Dear sir/madam,
I had a sbi savings bank account at namkum branch ranchi jharkhand. On 15.3.18 i went to atm at about 9 pm to withdraw rs 2000/- out of rs 4541/- available balance but amount not disbursed due to reason "insufficient funds account withheld". I see sms in my mobile send at about 8.20 pm by bank then i shocked to see that a lien of rs 1000000/- ten lacs have been created in my account. I never taken any loan from bank or never stood as guarantee for any one. What is this can any one tell me.

    A refund of rs. 1387 was successfully processed by amazon on 23rd feb 2018 which is not credited in my account yet.
    They have given me a reference number :[protected] and asked me to call the bank customer care.
    The bank customer team is not helping on this matter and not resolving the issue.
    I request you to follow the path back and locate the refund amount.

      My credit card was fraudly used on 24 th and 25 th oct.

      24 th: kyon apparel selfoss isl 104.00 usd rs.6752.54
      25 th: redcon, llc[protected].13 usd rs.3, 980.07
      I got a call to confirm that if i had made these transactions, after my saying no, thje guy adviced me to get the card block for safety, so after my confirmation the card was blocked immediately, and rs.3, 969.00 was credited to my account on 26 th oct 2017.
      I had made complaints several times that i had not done these transactions, i was held guilty after investigation done by the credit card department on their own without consuting me /enquirng me that the transactions made were not fraudelant.
      I have been using the card from long and made payments everytime of even rs.50, 000.00 how it is possible that i will spoil my credit for mere 6-7 thousand, moreover then why or on what basis the transaction done on 25 th of rs.3, 980.07 was credited.
      We request you to look into the matter seriously and kindly waive allother cahrges as i ahad made full payment of tha amount used by me.

        Wrong cibil update
        I have borrow an auto loan from state bank of india (Raghubir nagar branch) from delhi in 2014 an amount of 850000/- in 2015 i have go through an accident so due to that i am unable to maintain 1 emi in 2015 as tilldate[protected] i don’t know about that bounce emi was 14600/month now after 3 years as i know dat there is an emi bouncing in 2015 no one inform me till 2018 even no letter no contact from sbi toady i pay 25500/- with intrest for that bouncing now come to cibil they (Sbi) reporting to cibil that 32 missed& delay payment for this 1 missed and delay emi in my loan account but for your information there is no other bouncing in this account accept this one i think sbi only reporting to cibil but there is no contact with coustmer they are not for coustmer now as on[protected] i have close this loan account only for this wrost service from sbi now i am unable to get home loan credit card etc due to there stupidii am unable to upload noc letter for this account pleasesuggest and do needful for this how can i servive this in this matter there is no bouning since 2015 in this account you can check my bank account loan account

        I had auto loan from state bank of India Raghubir Nagar branch 15-20 days before I close it with full payment my loan account number is [protected] I enclose NOC letter from bank also form -35 and there emi bouncing today from my bank as my ist complaint they make me fraud and defaulter by there side Where can I complaint there is no response for customer cibil is only for bank hand and bank with these type of service make customer a good support

          I raised the complain on 9th March already via consumer complaints. SBI replied back with a reference number. They did mention to call back to discuss the matter. However, there is no call or mail on the raised concern.

          Can you please check with them? Reference # 26648 is assigned by SBI to my raised complaint.

              I had booked train ticket in paytm 2 times but it has failed.. Paytm is telling it has refunded the amount to bank but does not credited to my account and i have transferred 350 rs from paytm to my bank a/c it has been also not credited... And my account has deduction of rs 23.60 for 6 times for insufficient fund transferred but i tried to transfer the fund what i have in my account only for 3 times

                They all three persons shows me the weapons and ask me the password.

                When i was crying in front of peoples there's nobody help me and they all three persons force me to give up and at last i gave up on my knees and gave them my ATM password.

                      Dear sbi,

                      I have been looking to close my issue from 13 sep 2017 either by contacting to your customer care and by mails but no serious response to look into this matter.
                      It is amazing that 8 month is approaching but my complaints are still open.
                      I dont want to continue with your card reminding you and updated request fr closure in sep 2017 only.
                      1. Second year annual fee charged after confirming me free card from your side for second year, reversal the same
                      2. Late fees charged, reversal the same
                      3. New 2 cards i received are life time free told me its free as per my eligibility
                      4. Reason for delaying my issue 7 months still not resolution come
                      5. Close my account in jan 2018 after escalating my issue to social media.

