I am a central govt pensioner. My pension was regularly credited to my sb account no. [protected] with sbi kottayam (Thirunakkara) branch. But pension for december 2017 was not credited. On enquiry it was stated that life certificate was not given. Hence i visited the branch on 6-1-18 and gave the life certificate. But still the pension has not been credited. Kindly credit the amount to my account urgently.

    Hi,

    My account number is [protected] and my branch is dharmajiguidem branch sbi (Ifsc : sbin0021624). On[protected] they blocked my account and it has 1 lack rupees in account. I called to customer care and they provided me the branch contact number and they asked me to call to your branch and ask for the reason because they are saying they also don't know the reason for hold.
    I called to branch, i asked for the reason. They are not responding properly, simply they are saying we don't know any information about that. I don't have any loans or pending credit card bills and i didn't do any fraud. They are telling the reason for holding my account. Please help me on this issue.

      I had given so many times complaints to sbi from 2 months but there is no response or no reply
      Any time we sending emails sbi is replying we will solve u r problem & contact u
      But still there is no response
      We have 3 credit cards
      We r not using from 5 months
      We got a out standing sms for my 3 credit cards in last 2 months before for my registered mobile nos
      We are asking & sending emails to sbi but no reply
      We think that we paid for 2- 3 days late payment
      So we receive outstanding sms
      Any late payment sorry
      Please reduce my late payment charges of my 3 cards asap
      Plse do not neglect & helpful to us
      We want to continue my 3 cards

        Subject: Charge dispute "Refund never processed"

        Dear sir

        A refund of 40000 rupees was successfully processed on 29 December 2017 at about 5:15 pm to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

        I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

        kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

          Sir, i sent a request for netpack of 459/- for my jio no:[protected]. Although i received an sms "we are unable to process your request currently. Please try later.. Tid :18006ap031626", but the amount was deducted from my primary account. But i didn't get any balance in my mobile account on 6th jan 2018. I also sent the problem through sbi feedback but there was no result from them yet. So please help me and do the needful.

            Note: my account from sbi kadathur. Code no. 5580. Was
            Transferred to sbi. Dharmapuri. Code no. 0832. Last year.
            Till now account transferred but. Branch name. Not transferred. Saying acct. Manager.
            So, please immediately change the. Branch name. And. Credit the pension for december 2017 as soon as possible.

              I purchased bonds no sgb[protected]-[protected] rs 295100 on 12/05/2017 & sgb[protected]-[protected] rs 147850 on 17/11/2016 from your bhagat ki kothi br. Jodhpur 31375. My sb a/c in partap nagar br code 32421 jodhpur which was merged in br partap nagar code 11602, jodhpur. The intt. For the period 12/11/17, 17/11/2017 not been credited in my sb a/c. Before marger the for the period of may.17 was credited in my a/c. So kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Thanks

                2nd november 2017. Swami samarth patrol pump, bhosari. My debit card (Issued by sbi pune city branch) was used. First entry came as cancelled, swiped second time rs 700/- debited for patrol charges. Passbook was filled in city brranch at closing hours. It is observed that twice amount had been debited. Brought to the notice of shri deshmukh saheb and further corresponded with chief manager sbi pune city branch, asked the card details. I replied what is exactly required. Not received the reply to this email but my grievance was not resolved with wrong information that card details not supplied. Kindly arrange to obtain all details from sbi pune city or intimate your postal address by means of which i can send u all details. Now till yesterday amount was not credited on my a/c. Who is responsible sbi, patrol pump, banker of patrol pump icici bank?

                Till to date money credited d extra has not been reveresed to my Account neither intimation of preent position has not been informed to me. No body answered who is responsible for delay SBI, ICICI Bank or Patrol Pump, I must know in such cases who is accountable.

                  Dear sir,
                  A month ago state bank of india, public park branch, sri ganganagar sent me an insurance policy against my 5 years old home loans without my permission and prior information.
                  The bank official are saying my home will be covered against flood and earthquake.
                  My city never faced any flood and earthquake in last 40 years. I made my home protected against such losses.
                  Than why sbi issued me such policy, which is not required by me.
                  More over why bank issued me any insurance policy without my consent.

                    I have sbi account in kalpakkam branch, tamilnadu opened long back (Almost 15 years). This is joint account which is used by mother for taking out the cash only. I am not using my debit card and even my mobile number registered is my old number (Which i am not using now).

                    Recently because bank is asking to update the aadhar details. My mother has visited the bank and submitted the request for aadhar updation. Along with it she also submitted request for new debit card.in the aadhar updation form my new mobile is provided (Mobile number is as per aadhar card). Though we have not given separate request for mobile number updation. We requested the bank to update mobile number as per aadhar.

