Sir i want deposit some cash in my account but problem is my account in jodhpur dost in rajasthan and now i'm live in rewari haryana so today i'm went rewari sbi rajeev nagar branch and deposit some cash but sbi staff not deposit nd he say to me don't come here next time nd say i never deposit your cash nd go another branch. Nd my problem is i have no debit card. I want for you plz fast action.

Last day one unknown user call to me about atm and net blanking detail got to me and my fund transfer to self account. his account in sbi so requested to please this AMOUNTS in freeze .

I have not received amount from the ATM. The Amount Rs.8000/- is debited from my ICICI Account and it was not automatically credited in to my account.

    Dear sir

    A refund of 799 rupees was successfully processed on 8 march2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

    I have called the state bank of india customer service and the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

    I have a account in sbi Bank I go there Nadbai rajasthan branch. I have a statement for online form. 5 costumer in a row but after 45 minute my number after it reply me our printer is not connect in any computer so go to home and try tomorrow. I am very tired to its matter.
    So please sir solve its problems.

      I had an sbi credit card which had a lien on one of my fixed deposits with sbi branch in mumbai, initially i was told just to submit a copy of fixed deposit to get this credit card, i cancelled the card in 2013 and cleared the last statement dues and even got a closing statement from sbi cards, my fixed deposit has matured in march 2018 but the bank says there is a lien on my fixed deposit by sbi cards, i have called sbi card card helpline but i am told they cannot find details of my credit cards,
      i am being harassed and dont know what to do to solve this issue, pls advise whom should i contact ?

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I applied credit card in SBI 2016 and they said will get limit of 36k but after a month when i track it says "We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time."

        Again i applied in 2017 (App No.[protected] and they told me that you will get limit of 111k and again declined.

        Now its too much 3rd time : Congratulations! Your SBI Card application reference no.[protected] has been approved* in principle with a credit limit of Rs. 266000. they declined again and again.

        Because of the my CIBIL score went down from 867 to 834 Approx.

        i have other credit card with limit of 129k.

        It means you are talking your own decisions. No standard protocol and system right. Then you you are running credit card service. I applied with Other company's credit card who provided me credit card 3 years ago with 20k limit and now they increased it to 129k. Because of SBI only my cibil score went down. It was very good score of 867. You know what simply you are taking our details to sell it and make profit only. Other wise how could SBI keeping one person in every mall and store for providing credit card all the time.

        Simply this is not acceptable reason to decline my application.

        This is completely scam to get people information to sell and making profit.
        Because the day when I applied for SBI credit card I'm received so many emails and sms for credit card and loans.

            Please be informed that I have a credit card of State Bank of India having no-[protected], on date 12/03/2018 I received a call on my Mobile at 12.33 PM from Mob no:[protected] which was actually a false number.The lady caller person told that I am calling from sbi credit card customer care, Are you Mr. Bidyadhar Sahu, S/O-Hrusikesh Sahu, I replied yes Mam than she asked me ' Can I know why you did not use your Reward point whose value is Rs.4998, today is the last date for availing this, do you want avail this. I replied yes Mam. then the lady said please pick up your card on your hand, for verification You name- Bidyadhar Sahu, Date of Birth-01/07/1976, Your card no.-[protected], I replied yes Mam.Then the lady said I will transfer your call to IDEA CELLULAR Machine please keep your mob. on hold.after few movements a lady said please dial on your mobile the 3 digit no of back side of your card other wise we can't proceed your facility then I dialed these 3 digit on my mobile, after dialing I had got two message from SBICARD that transaction have been made on card.The details are 1.Merchant/Establishment name-YESBANK, Transaction Amount-Rs.9, 990.00 2. .Merchant/Establishment name-IDEA CELL-BILLDESK, Transaction Amount-Rs.-4, 998.00 .Kindly urgently look in to this matter and resolve it.

              Is it mandatory to take sbi general group health insurance policy while opening a sbi account. My account has been debited with Rs 1300 while no such information being provided to me before debiting that amount from my account.I visited my local sbi branch executive, where he says it is mandatory to have such policy while opening a new account at their branch.
              I feel like i have been cheated by sbi.
              I don't want such insurance policy with my account and want to surrender this policy.
              And want my money back!

                there was a fraudulent transaction in my card on 07/03/2018 for 351.12 EUR (28404.02) by OSKAB 59WASQUEHAl. My card was blocked and i immeditely informed the customer care.I am unaware of this transaction and iam not responsible for the money.

                    I like to know whether the banks follow secrecy of customer details or not? I got my personal information from outside person and got shocked how can they come to know my details. Really felt bad about it. If he /she is an employee of sbi also with out my permission how can they access my details. I want an explanation for this from bank side. Please help me with the resolution of my concern as soon as possible.

                      Late fee is charged. But i have deposited in drop box a cheque of Rs. 10, 699/- (details: HDFC Bank, cheque no 00068,
                      dated 19/01/2018) on 19.01.2018 to your SBI Camac Steer branch (Shantiniketan Building, Camac Steet, Kolkata-700017).
                      I use to deposit it since last few months.
                      Now this time i got a call from this branch and informed me that this cheque will not be processed as this branch is not
                      operative for this function from 18.01.2018.
                      The next day i went your branch to collect the cheques. Your officers were so busy that they could not return me the
                      cheques within one hour. Then after waiting 1 hour i returned without taking the cheques.
                      How on the earth i know that your particular branch is not oprating to accept credit card payment from 18.01.2018.
                      i have not recived any intimation from your end that the particular branch will not accept credit card cheques from
                      18.01.2018.

