I am request for a onetime settlement of the credit card outstanding on card ac 7876. I am finding finanical difficulties past one year on account of my lay off due to economic downturn, i am finding to very difficult. I have order an product with

While making payment the order got failed but the money was deducted
Again i made a transaction the money got deducted and the transaction was successful..

The the money was been deducted for 2 times for buying 1 product.

I have contacted flipkart giving all the issue they are saying we have received just one successful transaction...

I made a transfer of 30000. The payment was successful and a receipt number was generated. But the process requires imps followed by 12 digit number.
I have attached a screen shot of the transaction page.
Amount has been deducted from my account and the receipt number is invalid according to-the beneficiary. Please look into the issue and provide a valid imps number....

Inspite of my repeated requests for transfer of SB Account and all my stdrs, I regret to say that my CIF has still not been transferred to Zirakpur branch.It seems either the staff requests are not being dealt in seriously even after giving written requests and several reminders thereafter or the person handling the related seat, Mr.Saini is not aware of the complete procedure of transfer of an account to another branch.

With lots of hope, i am writting this email.
Sbi customer service is the most pathetic service i have recieved.
I am contacting the sbi customer service since 5 months to resolve my query but everytime i get different answer or else there system is never working or the call is 20-25 on ivr.
There was a platinum card issued on my address however i never received the card so the card was return to sbi...
