As i received a phone call about my card update information i had to disclose my card no and the cvv but the person has debited the amount from my account and the balance is nil now pls check into the matter and can my amount be reimbursed to my account this complaint is lodged by me in order to give you all a reminder that your bank name is being used to get the card no and for fraudulent transactions we need to check into these people who are misusing bank details in the name o[censored]pdating the card.

    Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

    Dear sir

    A refund of 15065 rupees was successfully processed on 19 january 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

      Recently sbi has removed the quick transfer option from their net banking. It was used to transfer funds instantly up to 10000rs per day.

      So now even to transfer 100 rs immediately we have to add beneficiary account details and have to wait 4 days to transfer amount. I feel it makes net banking almost useless for immediate use.

      Is this the way sbi promoting cashless transaction?

        I am trying to make payment at yatra.com but it got failed continuously and customer care is asking to call yatra customer care and they are asking to contact sbi customer care and problem is still unsolved. If price of my flight got increased who is responsible for this and who will pay the remaining ammount.
        I have always faced problem with sbi customer care and this time also i think i have mad big mistake that i am using sbi card.

          Dear sir/madam,

          As per our records funds has been credited to your beneficiary account (Central bank of india), based on aadhar number,

          Kindly ask beneficiary to check with the bank and update the status.

          Note: aadhar based transactions are routed to that bank where aadhar number has been mapped/seeded at the latest, means the bank account number which is mapped to that aadhar number most lately, that bank/account will receive the credit.

              Hello sbi,
              My father got a call from today from sbi credit card agent and since my father has no idea on that, he told me to speak with him. I introduced with him and he is convincing us to have a credit card. I told him that we don't have a necessity to have a credit card. While speaking, he started yelling in bad words which i cant even bear or disclose here. His number is[protected], he didn't mentioned his name. Request you to take necessary action on this.

                I have a salary account at sbi raigarh branch (Ifsc code: sbin0000460). I have taken a loan in 2015. During this, the loan manager told me for a sbi life policy with rs 8300 /- yearly premium. After that when i came for a loan in 2017, they also forced me for a policy (Loan manager mr. Jha and manager mr. Biswas) and told me that as per rbi instruction i had to take the policy unless my loan would not be granted. Rs. 30, 000/- has been deducted from my loan.
                Now i am unable to maintain both policies. Recently i have surrendered my first policy. But sbi life staffs said that i can not surrender my second policy.
                Today i notice that amount rs.8499/- has been deducted from my account for the premium of my first policy, which i have already submitted for surrender. Moreover i have never registered the policy for auto debit.
                I request the authority concern to take necessary actions against sbi raigarh main branch.

                  A refund of 2910 rupees and 883 rupees was successfully processed on 16 february 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                  I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                  I have confirmed with myntra and they have successfully processed the refund

                  Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to myntra’s payment processor to locate the refund.

I have not performed any transaction on 22/03/2018 and 23/03/2018, but a lot of transactions have been carried out from my account by someone and all the balance were debited from my account.                     Hello this is deepak chouhan i am an a/c holder in nemi nagar indore sbi branch[protected] my a/c no is [protected] there was i applied for new atm card on date 15/03/2018 & card despaitched on dated 16/03/2018 with tracking no eb[protected]in given by indian speed post after that continuesly i am tracking my atm going many nsh & so at indore but its not deleverd or not any call received to me regarding if my address is not found or any other problems or if its not found they should be send to my home branch but today my card showing his status :- 28/03/2018 19:37:20 nsh mumbai item received its meance its going return i dont have any help line to call them or i call at sbi online complaint center but they said they are cant log my complaint regarding i hv to wait for next 15 days more for file complaint, after that they can file my complaint but what should i do if its return again then i will put complaint again & after that they issue to new card me & send me again and i hv to wait again next more 15 days so my complaint is that why its going return why they are not sending on my home branch to collected by me plz help me

                      Amount of rs 1300 was deducted today in evening from my account by sbigen ghi. I want a refund straight away. This is no unacceptable. 1300 is not a less amount.

                      Please see this matter straight away. And do not debit any amount without my permission. I am so irritated my this.
                      And the deduction is done at that hour of the day when banks are closed.

                        debit card expired

                        My debit card had expired on jan/2018, till now i had not received my new debit card. I had contact my home branch and they said that the new debit card will be issued from sbi corporate mumbai with free of cost. I[censored] want to apply at home branch u are supposed to chargeable of inr 300/- + gst. Why should i pay for an expired debit card, it is the responsibility to provide a new card to their customer with free of cost?

