Rs. 10, 000/- withdrawl at iob, panduchery atm (Iobc1502) and rs. 2, 400/- withdrael at iob panduchery atm (Iobc1502) on 06/05/2018 from my s/b acc. No. [protected] fraudulently. I had lodged my complaint to sbi main branch, bangalore and my own branch at chintamani. I was asked to lodge a complaint in cyber branch to resolve the issue which i have not done yet. Kindly look in to the matter and help me resolve this issue soon.

    I response to letter no. Ind/p2018_53as180336 dated 20/03/2018, applicant had to sent the bank statement which we send, then applicant received another letter that we need to send mandate form alongwith cancelled blank cheque, which we deposit in nearest sbi branch vishnupuri kanpur in second week of april 2018, since then we are waiting for the amount to be transfered.in between we send multiple emails to [protected]@sbilife..., every time we get different case id but amount is yet not transferred, please do something so that applicant may be releaved.

      After raising complaint the company send me message the complaint has been resolved and money is refunded when i checked it there is no amount is refunded. I called customer care they suggest me to visit home branch but at this time i am far away from my home branch. Only for rupees 500 money refund should i go with fare of 1000 rs only for money refund this is the way you treat the customer.

        I have complained about my following problems with sbi and i got a response that all your queries have been attended to and resolved/closed (Attached image sbi complaint).

        Today, i do not have any personal banking details since more than 4-5 months. I informed them that there's some issue with the details provided by them, but i have never heard back from them.
        Also regarding the atm card, they have charged me various amount on various occasions for a card that is not active. They sent me an atm card after a long and cumbersome process, charged me extra for failing to get it delivered to the correct address. It was their fault but yet they charged me for their mistakes, but still the problem is unresolved.
        The branch manager along with other staff have no intentions to cooperate and are least bothered.
        As if that was not enough, all my banking details like my atm card number, and details on the card along with my a/c number is available with fake callers who keep calling me to get more and more details of my account on a regular basis. But i do not hear back from the concerned branch ever. It's been very long since i have complained with the sbi regarding this issue but have not received any information, thus i am uploading my complaint here.

        Neither does their website (https://www.sbi.co.in/corporate/branchlocator.htm) responds properly (Attached image sbi 1). The branch locator is asking me to select the state, but the drop down is not showing any state in it.

          I ravi s prasad, have been harrassed by sbi collecting agents, at work place and home, they have deposited cheque by changing the date over leaf and trying to screw me up. I due to some financial crisis and family problems am unable to pay debts on time, they are trying to harass me where ever they want at work place and at home. So kindly give me a solution.

This means they are doing all this for mentally disturbing me, and to make me worry.               Sir i am ravi s prasad, sir sbi recovery agents have deposited my cheque before the date, when funds are not available in account, they are trying to harrassed me in all ways and disturbing me mentally, mr. Subash rao, mr. Ravi are abusing since past 1 month. Sir as i am in some family issues which are in court not able to pay dues on time. I have already discussed with sbi people reg my problems, still they want to trouble me.

                I am a widow of a railway employee. My husband is died on november 6, 2017. He was availing railway pension. On 26.12.2018 i have submitted my application to sbi marutharoad branch palakkad for transfer of pension to me, along with all necessary documents. Since then i am in touch with sbi marutharoad branch.in the beginning they were informed me that the pension will be credited in my account from april 2018 as year ending is the cause of delay. As of now no pension is credited in my account. Now days no one from sbi marutharoad branch is responding to our telephone calls / messages, and mail messages. I wanted to know the status of my application.

                  In SBI Fastag site there is tab for new apply tab as Request for tag.After selecting i fill all the details required and while submit the page it show pin change request fail. Then how can i apply in online. I want to apply in SBi because i have an SB account IN SBI. Is there any fix for this issue.

                      Today i got a message from sbi stating that your account is debited with rs 2400 debit by transfer.
                      I immediately checked on netbanking statement it shows debit by transfer rs 2400 on 08.05.2018 though i got message on 16.05.2018
                      My account balance was below 2400 on 08.05.2018 and i have done no transaction of Any type on said that.
                      I complaint regarding this on sbi phone banking support they registered my complaint and got the replay from branch that this deduction is according to existing terms and conditions please check online on sbi website about services charges.
                      I checked about it there is no such charges.
                      My sbi home branch employees are very bad they never pick the call and doesn't behave decently if visit the branch
                      Currently i live out of town so i cannot visit the branch personally and i have to again complain about it but no result.

                          Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.700/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort.                               I have opened a recurring a/c bearing no.[protected] on dt.27/03/2015 for 3 years for rs.3000/- pm at sbi - jasola branch. During the whole period of accounts details shown nothing irregularity. I have kept always sufficient balance forces transfer. My a/c matured on 27/03/2018, and i have seen that rs.3105/-has deducted as branch penalty. I have contacted to branch manager with letter. They told that it is systematic fault will be corrected shortly. After four days when i contacted to branch they told nothing will happened you take your amount. Since i have no choice so i take deducted amount. As a a/c holder my duties is to avail sufficient balance in my a/c rest if bank will not debited ecs in stipulated time why should i panelized?
                              I feel myself cheated and helpless by every corner

                                  Sir today dated 16 may 2018 i have visted the sbi branch hamirpur for the exchange of 100 rupee note which is slightly teared off from the side,, the serial number and all other verification of requires things are clearly visible.
                                  But the staff of sbi didn't even listened to me.
                                  They cruealy at once said that this can't be exchanged and said go somewhere else.
                                  Is this hpw you deal with your customer.
                                  Check this complaint as soon asa possible otherwise this will further force me tp take other actions and close my account in your bank.

But this pament being failed two times again and again. Refund for failed transction arn no are 74332748125812404269223 for amount 11, 636.9 and 74332748125812404342897 for 11, 461.9 has been processed. My sbi branch code is 132 and ifs code is sbin0000132, branch name midnapore, west bengal. But the refund amount not credited in my account.