                    Till now we have not received any message about updation of my aadhar card or debit card (Probably they have not changed my mobile number as per my aadhar card and message might have gone to my old number)

                    Last week i have received my debit card also. I have not even changed my pin number.

                    Today i received a call from this number, [protected], saying he is manager from sbi, and asking the details of my debit card (He knows i received new debit card from sbi). During the call, i told him, i will check with my mother about the debit card and confirm him, but he asked the contact detail of my mother, unfortunately i gave my mother number to him and he immediately made a conference call. This raised the doubt about the authenticity of the call. So i told him i will not give any details. He blackmailed me he will block the card, i said go ahead and block the card and i will speak with bank directly and cut the call. After this i have received message from "ad-iccard, (No number) that my card is temporarily blocked and use verification code 679529 to activate"

                    Immediately, i have called the sbi customer care and complained about this, but it seems they are least bothered and just took the complaint.

                    What answer i need from sbi is
                    1. How did some fraud has information that i have received my new debit card.
                    2. What is suprising is this person had called in my new mobile number. I have checked my profile in onlinesbi and there is no mobile number mentioned. I assume my new number is not updated till now. How did this fraud person has got my new mobile number. From aadhar??? Even how did he got my aadhar number?? Some one from sbi is leaking my information??

                    Dear sbi, i know there are lot of fraudster, doing these kind of activities, but calling in the mobile number which is not updated in bank account is very serious issue?

                      I deposited sbi cheque (I. E own bank cheque) of rs 30000 at neori hills (Bhopal) at 1030hr on 09 jan 18 for depositing in my account. While deposit staff told that amount will be credited in your a/c within 2 mins. But, the cheque was cleared after 3hrs that is also only after my personal visit to the branch on query. Even neft & rtgs to other banks also not taking this much time. Very very slow processing of sbi staff & very shame

                          Due to slowness od sbi server balance deducted from my account and recharge not received on my mobile
                          While calling to sbi customer care they are not refund my money
                          While i call to jio customer care they answered that they have not received money
                          Please help me

                            I had applied a credit card with this bank and duly submitted the documents they asked for. They even gave me verification calls and told that my card would be delivered within 10 working days to my home or to my office. However, out of curiosity i just checked the status of my application online and it said that they are sorry to inform me that my application is rejected. There was no intimation or reason that was given me. I am trying to call the customer care but not even able to speak to any customer care representative. I have given my pan card details wherein they can check that i have a regular monthly income and have been paying my taxes as well every year. But the level of irresponsibility is when i trusted this bank have an account with them and still they have no responsibility to get back to give a proper answer with a proper reason.

                              I am very dis-pointed with sbi bank, over 6 month i did transaction through sbi atm on 5th may at sikandarpur metro station in gurgaon from rbl atm machine that time due some technical issue cash was not dispensed but 10.000 amount was debited from my account, now bank still working on it and saying there is less chance to get your money back. I have done police complaint and visited to bank so many times registered compliant against the same, still didn't get cctv footage of this incident or not refund amount. Request you team please help me, i am very frustrated now with bank service.

                                      I had booked a hotel room through yatra.com using my visa debit card issued by sbi and subsequently i had cancelled my booking. Refund for cancellation of hotel booking yatra reference number is[protected] has been processed. The state bank of india transaction id for the refund of rs. 2407 is rfnd_9la3g6laqfylag. My sbi branch code is 1753 and ifs code is sbin0001753, branch name is cooch behar bazaar, west bengal. But the cancellation amount of rs. 2407 not yet credited to my account. My savings account number is 1045*712. Please credit the above amount at the earliest. Thanks.

                                      I would like to know what is the reasons for which crediting an amount of Rs. 2407 couldn't be proposed to my account. The card issuing authority is SBI itself then what happen? Please clarify of my query and take an early action to resolve my issue. With thanks.

                                        Sbi branch, valod (0531) has not sent family pension paper of my mother to sbi cppc, gandhinagar since tow months. My father shri nareshchandra chandravadan pathak was pensioner his ppo no. Is wr/11718/445483. And pansion a/c no. Is[protected] he passed away on 16/07/2017. My mother rama nareshchandra pathak is entitled for family pension. And submitted all the required papers to above said branch, but manager of this branch has not sent submitted papers to sbicppc, gandhinagar.
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I used SBI ATM card on 23.12.2017 for an amount of Rs.2, 500/- amount also debited from my account, but i did not get money from India 1 ATM at Balanagar. Amount not came out from the ATM. How to get my money back. Kindly refund my money back.
