    Young girl who is literate in Hindi but not in English opened an account in SBI.
    For 2 hours I tried to help her download and activate the YONO app. Kindly note, I have been using Internet Banking for many, many years so am quite experienced.
    I also used the SBI helpline (YONO section). All was in vain, we could not activate the app.
    I have a recording of our conversation with the helpline.
    I give the helpline person 7 out of 10
    I give YONO app 3 out of 10. It is a terrible app, particularly for anyone who knows Hindi but not English

          Dear Sir/Mam

          I'm continuously receiving threats at my home address by the executive who visit at home. They have threatened face to face that they will seal the home & also they will send people who will forcefully sell the home stuff in lue of the credit. They also said they will visit my relatives home to collect the money.

          I already informed them that I was suffering from Covid 19 serious condition & also lost my job & asked 3 months of time to settle my account.

          However, the executive visited my home when I was not available threatened my neighbour also.

          They have also took number for my sister from neighbours and contacted her regarding this.

          I'm also attaching the screen shot which shows the threat. I've not done any fake commitments.

          They are acting, forcing & threatening like this that a person may feel to end up the life.

              My name is Syed Shezan Husain.
              I have recently ordered the "TP-Link Archer T9UH AC1900 High Gain Beamforming Technology, WPS Button Wireless Dual Band USB Adapter for PC, Desktop, Laptop and Tablet" from Amazon.in.
              After having some issues with the product I issued a return request on the day it was delivered (25th June) and on July 28th the pickup of the product was done according to amazon they issued the refund on the same date but I couldn't see it reflecting the on my bank account and after so many days past now, both bank and amazon are not giving me satisfactory answer.
              So I would plea you to kindly look into this matter and try getting my refund as soon as possible.

                I, Nilesh Kholgade have been a customer of SBI Bank for the last few years and I have been selected for SBI Credit Card from your Malkapur branch Dist-Buldhana, I was given SBI Credit Card (PULSE) as a Welcome Gift - Noise ColorFit Smart Watch worth up to ₹ 4, 999 / - According to the staff of SBI Branch Malkapur, you are getting Smart Watch. I received the Promo Code on 05/04/2022. Accordingly, after redeeming from the e-Voucher above e-mail, I am shown a Smart Watch priced at Rs. While taking any Smart Watch from ₹ 4, 999 / -, after typing this Promo Code, the discount code is not valid for the items in your cart. Why Rs. 2799 / - as per your promo code? I am losing Rs. 2200 / - in this, why can't I take up to Rs. 4999 / - as you mentioned ?. In other words, to attract customers by offering Rs.4999 / - while marketing and to pay Rs.2799 / - while paying.

                    Debit Card Not Dispatched From Last 11 Days

                    Hi Team - This is to inform you that, I am facing financial issue and explained many times to SBI credit card team about my payments.

                    My credit limit only 3 lax & they agreed for settlement of 182000 and i paid 20000 and remaining is 162000 only but now they are aksing to pay 449000 which is not possible from my end.

                    This guys are sending to my village and threatened my mother (She is 60 + year old) She is fully afraid of threat & this guys went and checked with my entire village and spoiled my reputation.

                    Really SBI Gundas are very worst.

                      I ordered a football jersey from "Amazon online shopping" on 7th May 2022, Order ID is[protected] . And delivered to me and paid 999/- Rupees by COD mode (Cash on Dilivery) i checked it and the size was not appropriate so i returned it according to their return policy and on 14th May 2022 refund initiated by Amazon after order pickup.For refund i provide my SBI Saving account details, Account number -[protected],

                          Myself virender singh had applied for simply save credit card after many calls received from SBI bank representative. The representative told me that I have to pay annual amount of Rs. 499+GST for simply save card, but when I received card i just shocked to see that bank sent me prime card whose annual cost was 2999+GST. after my many request and call bank sent me another simply save card that is applied by me. After that bank pressurize on me to pay 2999+gst and penalty amount every month and now they demanded 13705.99 rupees otherwise saying that my NPA will be getting classified and it will impacts my chances of getting loan in future. please mujhe is fraud bank se bachao. please make any solution and make penalty on bank to harass me and sending me wrong card, demading more money and also deduct money from my account without my concent. early action is required in this matter as bank is harrasing and give threatening to me.

                            SBI CARD ENCASH has offered me R.O.I 12.5%, I took the loan of 300K & received mail of booking confirmation with AMORTIZATION SCHEDULE, in this schedule statement they have added applicable taxes other than/additional charges (like additional EMI) EMI charges, which comes around INR 590/- PER MONTH, I was shocked & my monthly commitment has increased, these taxes were never disclose by the SBI CARD ENCASH department, my concern is being such a reputed Bank, why you're hiding certain things to customer & their wont be any difference between Nationalized & Private BANKS.

                            Hope you have understood my pain, being a middle class person INR 590/- matters me a lot, I request while sending offers to customer please be transparent, so customer will have more faith on SBI.

                                      This is regarding an unauthorized transaction made with my debit card of INR 300000.
                                      My account is debited with the name of OTHPG Paytm with rs 5656 without any message. and the amount was debited from 18/03/2022.
                                      I never use a card online and never share card details with anybody, then how anyone can access my account or debit card, didn't receive any message regarding the transaction. I have a complaint to my bank but they have not given me any satisfactory answer. I am a poor person and the deducted amount is too much for us. so I request please provide me with a solution with a refund of the amount.
