Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

Dear sir

A refund of 3799 rupees was successfully processed on 4th december 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.
The refund credit was supposed to reflect in my account till 8th december but no refund has been processed till now. The branch's manager is not helping and instead he is telling us we don't know anything about this we can't help you.. And when i call bank's customer care they tell me to visit branch and i have visited branch for more than 4 times and no help has been provided till yet

    I am applying for home loan. Bank person stop disbursements because of i am not taking home insurance

    Bank person forcing me to take this insurance. Otherwise they will cancel the request. Nd they will not reverse me any other charges. They are forcing me to give cheque today, otherwise they will charge me from new year onwards processing fee.

    My loan amount is 22 lac, but they are forcing me to take this for 30 lac for 30 years. But i clear my loan in 10 years, so - if it is compulsory for take this. I can select tenurity.

    I want to talk action against sbi.

      I have unable to received the withrawal amount rs.7800 from atm federal bank, chandkheda branch, ahmedabad during transaction on date 30th november 2017 from my corporate ongc @ prepaid card ' ez - pay. But debited the amount from card.' it is very unfortunate that this has been not resolved till date. My sbi prepaid ez-pay card no. Is [protected]. Kindly do needfull for revert the amount to my card.

      I am biplab barman from siliguri. I send my wife to open a new account on sbi coochbehar branch code 0058. 1st day sbi employees provide information that bring your documents I will it open tomorrow. 2nd day I feel up form n submitted all documents. They say now "if you open today you have to purchase a policy otherwise come tomorrow. why?
      Yesterday I was request to SBI branch bellamkonda gunturdistrict pass book was not given due to printer was not working up to 7 days already 3 printers was working in SBI branch Bellam konda

        My pay cheque issued by dfo dharmshala for rs.57, 433/- was deposited on 14/12/2017, but after great harassment credited into my account on 22/12/2017. Daily i was made the office peon to visit the bank, but the dealing clerk did not transfer the amount in my sbi a/c on the plea that there was rush and crowd in the bank. I am a senior citizen and had to send an sbi retired officer on 20/12/2017 to look into the matter who informed that the money had been drawn from the sbi account of dfo and kept in suspense account for no reason as the cheque to be deposited into my aforesaid sbi account was in order. I am a senior citizen and the customer of your bank since the last more than 35 years. I am disappointed with the bank official's totally indifferent behavior. Had i not requested a senior retired sbi officer to personally follow the matter, i would had further harassment.
        It is requested that a strict warning be issued to the concerned bank officials.

          I have received the phone call from +[protected] and it was showing as 'sbi credit card' and i was attending this call.
          The person from the phone said that he was from sbi credit card department, wanted to inform me about the some reward points which was available for me and the same day (24th dec 2017) was last day to redeem it, otherwise it will be lapsed. Then he asked to redeem my points to reduce my balance amount. Since the caller id shows 'sbi credit card', i believed that, it should reliable call service from sbi credit card department.
          So, he asked to share the card number and expiry date as verification purpose
          Since i was driving the car and it will be delay to reach my destination, and also the guy was forcing me to provide the detail like card number, expiry date and otp numbers, i have given all, but after few seconds, received the sms as rs.5000 charged in my card by 3 times. Totally rs.15000/- (Fifteen thousand). After that also i have received the call from the same number he asked my again the otp number, but i realized that it should be fake call and i disconnected the call.
          After few seconds, i have received the call from another number [protected] from sbi credit card department was informing me about the recent transactions which was fake and he advised to file the complaint to the cyber cell.
          Hence i'm requesting you to file my complaint to recover my money and cancel the fake transaction.

                Why insurance is mandatory? I need to open the savings account without insurance. I'm unable to afford the insurance fees. I'm preparing for civil services exam in government hostel. I need bank account for my various transactions. Please address my concerns. I'm not working professional neither i have adequate amount of money to invest in insurance. Please allow me to open my account without insurance.

                  Today i received a call from number [protected] stating that they are from sbi and they want to convert all remaining cards to photo attached chip cards. The lady introduced herself as riya sharma working in sbi and gave me the number [protected]. After providing all the card details i got a message showing online purchase of rs.9998.00 at airtelmoey thru sbi debit card. The message came twice and i lost rs.19996.00. I want to get back my money since this was not accessed by me. Please reimburse the amount and find the culprit so that no other person will be cheated by them.

