an otp on my registered phone no. I went to my home brunch, i call sbi customer care but none of them help me out. From brunch from customer care everyday they are doing something in the system and telling me to just check and the result come same. Both of them are saying some technical problem so my question is am i responsible for that??? So sbi doesn't have solution for this, i am feeling like we are still in the 1960. So now as per my point of view to this drama doesn't have any ending at all. Shame on you sbi.

            I m not getting log subcidy from dec.2017 i close my previous bank acc. I want to get subcidy in my another bank account, but i found on npci mapping it show inactive status while my adhar no. Is already submitted to my new bank account.
            I m facing this problem from dec.2017 and my subcidy is hold due to this inactive status. Why take more time to link adhar no. With npci while bank manager is alrady link adhara to npci.

              On date 09/05/2018, i used my sbi debit card to add money in paytm wallet of amount rs. 1, 000/- but due to some network problem my fund was not added in wallet and amount of

              I registered a complaint in sbi office and my complaint status is

                मेरे भारतीय स्टेट बैंक के बचत खाते में अभी 2500000 रूपये आये हैं कोई cemtex dep से क्या कोई बता सकता है कि यह है क्या और यह क्यों किया गया .

                In my account was credited the sum of Rs 2500000/- on 16/02/2016, CEMTEX DEP', kindly clarify me to purpose of the amount credited in my account & debited also without permission/without intimation .
                I think this is illegal, kindly clarify asap.

                    I am credit card holder of sbi bank,
                    Due to my job lost i am unable to pay credit card bill.
                    Your recovery agent mr. Ashwin ([protected])
                    (I don't know whether he is trained or not as per rbi guidelines)
                    Abusing me and my relatives,
                    Threatened me and my father in law (Patient of bp)
                    Sbi is the national bank and they have these type of employee,
                    Sbi is violating the directions of rbi.
                    For this harassment i will demand for compensation.
                    Unless and untill i will not going to pay a single rupee to sbi and i will forward this issue to local police station, all the authorities of rbi and consumer court.

                      I am trying to add my sbi debit card in samsung pay app in my samsung galaxy j7 pro mobile but otp has not been generated. It shows that otp has been sent to your registered mobile number but I did not received any otp . This problem happens after reset of my phone, before reset my card was added to the app but after that it is asking for verification but otp not come to verify it.

                        The transaction came to light when the hotel room was not booked due to some technical reasons and the debited amount was not refunded.

                          fraud transaction in my sbi credit card

                          International Fraud transaction was done on 24/8/17 about 33000/-
                          I can give compliant on 10/09/17 to customer care through fill the Dispute form then they will respond to investigate and temparory cleared. After 3 months they said investigation was favarate bank, hence can pay that amount then I give acomplaint to cyber crims at hyderabad on 08/02/18. But not solved that problem till the date. Other than every month sent to me statement...

                          My self pulkit tyagi s/o shri satish kumar tyagi got my account transferred from sbi bhopal to sbi branch, sector -19, noida-201301 a year back furnishing aadhaar as address proof for new address. Later on i again submitted my aadhaar for address change along with my new pan copy for registration. But the sbi branch management is not doing this simple work since last so many months. I have reminded this issue to branch management several times in person but failed to persuade them. Due to this income tax deduction from tdrs is not entered in 26as form and i am not getting the chequebook at my address for use anywhere, especially for mutual funds investment where a cancelled cheque needs to be uploaded for bank account verification.

                              Hi,

                              I am writing this letter regarding unauthorized credit card charges which i am not aware of.

                              Before applying for sbi credit card i received call from sbi crdit card department many times even i have denied not to call me regarding any credit card.

                              In my last call for credit card they told me there will be no annual fees for you and lot more benefits are there with sbi elite credit card.

                              In my first month credit card bill i received 4999 extra amount on top of my transaction i made. Immediately i have called to customer care and complaint against this illegal fees which i never aware of. I got a reply from them to pay the transaction amount and remaining amount we not need to pay and we will block the card.

                              I my next month bill again i received the same amount along with late fee interest fee. I called the customer and raise this issue again. They block the card but not yet cancelled the unauthorized charges/fees.

                              Now i would like to cancel this card as soon as possible there should not be any credit card in my name from sbi.

