I, Nilesh Kholgade have been a customer of SBI Bank for the last few years and I have been selected for SBI Credit Card from your Malkapur branch Dist-Buldhana, I was given SBI Credit Card (PULSE) as a Welcome Gift - Noise ColorFit Smart Watch worth up to ₹ 4, 999 / - According to the staff of SBI Branch Malkapur, you are getting Smart Watch. I received the Promo Code on 05/04/2022. Accordingly, after redeeming from the e-Voucher above e-mail, I am shown a Smart Watch priced at Rs. While taking any Smart Watch from ₹ 4, 999 / -, after typing this Promo Code, the discount code is not valid for the items in your cart. Why Rs. 2799 / - as per your promo code? I am losing Rs. 2200 / - in this, why can't I take up to Rs. 4999 / - as you mentioned ?. In other words, to attract customers by offering Rs.4999 / - while marketing and to pay Rs.2799 / - while paying.

I already contacted your customer support on "1860 180 1290" and sent an email to [email protected] but not received any response and in reverse they are saying that it is my mistake. If you would like to close my issue then please look into it and try to provide solution.
The charges which you applied on me is not at all fair, if you stand in customer shoe then definitely you will understand the pain facing by customer. I hope your team will contact us to get it fixed, I will be available on +91 9963254953
