Hi, i'm devika

I got a call from sbi from +91 [protected] on 27.12.2017. He asked all d details of my card number and cvv number for the renewal purpose. I got a message stating otp number and online purchase of rupees 9999.00 at www. Olacabs.com thru state bank debit card ending — . He asked me otp number that was sent to my mobile. But somehow i got doubt on that person, so i did not give the otp number.

I called to sbi customer care and enquired about this, they suggest me to block the card number as this is a fraud call.

Please look into the issue.

    My name is harshal babar. My account no is [protected] i am holding sbi account since 6 years. I went to sbi branch 3 times for activation of account and enquire about delivery of atm but lady clerk of credit department said me that you come too much times here and that is character of low cast. I said her that i come too much times because i didn't get atm card for which i have applied 2 months before. She again used hetraed language against me. Sir please resolve this and help to have me new atm card.

          I had opened an account in sbi an year ago on balance of 100 rupees, since i was not using my account neither any transactions were made by me from a very long time but my account was still active. Between that period of time the balance of 94 rupees had been deducted from my account in august then in september the rest amount of rs 4.10 had been deducted, yesterday i went to the bank and deposited the amount of 200 rupees and now that has been also deducted. Now, what should i do?

            I have applied for home loan in sbi bank on 02 november 2017. Mr banjare of sbi bank city center gwalior told me that your loan will sanction within a month. But on 29 november 2017 he told that bcoz of work load we have transfer your case to sbi rambagh gwalior. Our agreement of sell is being expired on 02 december so me and my husband go there sbi rambagh to request the manager for not to delay our case. Ms nidhi assured us that she will sanction our loan but give some more time. Our seller is also very upset with us bcoz he is saying don't take loan from sbi they will delay your case. But at the end we request him to increase the sell agreement and he agreed and we submit the agreement of date upto 02 jan 2018 means one more month. But still our loan has not sanctioned. I m now decided that if loan has not sanctioned till 02 january 2018 i will go in another private bank they sanction our loan within a week

                  Dear all,

                  Iam K.Kadharsha from Madurai and I have deposited Rs.8500 to my friends account (Ac.No: [protected] Name: V.Kannan) on last Saturday 16.12.2017, 12.23 pm on SBI, West Veli Street Branch (opp to Madurai Railway Junction) IFSC SBIN0011544.

                  During the process the power get fail and immediately the process closed. I came to know that later there is no power backup for the system. Security asks me to take photo on the particular CDM (ended with 623) and inform the same to Mr.Densingh who is in charge of the problem. Once I went to concerned person table he asks me to call Cash Officer regarding this.

                  The Cash Officer gave me an application and asks me to fill the details and attached the printout. I finished the same and gave to him and he told me that it will take two three days time. After this incident I have visited the branch 2, 3 times and enquire about the money. He simply told me that it will take further few days and make some other arrangements for the money.

                  Today (27.12.2017) I visited the branch and said him that almost 15 days gone there is no action. Then he told me that there is Rs.8000 surplus in account it’s also not ours, someone’s money I will give credit to you this amount today. I ask him what about the balance Rs. 500; he told me that the technical teams till not sort list the issue and there is shortage of Rs.139000 in accounts, so it will take further time.

                  As per his statement he made a credit of Rs.8000 to my friend account instead of Rs.8500.

                  I could not understand the process how someone money credited to our account?

                  What about my deposited money?

                  What is the status of the balance Petty amount Rs.500?

                  How many customers lost their money like this?

                  What about the status o[censored]neducated customers?

                  Kindly give us solution.

                      Today, 27.12.17 went to sbi branch, galsi adb (Sbin0005704) at 11:00am to open a ppf accnt of my wife with all document of her. So took a form, getiing not understand clearly, asked about 4 staffs to help me fill out but they just pointed to one another. Help less, then i filled it myself only those field which i know. So now ques, after half an hour i got to counter no 7 and he showed me fill some more. So after filling again ques, again after some half an hour we reached to same counter. Now he transferred her to counter no 5. Again big ques. After one hour she reached to him, she submitted all the signed xerox copy of her along with a form, where nominee details were filled (Nominee was me) now again sent to cn 7. Same ques. So half hour more. She met, then again to cn 5, 2nd time. Same, big que, after waiting till 2:00pm in the que, its their lunch time. So again 30mnts. Appx 3 pm she met to cn 5. Now he sent her with a form to be filled and submit to cn 4 with money. Again que. After appx 30mnts reaching their he told her that the form is wrong, please fill another form. So out of que. Coming back to him after 30mnts of que filling the new form, he took the money and sent her to cn 7. Now it is about 4pm, big que, after requesting hard they provide her passbook with the accnt holder name, sk sainuddin, s/o sk badrudozza (Mithu), cif no-[protected], the fatal mistake was done by cn 5, i think. Now they took saving accnt no of her and opened the ppf accnt with same cif-[protected]. So on 4:20 again after reqesting hard, she managed to go to update the new book. But found money she deposited, was not sent to new ppf. Accnt. So they told her finally to come back again next day.

