I have submitted my ecs mandate form to clear my personal loan (From hdfc bank) emi 3 times from oct, 2017 till date. But sbi is not processing it anf taking more than 60 days to respond to hdfc bank regarding its status of processing. Pl do the needful to redress this issue. I am a railwaybfield staff hving little time from dor to door in in this context.

    On 21-03-18, rs 147.50 and 110.20 has been debited from my account. Whether i maintained my bank balance or not you don't have any right to debit my balance just like that. What if all the students closed their bank account??? We are just a student from where will we have extra money to maintained our balance? Please stop debiting bank balance unnecessarily.

        The tube light has been dead since more than one month. No one is attending. It is very difficult to do transaction during night and cant checkwithdawn money. Customers are forced to use light of their mobiles. The attending guard mr. Kailash says complaint lodged but no remedy till date. I provided new tube but that too has been shorted.           Sir/madam,
          I was opened rd a/c - [protected] as on dt-18/03/2017 which is matured on 18/03/2018 and credited to my account but on the same time it automatically renewed and debited rs-4000 on dt-18/03/2018.
          You are requested to close it immediately and credit/ revert the debited amount rs-4000 to source account. I have already written 4-5 mail to sbi jalgaon branch main to resolve this issue. But till date they are not responded. I am a jail officer and posted at akola central prison and not able to go at jalgaon for this query due to administrative issue. So you are requested to advise concern person and resolve issue earlier.

            Hi

            I am sbi loan customer. I have a car loan (Number - [protected]). I took loan during june 2016. I had given the signed ecs form to deduct the emi from saving account but due to sbi system issue ecs was not happening initially 5 month. I had visited branch so many times (Eventhough it was not convinient for me) to pay the emi by cheque as per the pending amount mentioned by bank staff. Later they started deducting emi regulary after 5 month.

            After 1.5yr i got a letter from branch that one month emi is still due. I contacted branch manager and explained the details that ecs was not happening due to your system issue and pending amount i paid by chequeas per bank staff mentioned at that time. So you waive off the interest amount and i will pay the emi only. But after listening all these he arrogantly replied that its your fault not our fault and you have to pay the interest otherwise we will seize your vehicle and after that if you want you go to court. I don't understand how it is my fault and it's totally mental harassment causing due the branch manager's behaviour.

            I am complaining against the branch manager here hoping i will get positive response and settle the issue here.

              Dear sir,
              I went to pnb atm to withdraw money from my sbi account. When i inserted my atm card and requested to get rs.2000, the cash didn't came from the machine after which i cancelled it and again tried it for rs. 2000 after which i received the msg twice that the total amount of rs.4000 has been deducted from my account but i didn't got the money from the atm. Kindly, reverse the amount of rs.4000 in my account.

                During my office hours, some lady ms. Shreya rathi called from the no:[protected] as the team member employee of the sbi card and with some routine offer she fraudulently received rs. 9999/- from my sbi credit card without security confirmation of the bank. I immediately mailed the issue to sbi on email. Immediately the authorized representative called me and block my card. But what is for the amount debited?

                    My name is kesha ram, retired from uhbvn, state govt. Department of haryana. I belongs from district karnal (Haryana).
                    I am 64 year's old and getting my departmental pension (18400/-per month) through state bank of patiala (Now state bank of india) at assandh (Karnal) branch since from last 4 year's.
                    For a marriage occasion in my house, required a personal loan of some rupees 300000/- on the behalf of my monthly pension but the bank manager refused my loan application due to unnecessary issues and he also did miss behave with me in the branch. Plz tell me that what can i do now?

                          I want to complain about wrong deduction of tds and harassment made to me being a senior citizen.

