I am using windows phone. I use to with your sbi anywhere application since a long. It is regretted that, adding beneficiary feature is not up dated in windows store... It is requested to update on windows store... It is not necessary to have a pc for your every customer of sbi... I had some problem with transferring the funds... I am sure for actions from your database management... Thank you very much and i wish 🌠 the institution a bright future...

    Sub: incomplete transfer of the account.
    Dear sir/madam,
    I have an account in sbi in which it has been taken when i was doing my job. Now i completed my job and i want to transfer the branch account cif from maharajpura branch, gwalior to akaveedu. The account has been transferred but the cif no has not been changed. My both atm cards not in use, now i want a new atm card. But here i got a problem that my cif no has not been changed. So i cannot able to get atm card at my new branch and not able to change registered address on online banking. This shows the irresponsibility of the people working over there. My work is getting disturbed because of this matter. Plz acknowledge this matter. I request you transfer my cif no as well as registered address on online sbi. Please do needful in my account and complete my work...

      Today i recieved a call from [protected] (Ramu kumar, bihar) (As of deatails shown by true caller) at 11:40 today. The man on other side told me that he is calling from bank and my atm card is going to block soon and asked for details in order to unblock it. I asked him from which bank he is from to which he answered sbi. I understood it was a fraud call as i don't have any account in sbi. I asked him to give his details for which he started abusing me and diconnected.

      I request you to please seriously look into the matter as it is the third time i got a call from such fake number.
      Please revert back as what actions you would be taking against them, because most of the time i don't get replies from concerened authorities and this misdeed keeps happening again and again.

        Dear sir,
        My name is paramjeet. My account is in sbi bank branch name bus stand road, mahendergarh. I have make a transaction of 3365 rupees on 1st january through internet banking but the amount is cut from my account and payment not done. So, i complaint to sbi customer care on 6th january and the complaint no. Is. Then on 10th january there is a call by mob. No.[protected] on my mobile no. [protected], caller told that i am from sbi and you have submitted a complaint on 6th january about transaction fail and tell some other details, so i believe on him and he ask my banking details so i tell him. And then he said for reverse transaction of your money we have to done a reverse transaction and for this you have to tell me a code that you receive on your mobile no. And then he empty my account and done two transaction of 3365 and 3365 rupees, a some of total 6730 /- rupees. Then i call sbi and tell about the matter. They tell that you become victim of online fraud. Please help me sir.

            Hello,

            I have been charged rs. 23.60/- as "insuf bal atm decline charge-080118" after i withdrew rs. 30, 000/- from my account and that too from sbi atm and a day before this charge was levied.

            I'm unsure why this charge has been levied although i'm maintaining and withdrawing within minimum balance limit.

            Please refund the amount!

              With reference to the above credit card number last 4 digit 0267, i would like bring to your notice that the above card has been stopped using from the year 2010-11.
              But in spite of that we have been receiving statements from your side, wherein you have been charging me for the unused card. Also want to mention the expire date of my credit card is 2014. I have already called up customer care and mentioned the above issue but still we are receiving the statement of the unused credit card.

              I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue. At the earliest. Henceforth kindly discontinue to send the statements.

                  I was paying CBSENET a sum of 3000 plus 35 as bank charge that is total 3035.4 rupees on 18 Dec 2017 from my debit card 5596XXXXXXXX8845. When the page returned to CBSE site, it showed payment unsuccessful but then I checked my balance to found it deducted. I contacted CUSTOMER CARE and waited for 48 hours to get return the amount. On 21 Dec, I again contacted CC to register complain. Today, on 10 Jan 2018, SBI closed that complain quoting payment was successful thus leaving me ###. The details are here:

                          I am a central govt pensioner. My pension was regularly credited to my sb account no. [protected] with sbi kottayam (Thirunakkara) branch. But pension for december 2017 was not credited. On enquiry it was stated that life certificate was not given. Hence i visited the branch on 6-1-18 and gave the life certificate. But still the pension has not been credited. Kindly credit the amount to my account urgently.

                            Hi,

                            My account number is [protected] and my branch is dharmajiguidem branch sbi (Ifsc : sbin0021624). On[protected] they blocked my account and it has 1 lack rupees in account. I called to customer care and they provided me the branch contact number and they asked me to call to your branch and ask for the reason because they are saying they also don't know the reason for hold.
                            I called to branch, i asked for the reason. They are not responding properly, simply they are saying we don't know any information about that. I don't have any loans or pending credit card bills and i didn't do any fraud. They are telling the reason for holding my account. Please help me on this issue.

                                Subject: Charge dispute "Refund never processed"

                                Dear sir

                                A refund of 40000 rupees was successfully processed on 29 December 2017 at about 5:15 pm to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                  Sir, i sent a request for netpack of 459/- for my jio no:[protected]. Although i received an sms "we are unable to process your request currently. Please try later.. Tid :18006ap031626", but the amount was deducted from my primary account. But i didn't get any balance in my mobile account on 6th jan 2018. I also sent the problem through sbi feedback but there was no result from them yet. So please help me and do the needful.

Jodhpur 31375. My sb a/c in partap nagar br code 32421 jodhpur which was merged in br partap nagar code 11602, jodhpur. The intt. For the period 12/11/17, 17/11/2017 not been credited in my sb a/c. Before marger the for the period of may.17 was credited in my a/c. So kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Thanks

                                        2nd november 2017. Swami samarth patrol pump, bhosari. My debit card (Issued by sbi pune city branch) was used. First entry came as cancelled, swiped second time rs 700/- debited for patrol charges. Passbook was filled in city brranch at closing hours. It is observed that twice amount had been debited. Brought to the notice of shri deshmukh saheb and further corresponded with chief manager sbi pune city branch, asked the card details. I replied what is exactly required. Not received the reply to this email but my grievance was not resolved with wrong information that card details not supplied. Kindly arrange to obtain all details from sbi pune city or intimate your postal address by means of which i can send u all details. Now till yesterday amount was not credited on my a/c. Who is responsible sbi, patrol pump, banker of patrol pump icici bank?