                      Now,
                      My accnt is already having problem for last 6 month they are unable to change my phn no. Submitted docs 4 time. There is also complaint to sbi, no is-[protected], called customer care, no is-[protected], went to atm to solve but all go in vein. Now they added new problem. They created ppf accnt with my cif no. Now how to remove god knows. We left branch at 4:30pm without eating, bathing, just staying in the que the whole day like many others.

                      So,
                      As there are no staff to talk to us for assist as they are very busy,
                      I wrote this after really getting too much harassed and mistakes done by them and this this is not only happening me, if some one take customer feedback for this branch then only they know. I dont know about other branches though.
                      What i need-
                      1. Saving accnt along with ppf accnt of her need to be deactivated.
                      2. Today's deposited money to be returned.
                      3. Remove the ppf accnt of mine, which they have created wrongly.
                      4. My net banking no to be replaced.
                      If any one can help please, i am going visit the branch tomorrow again.

                      Next day visited to bank. Staff behaved very good and also there was a call from customer care. Within first half my problem was solved. I don't know if it was the effect of complaint or not. Now i am ok with the branch. But they couldn't remove the ppf accnt of me which they created mistakenly so i agree to continue with this new accnt. Thank you to all who helped me in this.

                        Dear team, i took an sbi credit card with a welcome offer. That offer is i will get rs. 500/- gift voucher. I communicated to customer care several times. When i was calling customer care they were promising to arrange soon. But i did not get the output. Finally i hesitated and inform them to close my credit card. At last month bill i paid rs500/- less for that welcome offer. Now i am receiving calls and disturbing my time from sbi persons. Kindly check and resolve issue.

                            I kindly inform that on date 22/12/2017 i received call from phone no.[protected] at 11.20 am and she said she calling from bank office and share all details of credit card. I never use credit card before 22/12/2017. On date i received sms from sbi that card no. Ending 5503 was blocked due to security region. So i share all card details on phone and also share otp also. Than i received message that your mobile wall ate spent rs.9999 but i never given any order to any company or agency so i request to authority to stop transaction immediately. This is fake order given by any one on my behalf. My service request no.[protected]
                            Please give me justice and strengthen faith in people about online transaction and cashless mission lead by govt. Of india.

                            On 16 nov 2017 i have paid some fees( rs 2475 ) through debit card. First i have perform transaction & entered wrong otp & again i have entered right otp. But amount deducted on both transaction.

                            When I gave my adhar and pan number to bank 4 time then why should the Saharanpur road branch Dehradun, employees not acept my check..
                            And when SBI apply this rule that Check only deposit on home branch...
                            I have deposit cash in CDM machine at kutchery branch of sbi but some hardware error i have not receive any reciept of deposit and the amt not deposit in my account. On same day i have complaint the branch manager but after one week i dont have any solution from SBI kutchery branch raipur and the amt not deposit in my account.

                                  I purchased units of sbi infra-fund reg plan growth some years back.

                                  A couple of days back i tried to check the status of my holding.in the pan number column i put in my pan number. However it did not recognize my pan. Can you advise what could be the problem.

                                  I am receiving sms alerts in some unknown language (Maybe hindi i suspect) i should receive alerts in english. Atleast sbi should ask the customer which language he/she prefers! All talks about digital india have not reached sbi? Do they have customers who speak only two languages? It is the duty of sbi to send the communications in language the customer understands. Please respect and give preference to the language of the state your customer is from. So i request sbi to grow up and be indian

                                    I had already given a complaint of my 3 credit cards so many times
                                    I a m not using my 3 credit cards
                                    But still u are sending pending outstanding balance
                                    At last 3 — 4 months before i had clear my pendingoutstanding balance & block my 3 cards by sending sms as block from my registered nos

                                    My credit cards details are —

                                    My registered mobile no's —
                                    1) [protected]
                                    2) [protected]
                                    3) [protected]
                                    I had already given a complaint at first activation of my çard u r bank has been debited of rs — 2000 nearly
                                    I asked at bank but they told it is insurance charge
                                    But we do not ask any activation or signature for insurance
                                    But that amount not refund
                                    But why sir ur sbi bank is a government bank but why u r giving false commitment & cheating us
                                    This is not correct
                                    Since not using my card but u r sbi sending outstanding sms for my 3 cards

                                    I want to continue my 3 credit cards
                                    Plse check my 3 cards statement
                                    Plse reduce my late fee charges asap

                                      I am a mca student of nit jamshedpur. I apply for scholar loan on 25 october 2017 but no any response given by the campus branch of state bank of india till date. I also request them to loan disbursement on call but they didn't give proper response and cut my call without sasfactory response. I request to sbi please take few steps regard my complaint otherwise i have to discontinue my study. I request to them in humble way but they are reply in rude way.
                                      The last day of pay fee is 2nd january but there is no effect on them towards my application so please solve my problem otherwise i have to complaint against you to ministry of human and research development.