                        I have savings account #[protected] in State Bank of India Narkatiaganj branch. My account is being kept on hold against any transaction and showing lien amount liability Rs. 300000.00 i don’t know what amount is this and why my transaction is hold even i have much balance in my account. Leave out of India now i am facing difficulty to handle my account through net banking.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          My self MD. Nadeem Akhtar, Account holder of SBI, Mango Branch (Code: 003465) Jamshedpur – 832110, Jharkhand. Last month on 14th Feb 2018 I had done four transaction from local ATM Machine at Moti Mahal SBI ATM Road No -13, Jawahar Nagar, Mango Jamshedpur and withdrawn Rs 10, 000 on each transaction (Total: Amount: 40, 000). After completion of transaction I had press the cancel button and completed the process but after few hours I got a SMS that Rs 12, 000 has been transferred from my account to other account, which I had not done. Immediately I rushed to our Mango SBI Branch and communicated all the story to Branch Manager Mr. Suraj Prakash Sonkhar that somebody had done transfer Rs 12, 000 to their Account (Transaction done from ATM). I have shown the passbook print to the Mango Branch Manager where clearly mentioned the transfer amount, Person Name and his SBI Account Number. I asked Branch Manager to call the Account holder and asked him to return the money or give me his all details I will FIR in police station against this Fraud but he has regretted to give me any details even I have asked him to show me the footage of CCTV I will try to recognized him who was in Que at ATM but Branch Manager has never helped me in this concern and shown very casual attitude. He told we cannot do anything. I'm really surprises to see this kind of service of SBI they are not bothering how the customer is suffering.

                          We already given all information of that Fraud Person his Account #, Name, Address and Mobile Number to the Branch Manager SBI Mango - Jamshedpur. We also given all information to Mango Police Station but till now no any progress from the Police or SBI Mango Branch Manager.

                          We are visiting and calling to the Police Station but no response they are telling we have so many cases are pending we will see what we can do. We don't know they lodge the FIR or not because whenever we are asking FIR copy they are not providing, they are telling you come tomorrow when we are visiting next day to the Police Station that person is not meeting with us when we are calling he is not answering. So the conclusion is no one is performing his Duties and Responsibilities. Plenty of ATM Fraud Cases are happening in Jamshedpur now a days why? Because no one is performing his duties and responsibilities neither Police nor Bank's that's why Crime is increasing day by day. We gone to S.P office in Jamshedpur and told all the story he ask us to write a complaint and submit. We did but till now no any progress.
                          Please help me to solve this issue.

                          Dear Sir, Till now no any progress from SBI on my Complaint against ATM Fraud happened on 14/02/2018. No one is giving any positive response to solve this issue. Police is also not co-operating and not taking any action against that Fraud Person. They all are keep silent. Please help me to get my Money back.

                              Mostly in sbi atm machine cash not available cleanness also poor condtion every time people visit the atm and try to take money but no cash avaliable in machine our basic requirment is provied cash in sbi atm machine and security guard also not present there

                                  I am holder of pension account in state bank of india, punjab ag university, ludhiana branch.
                                  My ppo is 623,
                                  I sm situated in noida. My pension is invariably transferred after 12 th or around of every month. I have tried to contact the manager telephonically, no one picks up, the phone. When ever i request some local, acquaintance to contact them, the reply us the man dealing with pensions is on leave.
                                  I am 83 years old and pension is my sole source of income.
                                  Pl, help and instruct the bank to timely disburse my pension.

                                  I am Prof. CPMalik holding PPO 623 in SBI. PAU Branch Ludhiana. For the last several months my pension is released after two weeks . I am 83 years old and this is my source of likelihood. Whenever Intryntomcontact telephonically no one picks up. When contacted through local acquaintance, the Manager Replies, the man dealing with Pensions is on leave.
                                  Pl help me in regular timely release of my pension.

                                    Hello sir my pos machine tid no :08882412 in sbi name sri balaji mithai bhandar sum of rs 772.90 is debited from my account on 09/03/218 has adaptor recovery charges - jun 17 but i did not replace any adaptor for my pos machine then y amount debited from my account. I have given severly complain to my home branch and pos machine opeartor but no use. They were blaming each other. I hope that my money will be refunded soon

                                      My complaint is bank not solve my problem . I apply a minor account (pahla kadam) but sir bank not provide parents kyc form(anexiture b) . sir मै 10दिन से हमेशा सुबह बैंक मे जाता हूँ परन्तु बैंक के कर्मचकर्मचारी भी ध्यान नहीं दे रहे है। बैंक के मेनेजर ने भी मेरे साथ गदा सलुख किया।

                                        State Bank Of India [SBI] — IMPS Fund Transfer Pending

                                        I have made IMPS transfer of Rs.30000/- from my SBI Account -to Hasti bank account on 13th of march 2018. Till today the online transaction status is showing pending . My blance is show 4754 only Neither the amount got credited Hasti account or back to SBI account. I have to pay my credit card bills, Loan, House rent and my daily expenses depend on this amount. I am literally facing stress every day. If it takes two more days I have to pay fine for late payment of my credit cards and loans in thousands.Plz slove this issues EMidaitly...Thanku