                          Details are as under:-

                          -complaint against br. No. 50699 sbi circular road rohtak (Haryana)-previously state bank of patiala.
                          -name;baldev raj

                          -tds - deducted:-rs.15000/-app.
                          -f. Y[protected]

                          Tds have been deducted wrongly despite of my submission of form 15h on 18/04/2017 (Acknowledgement is with me).
                          I have visited the concerned branch so many times and submitted written complaints on 14 dec 2017 as well as 22 dec 2017.
                          But my amount has not been credited so far. It is an absolute harassment to a senior citizen like myself.

                          As a last chance i take opportunity to complain you with request to resolve my issue and refund amount alongwith interest at the earliest. Otherwise, i will be compelled to approach consumer court authorities for the same along with compensation for harassment to senior citizen.

                          Hoping for proper and early resolution of my complaint.

                            Sir, I had registered for SBI junior associates exam 2018 vide Regd No. [protected] Name Jai Dayal Saini as an ex-serviceman. Sir I had registered my self for preliminary exams from Assam Guwahati as I am presently posted in North East presuming that exams likely to be held in the month of Mar Apr 18.                               I have received an SMS from sbiinb stating that" you have made two invalid attempts for my username on 22/03/2018 9.18 am..you are left with 1 more attempt and your access will be locked for a day post 3 wrong attempts" . But I haven't tried logging in and I have never stored my username on mobile or pc.. then how come someone know my username, is it possible for them to find my password too?? Ans immediately after seeing this msg I have changed my password and What else should I do now???

                                I was forwarded with the first credit card statement from SBI credit cards dated the 16th of Nov 2017 which was received by me on the 23rd Nov 2017. The details of which are as follows:
                                Opening Balance: 9063.46
                                Fees, taxes and Charges and charges: 953.82.
                                I observed the discrepancy of the fault in the billing and immediately responded by calling up the CUSTOMER CARE center wherein I was informed to raise a complaint using the email to priority.[protected]@SBI.com.
                                I sent the mail dated 23rd Nov 2017 to priority.[protected]@SBI.com, along with the bill as attachment but it was never delivered due to the recipient server did not accept requests to connect.
                                I continued sending mail to customer.[protected]@SBI.com, priority.[protected]@SBI.com but to no avail. Finally I had to direct the mail to [protected]@SBIcard.com on the 25th Nov 2017.
                                There was an ominous silence from SBI Credit Card Department’s end for the scheduled 3 days within which their department was due to revert back to me, on which I once again resent the mail on the 28th of Nov 2017.
                                On the 29th of Nov 2017, one Miss Jaspreet Kaur from Customer Service Head Team – SBI Cards replied to my mail by saying that:
                                we are unable to identify your account on our records as the card or account number is not mentioned in your communication and asked me to Please share the below mentioned details for further action.
                                * Pan Card Number
                                *Registered Mobile Number
                                *Complete card or account number
                                For which then I sent them the snapshot of the card.
                                There was once again an ominous silence from SBI Credit Card Department’s end till 9th of Dec 2017 when I received the first mail from their end and finally on the 11th of Dec 2017 Mr. Deepak Dhawan from the Priority Servicing Team SBI Card sent me the mail with all the details
                                It was when I browsed through the mail I became aware that the disputed transaction was carried out with a company called Jimmywalls enterprises.
                                The entire body of the mail dealt with the high end secure environment, enhanced multiple levels of security. It was more of an attempt at diverting the onus of the entire transaction to me.
                                The only thing that SBI credit cards possessed with them was that the dynamic OTP was delivered at my registered mobile number and no change in the contact details has been identified. SMS communications regarding the aforesaid transactions were also delivered at my registered mobile number.

                                Their stance was :
                                We wish to share that we at SBI Card or our vendors, do not solicit from the customer the key information pertaining to SBI Card e.g. CVV No., One Time Password etc. under any circumstances. Further, as a proactive measure to create fraud awareness amongst our esteemed cardholders specially to counter such unauthorized calls we leverage all communication modes e.g. mobile phone, email, card statement, our website and the social media as well to reach out to our customers and educating them on Dos & Don’ts especially advising them to not share the crucial information on SBI Card.
                                We would like to share with you that as on date Rs. 10, 902.28 is payable on your SBI card account.
                                Considering the aforesaid facts, the liability of the said transaction lies with you, however you may take up the matter with law enforcement agencies directly basis the available details.

