I am Saily, I am having a very bad experience with SBI credit card. I am having a SBI card with [protected] . I have request my final n final settlement amount 3000 rupees against full amount 37000 based on Tracer letter BAN[protected]. Here onwards the problems are starting . After full and final settlement .SBI bank keep generating Due amount. I asked about this to bank ;they informed me your final settlement information not updated. Will make it soon. I completed the final settlement on February and still aim getting the due amount and now it crossed 40000 I scaled this to SBI top level.But now The bank's approach has changed currently they sent a legal notice to me. Now they treating me like a credit card fraud or criminal. So actually who is the criminal me or the Bank. So never ever trust any of the privet sector bank ; especially SBI bank.TomorRow "You will be become credit card fraud !!!". So we can change the SBI bank slogan. Transforming its customers to financial fraud . Down ..SBI bank...So people you think before approaching SBI bank or credit card. I am the living victim. Nowadays so many families are doing Suicide Because of this fraud tricks from private sector or public sector bank .RBI where are you. Is there any bank ombudsman in india..So take it is a serious matter.

    Amount has been refunded by online partner but i didn't receive the money
    I had made my payment on 7th march and they said that they had refunded the money but i didn't get my amount yet...so please concern my quiery and try to solve it

      I was paid my premium to Bajaj Allianz life insurance co.ltd of amt 10000/- on 14.03.2018 but transaction shown failed but amt.deducted from my a/c no. [protected].My SBI Debit card no.[protected] . I also received a mail for SBI debit card 459xx9700 for a purchase worth Rs.10000.0 on POS FSSSBIDCINSC at FSS DC INSURANCE txn#[protected]. i attach the document which shown that 10000/- deducted from my account. Bajaj Allianz life insurance co.ltd reporded after enquiry that they have not received tha said amount.

          I closed my savings account (Ac no: [protected]) with the sbi jivan bima nagar bangalore, on april 19 2017, the account which i was holding for over 15 years.

          On enquiry, i was told that they have done according to the latest service charges applicable. The amount of rs. 575/-was first deducted from my sb account and then they closed the my sb account.

          I want to confirm whether there is any charge for closing the account. I request the suitable reply from bank authorities. If i did not get suitable reply, the same thing i am going to write to honorable prime minister of india.

            I am trying from two days just to print my passbook when ever i reached to bank at topkhan ratlam a person named chandan bhatiya at your topkhana branch denied as well as he misbehaved and told me that i have no concern with your problem but he is your employee at your branch so how can he missbehaved with me i want answer and machinery is not working by last two three days that is not my problrm the person who complete that task is not my problem i want answer

                I ordered from myntra and paid by my debit card and later on i cancelled the transaction. Myntra has already initiated the refund of rs 3142 but it is not reflecting in my acount.
                Myntra has already given me the referenc number regarding amount
                I want sbi to check my account that any transaction is pending or not.
                I want sbi to credit my account with the respective amount.

                  Sir, i deepak kumar das would like to draw attention that my salary account (Pmsp salay accountbeing a force member) is maintained at sbi, kandsar branch, angul. During the year 2017, i have been sanctioned personal loan of rs. 7, 00, 000 and the rate of interest is 14%. But it is learnt that the rate of interest imposing against personal loan is high (Being a force person & having pmsp account). Further my colleagues having pmsp accounts and have sanctioned personal loan, the rate of interest is less than 14 %, which is varry at sbi branch from one location to other location.in this regard i have already submit my complaint but no fruitful reply has been received. Request to pass the necessary direction under intimation to me.

                      A refund of 2577 rupees was successfully processed on 25 february 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by 4 march 2018, but i have not received the refund till now.
                      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india complain branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken
                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.
                      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                        I, ritabrata nag choudhury, am holding a savings account (No#[protected]) with sbi bank. Till yesterday i have around inr 2.6 lakhs balance in my account and the account is in active condition (I made atm withdrawal of inr 300 on 18.03.2018). Today, 19.03.2018 evening i received an sms from sbi bank (No#[protected]) that “ hold for inr 10, 00, 000.00 created in your ac xxxxx239867 on 19/03/18….”. After checking my account online i can see that i have no amount left in my account and a lien amount of inr 10 lakhs has been created against my account.

                        I have no relationship (Loan, mortgage, demat account, credit card etc.) with sbi other than this savings account. I assume that this must be a mistake.

                        I would request you to investigate the issue with immediate priority and resolve the same.

