One fraud call came in the morning no[protected], asked for card no & after some time asked for otp also we gave him as he was saying he is calling from sbi. He fraudly dispatched 20, 000rs. As i have blocked my card date[protected]

    Suddenly on the 2 jan 2018 i have received two sms stating that rs.57.50 has been deducted. I have logged into my account and verified that due to some reason there where two transactions with amount 57.50 (57.50+57.50=115) with description/narration as:

    1st transaction narration is: debit
    Mandate citi sbin[protected] 02-jul-2016

    2nd transaction narration is: debit
    Mandate hdfc sbin[protected] 22-jun-2016

    I have contacted the customer support a raised a ticket# [protected].

    Below is the explanation that i have received

    Complaint status/resolution : charges rs 57 for sorry for inconvicence, p recovered correctly as per exiting terms and conditions. The details of service charges are available in our official website under service charges and fees link.

    I have no clue what are these charges related to when i tried inquiring they asked me to visit the branch. My branch is hyderabad public school, hyderabad, telangana.

      My father is a pensioner and holding a pension account in sbi dumraon (Branch code 3027). All this while, every year, for submitting his life certificate he used to personally visit the branch in the month of november. This time, since he is under diagnosis in pune, i presented him physically in front of a sbi branch manager in pune. He tried to fill up the form online, but, due to some technical problem, he was not able...

      Dear sir

      A refund of 10, 936, 50/- rupees was successfully processed on 17 dec 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and refund reference number is 431671

      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

          I registered a complaint on 1/1/18 regarding non receipt of my pension giving all the details. Subsequently i visited my home branch (4675 hvf branch) on 2/1/18. They confirmed me that i have signed my life certificate on 8/11/17. But they are unable to give any reason for not crediting my pension for december 2017.in the meanwhile i got an mail from sbi on 2/1/18 stating that my complaint has been attended and closed. I fail to understand how before solving my problem sbi has closed my complaint. I don’t know why sbi is treating its customers like this. I an 74 year old and cannot go the brank daily.

            I checked my father's bank account which is in state bank of india ifsc : sbin0001781 and found that the subsidy which is initiated by my lpg service provider (Bhartia gas serive, govind nagar, kanpur). My father is deceased now and i was out of townsince then as i came back and checked everything and went to the bank, the branch manager is saying that account is not active as no withdrawn is done on this account for the last 2 years. We can not help you and there is no procedure for such cases. As you came today, you have to close this account as earliest. On the other hand, my lpg provider showed me that they had initiated the transfer from their end as the account is not active, it is not been credited. I am very upset as they both have denied to help me in this regard. Please help me where to go now? As you are the last hope for me. I can not afford any advocate at this time. Kindly help.

Life certificate has already been submitted through by register post and delivered on 17 nov 2016. But till date they are not release my pension and not give any replay.                   A refund of rs.1252 had been processed on[protected] by amazon. The amount was supposed to be reflected in my account by[protected], but i haven't received my cash till now. The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 634483. When i called sbi customer care, they say it is an issue with amazon. So, please ensure the refund of the amount to my account.

                    Two 1897. And refunds of rs.8999 was successfully processed on[protected] and[protected] respectively to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund yet.

                    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also the state bank of india branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action has been taken yet.

                        awkward amount of debit branch penalty imposed for e-rd

                        An awkward amount of debit branch penalty rs 6900 for a recurring deposit ac no[protected] has been imposed. When i have followed up with them multiple times, they had informed that it was due to non-payment of monthly installment for aug 2016.

                        As per sbi guidelines, the penalty is rs.1.50 per rs.100 per month. Since my e-rd installment amount was rs.20, 000/- and one installment was unpaid since the 2nd month after...

                          Transction amount- 10000. I had send money through bhim app and money was not credited to Beneficiary account and i lodge a complaint to bhim app for wrong transction but from 20 days they didn't get me a single response mail for status of this transction.
                          My amount 12998₹ refunded by amazon in my account number [protected] through ref no. 525991 but amount is not received.

                            sbi - dom surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd

                            After paying the electricity bill using classic debit card, i am charged rs 3.93 on the 40 rs payment. This was not a fuel station pos.

                            Why the deduction of rs 3.93 on debit card payment without any intimation while doing transaction?

                            Do you have a rule book?
                            I have never experienced such deductions before.

                            I visited to my sbi e-corner to deposit my money through atm depositer. I had put the cash 17000 in machine it's accepted and it counted and reflected on the screen is your deposite amount is 17000. It given the option to confirm it. Then i had confirmed it. But after the transaction i got receipt that the transaction had failed. And what is in the receipt is given below in the image.

                            What a shame. SBI charges 25 for depositing money in the same city same area. Why bank charges that amount??

                              In this connection, i would like to inform you that, i had attempted to make payment in favour of cesc limited, kolkata, west bengal against payment of electricity bill using my net banking option. Unfortunately, the transaction was not successful and session expired message appeared. But my savings bank account has debited with the same amount which has not yet refunded to my s. B a/c.

                                Sir, recently i have opened an current account in sbi armoor branch on 6th dec (A/c no. [protected]), dist:nizamabad. When i went for account opening they gave the forms n said to pay 5000 for account opening n i filled those forms n gave an cheque of 5000rs of sbi savings account in same branch. I didnot have 5000rs in savings account so i online transtered 5000rs in savings account n submitted the cheque. But 0n 1jan i received an message saying 885rs debited from my current account,, i went to bank to clarify so the manager said you dont have minimum balance in your account and the minimum balance is 11000rs. I was surprised. Why didn't they say the same at the time of opening. That is their duty to inform me the minimum balance, if they did so i have given the cheque of 11000rs not 5000rs. If the minimum balance was 11000rs why did they open with 5000rs. I have an current account in bank of baroda branch and minimum balance is 5000rs, i thought the same with the sbi branch. It was not my mistake because they didnot inform me n i was thinking of account opening n the manager checked all the documents infront of me n said to pay 5000rs n at the same time i submitted the cheque why didnot he said about 11000rs n why did he opened account when there was no minimum balance.
                                Kindly, refund my money.

                                  Immediately received an sms stating that it wasn't successful and the money would be refunded within 15mins but i didn't receive any amount.