                        Hi,
                        I have made a echallan payment of rs.11, 129.80 through sbi epay gateway on 23rd november 2017 for a registration in sro saroor nagar hyderabad, however the challan has not been generated. Then i made the payment thru another way and completed my registration. But later found that the same amount has been also debited from my credit card.
                        We did complaint the same with my credit card and they answered me that the mechant (Which is sbi epay in this case) confirmed and claimed the amount.
                        But our registration was done with a challan generated from a different transaction way.

                        Please resolve the issue and remit the same amount back into my credit card.

                          I have tried to transfer small amount of money (5000) through imps.
                          They have recently added new feature which is stop transfer to any other account instant without beneficiary.
                          So i have tried to add beneficiary.
                          Now there is a profile password to add the new beneficiary. Idk that password and that is different from account pass.. And only have 3 attempts to enter.
                          I have tried 2 attempts and try to forget password.
                          But there is q,, & ans... To select... It was 4 yr ago i have selected the question and answer. How does i know the quetion, i know the answer if i get the quetion.
                          But this # system has to select both. And only 3 attempts to enter. I fail.
                          The second way to reset the password is to fill the physical form and submit to branch and reqest for change profile pass, also i have to take a half day leave from office for go to branch.

                          Than i have tried customer call support. They have fail to help the me. They can not even verify me and give me another try to attemp...
                          They say that this is the security but at other side what about customer satisfaction and fullfillment.
                          There is more bank like icici (I have used), they have more security than sbi and user do not have to wait and hassle to transfer money or do anything else without theft. They have also good customer support.

                          Now i am stuck to transfer 5000/- of amout to another account. And this is so [censored]. Not going to work out. I will cancel my account.
                          So rubbish service.

                            I've been using SBI account since 2014. Currently, I have been charged with unnecessary fines like "Transaction Declined for the insuf fund" while using the ATM. Secondly, I have no fixed source of income, so I withdraw cash in small amounts for at least 8-9 times a month, and in Gurgaon, there are hardly a few SBI ATMs. Moreover, they charge INR 23.60 on every transaction done from other ATMs (after 3 in a month), and the nearest SBI ATM remains out of service most of the time.

                            From 22nd March to 27th March, they charged INR 94.60 from my account due to these clear tactics for earning...

SBI has debited RS. 4128/- ON 2ND FEB 2018 FROM EACH OF THE ABOVE ACCOUNT WITHOUT CONCENT OF THE CUSTOMER. WHY.????NO MESSAGE, NO LETTER, NO CONCENT???PLEASE ARRANGE for refund of the debited amount with interest at the earliest. whether this is as per RBI rule ??                                   I am having an SBI CC and before giving this CC customer care told me the EMI is available on my card and now when I purchase the thing the EMI is not there now when I am called to customer care they told me EMI option is not giving in your card.

                                  Now, what should I do I want the full settlement on this? Please help.

                                  They are cheater SBI card don't go for the SBI Credit Card.

                                    I got a call from SBI credit card section stating that I was eligible for a credit card. So I asked them for SBI Platinum credit card. After verification, without my consent, they had approved for IRCTC card and the limit was only Rs. 15, 000/-. As soon as I received the card, i called SBI and asked for cancellation of the card and I was informed they would have the card canceled. Post a request for cancellation, immediately I got a call from SBI asking me for details to have the card canceled. I had informed them that I have already placed a cancellation for this card. The next day I get a call from SBI stating that there is a fraud transaction which has happened and they have blocked the credit card and was informed that they will take care of this issue and have the card canceled permanently. As I had already placed a request for cancellation, I did not generate the PIN. After this, SBI is calling me and asking me to make the payment for the card. we called SBI customer care 4 to 5 times and raised a complaint regarding the same. the issue is still not yet resolved. I strongly believe that the credit card team would have shared my details for the transaction.

                                      I am using State Bank of India Net Banking from last 4-5 years. Now I want to update my Personal details, like Name, Mobile No. etc. when I click on the option "Change Mobile Number-Domestic only (Through OTP/ATM/Contact Centre)". In next page I enter mobile No. two times than in next page there is three option shown when I click first or second option and processed than in next page error has been shown as "No accounts mapped for this username". I already unhide my account from "Manage A/c Display" option but same error has been shown. Please tell me how can I change my mobile no in my profile. In the bank, I already change my Mobile No.