                            We 40 Defence Employee have salary account in above bank. Govt have provided us with DSP facility in account. In this regard our office has written a letter alongwith govt order to convert our account to DSP account in Oct 2017. But till date no action has been taken by the Bank. Several visit and request has been made but all are useless. You are requested to do needful so that same facility should be provided.

                                The case has solved
                                I ordered in myntra for 804rs by 15th aug, and I cancelled it on the same day. But I didn't get my refund yet. When I asked to myntra they said that they Initiated the amount to my bank, and they asked me to contact my bank customer care with reference ID[protected]. When i used to contact my bank with given reference id, they said "no information is there as u said, and we won't do any kind of processing like this, we are 3rd party, u should ask with myntra only, we cannot do anything for this". Like this they replying. And I contacted again with myntra, " They telling the same that they initiated the amount and u should ask ur bank, if it is not working u can register a complaint to sbi. So i need to raise a complaint, and I attached my bank statement below.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I tried to do 2 transactions on 14th Mar, But failed both the times.Third time i tried it succeeded.But my money got debited for first 2 transactions(10500 + 10500).I did the following steps to get my money Bank.

                                  If i go to Bank.they are unable to track .Below is the steps i did for far.
                                  1.Visited Bank as per the Message, Bank is unable fetch and asked me to call Customer Care
                                  2.Customer care is unable to Fetch and asked me to raise Online Complaint
                                  3.In Online form i see TXN IDUTR NO, in the message i see only IMPS reference Number.Wen asked Customer care about this.They asked me to update the Passbook, in the these details will be there
                                  4.PassBook is printed but still unable to see TXDID\UTR NO:

                                    I am a customer of state bank of india, rajbir market charkhi dadri and my account no. is [protected]. In June 2016 I met Sh. Parsson prasad then branch manager of this bank and discussed about mudra loan scheme. He advised me complete the file of said loan and to deposit necessary margin money in my account. accordingly i complete my file for mudra loan and the same was deposited with bank in the month of june 2016 and margin money amounting to rs. 30000/- was deposited. After that I met several time with the then manager mr. parsoon prasad but he delay the procedure for sanctionin loan for one plea or another.
                                    In last December another manager joined here named sh. devender singh. I also met him and request him to sanction my loan. But as the same former manage he also not give me any satisfactory reply regarding my loan.
                                    After some time Sh. Devender Singh also got transferred and Sh. Vinay Kumar Jha joined here as Branch Manager. I again met him and again requested to him to sanction my loan and he assured me to get sanctioned my loan early. But after some time he also refused to sanction my loan without giving any satisfactory reason. He also blamed me to misbehave with the concerned loan manager Ms Kajal Kumari. I request him to called upon loan manager and enquired amout any misbehave with her. but the branch manager does not called the loan manager and refused to sanction my loan.
                                    when I again met to Ms Kajal Kumar loan officer and asked her to give back my loan file with the remarks that on which ground my loan can not be sanctioned. I astonished with her reply that she has given my loan file back to me. This is a matter of hardship and unnecessary financial burden upon me.

                                      Up til yet I have not got refund in my account of sbi
                                      I have made transaction from Sbi bank atm card and amount has been deducted but transaction is not successful and transaction id is[protected] dated 07.03.2018.my account no is [protected] and uptil yet I have not got the money refunded.payment amount of 29458 towards bajaj allianz life insurance
                                      Mene sir 3 month se atm card ke liye apply kar rhka par abhi tak nahi aaya
                                      I am trying to transact 40, 000 rupees from
                                      Atm machine on 28-02-18 at sbi branch industrial area Hisar road rohtak but atm machine don't give me cash and 40, 000 rupees deduct from my account no.[protected]...plz solve my problem

                                      Sir due to change of exam dates i want to change my exam center state for both tire 1 and 2. Please help me.

Savings Bank account holder of SBI( Branch code – 1895) Northern AV (dum dum). My A/c no. – [protected]. Due to RRB Examination frees, I have made transaction from Sbi bank ATM card and amount has been deducted 2 times, total Rs.500 but transaction is not successful. SBI Ref No.‘CPE9429770’ and ‘CPE9425139’, Date – 14/03/2018 Time – 9:45 pm & 9:54 pm.
                                      Please check online payment status. online payment status picture has attached below. Yet I have not got the money refunded. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                        I have a sb account in nasrullaganj sbi branch ac no [protected] since 2005. There is a hold of rs 2000/ since last 3 years. I have requested too many times to branch maneger for removing the hold. But not any respond. Bank ifsc sbin0001264, bank officers are not responding, facing the problem so many times...                                         My ATM card is valid from 03/2012. But the expiry date is not mentioned on it. So i cannot register net benting to my account online.
