Sir,
A refund of 612.55 rupees was successfully processed on 02/03/2018 to my account by Amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but I have not received the refund till now.
I have contacted the SBI customer care service and also the state bank of India branch with all the details including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has resolved the problem & no action is being taken till now.
Also, I have contacted with the Amazon.in customer care and come to know that they have successfully processed the refund. So, I kindly request you to go through the charge dispute to locate the pending refund and follow the path back to Amazon payment processor. The information regarding the transaction are given below.

    We withdrew rs 10000 from obc bank atm using sbi account atm card on 19-12-17. Connection was lost during the transaction. Money was deducted from the account but atm machine hanged & we didn’t receive the money. We complained about it in both the banks multiple times but no action has been taken till now. Our sbi customer complaint no is [protected] on 22-12-17 but problem has not yet been resolved. We have been reminding the bank both verbally & in writing but to no avail. Sbi bank manager & staff have been acting with deaf ear to our problem. Though our documents have been sent by sbi customer care but branch manager is refusing to have received it till now. Kindly help.

          Today 13th march 18 morning i got a message from sbi your a/c xxxxx339457 debited inr 295.00 on 13/03/18 - transferred to investment intermedi. A/c balance inr 2, 124.99 can i know what is investment intermedi..?? I am asking this question because i had visit my brach bank but they told mi u had got a penalty of ecs of home credit but i had done the payment in cash to the home credit person on 9th march 2018 and home credit excutive had told me that u will not get penalty u pay by cash to home credit excutive.             I hanumant jadhav my credit card number is [protected] and my register contact number is [protected].

            Last three month i m not working so i am unable to make payment. Before 4 month ago i am applied for credit card settlement also give the amount 10000 to recovery executive and he tel me remaining amount remaining payement paid on when will received the settlement receipt. But he didn't received my called to give remaining settlement amount but he didnt answer the call.

            Last 2 month back another recovery executive call me his name is aniket and hip mob number [protected] for payment. I m clearly told him i don't have money but he told me that he will pay the money and you return me once money come but clearly told don't pay the amount but he paid 1300 on 7 jan 2018. I am asking why you pay then he told me have some target that's why he will paid the amount.

            On this month 9 mar one recovery leady called me on my mother number and shouting and also using abusive language like... Our executive will come to ur address and through the all house equipment on road... This kind o[censored]sing the language.
            And mentally harrest to my mother.
            Today means 13 mar i called that leady and asking about this thing she told that she never say anything to my mother, i have this call recording. I told her will do conference call, on this called she also shouting my mother and she not tel this thing and saying my mother is laying and at end of the call she agreed she say all this things.

            My mother is heart patient her bp was increased when she leads called to my mother and if something will happen tell me who is the responsible.

            I want action against that leads if i am not receiving any kind appropriate solution till today eod otherwise i am directly complaint against that recovery leady and bank in police station.

            I have all proof against that leady how she talk with my mother on phone, i have the all recording of calls.

            My has deducted 260 rs from my account in the name of annual charges . But why that much ?
            Very strange services, i am staying in the heart of the pune city. not a single atm is cooperating. [censored] services...
            This is the case of sbi sohramau unnao branch where staff was rude and reluctant to do the work specially a lady staff. Din't link my adhar to my a/c and din't relpace my old atm card. In the absence of branch manager staff members were wandering in the market during business hours. They had the excuse of having no connectivity in the branch.

                  From so long time gas subsidy is not crediting in my bank account. I complained at hp gas agency m/s bathera distributors, udaipur, rajasthan. He told me that my aadhar number is not linked with by bank account. But as per bank record my aadhar number is linked with my bank account. After this happen i am going to his office again and again but he is not responsing. He said that you should open a new bank account.
                  Now you tell me how this possible. I am unable to open new bank account and unable to go daily their office. I want my subsidy in my saving account.

                  After all of these i were complained in national consumer care. They were also complained in head office of hindustan petroleum but still they are not revert.

                  Kindly do the needful asap.

                    I made a debit card payment of 500 rs as railway examination fee. From railway payment site showing sbi online at 3:00 am of 13/03/2018... The amount got deducted from my international debit card but it is not reflecting in rrb allahabaad website... I mailed the same events to the rrb helpdesk but they replied and told to make payment once again... What is the procedure now?