                              Requesting to sbi please do not play with any customer to get 5000 rupees annual fees for a credit card. No one will expect to face such issue from a natioanalized bank like state bank of india.

                                As im a sbi credit card holder
                                I transfer the money from my sbi credit card to other canara bank credit card as sbi have this facility on 16th dec 2017

                                But they are not transfer the amount (19812 inr) into my canara bank credit card.

                                And they charged me the amount in my dec. Sbi statement with other charges includes.

                                And when i call the customer care on jan starting week and raised the complaint they tell me that please pay your statement amount if the money is not going to your another credit card so we will refund the money with in 5 working days

                                And i pay full amount of money with other charges

                                After that whenever i call to sbi customer care they simply denied about the transaction and said it is already transfer and then i send then my another account statement that proof the amount is not credited after that thay dont have any reply and always says give us time for 5 working days and they close my complaints many time without resolved my complaint

                                Many time i speak though mail with nodal officer and principal nodal officer as well but they don't want to listen me so

                                Last to last month i stopped my credit card payment so they send the persons to my house without my presents and harass my family members about payments

                                And even i complaint regarding this as well to nodal officer they not stopped with this things they send many time the executive without id card and harass my family only when i was not presents in home and when my family asked for the id card to the person they ran...

                                So as a common man i give up and paid for amount of payment because they harass my family many time very badly and they are in very big trouble because of that. And insult my family members in front of public.

                                And now when i paid the full amount of money to the bank i want to take this matter to higher level. And still i didn't get my money back and its about 5 months...

                                  I am Piyush Goenka. I have a credit card from sbi. They offered me a power bank. I addressed the offer it has been more than 10 business day. I have not received any information. On calling to customers care, representative can hardly speak English on requesting the reply to speak in Hindi. He mentioned that he is learning English. I am fail to understand weather or it is customer service or coaching institute. Supervisor hardly ready to come on call. Agent will to you on hold so that the customer will disconnect the call. In case, i[censored] speak with a supervisor they just server apologize nothing else. Chair man and seniors and not ready to on call or to respond on customer's complain. I am honoured to be a customer.

                                    I received a call from [protected] on 16th may, 2018 at 1:02pm and the man introduced himself as mohit dubey from sbi cards. He informed that my existing sbi debit card have rewards point of worth 9500 and they are expired so we can transfer it to your cr. Card agains due balance. He asked me to provide card information, expiry date and cvv number in order to transfer reward points from existing card. So the game begings know he was talking very professionally at a pointi believed that he's gueniune he also send me the ivr verification code from the sbi bank no. (How is this possible i don't know but yes it was from the bank's no) believing him to be sbi person, i provided him the card no. And expiry date then he asked me the 3d security pin which was written at the back of the card i denied it and told him that i can't share it, he told me that he'll not ask me the confidential detail but he was trying to get me by all these tricks. Then i told him fake cvv no so that i got to know that what's the matter. He generated otp (One time password) and the messege comes on my mobile (Otp xxxxxx for your transaction of rs. 9000 to airtel money is...) and then he asked me to inform the otp to him so that the reward points can be transferred. Mean while i have searche the name mohit dubey fraud on google then got to know that there is the gang of these types of criminal who are doin these types of scams then i told him that i'm coming to your office and want to meet you but then he told me that your card is blocked (Obviously i told him the fake cvv the it will have to be happen) if you want reward point then activate it and call us.
                                    Then i call the customer care n told them to permanentaly block my card and they have done it.
                                    Guys n gals these # are very hitech or may be some internal person of the bank itself is leaking the information that this guy have this much amount in his card so loot lo sale ko).
                                    I shared the whole story to beware from these kind of faruds don't share any confidential information on mobile.

                                      I am jagadish y s having sbi savings account in chintamani branch (Ifsc : sbin0040083) branch code : 40083, chikballapur. My a/c no. Is [protected]. On 6/5/2018 amount of rs. 2400 and rs. 10000 withdrawn in muthalpet, puducherry atm from my a/c without my knowledge. I did'nt withdrawn any cash or paid to any online transaction. I got cash withdrawn message from bank on 6/5/2018. So please sort out this fraud happened to me and help me to refund the money to my account as early as possible. I have already complained to bank through call but bank authorities has suggested to complaint.
