I made a transaction through razorpay payment gateway through sbi debitcard Rs.10500, on 29th June 2022, but transaction failed, amount debited from my account, till date means 18th July 2022 amount not credited back, as i raised complaint through customer support the raised it on 1st July 2022, TAT given as 45days, who will wait till 45 days, so approached branch, no use till now not traced the transaction, and next level AGM(gravience) addressed, no use, contacted ambudsmen they said wait for 30days, if any urgency then what should I do???
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Because SBI credit card team is charging interest on fraud transaction.
SBI do not have knowledge, on which transaction they are leving interest on fraud transaction.
