Updated by jyoti sadafule Hi, I still haven't received any call from SBI, Now they must have added late fees+ tax and also hitting my cibil record.
My complaint is very clear, SBI charging me annual fees of 2999/- for the card I never received .
If you see my previous records, i always pay regular for the money I use in my card.
But SBI is very unorganized, never expected government banks do this .I have a card of HDFC and believe me there are so well organized, never faced any problem with them.
Sir, I am a middle class person the outstanding amount is come to 6000/- and the card i was holding also got closed but my account is still active they say.I cant pay for what i didn't use.
Please help, the last email i wrote to you was on 21st, still didn't here anything .they replied on email they called me and i didn't receive the call, in fact i didn't receive any calls.In fact i am waiting for the call desperately.
with lots of hope, i am writing this mail, please resolve my problem
