Hello Sir,
With lots of hope, i am writting this email.
SBI customer service is the most pathetic service i have recieved.
I am contacting the SBI customer service since 5 months to resolve my query but everytime i get different answer or else there system is never working or the call is 20-25 on IVR.
There was a platinum card issued on my address however i never received the card so the card was return to Sbi bank.I received SBI Call stating the card is return to them as no one available on given address.
I requested them not to send the card and I will continue...

    My name is Hareram Kumar . I have SAVING account with SBI saharsa bazar .

    AT last night 21st of march ..when i awake in early morning .i have seen that there are some fraudlent international transaction with my ATM .
    TXN# 319831 - RS 3602
    TXN# 319837 - RS 1646

    I dont know about these transaction and never ever share my pin and atm details to anywone. I attached that statement with this mail ...please consider about this mail ..and Help to recover my lost amount as soon as possible .

      Hello sir,
      With lots of hope, i am writting this email.
      Sbi customer service is the most pathetic service i have recieved.
      I am contacting the sbi customer service since 5 months to resolve my query but everytime i get different answer or else there system is never working or the call is 20-25 on ivr.
      There was a platinum card issued on my address however i never received the card so the card was return to sbi bank. I received sbi call stating the card is return to them as no one available on given address.
      I requested them not to send the card and i will continue with my old sbi titanium card.
      They charge me 2999/- in my next bill as the annual fees for the platinum card which i never received. On every call customer service people confirm they will deduct my annual fees however they never deducted infact they added late fees and tax which affected my cibil report as well.
      Now i got to know my new card details are added on my account which i never received. Customer service do not have the old conversation also what i had with the previous customer sevice guy. They dont have any records.
      One genuine boy aniket from sbi customer service guy help me with refno to wave off the amount. He confirmed call back on 3rd of this month and close your account once the amount is wave off.

Finally i visisted a nearsest branch where the sbi officer called from her mobile and the call got connected as per her emp id. The person there confirm my late charges and final charges are waved off but my annual fees cannot. I confirm the reason why i didnot pay, late fees got cancel and the actuall annaul fees you guys are not cancelleing. He didnot help me on call and ask to send email. I am really feedup, please help me i cant pay for what i didnot use.
      I am sure lots of people are facing issue with sbi credit cards and custome serive we are getting

      Hi, I still haven't received any call from SBI, Now they must have added late fees+ tax and also hitting my cibil record.
      My complaint is very clear, SBI charging me annual fees of 2999/- for the card I never received .
      If you see my previous records, i always pay regular for the money I use in my card.
      But SBI is very unorganized, never expected government banks do this .I have a card of HDFC and believe me there are so well organized, never faced any problem with them.
      Sir, I am a middle class person the outstanding amount is come to 6000/- and the card i was holding also got closed but my account is still active they say.I cant pay for what i didn't use.
      Please help, the last email i wrote to you was on 21st, still didn't here anything .they replied on email they called me and i didn't receive the call, in fact i didn't receive any calls.In fact i am waiting for the call desperately.

      Please refer to attachment showing rs1910/ "simple home charge" debit on date 09/02/2018 to my loan account from monthly emi paid of which no official concerned answers satisfying.since i never opted for such an expense nor any clause of loan agreement allows it the amount rs 1910/ may now be refunded to me as i disagree and not bound to bear it.

        My name is mohd ajmal hussain & account no [protected], i would like to say i filled two forms for jamia millia & i did payment two times for two form on the 06/03/2018, but three times balance deducted from my account, for the solution i complained online on the 13/03/2018, in response a mail sent to me in wich a ticket number ([protected]) was given, when i checked status by ticket number, status it was "your transaction is correct & go to branch for further details" then i went to branch for details but said to me there, 'we can't do anything, so plze help me what should i do??

          I applied for withdrawal of my mutual fund blue chip scheme amount more than one month ago. My folio no is[protected]. Still now i have not received the money in my registered account number. Every time i contact with the branch manager and even with the concerned person from raipur office, it is told that your work is on process.
          Let me know how many days still i have to wait to solve this problem.

            On 26 feb i have done 04 transection through irctc. Out of 04 transection 02 transection was failed but amound was debited. The amount is 745 & 780 rs. Irctc and sbi customer care are not giving proper response.

Lakshmi indane gas agencies, tirupati linked up aadhar[protected] with sbh on[protected]. As per pahal status, it is being shown as bank not linked up with aadhar. Tried to register through lpg toll free no:[protected], but not sure of my complaint being recorded. Please arrange for lpg subsidy from the date eligible at the earliest. Unable to move from pillar to post, being an aged widow and uncertain about the cause of delay though my aadhar number is available with both lpg agencies as well as the concerned branch as per records. Hope this will draw your attention for early redressal.

                Dear sir

                I had submitted a completed and approved application form for opening of an sb account on friday 16th march 2018 at sbi sector 11 dwarka branch. We were told that the account would be opened the next day itself but today i. E. 21st march 2018 when i visited the branch to know the status of my account mr. Shambu roy deputy manager of the branch told us that the account is still not opened. He was busy preparing some personal envelope to send a book to one of his relative when there is a big queue of customers waiting in front of him. When i inquired the reasons for the same he said the system is not working since friday itself and gave us a cold attitude. Is it the way sbi is planning to compete with the leading private banks of india? According to your chairman mr. Rajnish kumar 'frontline staff are the face of the bank' if that is so then i am sorry to say that the face of sbi is not attractive at all. Please open my account immediately and also direct your staff to be more polite and efficient.

