Sir,
I have a sbi credit card with registered mobile no : [protected]

My account shows that a amount of rs 754 was debited on
Date : 12 nov 2016
Shop: beijing bites bangalore in

Though i have tried using my card at beijing bites bangalore on 12 nov16, however the transaction was showing as failed and i received a failure of payment message also in my mobile.
Thus i ended up paying cash for the same. (Cash receipt image attached)

Howvere in my account an amount of rs 754 got incorrectly debited and inspite of repeated requests from both sbi and beijing bites. My amount is yet not refunded

The beijing bites shop also confirmed that they have not received any payment of rs 754. I have written several times with sbi with following references:
Interaction id - 1-[protected] — on 26nov16
Interaction id - 1-[protected] dispute ref:[protected] — dtd 20dec16

However sbi/beijing bites fail to refund my amount.

    Respected sir / madam,
    I am ankush agrawal stay at shirpur dist. Dhule, a/c no.[protected] in state bank of india, shirpur branch.
    Sir / madam, i am depositing in bank cdm on 30/03/2018 rs.700/- without atm card for that sbi accrued charges rs.25/-. When i communicating with branch manager for that by mail. They told that charges accrued as per sbi.
    Mostly atm closed, a/c in atm mostly switch off. Then why bank accrued bank charges.
    Please reverse charges which is deduct by bank and guideline to bank give customer satisfaction service.

Sir on 27 march 2018 i use my atm card no.[protected] for widroling 10000 rs in the atm of maharastra state bank branch partur at 7.00 am. When i use my card money does not come from the atm but we get massage deduction of 10000 rs in my salary account no.[protected] sbi branch partur if sbin0005532 micr 43002499. So sir i requested to u please help me to refunding 10000rs in my salary account. My mo. No [protected] and gmail [protected]@gmail.com

        I have requested to change the registered mobile number. And sbi not changed the registered mobile number completely.
        Still the old phone number is exist in the profile. So whenever i am changing anything online, sbi sends otp to old mobile number. Nothing can be changeable online because o[censored]navailability of otp.
        But transaction alerts' are triggering to new number.

          My self mr kartik pradhan. I have an saving account with silvassa branch (Sbin0006586).
          I have lost my registered mobile number [protected]. But i also go to my sbi home branch silvassa 4times to update my new number [protected].
          All times sbi staff told me that my number is already changed. But i have not found any sms about my tnx for sbi.
          And i also could not use netbanking due to my new number is not updated.
          Pls update it.

            Myself s. Abhilash is using sbi crdit card sine last 6 months. On 8th mar i tried to book a flight ticket in goibibo using sbi credit card and the transaction was not completed but a payment of rs.12612/- was deducted from account. Since the transaction was not completed i had booked the ticket using my hdfc card. Normally all other banks will auto reverse the payment wihin 2-3 days if the transaction is not completed. But the the payment was not reversed and i contacted sbi credit card consumer care and launched a complaint. Till date payment is not reversed and the team is saying the resolving period is 120 days. I cannot understand the logic of 4 months resolving time to confirm a transaction with the merchant. And meanwhile they are asking me to settle the payment otherwise interest will be levied!!! I would like to know if i make the payment then i will get interest back from sbi at the rate what they are charging from consumer!!!. It is pathetic experience and i don't want to use this sbi card anymore. Kindly help me to get the transaction reversed.

              I have dsp account in naval base kochi sbi branch. Presently i m on leave in chapra bihar. I have visited rcc sbi branch (Ifsc code sbin0003614) for making a draft but branch manager said that your account in other branch, i cannot make a draft through cheque. But my cheque is multi - city cheque. When i said that you gave written reply than he ignored and quarreled. What i do please respond.

                On 2nd feb 2018 my credit card swipe has happened twice without my knowledge for rs.7000/- each. No otp was generated in my cell but just received debit messages. When investigated further i see otp is generated only in my email.

                I have raised my complaint through dispute transaction form with sbi card charge back team and they just replied otp was successfully generated in my cell and they cannot do any thing in favour. Where as i did not receive any message in my cell.

                In spite of me repeatedly asking them in email where and what for this transaction is made. They always replied back only stating otp is successfully generated in my cell and make the payment on time.

                Finally i approached cyber crime, hitech city, hyderabad and lodge the complaint. And check what to do with amount as its an disputed amount.
                They advice me to give the copy of police complaint raised by me to the credit card team. I have forwarded this complaint to sbi charge back team.

                But to my surprise even when they know this is an disputed amount and police is investigating it i receive a message that now i need to pay rs. 16, 825 (Interest and fine is added) and its overdue. How can sbi credit card team do this with a customer on an disputed amount.

