Hello Team,

My self is Bharath Raju - [protected] & My SBI Credit card number ending with XXXX XXXX XXXX 9864.

On 19th February 2022, I have received a call from your team saying that SBI Executive calling from
Mumbai, the person has details of my credit card, saying that he will increase my credit limit & he had transfered Rs.34, 340 to housing.com from my credit card unknowingly.

The number which i got call is [protected].

I am Not Liable to pay the said amount of Rs. 34, 340 on Any Circumstances.

Because, I got a call from your team saying that he is person who is associated SBI Executive from this Number - [protected] - from Mumbai Branch.

This person called & informed me that, he will increase my Credit limit & he took all my details of my SBI Credit card on 19 th Feb 2022 from me
AND HE TRANSFERED RS.34, 340 to this customer account [protected]

Even Though I have filed FIR in Cyber crime Police station, SBI credit card department is demanding me to pay the amount of Rs. 34, 340.

They have also sent Legal notice to me.

They have charging More interest on this fraud transaction.

Recently I have paid Rs. 10, 000 as interest on this fraud transaction.

But than also they are forcing me to pay more amont.

SBI is a BIG FRAUD BANK.

Because SBI credit card team is charging interest on fraud transaction.

SBI do not have knowledge, on which transaction they are leving interest on fraud transaction.

      I opened a minor account for myself in SBI on June 18th 2022. It has been over a month but still I haven't received my debit card . The employee at the bank promised me I would receive it within a month while opening my minor account. In the meanwhile I activated Internet banking which was also very frustrating as login wasn't working properly ( it says incorrect password even after entering correct password and when I tried to rest password It said new password cannot be same as old password!!! ) and as I'm a minor I only have viewing rights so I cannot even pay anyone using INB ( not even for my guardian ) not even for exams like JEE Mains and EAMCET .

      I went back to the bank on 18th July 2022 to know about my debit card status and the person at the desk checked and said come back after you turn 18, you won't get a card until then. I've seen many other teenagers having UPI but SBI doesn't even allow me to have UPI until I turn 18.
      Please help me with this issue and send the card as soon as possible as it is very urgent and very important to me.

      This issue has not been resolved due to this complaint on consumers complaints.in but It got resolved after I went back to the branch multiple times and multiple talks with the branch staff and manager . I'm happy that the issue got resolved .

      I also contacted the SBI costumer care and they said due to a technical error they are unable to fetch the details of my card. They were trying to send me back to the bank and ask the same thing I asked before. The fact that I had to go through all this due to some technical error is very frustrating !

        I had returned two items on Amazon on 9 July 2022 both amounting to RS 999. Refund was initiated by Amazon on 10 July 2022 on both items. Refund of only one item amounting Rs 999 was credited to my account on 10 July 2022. Refund of second item has not been credited to my account till date. Neither Amazon nor bank is able to provide information as to which item's refund has been credited to my account as both of the items refund money is same ie Rs 999 each. I want the second refund money to be credited to my bank account. Mode of transaction is SBI debit card. Details of order ID and RRN of both items are attached with the complain.

          My concern is that I have not given any Contact number of my Company's Employee as a secondary number for my SBI Account But the Recovery Agents of SBI are calling the employees of my Company in which I am currently working and Harassing them on calls using foul language.

          This is totally a cross violation of privacy by calling any one and threatening anyone who are not at all linked with my cards / loans.

          They are taking the numbers of any SBI customers they have in their Database which belong to my company and calling them 20-30 times in a day and telling them to contact me and asking to clear my dues which is an Illegal activity.

            I made a transaction through razorpay payment gateway through sbi debitcard Rs.10500, on 29th June 2022, but transaction failed, amount debited from my account, till date means 18th July 2022 amount not credited back, as i raised complaint through customer support the raised it on 1st July 2022, TAT given as 45days, who will wait till 45 days, so approached branch, no use till now not traced the transaction, and next level AGM(gravience) addressed, no use, contacted ambudsmen they said wait for 30days, if any urgency then what should I do???

              Recently got a message from BZ-CBSSBI stating that the amount of ... got debited. But i didn't tranfered to anyone.

                  I took POS machine through SBI but since I recieved it not a single payment has credited in my account. Till now 4-5 transactions are pending and its already 15 days. There is no result even after i provided them my latest bank statement.

                    I had ordered a motorola edge 30 8GB ram variant of meteor grey colour on 27th of June 2022 (Order ID number RDF[protected] through my fathers sbi debit card but due to unavailability of stock the order by cancelled by reliance digital on 29th of June and they had initiated the refund process saying that I will receive it within 7-10 working days but still I have not received it.

                    on reaching their customer service team they said that they have initiated it on the same day 29th of June 2022 and provided me with a referance transaction id[protected] to share with the bank.

                    Please help me get my refund.

                        The order date was 28th june, 2022. order number was[protected]. the product name is Corsair Air Series AF140LED, Blue Quiet Edition, Single pack(CO[protected]BLEED)

                        The return was confirmed on 5th july and the return pickup scheduled date was on 6th july and the picked up date was on 7th july

                        Amazon initiated the refund on 7th july.it was said that the bank will take 3 to 4 business day to credit the refund in my account. Its been 10 days now but still i do not have the refund in my account yet.

                        The Refund Reference Number for the Trancsaction is[protected]
                        The refund amount is 699 rupes

                        please kindly look into this matter. i hope my problem will be resolved as soon as possible. thank you

                          I have saving A/C in SBI, kakdighat almora uk Branch, and i have deposit 2200 Rs from Noida sect-22 atm machine ATM response transaction was cancelled and but money is deposit atm machine.this i have complained for this SBI noida sect-22 branch but no any response yet.

                              I ordered 32 GB pendrive total cost 414.00 rs from Amazon on 1 july 2022. In this order 35rs paid by my Amazon account and 379.00 rs paid by my sbi debit card end with 1335. By some issues I cancelled my order on 7 july.

                              Refund of 35rs credited in my Amazon account on 9 July and Amazon shows 379rs credited on 10 July in my sbi debit card bank account. But still amount is not credited in my account.

                              My pending amount from SBI is 379.00 rs.

                                Sir,

                                I received my SBI elite credit card with marketing offers, complimentary airport lounge visit. But on my first visit itself they charged for the visit.
                                I raised complaint regarding marketing offers issue vide reference number[protected], but till now I had not recvd any final reply from them.