                    The manager of this bank did not work for customers. All the times he says i am busy come after 1 month. He do work of customers them he knows or who provide some money to him and talk to very politily to them or other customers he talks very rudely.                       I got a call from sbi from +91 [protected] on 27.12.2017. He asked all d details of my card number and cvv number for the renewal purpose. I got a message stating otp number and online purchase of rupees 9999.00 at www. Olacabs.com thru state bank debit card ending — . He asked me otp number that was sent to my mobile. But somehow i got doubt on that person, so i did not give the otp number.

                      I called to sbi customer care and enquired about this, they suggest me to block the card number as this is a fraud call.

                      Please look into the issue.

I went to sbi branch 3 times for activation of account and enquire about delivery of atm but lady clerk of credit department said me that you come too much times here and that is character of low cast. I said her that i come too much times because i didn't get atm card for which i have applied 2 months before. She again used hetraed language against me. Sir please resolve this and help to have me new atm card.

                              I had opened an account in sbi an year ago on balance of 100 rupees, since i was not using my account neither any transactions were made by me from a very long time but my account was still active. Between that period of time the balance of 94 rupees had been deducted from my account in august then in september the rest amount of rs 4.10 had been deducted, yesterday i went to the bank and deposited the amount of 200 rupees and now that has been also deducted. Now, what should i do?

                                I have applied for home loan in sbi bank on 02 november 2017. Mr banjare of sbi bank city center gwalior told me that your loan will sanction within a month. But on 29 november 2017 he told that bcoz of work load we have transfer your case to sbi rambagh gwalior. Our agreement of sell is being expired on 02 december so me and my husband go there sbi rambagh to request the manager for not to delay our case. Ms nidhi assured us that she will sanction our loan but give some more time. Our seller is also very upset with us bcoz he is saying don't take loan from sbi they will delay your case. But at the end we request him to increase the sell agreement and he agreed and we submit the agreement of date upto 02 jan 2018 means one more month. But still our loan has not sanctioned. I m now decided that if loan has not sanctioned till 02 january 2018 i will go in another private bank they sanction our loan within a week

                                      Dear all,

                                      Iam K.Kadharsha from Madurai and I have deposited Rs.8500 to my friends account (Ac.No: [protected] Name: V.Kannan) on last Saturday 16.12.2017, 12.23 pm on SBI, West Veli Street Branch (opp to Madurai Railway Junction) IFSC SBIN0011544.

                                      During the process the power get fail and immediately the process closed. I came to know that later there is no power backup for the system. Security asks me to take photo on the particular CDM (ended with 623) and inform the same to Mr.Densingh who is in charge of the problem. Once I went to concerned person table he asks me to call Cash Officer regarding this.

                                      The Cash Officer gave me an application and asks me to fill the details and attached the printout. I finished the same and gave to him and he told me that it will take two three days time. After this incident I have visited the branch 2, 3 times and enquire about the money. He simply told me that it will take further few days and make some other arrangements for the money.

                                      Today (27.12.2017) I visited the branch and said him that almost 15 days gone there is no action. Then he told me that there is Rs.8000 surplus in account it’s also not ours, someone’s money I will give credit to you this amount today. I ask him what about the balance Rs. 500; he told me that the technical teams till not sort list the issue and there is shortage of Rs.139000 in accounts, so it will take further time.

                                      As per his statement he made a credit of Rs.8000 to my friend account instead of Rs.8500.

                                      I could not understand the process how someone money credited to our account?

                                      What about my deposited money?

                                      What is the status of the balance Petty amount Rs.500?

                                      How many customers lost their money like this?

                                      What about the status o[censored]neducated customers?

                                      Kindly give us solution.

                                        My online payment for eNPS registration fail during payment and registration process so that Registration against this Acknowledgement Id 11402289 is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway. eNPS Website always show below message:
                                        "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway Please try again after sometime"
                                        So I request you please Reset my Acknowledgement id so that I make registration initial payment and complete my registration.