                Government things of cashless india. But if such incident increase india will not achieve that and people will loose trust with such an esteemed nationalized bank also this will now effect by cbil score without my fault.

                  As i received a phone call about my card update information i had to disclose my card no and the cvv but the person has debited the amount from my account and the balance is nil now pls check into the matter and can my amount be reimbursed to my account this complaint is lodged by me in order to give you all a reminder that your bank name is being used to get the card no and for fraudulent transactions we need to check into these people who are misusing bank details in the name o[censored]pdating the card.

                    Dear sir

                    A refund of 15065 rupees was successfully processed on 19 january 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                      Recently sbi has removed the quick transfer option from their net banking. It was used to transfer funds instantly up to 10000rs per day.

                      So now even to transfer 100 rs immediately we have to add beneficiary account details and have to wait 4 days to transfer amount. I feel it makes net banking almost useless for immediate use.

                      Is this the way sbi promoting cashless transaction?

                        I am trying to make payment at yatra.com but it got failed continuously and customer care is asking to call yatra customer care and they are asking to contact sbi customer care and problem is still unsolved. If price of my flight got increased who is responsible for this and who will pay the remaining ammount.

                          As per our records funds has been credited to your beneficiary account (Central bank of india), based on aadhar number,

                          Kindly ask beneficiary to check with the bank and update the status.

                          Note: aadhar based transactions are routed to that bank where aadhar number has been mapped/seeded at the latest, means the bank account number which is mapped to that aadhar number most lately, that bank/account will receive the credit.

                              Hello sbi,
                              My father got a call from today from sbi credit card agent and since my father has no idea on that, he told me to speak with him. I introduced with him and he is convincing us to have a credit card. I told him that we don't have a necessity to have a credit card. While speaking, he started yelling in bad words which i cant even bear or disclose here. His number is[protected], he didn't mentioned his name. Request you to take necessary action on this.

                                I have a salary account at sbi raigarh branch (Ifsc code: sbin0000460). I have taken a loan in 2015. During this, the loan manager told me for a sbi life policy with rs 8300 /- yearly premium. After that when i came for a loan in 2017, they also forced me for a policy (Loan manager mr. Jha and manager mr. Biswas) and told me that as per rbi instruction i had to take the policy unless my loan would not be granted. Rs. 30, 000/- has been deducted from my loan.
                                Now i am unable to maintain both policies. Recently i have surrendered my first policy. But sbi life staffs said that i can not surrender my second policy.
                                Today i notice that amount rs.8499/- has been deducted from my account for the premium of my first policy, which i have already submitted for surrender. Moreover i have never registered the policy for auto debit.
                                I request the authority concern to take necessary actions against sbi raigarh main branch.

                                  A refund of 2910 rupees and 883 rupees was successfully processed on 16 february 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                  I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                  I have confirmed with myntra and they have successfully processed the refund

                                  Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to myntra’s payment processor to locate the refund.

I have not performed any transaction on 22/03/2018 and 23/03/2018, but a lot of transactions have been carried out from my account by someone and all the balance were debited from my account.                                     Hello this is deepak chouhan i am an a/c holder in nemi nagar indore sbi branch[protected] my a/c no is [protected] there was i applied for new atm card on date 15/03/2018 & card despaitched on dated 16/03/2018 with tracking no eb[protected]in given by indian speed post after that continuesly i am tracking my atm going many nsh & so at indore but its not deleverd or not any call received to me regarding if my address is not found or any other problems or if its not found they should be send to my home branch but today my card showing his status :- 28/03/2018 19:37:20 nsh mumbai item received its meance its going return i dont have any help line to call them or i call at sbi online complaint center but they said they are cant log my complaint regarding i hv to wait for next 15 days more for file complaint, after that they can file my complaint but what should i do if its return again then i will put complaint again & after that they issue to new card me & send me again and i hv to wait again next more 15 days so my complaint is that why its going return why they are not sending on my home branch to collected by me plz help me

                                      Amount of rs 1300 was deducted today in evening from my account by sbigen ghi. I want a refund straight away. This is no unacceptable. 1300 is not a less amount.

                                      Please see this matter straight away. And do not debit any amount without my permission. I am so irritated my this.
                                      And the deduction is done at that hour of the day when banks are closed.

                                        My debit card had expired on jan/2018, till now i had not received my new debit card. I had contact my home branch and they said that the new debit card will be issued from sbi corporate mumbai with free of cost. I[censored] want to apply at home branch u are supposed to chargeable of inr 300/- + gst. Why should i pay for an expired debit card, it is the responsibility to provide a new card to their customer with free of cost?
