I am a customer of sbi in tezpur area of regional of assam, in proper tezpur there was 4 branch of sbi and three cdm machine but the service of cdm machines are very poor, it work for 2 days and mostly it would not work, we are getting a very suspicious problem, so its a request to handle the problem and take appropiate action against the management.

    I payed cash against Gold loan in Muthoot Finance Limited, Kozhencherry, KL. Of Rs. 30000, One transaction failed and one successful but money debited from account both the times on 14/12/2017.

    I arised complaint to the bank same day but money yet not received back.

    Please resolve my problem.

      9999 have been debited from account.. As they asked for aadhar otp... Deducted through mpesa othpg 719509... As i dont know what to do now... I an cheated and asked in sbi bank for next step orally... Bank employee told me to launch a fir and i was known about the enquiry... The mobile no. Was [protected]... I had not provided any bank details about card no. Cvc no.... The only thing wrongly done was otp... Kindly inform me to take rhe steps on order to make a complaint

        I dont have any account with SBI and some one mapped my aadhar to one of the SBI accounts without my concent.

        Due to above, all the DBTL benefits of GAS connection are going to this SBI account which is a fraud .

        Kindly check and let me know how you have added my aadhar and what proof you have verified before mapping my aadhar to others account.

        Please note that i am not able to contact any of the phone banking officer as i dont have any account with SBI. need immediate response else i will escalate this.

          I had withdrawn 3000 rupee in Bangalore SBI Nimhance branch on 4th Dec 2017. But there is a scrap 2000 came with good two 500 rupee note and now nobody is accepting this scarp 2000 rupee note. Really a worst experience with the SBI bank where ATM is located near to the Hospital. Please let me know How I can lodge a complaint on this to resolve this in future and to recollect good 2000 rupee note.

              I sri manas haldar, applied an atm card on 20/10/2017 at home branch (Sbi falta epz). But after 15 days i know that no atm card issue from branch, and i contact to customer care of sbi, they told me to contact at branch. I was again go to branch and contact to branch manager, he said no card issue. So one another application to be given.

              On 13/12/2017 again i applied a new atm card at branch. After 11 days of application i recived an sms as "your sbi debit card despatched on 22/12/2017 thru speed post no...".

              Then i track the speed post number and found the atm card issue to another sbi account address of other state (Jharkhand) not in my home branch registered address (West bengal).
              During application, i also writen my address on application form which is registered in my home branch.

                Seriously this is one of the pathetic app, i have seen till date. Lost my 1500 rupees as my registered number got discontinued. They don't have a process to send the otp in email address which they took during registration neither they can refund the money to my bank even after providing all details to the customer care. Its been more than year but still didn't receive resolution from their side. Would recommend against it to all the fellow customers. They would rip you off.

                  Sir, i want to complaint against bank staff. Branch ifsc - sbin0031408. When i asked the bank staff to give details about the kcc interest rate then they didn't have the time and behaved too rudely i am too much distressed due to their behaviour and they also not provide the details about crop insurance scheme and said you can do anything which you want. I am a farmer not able to do anything please help me.

                    I have opend a ppf account no 169 in state bank of india at town hall btanch shajhanpur (Up) in the year 1991but due to my transfer i could not continue this account. I have requested vide registered letter no 150 dt 17.06.2012 kindly return the maturity ammount but the bank neither reply nor return the money.                       Dear sir,
                      I am a govt employee having my salary savings a/c no. [protected] in the sbi, goalpara branch (Branch code 00082) with multi-city cheque facility. My daughter is studying out of state and i usually used to pay the fees of institution and the dues of her hostel through cheque. Accordingly i had deposited a cheque of rs. 80000.00 on 22.12.2017 at kokrajhar branch of sbi (Branch code 00119) to credit to the account of the istitustion bearing a/c no [protected] ifsc code no sbin 0004324, where my daughter is studying. But unfortunately the bank employee at kokrajhar branch mr. Dulal brahma has vehemently denied to receipt my cheque even after repeated request and informing him that the cheque is a multy-city cheque. I had to face great inconveniences for illegitimate act of mr. Dulal brahma. It is an act of harassment to the customers as core banking is in force to the banks and it is his common attitude towards the customers. It is also be noted the branch usually do not send any message of transactions to the customers though the required charges for messaging is being imposed to its customers.
                      I therefore requested to take appropriate action for the illegitimate act of the branch for the greater interest of the customer services.