                                Till this point of time I was blissfully unaware that such a company existed and such a transaction had taken place. It was simply because when there was a telephonic conversation which took place on the date suggested with the alleged hoax company, True caller installed on my mobile phone identified the caller as SBI Credit cards. The entire conversation veered on getting my Credit Card activated as I had still not received the PIN number. There was no reason for me to doubt the credentials of the caller as he called up with full knowledge of the credit card details held by me from SBI. The hoax caller confirmed all the necessary evidence required for verification. In fact when I gave a few wrong inputs, the caller corrected me
                                A couple of things came to my mind which I list as follows as queries:
                                1. Whilst the transaction was carried out on the 2nd of Sept 2017 why was I sent the first statement on the 16th of November along with the penalties instead of in the month of October?
                                2. Although SBI Credit Card Department were quick enough to enlighten me with the so called enhanced multiple levels of security incorporated from their end I reiterated that I have not supplied the caller with any OTP which I never received in my Mobile phone and that their claim that they have sent me the OTP to my registered contact number is false.. Also the message that the transaction having been executed never came to my registered mobile no., although they categorically said that the SMS to that effect has been sent to my mobile no. Otherwise I would have raised my concerns with immediate effect.
                                3. Why did it take so long for me to reach SBI Credit Card Department to address my concern?
                                4. If SBI Credit Card Department say that inability to identify my account on your records was the reason, how is it that a hoax company i.e. Jimmywalls Enterprises had all my details readily available at their disposal when they had performed the transaction with me under the garb of SBI Credit cards as identified by true caller installed in my mobile.
                                5. I was not advised by either the CUSTOMER CARE or SBI Credit Card to raise a dispute form to address this issue. One of my friends suggested me to do so and hence I filled in a transaction dispute form as a legal document towards settling this issue favorably and not harassing me any further by immediately quashing the disputed amount and abstain from adding any additional penalties.

                                6. What prevents me from accusing SBI Credit Card Department of collusion with Jimmy Walls enterprises as, I conducted a search on Google for Jimmywalls enterprises and realized a couple of things:
                                a. I was not the only person who has been conned as I identified that three more people Mr. Siddik M., Mr. Siva D and Mr. Mr. Kapil Gaur who have fallen victim to the con game. This was evident only because the three gentlemen had raised a complaint with WWW.CONSUMERCOMPLAINTS.in . I am sure that there will be more but for want of having raised the issue it has not surfaced.
                                b. In both cases Jimmy walls enterprises conned only SBI Credit card holders and the modus operandi was the same. (identifying themselves as SBI Credit Card, possessing all the vital information, poaching on credit cards which have not been registered or for which the PIN has not been sent). In some cases the victim did receive intimation of the transaction as well as the OTP. But then again, the onus has been transferred to the victim
                                c. I in fact feel that there is someone on SBI Credit Card Department’s end providing such hoax companies with insider information as result of which such incidences take place.
                                I sent in a detailed mail on 13th of January 2018 highlighting all the information that I have furnished as above to Mr. Deepak Dhawan. Having said this I have in my first mail on 16th of Nov2017 requested for immediate cancellation of the along with a confirmed execution of my request
                                After this there was a telephonic conversation with him on the 2nd of March, 2018, where in he continued harping only on one point that the OTP was sent to my Mobile number and that I had shared the OTP and that since SBI cards were not able to recover the money from the merchant the onus of payment falls on me. He continued to say the the matter was settled and no longer a dispute. It was then that I insisted that the matter continues to be disputed till all the queries that I had raised via my email be satisfactorily resolved and till such an end is not reached no additional penalties be levied upon the disputed amount.
                                I sent in a Mail on the 7th of March following the telephonic conversation and a reminder on the 16th Of March 2018, the details of which are as follows:
                                My dear Deepak Dhawan,
                                In continuation to the telephonic conversation that we had on the 2nd of March 2018, I am herewith taking this opportunity to remind you that you had promised to revert back to me with Clarifications to my queries within 24 hours.
                                I would now like to bring to your kind attention that:
                                1. In spite of my insistence that you provide me with clarifications on all the points that I had raised vide mail sent on 13/1/2018, I am yet to receive any kind of clarifications, in the absence of which I reiterate that the interaction continues to be disputed. A mere statement from your end saying that the dispute is closed is not acceptable as you have been conveniently avoiding responding to my queries.
                                2. Having said that I insist that you are not going to be levying any more penalties on the disputed amount.
                                3. To enlighten you further, the Jimmywalls/ SBI scam has got one more victim, One Mr. Kapil Gaur thus raising the total to 4 including me, wherein the modus operandi continues to be the same and only SBI Cards are targeted.                                 4. Your reactions to all my queries are more of a knee ### where in you keep on harping on only one point and that is sharing of OTP with the Merchant site.
                                5. I in fact allege that there is a strong collusion between Jimmy Walls and SBI cards and even go the extent of accusing you of sharing insider information with such fraudulent operators.
                                I now shift the onus on you to vindicate yourself and wish to inform you that if I do not receive clarifications for all the queries raised by me vide my email dated 13/1/2018 I will be approaching the consumer courts against SBI cards and not Jimmy Walls enterprises as I find you to be eluding my queries and constantly harassing me with repeated monthly statements with add-on penalties.

