I had ordered a motorola edge 30 8GB ram variant of meteor grey colour on 27th of June 2022 (Order ID number RDF[protected] through my fathers sbi debit card but due to unavailability of stock the order by cancelled by reliance digital on 29th of June and they had initiated the refund process saying that I will receive it within 7-10 working days but still I have not received it.

on reaching their customer service team they said that they have initiated it on the same day 29th of June 2022 and provided me with a referance transaction id[protected] to share with the bank.

Please help me get my refund.

      The order date was 28th june, 2022. order number was[protected]. the product name is Corsair Air Series AF140LED, Blue Quiet Edition, Single pack(CO[protected]BLEED)

      The return was confirmed on 5th july and the return pickup scheduled date was on 6th july and the picked up date was on 7th july

      Amazon initiated the refund on 7th july.it was said that the bank will take 3 to 4 business day to credit the refund in my account. Its been 10 days now but still i do not have the refund in my account yet.

      The Refund Reference Number for the Trancsaction is[protected]
      The refund amount is 699 rupes

      please kindly look into this matter. i hope my problem will be resolved as soon as possible. thank you

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        I have saving A/C in SBI, kakdighat almora uk Branch, and i have deposit 2200 Rs from Noida sect-22 atm machine ATM response transaction was cancelled and but money is deposit atm machine.this i have complained for this SBI noida sect-22 branch but no any response yet.
        Please help me as soon as posible.

I had applied for cancelation, but i dont get any refund.             I ordered 32 GB pendrive total cost 414.00 rs from Amazon on 1 july 2022. In this order 35rs paid by my Amazon account and 379.00 rs paid by my sbi debit card end with 1335. By some issues I cancelled my order on 7 july.

            Refund of 35rs credited in my Amazon account on 9 July and Amazon shows 379rs credited on 10 July in my sbi debit card bank account. But still amount is not credited in my account.

            My pending amount from SBI is 379.00 rs.

            After forward my complain to State Bank of India from consumercomplain.in. Under 24 hrs working day I get my refund easily in my account without any contact or e-mail by SBI.

              Sir,

              I received my SBI elite credit card with marketing offers, complimentary airport lounge visit. But on my first visit itself they charged for the visit.
              I raised complaint regarding marketing offers issue vide reference number[protected], but till now I had not recvd any final reply from them.

                  आज मैं काफी समय बाद बैंक में नई पासबुक बनवाने और एंट्री कराने गया तो मेरे पहले खाते ([protected]) से 14, 782 रुपये तथा दूसरे खाते ([protected]) से 77490 रुपये गायब मिले | पासबुक की एंट्री में देखने और आपके अधिकारियों से बात करने पर पता चला कि किसी ने paytm के माध्यम से इन रुपयों को खाते से निकाला है | महोदय मैं आपको बताना चाहता हूँ कि मैंने अपने मोबाईल में न तो कभी paytm डाउनलोड किया और न ही खाते से कभी paytm को लिंक किया और न ही मुझे paytm चलाना आता है | इसके अलावा खाते में रजिस्टर्ड मोबाईल नं ([protected]) भी हमेशा मेरे पास ही रहता है | मेरे मोबाईल पर पैसे कटने से संबंधित कभी कोई संदेश भी नहीं आया | आज नई पासबुक बनवाने के बाद एंट्री कराने पर इस घटना का पता चला |

                        On 13th of June, my bill was generated for 239313.00 Rs out of which there was 672 Rs. The due date for my bill payment is 1st Jul'21.

                        I did the payment of 239313.00 RS (Paid 238641+ 672 refund) and the total outstanding is zero.

                        Now in my current statement they charged 15.229.42 Rs by mentioning that they will not consider the 672 rs refund of flipkart. The refund is adjusted within the due date and I paid the pending amount to the bank but still the bank is cheating by charging a penalty of 15.229.42 Rs on me which is unfair.

                        The reason they are stating that they will not consider the refund amount against the bills. The refund amount which they provided is against the bill amount then how they charge the penalty on me ?

                        According to their point, if I pay that 672 rs on bill time, will they transfer the extra amount to my bank which is not possible. They are literally looting the customers.

                        Please help me to settle my 15.229.42 Rs.

                        I already contacted your customer support on "1860 180 1290" and sent an email to [email protected] but not received any response and in reverse they are saying that it is my mistake. If you would like to close my issue then please look into it and try to provide solution.

                        The charges which you applied on me is not at all fair, if you stand in customer shoe then definitely you will understand the pain facing by customer. I hope your team will contact us to get it fixed, I will be available on +91 9963254953

                            Not able to Prematurely close my MOD deposit accounts from internet banking

                            Hi,
                            I have a SBI saving account with number '[protected]' and I have created 2 MOD accounts online in internet banking . As per the features, I can prematurely close the MOD accounts anytime or I can partially withdraw the amount from MOD. But now when I am trying to close my MOD accounts online as mentioned in SBI portal I am getting an error stating "Your MOD account can not be closed as delinking of your MOD account is failed"...

                              I am holding sbi elite credit card. I have spent Rs. 155681.4/-. My due date is 31.5.2022. I have paid Rs. 139881/- in time but I missed payment of Rs. 15800.4. The company has charged around Rs. 11, 771/- including GST as financial charges for total payment. They have to charge for my balance amount instead they charged for total amount where I have already paid 90% of due amount. The company is cheating directly. Kindly need action for cheating people like me.

                                      Sir it's almost more den one yr bank call me for credit card i offer der req after dat every alternate day i was getting msg dat u will rec card but for four mth i waited but dint rec credit card and dis ppl debited my amt from my acct so mny times i complain to bank but nobody is listening nor returning my 863rs bck for four mth Dey hav debited without my permission and i dint rec card also. Plz help me
