Dear Sir / Madam,

This is with reference to a SBI Credit card that was cancelled. After cancellation, we realized that there was an excess amount that was in the account which had to be refunded to us. SBI cards has been playing the fool with us since March 2022 asking for documents that were sent by speedpost and via email. After repeated escalations to the nodal officer and customer service head, our issue remains unresolved.

The SBI team asked for an affidavit, NOC, Family tree, Aadhar, PAN card etc. All these documents were sent in original and by email in March and subsequently in June and July. Despite sending over 50 emails on the same topic, there is no resolution.

    With reference to my PPF a/c :-[protected] ( CIF no:-[protected] )
    I would like to inform you that My account was opened in year 2000
    ( Matured in 2015 & it was extended in to another period of 5yrs i.e 2020. I continued depositing further in my account till March 2022.(My last updates till March 2022 )

    Now for financial year 2022-23 when I tried to invest/deposit online in my PPF account the amount is NOT GETTING CREDITED in my a/c . I approached my HOME BRANCH,
    they said that their system is not accepting FURTHER DEPOSITION either by cheque or online . Their system sends message that FURTHER EXTENTION is DENIED .

    Even if FURTHER EXTENTION is DENIED it SHOULD NOT BE in MID of 5 Yrs TERM i.e 2020-25.

    KINDLY RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM of mine, so that I can further make deposition to PPF, atleast till 2025.

      Delay in Education loan

      I Dr.Vihang patel. I applied a education loan for my wife's post graduation. I submitted all necessary documents on 1st week of July. Bank manager said me that your education loan will be approved in 10-15 working days. Today is 1st August still they didn't approved and last date of fee submission was 31st July that also informed to sbi bank manager. Today he said it will take more time. What to do?...

      Dear sir, i have paid self assesment tax in IT e filing portal, while paying self assessment tax payment credited but challan no not coming, so second time paid and completed the process. after checking in sbi bank statement two times amount credited.kindly resolve this issue and refund the excess amount paid.           Hello Support,

          My ATM Card is not working since 9 months. when i am going to insert the card to an ATM Center of SBI or any ATM it shows the error messege "
          I have attached the error to you, please check and give the correct solution, please request you!

          I have made many rounds in the bank, no one talks properly in the bank, no one gives any solution, you talk very rudely, please take action.
          as i am a customer since last 4-5 years.

              I received the call from the SBI recovery agent, she calling to my father's number and threatened me and asked about me when I talked with her, she was using abusive language. I was ready to pay my amount but faced some tech issues so taking some time. she called me and said that uneducated person, which village I am living and using a very bad word and threatening me so please take the action otherwise I will complain in RBI.                 Dear Sir, I have a credit card from SBI bank, I have paid my all dues.
                I had converted my 21000 bill in march month before 04 days I have paid my all pending bills and extra 167 rupees to credit card and online applied for closure of card. now i am back to back getting call from credit card department to pay 7000 extra. I dont know why they are asking for extra money.
                Sir I had paid all my dues by taking loan from other bank. Now I am not in condition to pay a single rupees.
                Sir, please take this complaint on priority because this is happening to most of the customer.

                  I have a max gain home loan of 21233 per month which is 254796 annually but on my home loan interest certificate it shows 135721. So where is my rest EMI is going? Why it is not showing total paid

                    I have took Credit Card loan but due to financial ups n down in my business I am not able to repay on time. As my recovery stuck in market. SBI recovery agent calling from ulternate number to my friends, relatives, collogue, clients etc. continuesly also threatening call to recover money. I asked them to give some time as I am getting my money from people but even not listen me. N callling n threatening my relatives, family member, neighbour too. Some are senior citizens n suffering from dibetes BP .if anything happens to them who will be responsible ? Please help me in this matter

                      Bought a Mobile from Amazon.in and select to convert it to EMIs with SBI card and done the payment. The transaction amount not converted into EMIs and every month charged additional penalties when the outstanding amount failed to auto debit from saving account. Raised so many complaints with SBI and got escalated to many people but didn't get any help in resolving the issue. Spent so much time in raising complaints and taking to their customer service but no one helped. Really vexed with SBI Credit Card. If you help in this, I really appreciate.

                        The refund for the order number[protected] of the Rs. 699 was initiated successfully on 7th july 2022.It was said that the amount should be credited in my bank account by 3 to 5 days.

                        Its been 20 days now since the refund was initiated, i still have not recieved my refund yet

                        The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected]

                        please kindly look into my problem. i hope it will be solved as soon as possible

                            I preeti singh having a saving account no. [protected] in kapporthala branch lucknow given application to update my new mobile number application approved from branch manager on dated 25/07/2022 to the assistant branch manager it will take hardly 5 minutes maximum but she response me that today it will not be updated i will update it tomorrow i came back but till now no mobile number was updated i had to make online money transaction but i was unable to login net banking due to which i had to face many problem who will be responsible for that i had call to customer care also to lock they complaint but they refused to file complaint but when i force and sad i will file case against you in consumer forum the he lock the complaint but not for the issue i raised

                                Actually I have ordered safari trolley bag and Safari college bag on 11th July from Amazon but they got cancelled due to damage of that item refund of safari college bag have been issued on 15th July and Safari trolley bag refund issued on 16th July total cost of these items is Rs.4843 order number of these order is[protected] which is given by Amazon and reference number is[protected]. So please once check my transction and as soon as possible please refund me to my bank account

                                    Sir,
                                    I tried to lodge this complaint to SBI Credit Card authorities, but no one is attending.
                                    I, Veluri Annappa Sastry, Mobile No.[protected] received a message on my mobile 0n[protected] at 10:43 A.M giving OTP to log in to SBI Card Website for my Credit Card number ending xx6982.
                                    I have neither applied for any SBI Credit Card, nor I have ever received any SBI Credit Card, nor I have ever used any SBI Credit Card so far.
                                    How can I be given Credit Card number xx6982 without my application? How can I receive any message giving OTP?
                                    I am afraid that somebody may be using SBI Credit Card in my name.
                                    I request you to please investigate the same, please block if any SBI Credit Card if at all issued in my name, and intimate the results to me at the earliest