                                There has been no response from SBI Credit Card to the above mail although they keep harassing me by sending me monthly statements with additional penalties levied causing me a great deal of mental trauma.
                                I am surprised at how swiftly and conveniently SBI Credit Card have shifted the onus of this incident on the victims instead of nailing down the hoax companies. I am sure SBI Credit Card’s reputation has and will continue to take a severe beating unless they are sympathetic to the victim rather than to the hoax company.
                                I am also surprised at how SBI Credit Card have passed on the responsibility of pursuing the legalities of taking up the matter with the law enforcement agencies instead o[censored]sing their good offices and huge resources available at your disposal to help the hapless victims.
                                The victims are now in a catch22 situation having not received any services for the money that is being charged to them and the trauma of being hounded by SBI for no fault of theirs.
                                I also have noticed that in spite of having registered my interaction with SBI Credit Card after a great deal of efforts, they have been casual enough to send me credit card statement for the subsequent months with added penalties which has as of now magnified to 15353 INR as of 16th March 2018 and still counting.
                                I now hereby state that this is a disputed bill, for which I have raised my concerns and maintain that no additional charges on the disputed amount be levied till the dispute is settled.
                                To end this matter amicably I would like SBI Credit Card to maintain a sympathetic stance with me and forego the disputed amount and initiate a more stringent action against the wrongdoers rather than further victimizing the victims.

                                Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                This is with reference to your response my complaint on the Consumer complaint forum mentioning that you have been trying to contact me but unable to do so.

                                I would like to inform you that I am currently overseas and will be returning back to India only after the 4th of April.

                                Having said that I see no point in any more telephonic conversation since a detailed conversation has already taken place on the 2nd of March with Mr. Deepak Dhawan without any headway in the conversation..

                                I had at the end of the conversation insisted on Mr. Deepak Dhawan to provide me with clarifications to the queries raised by me in the mail on 13/12/2017.

                                In fact I take this opportunity to once again reiterate the fact that I deserve to get answers to my queries.

                                The dispute will stand closed only on successful clarifications in writing, to my queries.

                                In the mean time I insist that till such a time that you dont respond to my queries, I I should not be harrassed with repeated monthly statements with inflated penalties.