                      I will not pay any amount until all issues has been settled by sbi sbi staff is unprofessional and lack of knowledge who given me a card as free but later they charge annual fees of around rs3600 its clearly a mis sale and fraud done by sbi and all executives varun

                        I have an sbi salary ac no opened in 2007. I use it for two three years after that i didnt oprate it. Now i lost my atm also.
                        I just want to know the account number because i forgot it and dont have even old passbook so how should i will get information about it
                        Whether it is present or not. I want to use it again but i am not getting the account no

                        I have a SBI savings account without having any SBI debit card but in my account statement there is a debit for annual fee of debit card . And I have also inform my branch but no measurable action is taken . So I request the authority to look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible.
                        I am working at Bongaigaon Municipality as UDA, permanent staff. My SBI Bongaigaon branch sanctioned a Housing loan under APON GHOR SCHEME (Govt. of Assam) to me and issued a latter on 16/02/18, Letter no. PBD/BR/801. But till date I have not received the amount. and my college Sumitra Singha have withdraw her loan amount who applied after me.

                            A refund of 799 rupees was successfully processed on 8 march2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                            I have called the state bank of india customer service and the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                              I had an sbi credit card which had a lien on one of my fixed deposits with sbi branch in mumbai, initially i was told just to submit a copy of fixed deposit to get this credit card, i cancelled the card in 2013 and cleared the last statement dues and even got a closing statement from sbi cards, my fixed deposit has matured in march 2018 but the bank says there is a lien on my fixed deposit by sbi cards, i have called sbi card card helpline but i am told they cannot find details of my credit cards,
                              i am being harassed and dont know what to do to solve this issue, pls advise whom should i contact ?

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I applied credit card in SBI 2016 and they said will get limit of 36k but after a month when i track it says "We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time."

                                Again i applied in 2017 (App No.[protected] and they told me that you will get limit of 111k and again declined.

                                Now its too much 3rd time : Congratulations! Your SBI Card application reference no.[protected] has been approved* in principle with a credit limit of Rs. 266000. they declined again and again.

                                Because of the my CIBIL score went down from 867 to 834 Approx.

                                i have other credit card with limit of 129k.

                                It means you are talking your own decisions. No standard protocol and system right. Then you you are running credit card service. I applied with Other company's credit card who provided me credit card 3 years ago with 20k limit and now they increased it to 129k. Because of SBI only my cibil score went down. It was very good score of 867. You know what simply you are taking our details to sell it and make profit only. Other wise how could SBI keeping one person in every mall and store for providing credit card all the time.

                                Simply this is not acceptable reason to decline my application.

                                This is completely scam to get people information to sell and making profit.
                                Because the day when I applied for SBI credit card I'm received so many emails and sms for credit card and loans.

                                    Please be informed that I have a credit card of State Bank of India having no-[protected], on date 12/03/2018 I received a call on my Mobile at 12.33 PM from Mob no:[protected] which was actually a false number.The lady caller person told that I am calling from sbi credit card customer care, Are you Mr. Bidyadhar Sahu, S/O-Hrusikesh Sahu, I replied yes Mam than she asked me ' Can I know why you did not use your Reward point whose value is Rs.4998, today is the last date for availing this, do you want avail this. I replied yes Mam. then the lady said please pick up your card on your hand, for verification You name- Bidyadhar Sahu, Date of Birth-01/07/1976, Your card no.-[protected], I replied yes Mam.Then the lady said I will transfer your call to IDEA CELLULAR Machine please keep your mob. on hold.after few movements a lady said please dial on your mobile the 3 digit no of back side of your card other wise we can't proceed your facility then I dialed these 3 digit on my mobile, after dialing I had got two message from SBICARD that transaction have been made on card.The details are 1.Merchant/Establishment name-YESBANK, Transaction Amount-Rs.9, 990.00 2. .Merchant/Establishment name-IDEA CELL-BILLDESK, Transaction Amount-Rs.-4, 998.00 .Kindly urgently look in to this matter and resolve it.

                                      Is it mandatory to take sbi general group health insurance policy while opening a sbi account. My account has been debited with Rs 1300 while no such information being provided to me before debiting that amount from my account.I visited my local sbi branch executive, where he says it is mandatory to have such policy while opening a new account at their branch.
                                      I feel like i have been cheated by sbi.
                                      I don't want such insurance policy with my account and want to surrender this policy.

                                        My card number [protected] in the name of Arumugarajan.
                                        there was a fraudulent transaction in my card on 07/03/2018 for 351.12 EUR (28404.02) by OSKAB 59WASQUEHAl. My card was blocked and i immeditely informed the customer care.I am unaware of this transaction and iam not responsible for the money.
