As I have returned the product HM hot plate on the Amazon platform and they have issued the refund on 27june and after someday I received a message on June 30 that you amount has transferred to the bank account but today July 4 I have Still not received in my bank I contacted the support but they gave a refund reference number 658002 but I am not being able to understand what to do next.i request the team to please solve the issue

      My self Narayan Das vyas and my mobile no is [protected] .I had your credit card up to 2012 and then I close my credit card .recently I apply loan from one bank that time that banker say your credit rating is poor and you defaulted payment of sbi credit card .after that time I send my man to bank they don't help me for give my closed credit card, then I call in help line number they also not help me and I also write a email to customer care they had not help me .now I request you that either you waive my small dues Or give my closed credit card number so I make payment to you .

        Terrible KYC System
        How bank can lock my account without informing me just because of KYC. The money in the account is my not of bank so how bank can they lock it without any serious reason. Bank SBI, branch Topsia Kolkata. I have normal saving account. I was in Delhi suddenly my debit card stop working for hotel checkout. I have few cash with me for road transportation for big amount I use debit card and online banking. I was got stuck in that situation what should I do. I don't have any friends/relative in Delhi.
        Bank lock my account without informing me with any call, sms or email. Amount can be credited in my account but can't be withdraw. Bank lock my debit card and online banking. I call to bank they said KYC. I have already done online KYC but they want me to visit bank with my Aadhar and PAN.
        Every year bank do same thing with me, every year they want Aadhar &PAN hard copy. I visited to bank the manager told me without Aadhar KYC can't be done, they don't want Voter id card or driving licence. I asked manager why only Aadhar he told me because of biometric. I can't understand what is the relation of bank with costumers biometric. Bank should need PAN why biometric? He don't have any answer. I also asked him how can you lock my account without informing me. He replied that I should contact any Advocate for this.
        Just in the name of KYC bank staffs are collecting Aadhar & PAN of customers. Even Supreme court told don't give Aadhar antwhere. This thing I called Tough banking.
        Whole world is moving with online banking & smooth banking but SBI is moving to Tough banking.
        I am doing job in Dubai, from there I operate my SBI account and I found suddenly branch lock my account. Manager told me I have to visit branch with Aadhar & PAN.
        This I called SBI tough banking.
        'Know Your Customer' KYC. How many times SBI need to know same customer every year. At account opening time I provided all document, without valid document any bank didn't open any account.
        KYC name should be changed to CAP 'Collect Aadhar & Pan'. Put CAP on every customers head.

          I have applied for a replacement debit card on June 1st 2022. It has been 1 month and I still see that the card has not been dispatched.

          I have also file a complaint in their toll free number and a case was filed with ID[protected], however this case was marked as resolved the next day and yet the card status has not changed.

          Attached the status of the card from the tracking page as on today. Please dispatch the debit card.

              Refer UTR No. SBIN[protected] dated 02 Jul 22.
              An amount of Rs.30, 000/- was transfer through NEFT from SBI to HDFC bank.
              Amount debited from SBI account but not credited in HDFC account.
              Both bank'S employee playing with emotion of customers.
              both are unable to track.

              Behavior of bank employee is pathetic.

                I have an account with SBI at their NRI branch in Chandigarh. I was visiting Pathankot and tried using the SBI ATM located on Dalhousie road opposite Dominos pizza near the Dhangu road intersection.

                It was around 9 pm and their was a guard sitting outside chatting with someone. I tried asking him about the timing of the ATM while he was in conversation with his friend. He got upset and spoke very rudely to me, so I asked him why he was misbehaving. At this point he got very upset and started abusing me verbally using unspeakable words. I took his picture and he tried to snatch my phone while his abuses continued to increase as I walked away.

                The badge on his shirt said "rudra security services", but there was no visible name tag.

                This was a horrible incident and it is unbelievable that a professional bank could hire such irresponsible people to address their security concerns.

                  On 1st July 2022 19:46pm when i tried to deposit cash with cdm machine at satta bazar veraval branch the slip i have recieved that 1 note s is retained for verification bna deposit 500 1 please contact branch manager. Then i found that 500 amt is not reflected in my account.
                  I have tried to check the msg but its also not yet received.

                  Plz find the attached deposit slip.

                  Kindly refund my 500rs. As Soon As Possible.

                    A refund amount of Rs.140 was successfully processed on 1st May 2022 to my SBI account. But till now I didn't receive the refund. I mailed to State Bank customer care and also contacted customer care but my problem is not resolved still.

                      My name is Preethi, From Bangalore.
                      I writing a complaint on SBI credit card. I had some health issue's and I had no due's on SBI credit card. They had charged me a annual maintance fee of some 589 RS. I missed to pay due to some health issue and I was hospitalied and no was no active.
                      Next cycle I received a bill of 1, 090 which is 589 + fine. I had written an email for them to waive off the late fee, so that I will make a payment They did not respond me and again I received a bill now 2, 150. For 589 Annual card maintanence they have charged me 2150. Where I have not used the card from long time. Its been an year o[censored]sing the card and they are keep on charging. I had requested them to wave off the fine but no response and now they have again came back with more fine. I need a solution on this. PLease help me.