                                I repeat all the queries that I had raised once again for your kind perusal.:

                                1. Whilst the transaction was carried out on the 2nd of Sept 2017 why was I sent the first statement on the 16th of November along with the penalties instead of in the month of October?

                                2. Although SBI Credit Card Department were quick enough to enlighten me with the so called enhanced multiple levels of security incorporated from their end I reiterated that I have not supplied the caller with any OTP which I never received in my Mobile phone and that their claim that they have sent me the OTP to my registered contact number is false.. Also the message that the transaction having been executed never came to my registered mobile no., although they categorically said that the SMS to that effect has been sent to my mobile no. Otherwise I would have raised my concerns with immediate effect.

                                3. Why did it take so long for me to reach SBI Credit Card Department to address my concern?

                                4. If SBI Credit Card Department say that inability to identify my account on your records was the reason, how is it that a hoax company i.e. Jimmywalls Enterprises had all my details readily available at their disposal when they had performed the transaction with me under the garb of SBI Credit cards as identified by true caller installed in my mobile.

                                5. I was not advised by either the CUSTOMER CARE or SBI Credit Card to raise a dispute form to address this issue. One of my friends suggested me to do so and hence I filled in a transaction dispute form as a legal document towards settling this issue favorably and not harassing me any further by immediately quashing the disputed amount and abstain from adding any additional penalties.



                                6. What prevents me from accusing SBI Credit Card Department of collusion with Jimmy Walls enterprises as, I conducted a search on Google for Jimmywalls enterprises and realized a couple of things:

                                a. I was not the only person who has been conned as I identified that three more people Mr. Siddik M., Mr. Siva D and Mr. Mr. Kapil Gaur who have fallen victim to the con game. This was evident only because the three gentlemen had raised a complaint with WWW.CONSUMERCOMPLAINTS.in . I am sure that there will be more but for want of having raised the issue it has not surfaced.

                                b. In both cases Jimmy walls enterprises conned only SBI Credit card holders and the modus operandi was the same. (identifying themselves as SBI Credit Card, possessing all the vital information, poaching on credit cards which have not been registered or for which the PIN has not been sent). In some cases the victim did receive intimation of the transaction as well as the OTP. But then again, the onus has been transferred to the victim

                                c. I in fact feel that there is someone on SBI Credit Card Department’s end providing such hoax companies with insider information as result of which such incidences take place.

                                Request you to kindly provide me with the clarifications on all the above points raised. Having said that I now hereby state that this is a disputed bill, for which I have raised my concerns and maintain that no additional charges on the disputed amount be levied till the dispute is settled.
                                To end this matter amicably I would like SBI Credit Card to maintain a sympathetic stance with me and forego the disputed amount and initiate a more stringent action against the wrongdoers rather than further victimizing the victims.

                                I wish to raise a consumer complaint against SBI Cards for collusion/ conspiracy in a abetting a fraudulent transaction by passing insider information to a hoax company Jimmy Walls Enterprises, refusing to acknowledge a dispute in spite of innumerable security lapses from their end, marking the complaint made by me with the consumer forum as having been resolved expartite on 3rd of May 2018, without responding to the queries raised by me while simultaneously harassing me and causing mental trauma to me by sending repeated card statement with added penalties.
                                To enlighten you further, the Jimmywalls/ SBI scam has got 6 victims, wherein the modus operandi continues to be the same and only SBI Cards are targeted. (Courtesy Google and Indian Consumer Complaints forum). I am certain the numbers will be higher if they had been reported.
                                Please refer to the latest credit card statement where the original disputed amount 8001 has inflated with added penalties to 16820 and still escalating, despite the fact that the case is disputed.
                                I would request you to kindly help me with getting this matter resolved amicably.
                                I would like SBI Credit Card to maintain a sympathetic stance with me and forego the disputed amount and initiate a more stringent action against the wrongdoers rather than further victimizing the victims.

                                      Subject: i had submitted rti too. Requesting for legal action against rbo, imphal and branch manger, sbi, ninthoukhong.

