Today 13th march 18 morning i got a message from sbi your a/c xxxxx339457 debited inr 295.00 on 13/03/18 - transferred to investment intermedi. A/c balance inr 2, 124.99 can i know what is investment intermedi..?? I made a debit card payment of 500 rs as railway examination fee. From railway payment site showing sbi online at 3:00 am of 13/03/2018... This is to inform you that my mom have an account in sbi, since 23 years we had taken a gold loan 3 years back branch manager had kept account on hold as threatened us to recover the loan amount is this the way of recover the loan by threatened customers. This is to you have deducted 32000 from my account [protected] to my other sukanya account [protected] on date 05/03/18 due to this I am facing lots of payment related problem and also I talked to BM Sarita but the response from her was negative and no one is helping me i am spoy In Indian army and yet posted in jabalpur for training and my family living in pathancoat . Frequent cheque return without any reason in my saving a/c instead of balance availability or no mismach of sign atleast 20 cheques in last 5/6 months due to which i have suffer my creditibility and penalty from my customer or concern govt agency etc.

This complaint is against SBI Sreekaryam, Trivandrum.Being a current account holder of this bank, I'm not satisfied with the way they treat the customers even if they are senior citizens. They are very harsh in nature and makes the customer uncomfortable, as we are there as beggars. An SBI employee means are they the Supreme power? Kindly consider....