                      Dear team

                      This is to inform you that my mom have an account in sbi, since 23 years we had taken a gold loan 3 years back branch manager had kept account on hold as threatened us to recover the loan amount is this the way of recover the loan by threatened customers. Sbi losed 20 years of trust by doing this disgustic activities to recover money. This is not fair. Actually we had taken gold loan on my mom's accounts and given to my brother. My brother is not in the situation to clear the loan and my mom were having rs.83000 amount in my mom's accounts for emergency purpose. Sbi thought that this is the chance to recover the money to kept account transaction on hold. We got noticed from the sbi piler branch that we have to clear the loan. But we informed them we cannot clear the loan. They can talk that gold we don't have any objection on that. For 32 grams of gold we have taken rs.50000 loan now as per gold market rate 32 grams approximately rs.85000 we have taken rs.50000 + interest 18000= 68000/-. Have to pay that's it. But the bank people threatened us like if you won't recover the lone, bank will sell the gold if they sell rs.68000 won't get means we will take your money from saving amount of rs.80000. If they sell that gold they will get the more that rs.68000 nearly rs.85000. How come they will talk like that they won't get they will deduct money from the account. When we have taken the loan at that time no one has not informed about this thing. They had not informed about terms and conditions. When the recovery time comes they had threatened the customers. Is this the real service which provides by the sbi bank. Middle class people will thing that banks are secured for money. But bank people only threatened the people like this, where the people can trust on banks. After that once we clear the money they haven't provide us the bill. When we ask the bank person to give bill receipt for that he gets angry and he shouted on my mother. Is this the responsibility of bank persons doing the work. What right he has to shout on my mother. Is this way of behaving with old women's. No employee is responsible for their work in sbi. For each and every thing they will gets angry on the customers. Sbi is a service based bank. Not even sbi all banks are like that only. Bank employees should have patiention. If they don't have patiention and irresponsible in their work is they fit for job. Kinldy suggest you, try to convince the customers to clear the loans but don't threatened them. Its is not at all good activity. Requesting to take action on this. This activity done in piler branch.                           Today is 191 days still not received full amount?

                          I was received rs 80, 000, balance amount still pending rs 34, 000, when will you refund balance amount???

                          I have not received any mail about refund rs 80, 000, why is rs 80, 000???, when will you give balance amount???.

                          Still, i am waiting my amount.

                          I clearly mentioned in mail my cell phone is under repair 3 days 9th september to 15th september i just hear the news money was hacked from atm machine those people are withdrawal the money from south indian atm machine the last 7th to 9th of september, i am shocked i am also with drawl from south indian atm machine last withdrawal i was gone south indian atm machine the date is 9th september 2017.

                          My friend called me on 11th september he told me maximum people amounts of money are hacked in south indian atm machine you check your account i am totally surprised i also with drawl from south indian atm machine from last transaction 9th september.

                          11th of september i am in the office, my office is vikhroli lbs marg when my friend was called i was checked the amount nearest atm machine in my office is bharat bank atm i was checked & is total empty too much is late.

                            Dear sir,

                            I would like to bring to your notice that the management of said branch is very poor, bad due to customer dealing in the branch & no one is handling the grievances of sbi customers.

                            No person is addressing to the customer grievances. It is a bad management of branch manager & even not responding properly.

                            No special arrangement for old & handicapped customers, even though the handicapped people are also sitting in the same row those are not able to stand properly..

                            It is humble request to you, please change the management of said branch & hired more efficient people who may know their role & responsibility & trained them frequently about the customer handling & addressing their grievances.

                            Please look into the matter & take the appropriate disciplinary action against the branch officials, who are entirely responsible for this kind of act/ behaviour.

                              Ganta chakrapani having an a/c in the sbi main branch kakinada. A/c no [protected].
                              When i tried to withdraw rs 500 from my a/c [protected] on 13th march this year around 0730 am from the sbi atm venkatnagar at the time atm machine didn't gave any money to me but deducted my balance i didn't receivedvd any money nor any reciept from the atm.
                              But when i got a message from the bank that balance was deducted from my a/c.

                                      On 1st of march a lien amount of ₹10000 had been imposed to my bank account for unknown reason. On 2nd of March there was a EMI transaction which bounced on my name. Later i spoke to the customer care service and they asked me to speak with the home branch. Later on the 6th of March additional 10000 had been added making it to a total of 20000 as lien amount. On the 9th of march a credit of 10000 has been made by SBI with a description that ‘non disbursed amount on march 1st’ but, the withdrawal of that 10000 was successful. I have nothing to do with this but still I have to pay the to the Bounced EMI on my name which happened on 2nd of march. I met with the deputy manager on the 12th March regarding the issue At 11 pm, he made me wait till 1.pm and asked me to come back at 4.00pm. Yet i was there at 3:30pm and enquired. He asked me to wait till 4:00pm. As there were other customers i had to wail till 5:00pm and then after reading my complaint, he asked me to go to the service counter for clearance. As soon as I appeared at the desk, the Madam without even looking at my plea turned me down asking me to comeback the next day. I slamed the desk and took the letter to the branch manager for any further action. Branch manager turned me out saying that i have come after working hours. I have asked them to check their cctv footage regarding my entry and exit timings but the branch manager without even hearing to my version of the story turned me down. In the end none other than me is at the loosing end for a mistake i have never committed. I am afraid that my CIBIL scores will go down because there is delayed payments in my EMI. What should i do next can anyone suggest. I am a working person working at site. I have requested leave and taken permission for just one day. But, just for a work of half and hour the made me wait the whole day. If SBI is ready to pay for my bounced EMI and my working leave a would be readily present every day till my account is fully functioning. Below is the attached images for the written complaint to the Bank. SBI defence colony branch

But money has been deducted from my acct (137.85 and 1165.85). Now I am requesting to you please to refund the money after rectification in your end. Your deduction authority is[protected]sh dated 21/2/2018(for Rs137.85/-) and OTHPG133839 dated 22/2/2018 (for Rs 1165.25/-). Thanking you in anticipation.