                                      Respected sir/madam,

                                      I can’t tolerances such bank procedures, so let me express you in few words: since last october2017 (5 months) i applied a business mudra kishor loan from sbi, ningthoukhong, (Sbin0018749 / #[protected] /[protected]. When i asked updated status to the branch manager answered: wait approval or go and ask from rbo, imphal, manipur. Most of working days sbi, ningthoukhong, (Sbin0018749 / #[protected] /[protected] kept “no link / no link” posters in front of bank and closed the bank too. Regularly each of every after[protected] days queries sbi, ningthoukhong branch manager told me to submit insufficient documents and i had submitted again and again. Is it his responsive symbol of such institution or as branch manager?

                                      After my[protected] days, queries branch manager, sbi, ningthoukhong, (Sbin0018749 / #[protected] /[protected] told me to ask personally to the regional business office (14844 / sbin0014844), d c lane, imphal, #[protected] /[protected]. When i was in rbo, imphal, they answered : it was under process, within 2/3 days sbi, branch manager will informed you.

                                      After 4 days sbi, branch manager informed me to wait for sanction signal from rbo. After 5-10 days quires, sbi, branch manager told me “go and ask any updated from the regional business office (14844 / sbin0014844), d c lane, imphal, #[protected] /[protected]”. When i asked, rbo, imphal about our business loan status, he (Rnjan) answered: i did not review the project report but applied loan amount (6/7 lakhs) was very low, how could you startup your business /how could you marketing? I answered: please review the project report first. I already mentioned all the profits and lost too. Please review it.

                                      Here, i asked few questions :
                                      1) are they sanctioned more than 10 lakhs business loan without collateral securities of any new entrepreneur?
                                      2) if 6/7 lakhs business loan may not success our business, shall they sanction 500/600 crores business loan?
                                      3) are the fssai /bsi or others certificates mandatory before the constructing projects?
                                      4) if we cant applied such business mudra kishor loan, who may applied such startup/standup business loan/ only their relatives?
                                      5) who gave rights to play dramas with new entrepreneurs since last 5 months? Who is main director of such dramas?
                                      6) are there any higher authorities to review such procedures or personally by honorable chief minister ji?
                                      7) does branch manager, sbi, ningthoukhong or rbo loan staffs knows real meaning of newly registered company`s startup/ standup / mudra kishor business loan?
                                      8) who will be responsible of our incomplete constructions in the middle of spring (Storm) season and rainy seasons?
                                      9) are there mandatory rules of every new entrepreneur from jiribam/ ukhrul or any new entrepreneur must to bag 6/7months of alternate days to the rbo and branch manager for a business loan?
                                      10) what is the real meaning of manipur, chief minister`s orders “business loan for any entrepreneurs at few days with lowest documentations or will demolished the bank ”?

                                        Hi, i am bharat botle from mumbai. I am using sbi credit card for last 2 years. From past 6 months i was not able to pay my total outstanding amount but i have paid my minimum due amount on time every month.

                                        My credit card case is now operated by some collection agency of sbi bank and the agency is harnessing me every month. I was been told that the card can be settled for total outstanding amount in 24 installments. I was also been asked to give my payslips for last 3 months. I have given all my documents to the collection agency on 5th of march 2018. I got a call from collection agency on 21st march 2018 stating that we tried a lot for the settlement but your card will not be settled so you have to pay minimum due on 22nd itself as on 22nd only you new bill will be generated.

                                        I was surprised as these people told me that i don't have to worry at all on the card settlement and they will take care of everything and now these people are lying to me. They are calling me non stop from since today morning and demanding me to pay the money.

                                        I want to know the reality on the settlement process if any from sbi credit card team and want to settle my card. My card number is - [protected].

But I am getting sms from BX-ATMSBI very often stating that I am using SBI Debit card no 459XXX1031 towards cashwithdrawal.This sbi debit card does not belongs to me at all.