                        I deposited an amount of rs. 32600/- on 25/12/2017 at 21:18:54 in a sbi cash deposit machine (Sbi branch name is sashi bhusan dey street, kolkata, atm id: s5ne[protected]. There were nine 500 rupees notes, fourteen 2000 rupees notes and one 100 rupees note. But as i inserted the notes into the machine, it showed "invalid transaction". And a slip came out showing the notes denomination (Photo attached). Now i have to clear a cheque on 26/12/2018 depending on this amount. Please help, otherwise the cheque will be dishonoured without my fault.

                          I, md shagil nizami had submitted rupees 20, 000 as counseling fee in upsee counseling.
                          I had back off from the counseling after 1st round and according to upsee they will refund rupees after deducing per round 2, 000.
                          According to which they should refund 18, 000 back.
                          Upsee had given all the work to sbi aktu lucknow to refund.
                          They are taking a very long time to refund, it had been half year till the process started.
                          Everything atarted from 24 june 2017.

                            Dear sir

                            A refund of 9200/- rupees was successfully processed on 13 dec 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                            I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and refund reference number is 534055

                            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                              Today 25th dec. At 3:50pm i was trying to withdraw money from sbi bank atm at mukundwadi, aurangabad, maharashtra. I tried 3 times 2000, 2000and 1000rs to withdraw. But all 3 times i didnot receive money and surprisingly balance deducted from account. Why this type of problem happening??. Its quite embarrassing for us. I am not the only person, before me also 1 person is complaining same problem. Sbi bank should repair and correct its electronic atm machines. So this type of problem will not happen in future. Its really quite disturbing for a customer.

                                Sr i paramveer singh went to bhagat singh circle sbi atm pilani, dist jhunjhunu rajasthan on 25 dec 2017 at 1405 hrs to draw 3000 rupees. I entred the amount and suddenly the money did not come. Simaltinously the machine also switched off. Whn i cheaked the balance after 15 mins from another atm the balance was reduced.
                                I request you to debit the same amt to my account.

                                    This mail is to bring to your kind notice about the worst service in the sbt bank p. B. No:1, ist floor, cvm complex building, vadakkencherry p. O, palakkad, kerala, pin-678683.
                                    Hope the below quotes from mahatma gandhi is the policy which sbi follows.

                                    “a customer is the most important visitor on our premises.
                                    He is not dependent on us.
                                    We are dependent on him.
                                    He is not an interruption of our work.
                                    He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider of our business.
                                    He is part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him.
                                    He is doing us a favour by giving us the opportunity to do so.”

                                    My mother visited the bank for the pre-approval loan hoping that the loan will her meet the urgent expenses.
                                    She is not educated enough to fill the necessary details in the application form.
                                    She approached the bank (Loan department) hoping that the bank people will help her, but the bank person in loan department did not even consider to help her.
                                    Instead he has avoided her stating he has work.
                                    Is this the way a most trusted bank in india works.
                                    I dont want to disclose the name of my mom, since i am not sure if this mail will be escalated to the concerned person who is been guilty off.
                                    Most of the customers who visit the bank are not ias or educated people.
                                    This has been a real shame on the bank.
                                    If your bank needs only educated people to visit the bank, then please change the quotes as "strictly educated persons only.
                                    Even a lady who is office assistant shows her attitude to the people who needs help.
                                    May the employee can walk stating they are working in bank and it does not mean that they are god.
                                    I am writing this mail with immense depression. If any of my words hurts, i dont want to apologize, since i writing the truth
                                    This mail would be an impact to my mom's loan approval, i dont care about that.
                                    Consider customer as a human if not considering as the people who has their name in your food

                                      Dear sir

                                      With reference to above subjected i got sms today night at 7.57 pm that

                                      "transaction o[censored]sd10.99 made on sbi credit card xx3078 without effecting add'nl factor of authentication mandated by rbi, at amazonprime membership on 24 dec 17"

                                      Amount of rs. 704 is deducted from my credit card without my knowledge. I don't know how it is deducted and also in us currency.in that time i am in mysore, karnataka. I don't get any otp for deducting any amount.

                                      After some time i called customer care, but customer care is available only between 8 a to 8 pm. So please return my money back. Its purely fraud and also it is cyber crime. My card get hacked by some one else, so please give security also.
