Dear sir
This is to inform you that my sbi credit card no.4377 xxxx xxxx 4937 was used for fraudulent transaction on 2 of october 2017
All the 4 otps were obtained by hacking my mail (Evidence attached) and illegal sign in to my mail by unauthorized person (From delhi at 1.26 am on 2nd oct 2017) which led to success of the transactions.
Please find attached the evidence from google security check of the unauthorized sign in to my mail from delhi which was used to obtain the otps (From my mail) to process these four transactions. Apparently, i have not shared the otp for any of the four transactions. Therefore, i am not responsible for the following transactions which were carried on illegally by an unauthorized person.

I have already filed fir in cyber crime (Hyderabad) c. No 2905/ccp3/cyb/2017 dated 2nd oct. 2017.
However every day the sbi officials are calling and asking me to pay. How can i afford to pay such a huge amount that too the transaction is carried on by unauthorized during mid night hour ie., 1.26 am
The official say that the transactions has been done in secured way. There is no doubt about it but since the otp for all the 4 transaction were sent to phone (Which i did not share) and mail also; the miscreant has taken the 4 otps from my mail by hacking it.
Then why i should be responsible to pay.

Dear sir,
Thank you for considering my request and I expect fair justice. I am mailing the details as instructed by you. Here are few lines I wan to bring to our kind attention.

The following linesIN Brackets has be mentioned in the reply letter by the SBI officials which I would like to clarify

(We would like to share that we have completed the investigation for the said transaction. It has been observed that the transaction has been performed in a secured manner as the same has been validated by your card CVV and dynamic One Time Password (OTP) over the Internet/ IVR.

Further, we wish to confirm that as per our records, the dynamic One Time Password (OTP) was successfully delivered at your registered mobile number. Transaction alert SMS regarding the aforesaid transaction was also delivered at your registered mobile number. Considering all of the above, the liability of transaction in such cases lies with the cardholder.

My clarification

In reply to above lines of your reply I would like to remind you that OTP was delivered to my Mail also and to moblie. My mail was hacked (in DELHI) and OTP was taken illeally which means that I have not shared the OTP. I have already shared with you the Evidence from GOOGLE SECURITY that there was an illegal login from another device by an unauthorised person from Delhi at 1.26 am on 2nd of October 2017.Therefore I am not resonsible for the fradulent transaction done on 2nd OCT 2017.

Furtherore I have not replied or answered any call on 2nd of October.2017. I have a copy of the calls and messsages which states that No call or Mesaages has been made from my number/phone. I think you need to more justicable which should free the innocent people punish the culprit.

Huge amount(98, 100) has been transferred to MOBILE WALLENT and I am sure you will have the details of the numberof culprit . Why don't you track the culprit instead of Harassing the innocent customers?

From my side I have lodged A CYBER CRIME ON the same day when the fradulent transaction has taken place ie 2nd of OCt. 2018.

    I have already updated my mobile number through internet banking and it has successfully been updated but i am still receiving OTPs for my debit card payment on my old mobile number. I have registered a complaint 2 times but no use.
    Please help me out with it as soon as possible as it has been a long time struggling.

      What is this hell service of sbi.. Everytime there is a debit.. Why the hell service is i dnt understand... For withdraw 2000 they will deduct 33 rs same for 1000 rs also. Then balance enquiry also 12 rs... I dont know whether they r giving money to us free... Disgusting service of sbi.. I dont know why this typ of service is going on sbi atm service. Same like cheating on customer.

      Make sure the refund has been credited to my account asap
      Mere ac me se galati se payment cut gya he bank me application karne k bavjut payment jama na hi hua he bank me jate he to bolte he bank ki galti se kata he jama ho jayega application kardo app.ki lekin jama hua nahi he .
      Date of order of product was 9 Feb 2018 and refund was processed on 21 Feb 2018 also reference number was generated which is 187619. Please pay attention to the issue and do make sure to credit it in my account.

        I am a card holder of sbi. My credit card no. Is [protected] and the card saying is your sbi card ending no. Xxx8226 was decline for securty reason. Kindly activate my credit card urgently. I had transection of rs300 at freecharge whenever i tried to use my card the response code is 'your card is blocked for security reasons'. I am not getting the positive reply from authority.           I keep getting emails from state bank of india and citi bank stating my credit card is ready and i should submit the further details. They even provide a credit card number. I dont even hold account with them, neither have i applied for any credit cards. Yet it scares me, in the modern era where banking frauds are plenty as such... What this could be?

            Since 2-3 months i have been getting deuction in my balance as od pnl interest... What does it mean i didn`t know... A sudden increse of inspection rate had also hurted me... It should be 3000 and it deducted 8000 rupees... I am very unhappy about the service provided...

                Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.590/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                  My father is having account in state bank of india babial branch ambala cantt having account number [protected]. His pension comes in account. For pension loan he is entitled. He went to bank on 17.03.2018 for pension loan. After sanctioning the loan for 3. Lakh 50 thousand he asked for 15000 as commission which my father refused.                     I am using sbi credit card since last october 17. Somehow i lost my job and enable to pay my dues. Now sbi recovery agents are regularly goming to my home asking for payment.
                    On today[protected] they come with few peoples and telling that they will take away my refrigerator, tv and all. The are also tried to threat me physically as well but didnt succeed.
                    I am regularly telling them that i need some time to pay my dues. But threat like this i can not entertaine.

                        I had 5000 rs in my account firstly 194 rs were deducted immediately and then 23.60 rs was deducted four times due to insufficient funds despite having enough funds in my account... Kindly refund my 300rs else i need to close my account..
                        You provide very poor servicea to customers and being a student 300rs matters a lot.. Refund my amount else i will take step for it...

                          I have kcc account sbi gangani bank jodhpur, my kcc limit was 550000/- but i apply reduced my limit under 300000/- in 20 jan 2017, and deposit 240000/- and 30000/- and my loan amount is 287000/- on that time. And bank manager and field officer confirm that ki your limit is 300000/- and next interest rate is 7% and 3%subsidy. Next 27 july 2017 manager said that ki your interst is 5000 to 6 thousands. So deposit 5000. And present time new branch manager total interst claim 35000/- so pls give suggestion. What i can do and where complaint against sbi bank.

                            Hi...I am also going through the Same situation.

                            on 14th Mar my 2 transactions failed, but Money is deducted.

                            If i go to Bank.they are unable to track .Below is the steps i did for far.
                            1.Visited Bank as per the Message, Bank is unable fetch and asked me to call Customer Care
                            2.Customer care is unable to Fetch and asked me to raise Online Complaint
                            3.In Online form i see TXN IDUTR NO, in the message i see only IMPS reference Number.Wen asked Customer care about this.They asked me to update the Passbook, in the these details will be there
                            4.PassBook is printed but still unable to see any details.

                            Is your Issue resolved.How to get this resolved and get my money back?

                                During withdrawl from sbi atm adampur, punjab. India. A torn out note of rs 500 rupees came out. I have gone to atleast 50 shop in market. No body has taken. Same day i could not purchase a very valuable item for me. It is totaly wastage of time and purpose is not solved. Requested to bank manager/cotractor/rbi team to load good and correct note and not to waste valuable time of public.

                                  Sbi team is running scam from their call centers, before renewal & after renewal of my card i was promised that i will soon receive rs 6000 vouchers which i have selected. From the day of renewal i have sent no of emails to every department but every time i just receive again a fake promise and at last i received a confirming email from sbi team that your vouchers are redeemed already. After asking for clarification that who redeemed my vouchers sbi have no answer. I know the answer sbi employes are enjoying on our credit cards.

                                  Request you to kindly do the needful & help me to stop fake business of sbi. All emails and proofs i have with me if required please let me know.

                                    I want to say i have done irctc booking recently for journey. But issue is tht my money has been deducted but no tickets have booked. And no news about refund of this transaction. I had also concerned to irctc. But they told to contact ur banker. So

It is debit rs 2714 from my account for account statement. Why sir debit big amount in my account for account statement also i have extra paid rs 440 for duplicate passbook. Please sir my account and reply to me wrong debit txn :- date 14 mar 2018 account no [protected][protected].[protected].[protected].[protected].00 account no [protected][protected].[protected].[protected].[protected].[protected].00 i have many time written to sbi bank gurdaspur, but sir who is not taken action on matter, thereafter i have written to you, attached account statement

                                      Sir when i was taken bank account statement from bank Staff Arora Ji, who is not clarification to me about bank bank charge and who was not said to me about any charge of bank. but my father Inderjit Singh account no [protected] taken bank account statement from same branch and same date, but sir which my father account not debit any charge. why sir debit Rs 2714 from my account. i hope you will be solve my complaints

                                        Address: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, 695581

                                        Sbi technopark have unexpectedly closed by active account with prior notification or warning. I have got balance of 2kl + amount in my account. After closure only i got a message from sbi and then i have transferred my amount to other account. Then i requested to reopen my account since it has been linked with many resources. (Pf account...), but they are not ready to reopen my account.
                                        Opened my account on 2010.
                                        Account got closed on 24/01/2018.

                                        Please give me a solution.