                        Dear sir/mam,
                        this is with reference to the Service Request number[protected] which i had registered on SBI card app of fraudulent transaction through my credit card on 30th May 2022. I had shared the details which were required for the investigation but still i received the mail regarding liability for monetary loss in connection to events describe by me.
                        I have shared them the cyber crime complain grievance report and screenshot of communication with NOBrokerRent payments for fraud transaction.
                        i am telling you the whole event which happened that day. Actually i had applied for the HDFC Credit Card on Card to Card basis and was expecting a call from bank side. The mobile number from which i got call is [protected]. she introduced me her as Meera and told me that she is calling from HDFC Credit card department. you have applied for Credit card of HDFC on card to card basis this is the call for verification so she asked me about my email, mother name, DOB year, and asked me to share the my card front pic only.
                        I want to tell you here that i have already RBL credit card and when i applied for SBI credit card at that time the bank representative also asked the front pic of my RBL bank Credit Card so it was normal for me but after sometime i received a message of transaction for 10100 rupees, then i understood that it is a fraud call so there i got alert but without sharing the OTP money got deducted from my card. That was unbelievable for me that without telling or sharing OTP money got deducted from my card.
                        I am requesting you to please investigate it again and please refund the amount in my card because bank is refusing there laibility.

                          Hi Sir / Madam,
                          I am literally not satisficed with SBI services.
                          every month end, I have seen none of SBI E- channels are not working.
                          1. I checked YONO APP, whole day due to technical issue, unable to login to my account
                          2.I check sbI one, internet banking, due to server issue, not even able to login.
                          3. Finally called from registered mobile number to customer care and provided all the details for security questions for verification. At end they are saying they are also not able to fetch my account balance and advised to ATM.
                          4. I went to ATM, ATM machine is not working due to network issue.

                          This situation happens at every month end. I need a permanet solution for it.

                            मेरे पिताजी घर मे कमाने वाले इकलौते सदस्य थे फैमली पेंसन से घर का गुजारा बड़ी मुश्किल से चल रहा है हमारे घर मे मेरी माता जी और एक बड़ी दीदी और एक छोटी बहन और मैं हु हम तीनों भाई-बहन शादी के लायक हो चुके है पर घर की आर्थिक स्थिति ठीक न होने के कारण शादी नई कर पा रहे है, 2013 में मेरा बाया पैर फेक्चर हुआ था जिससे मैं कुछ काम करने में असमर्थ हु मेरे पिताजी के PF व ग्रेजुवेटी से मिले पैसो से घर बनवाने व कर्ज चुकाने में खर्च हो गया मेरी मम्मी की तबियत घर की चिंता में रात दिन खराब रहती है कृप्या करके मुझे अनुकंपा नियुक्ति प्रदान करवाने की कृपा करें जिससे मेरे घर की आर्थिक स्थिति ठीक हो सके।

                              Fastag surrender but security deposit and balance not received

                              It's been more than 4 months since I surrender my SBI fastag due to poor service and till now I have not received my security deposit of 200/- and balance of 555/- in my account. When I called fastag customer support, I was told that SBI bank should be transferring the amount as tag surrender and closure is already done by fastag dept. I was told to send a mail to agmit.[protected]@sbi.co.in which screenshot of SMS confirming surrender. I sent this...

                              My Credit card with SBI expired in June 2021 and a new card was sent to the residence where I wasnt living anymore. I was asked to submit proof of new residence which I did and the address was updated but the new card wasnt delivered. Now SBI is asking me to pay annual fee on the card which I have never received and is refusing to accept the mistake on their side. On calling customer care they abruptly disconnect my call without giving me a solution. I am now forced to pay the annual fee even to close the account.

                                Hey I am frustrated from the service provided by SBI.I applied for debit card/ATM card on 6 June and card request was approved the same day i.e. 6 June and card is under process of printing. now when I check it shows card not yet dispatched. now it's been almost 20-22 days from applying the card.so now without a card I can't able to withdraw or pay the cash.i contacted my home branch for the card issue .but as per branch manager they can't help as card is issued but not dispatched.but it does take so long time.I am gonna sift to different bank as your bank can't dispatch a normal debit card within time limit.

                                Please it's a request do dispatch it as soon as possible.

                                  So I have Submitted my Credit Card bill in one Short on 21st july 2020. I have also verification letter from your agent for the payment. But your bank didn't have clear my due as yet even after paying full payment and having verification letter. Also your bank charged me many charges for it and affected my cibil score because of it. My business is already in loss and due to this issue I am facing more issues in my life. I am doing job now at an electric shop and I can't give anymore charges to your bank for this error from your bank side. There were two members named Karan Singh whose contact no. [protected] and Isha whose contact no. [protected] who collected my payments from me in hand and handed over me a receipt vide receipt no. DEL[protected] and told me that your due will be clear soon after taking payment from me. So I request you please solve this issue as soon as possible because it is effecting my cibil score and charging me unnecessary charge for it and Provide me NOC for this. Also if possible please take strict action against those who have not updated your bank about my payment receipt even after taking money from me. Also I am attaching the letter which is handed over to me by your bank agents at the time of payment. Please have a look at it in attachment attached with this mail. Please provide me NOC as soon as possible for it, it's an humble request from you.

                                    I booked tickets on Bookmyshow. The payment was done via PhonePe for my SBI account. The amount got debited twice for the same set of seats. Bookmyshow customer care says that it didn't go to them and that the bank has to refund the second amount. Please refund the same.

                                      I have ordered a product from myntra Which is Lino Perros Black belt of amount Rs.336 but the refund has not been credited into my account after 12 days of cancellation (refund initiated on 15th of june). They are saying that they dont have information and to contact bank. When i am contacting the bank the bank says to contact Myntra. they have generated a refund reference number[protected]. I made the paymnet from UPI. Please help me out as no one is helping me in this case. I have two products of the same amount but one is refunded and the other is not . Kindly check this matter and solve this at the earliest.