                  The sms i have got from bank, and balance becomes zero., i went to bank they said submit kyc.
                  My complaint is simple sbi should send a message for kyc, why this massage of scandulas amount. An enquiry must be done. And also to state i have salary account in sbi, and am unable to withdraw money for last two three days.

                    During filling the form of railway recruitment i make online payment through sbi debit card. But it goes failed but sbi deducted the amount of form. When i asked for the refund of my amount they denied the request and they say u have successfully completed the transaction but it does not happend.

                      I did try to purchase some item with help of sbi credit card. The card status for transaction was failed for all four time when i tried. This was the case in november 2017. But company charges me for one transaction which was failed failed and they show this charges in their statement. I did complaint regarding in above said matter in the month of november but it is now march ending and the dispute is not resolve from company side. I am suffering physically mentally and financial with this kind of behaviour of company towards their customer. Please help me...

                          I am using sbi bank account for years now but at current i am facing an issue that the mobile number i registered has been changed automatically with out any intimation to me and while i called to customer care they only making a sorry and continuously asking me to go to my home branch or asking me to register again through online banking while doing with online banking there is no response and was saying that there is some error and i am 1000 km far from my home town so how can i manage to go home as i am having lack of money. Please help me out and reply me this is serious security issue

                            Sir my Sbi accounts are [protected] and [protected]. During this month I tried different times from both the accounts to transfer Rs 45000 towards my BOI account no.[protected]. But due to the technical problems the amount is not transferred. But the bank deducted Rs 18.88 from both of my accounts. Later I transferred the amount through bank. So please recover the amount deducted from my accounts . please stop exploiting the genuine customers.

                                I have use SBI ATM card on dated 10.02.2018 at 2:04 pm in HDFC ATM machine Gorakhpur with transaction number[protected] and I am not received money from ATM machine but balance Rs. 10000/- deducted from my saving bank account no. [protected], and display masses on ATM screen " Transaction Time Out ". Again try at 2:15 pm with transaction no.[protected] then I have received money Rs. 10000/- .
                                Regarding this 1st or 2nd false transaction / deduction I am approach the SBI branch (SBIN0012828) Manager and customer care via complainant no. [protected], but 1st deducted money Rs.10000/- not credited in my account till dated and replies not satisfactory.
                                So, I request you sir, kindly look into the matter and check CCTV footages and credit my balance.
                                So kindly check both transaction and oblize me.

                                  My Account shows existing funds of Rs. 22, 802.44 as on date 29.10.2017. When i tried to withdraw money from atm namely mukand petrol pump located at jogeshwari (w)
                                  on 06.12.17 it showed insufficient balance and charges were deducted for the same, this happened for three consecutive times.
                                  I have written to Branch manager of SBI at jogeshwari (w) for the same but there has been no correspondence for the same in the last three months, hence i have escalating the matter to the vigilant team also but response from them.

                                  In my passbook it is showing 4 times set on hold for amount 10000
                                  and 2 times delete hold for amount 10000 don't know for what reason my money is kept on hold

                                    A refund of 2649.00 rupees was successfully processed on 30 January 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                    kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                      Regarding SBI Card no. [protected]

                                      It took almost 1 year of my writing numerous mails to the SBI to provide me the statement and they send 83 individual statements which I have to sort out . Anyway, the issue is that I was offered one time account close at Rs.35000/- or 16000/-as settlement amount.I wanted to rectify my cibil and was interested in paying Rs.35000/-, so I personally spoke to their official
                                      Mr.Joshi regarding my financial position and requested him that I can pay the 16000/- amount in instalments, and if all goes well with me then I would like to clear the balance amount of Rs.19000/- to close the account by paying total amount of Rs.35000/- which Mr. Saurabh Joshi at that time agreed, but after I cleared 16000/- and went back to him to pay the remaining 19000/-, he backed out. He said that his team is not agreeing and he will not be able to extend that relaxation . SBI team's unethical, unprofessional approach has led me to go through the hardship, where I am now finding it difficult to approach institutions to avail any loans.

                                      I have been writing mails to SBI Chairman's office for last one year and there is no reply from their office. They simply send the mails to the place from where the problem got escalated. If the credit card division failed to resolve and chairman's office is not ready to listen to the customer's plight even after 1 year of mail trail then their office is failing in every aspect of customer satisfaction.

                                      If Chairman's Office also fails to resolve, then where a customer should go. The only way forward is to go public or legal. SBI bank may have big legal team or there may be plethora of advocates, over confident of winning cases with their legal terms feeling proud in cheating the poor indian citizen. I have waited for quite some time and can not wait any more so I would request you to please get resolved my issue. I will also be lodging this complaint with institutions of print and electronic media, police, courts of law, Govt. regulator. Ministry, ministers, NGO’s, social and public forums to see common person's plight.

                                      I must show every one that how they are squeezing blood of a common man that even after paying Rs.112000/- against my principal amount of Rs.41611/-, they still demand Rs.31000/- using Cibil to their advantage.Please take this issue to a level becomes bigger and can expose all misdoings of them who are using technical terms to fleece the innocent customers. So, once it's out in the open it will be difficult for them to cheat and swell their coffins
